An ultraviolet sterilization treatment device and a process thereof for textile fabrics, wherein the device comprises: the rear side of the bottom channel seat (1) is fixedly provided with a tail accommodating bin (2); the device is characterized in that a side edge plate (102) is integrally arranged below the right side of the bottom channel seat (1), and two groups of telescopic oil cylinders A (104) are fixedly arranged at the top of the side edge plate (102); the flange structure arranged above the right side of the upper channel seat (3) is fixedly arranged at the tops of the two groups of telescopic oil cylinders A (104); the tail pulling plate (4), two groups of side plugboards (401) are fixedly arranged at the front ends of two sides of the tail pulling plate (4), the side plugboards (401) are slidably arranged in the rear inner wall of the tail accommodating bin (2), and the tail pulling plate (4) and the tail accommodating bin (2) can be fixedly connected through a door lock; the inner parts of the bottom channel seat (1) and the upper channel seat (3) are fixedly provided with ultraviolet disinfection lamps (5), and the top of the ultraviolet disinfection lamps (5) below is covered with a glass plate (7); the insides of the bottom channel seat (1) and the upper channel seat (3) are fixedly provided with dislocation guide rollers (6) which are uniformly distributed; the inner parts of the bottom channel seat (1) and the upper channel seat (3) are respectively provided with a swinging hairbrush (8) in a rotating way.
