In fig. 5, a state of the drum type washing machine 100 is shown as viewed from the right front. Fig. 6 is an external perspective view showing a state in which the housing 23 covering the control board 22 is attached to the support base 21 of fig. 4. Fig. 6 shows a state of the drum-type washing machine 100 as viewed from the front left side. Fig. 7 is an external perspective view showing a state in which a top cover is assembled to the drum-type washing machine 100 of the embodiment of the present invention.
The control unit 20 includes a support table 21 extending in the front-rear direction of the case 1, a control board 22 attached to the support table 21 and to which a control member is attached, and a housing 23 attached to the support table 21 and covering the control board 22. The housing 23 is made of a metal member.
As shown in fig. 4, the control board 22 is connected to wirings 24a and 24b electrically connected to the drying unit 40, the motor 13, and the like. The connectors (not shown) on one end side of the wires 24a and 24b (first wires) are connected to the drying unit 40 and the motor 13, and the connectors (not shown) on the other end side are connected to the control board 22. Wires 24a and 24b connected to the drain pump and the motor 13 are routed upward from below the casing 1, pass through the lower part of the control unit 20 (support base 21), and are connected to the control board 22 from the left side of the control unit 20. The wiring 24c (second wiring) connected to the water supply unit 30 is arranged such that a connector on one end side is connected to the control board 22 and a connector on the other end side protrudes to the right side of the casing 1.
Next, the case 23 is mounted so as to cover the control board 22 from above the support base 21 in a state where the respective wires 24a, 24b, 24c are connected to the control board 22 (fig. 5 and 6).
The housing 23 has cutouts 23a and 23b (first cutouts) formed in the left side surface thereof, and wirings 24a and 24b are led out from the cutouts 23a and 23b (fig. 6). On the other hand, a cutout 23c (second cutout) is formed in the right side surface of the case 23, and the wiring 24c is led out from the cutout 23c (fig. 5).
When the support base 21 is turned to the left from the state where the housing 23 is mounted on the support base 21 (see an arrow in fig. 5), the support base 21 is stored between the water supply unit 30 and the drying unit 40. The control unit 20 is turned upside down and left and right, the support table 21 is located above, and the housing 23 is located below.
The notch portions 23a, 23b are located on the right side surface, and the wirings 24a, 24b led out from the notch portions 23a, 23b are maintained. That is, on one side surface of the case 23 located on the drying unit 40 side, there are cutout portions 23a, 23b for drawing out wirings 24a, 24b, and the wirings 24a, 24b are used for electrically connecting the drying unit 40 and the control board 22.
On the other hand, the notch 23c is located on the left side surface, and the wiring 24c led out from the notch 23c is also moved to the left side. That is, the other side surface of the housing 23 located on the water supply unit 30 side has a cutout portion 23c for drawing out the wiring 24c, and the wiring 24c is used to electrically connect the water supply unit 30 and the control board 22. The other end of the wire 24c moving to the left is connected to the water supply unit 30. Since the other end of the wiring 24c moves to the left where the water supply unit 30 is present, the connection operation of the control unit 20 and the water supply unit 30 can be easily performed. Thus, wiring between the control board 22 and the water supply unit 30, the drying unit 40, the motor 13, and the like is completed.
According to the present embodiment, since the water supply unit 30 and the drying unit 40 are arranged in the left-right direction around the control unit 20, the wiring layout is easy, and the workability of the wiring can be improved. Further, since the length of the wiring can be shortened, the cost can be reduced. In the present embodiment, the water supply unit 30 and the drying unit 40 are arranged on the left and right sides of the control unit 20 as a center, but the arrangement configuration is not limited to this. The water supply unit 30, the drying unit 40, and the control unit 20 may be arranged in a left-right direction on the upper portion of the casing 1.
After wiring of the control board 22 with the water supply unit 30, the drying unit 40, the motor 13, and the like is completed, a metal upper surface cover 1c is disposed on the upper portion of the casing 1 (front surface cover 1a, casing main body 1 b) to cover the upper portions of the control unit 20, the water supply unit 30, and the drying unit 40 (fig. 7). The control board 22 is covered by a metal casing 23 at the lower side and a metal upper cover 1c at the upper side. That is, the entire periphery of the control board 22 is covered with a metal member. In order to improve safety, the entire periphery of the control board 22 needs to be covered with a metal member. The control board 22 of the present embodiment is covered with the upper surface cover 1c after covering the lower and side surfaces with the case 23, and therefore, it is not necessary to separately prepare a metal member for covering the upper side of the control board 22, and it is possible to reduce the cost and improve the workability.
Next, the operation of the drum-type washing machine 100 will be described in the above configuration. In the drum-type washing machine 100 thus configured, first, the user presses the power button located in the operation unit 3 of the door 2 to start the drum-type washing machine 100. Then, the user pulls the door opening handle 2a, opens the door 2, and puts laundry into the drum 11. After that, after the user closes the door 2, the operation of the washing process is started by operating the switch of the operation unit 3.
In the washing step, the water supply valve 31 is opened, and water supplied from the water supply pipe connection port 7 is supplied to the outer tub 10 together with the detergent through the water supply pipe 32 and the detergent storage part 32 a. At this time, the more the laundry capacity calculated based on the rotation number and the current value of the motor 13, the more the water supply amount in the washing process. Thereafter, the washing operation of the drum 11 is repeated for a predetermined time. At this time, the washing power of the laundry is improved by repeating the falling operation after the laundry is lifted up by the shutter 14.
After the washing step is completed, the process moves to the dehydration step. In the dehydration step, the drum 11 is first rotated at a low speed at which laundry is not stuck. In the low-speed revolution, the laundry containing water in the washing step is lifted by the baffle 14 during the rotation of the drum 11, and is spread out on the inner peripheral surface of the drum 11 when the laundry falls. After the laundry starts to spread, the number of rotations of the drum 11 is gradually increased, and the laundry is attached to the drum 11 by centrifugal force. When the laundry is attached to the drum 11, the rotation number of the drum 11 is increased, and the resonance section of the outer tub 10 is increased by the vibration of the outer tub 10, and the target rotation number is reached, thereby centrifugally dehydrating the water contained in the laundry.
After the dehydration process, a rinsing process is performed. In this rinsing step, the water supply valve 31 is opened, and water supplied from the water supply pipe connection port 7 is supplied to the external tank 10 via the softener housing portion 32 b. Further, as in the washing step, the water supply amount increases as the calculated laundry capacity increases. In this rinsing step, the forward rotation, stop, reverse rotation, and stop of the drum 11 are repeated in the same manner as in the washing step. At this time, the stirring operation is performed for a predetermined time period in which the laundry lifted by the shutter 14 falls.
Thereafter, the above-described dehydration step and rinsing step are repeated a predetermined number of times, and the process finally moves to the dehydration step.
After the dehydration step, the process moves to a drying step. In the drying step, the heating unit 41 and the blower fan 42 are operated while the drum 11 is repeatedly rotated forward, stopped, reversed, and stopped, and the air sent from the blower fan 42 is heated by the heating unit 41, so that warm air is sent into the drum 11. In the drum 11, warm air is blown to the laundry lifted by the rotation of the drum 11, and the moisture contained in the laundry is evaporated. After the drying process is operated for a predetermined time, the heating unit 41, the blower fan 42, and the motor 13 are stopped, and the drying process is terminated.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, since the water supply unit 30, the drying unit 40, and the control unit 20 are arranged in the left-right direction in the upper portion of the casing 1, wiring is easy to be laid, and workability of wiring can be improved. Further, since the length of the wiring can be shortened, the cost can be reduced.
In addition, according to the present embodiment, since the lower side and the side surface of the control board 22 are covered with the case 23 and then the upper side of the control board 22 is covered with the upper surface cover 1c, it is not necessary to separately prepare a metal member for covering the upper side of the control board 22, and it is possible to reduce the cost and improve the workability.
The drum-type washing and drying machine 100 of the present embodiment includes a control unit cooling fan 25 (see fig. 8 and 10) for cooling the inside of the control unit 20.
The control unit cooling fan 25 will be described below with reference to fig. 8, 9, 10, and 11.

As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the control unit cooling fan 25 of the present embodiment for cooling the inside of the control unit 20 is mounted on the rear surface side (opposite to the door 2) of the washing machine of the support base 21 via claw portions 27a, 27b, 27c (see fig. 10 and 11) provided on the support base 21.
Specifically, the claw portions 27a, 27b, and 27c are provided at three positions protruding from the rear surface of the support base 21 of the washing machine, and the control unit cooling fan 25 is held by the claw portions 27a, 27b, and 27c provided protruding from the three positions.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, an air inlet 26 formed in a louver for taking out outside air is provided on the rear surface side of the casing 1 at a position corresponding to the control unit cooling fan 25.
With such a configuration, since the control unit cooling fan 25 is attached via the claw portions 27a, 27b, and 27c instead of the conventional structure in which the control unit cooling fan 25 is directly screwed to the housing 23, the rotational vibration of the control unit cooling fan 25 is less likely to propagate to the housing 23, and noise is not increased, and there is no concern that the cooling performance of the control unit is degraded.
Next, the case 23 will be described with reference to fig. 12 and 13. Fig. 12 is a partial external perspective view of the control unit 20 in embodiment 1 of the drum type washing and drying machine 100 of the present invention, as viewed from the drying unit 40 side, and fig. 13 is a partial external perspective view of the control unit 20 in embodiment 1 of the drum type washing and drying machine 100 of the present invention, as viewed from the water supply unit 30 side.
As shown in fig. 12, a plurality of (three in this embodiment) first cutout portions 23a1, 23a2, 23a3 for drawing out the first wiring 24a are formed on one side surface of the housing 23 on the drying unit 40 side, the first wiring 24a being used for electrically connecting the drying unit 40 to the control board 22, while a plurality of (two in this embodiment) second cutout portions 23b1, 23b2 for drawing out the second wiring 24b are formed on the other side surface of the housing 23 on the water supply unit 30 side, as shown in fig. 13, the second wiring 24b being used for electrically connecting the water supply unit 30 to the control board 22, the number of the first cutout portions 23a1, 23a2, 23a3 for drawing out the first wiring 24a being larger than the number of the second cutout portions 23b1, 23b2 for drawing out the second wiring 24 b.
With such a configuration, as shown by arrows in fig. 12 and 13, air that has been retained in the upper portion of the main body (in particular, heat that has been retained in the periphery of the drying unit 40 shown by a broken line a in fig. 9) can be caused to flow, and therefore the blower fan 42 can be cooled, and effects such as reduction in temperature rise and extension of bearing life can be obtained.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, since the water supply unit 30 and the drying unit 40 and the control unit 20 are arranged in the left-right direction at the upper portion of the cabinet 1 and the control unit 20 is arranged between the water supply unit 30 and the drying unit 40, wiring is easy to be laid, and workability of wiring can be improved.
Further, according to the present embodiment, since the control unit cooling fan 25 is mounted via the claw portions 27a, 27b, 27c, the rotational vibration of the control unit cooling fan 25 is less likely to propagate to the housing 23, and the noise is not increased, which does not cause a concern of a decrease in the cooling performance of the control unit 20.
In addition, according to the present embodiment, since the number of the first cutout portions 23a1, 23a2, 23a3 for drawing the first wiring 24a is larger than the number of the second cutout portions 23b1, 23b2 for drawing the second wiring 24b, air retained in the upper portion of the main body can be caused to flow, the blower fan 42 can be cooled, and effects such as reduction in temperature rise, and extension of bearing life can be obtained.
[ Structure of door ]
Next, the structure of the door 2 will be described with reference to fig. 16A to 18. Fig. 16A is an exploded perspective view of the door 2 of the embodiment of the present invention, as seen from obliquely front. Fig. 16B is an exploded perspective view of the door 2 of the embodiment of the present invention, as seen from obliquely rearward.
The door 2 is composed of a base member 210 including the window member 16, a plate-shaped glass member 220 disposed on the front side of the base member 210, and a holding member 230 disposed on the front side of the glass member 220. The holding member 230 is formed with an opening window 230a that opens in a circular shape. An operation substrate accommodating portion 216 for accommodating the operation substrate 260 is formed above the base member 210. The operation substrate 260 is disposed in the operation substrate housing portion 216 in the vertical direction (up-down direction). A capacitive switch and a display unit are mounted on the operation substrate 260, and the switch and the display unit are disposed so as to face the front side. The operation board 260 receives user input from the switch through the glass member 220 positioned on the front side of the operation board 260, and displays the operation state on the display unit. That is, the glass member 220 positioned in the opening window 230a includes the operation portion 3 corresponding to the operation substrate 260.
The door 2 is configured to sandwich the glass member 220 between the base member 210 and the holding member 230. Next, a method of assembling the door will be described. Fig. 17 is an enlarged view of a part of the base member of the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 18 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing an assembled state of a door of an embodiment of the present invention.
A plurality of engagement claws 231 protruding rearward are formed on the rear side of the holding member 230. The engagement claw 231 is formed around the holding member 230. The length of the glass member 220 in the up-down direction is shorter than the lengths of the holding member 230 and the base member 210 in the up-down direction. A glass receiving protrusion 232 protruding rearward and divided into a plurality of pieces in the left-right direction and receiving the lower side of the glass member 220 is formed below the holding member 230.
On the other hand, a plurality of glass-receiving insertion portions 211 into which the glass-receiving protrusions 232 of the holding member 230 are inserted are formed below the base member 210. The base member 210 includes an outer frame 212 constituting an outer peripheral portion and an inner frame 213 positioned inside the outer frame 212 and accommodating the glass member 220.
The lower portion of the inner frame 213 is located above the glass-receiving insertion portion 211. An operation substrate housing case 214 forming an operation substrate housing 216 is formed at an upper portion of the inner frame 213. The upper portion of the handle substrate housing portion 216 is covered with the inner frame 213 and the handle substrate housing portion case 214. Further, a plurality of engagement holes 215 into which the engagement claws 231 of the holding member 230 are inserted are formed on the front side of the base member 210.
In assembling the door 2, first, a double-sided tape or the like is stuck to the front surface of the base member 210, and the glass member 220 is bonded to the base member 210. Next, the engagement claw 231 of the holding member 230 is inserted into the engagement hole 215 of the base member 210. When the engagement claw 231 is inserted into the engagement hole 215, the engagement claw 231 is elastically deformed so as to open toward the outer peripheral side, and the inclined portion 231a of the engagement claw 231 passes over the opening edge portion 210a of the base member 210, and the stepped portion 231b of the engagement claw 231 engages with the end portion of the opening edge portion 210 a. The holding member 230 is fixed to the base member 210 so as to sandwich the glass member 220. Since the lower end of the glass member 220 is supported by the glass receiving protrusion 232, even in the case where the adhesive force of the double-sided tape is lowered and the glass member 220 cannot be held, the glass member 220 can be held by the glass receiving protrusion 232.
According to the present embodiment, since the assembly glass member 220 and the holding member 230 are disposed toward the base member 210 from the front side, the direction of the operation becomes one direction, and the assembling workability of the door 2 can be improved. Further, the operation board 260 stored in the operation board storage unit 216 can be mounted from the front side, so that workability can be further improved.
In the present embodiment, the glass member 220 is positioned in the opening window 230a of the holding member 230, and the laundry stored in the drum 11 can be checked by the glass member 220 and the window 16 disposed in the opening window 230 a. In the present embodiment, the glass member 220 located in the opening window 230a is provided with the operation portion 3 corresponding to the operation substrate 260, so that the front surface of the door 2 is substantially flat, and the design can be improved.
The drum-type washing machine 100 of the present embodiment includes a detergent storage part 32a for storing a detergent and a softener storage part 32b for storing a softener. It is assumed that when detergent and softener are put into the detergent storage part 32a or the softener storage part 32b, the detergent and softener are erroneously scattered on the upper surface of the door 2. The operation substrate 260 is housed in the door 2, and detergent and softener scattered on the upper surface of the door 2 may intrude into the operation substrate 260 through a gap between members constituting the door 2, and the operation substrate 260 may be defective. In the present embodiment, the periphery and the rear side of the operation board 260 are covered with the operation board housing case 214, and the upper side of the operation board housing case 214 is covered with the inner frame 213, so that, for example, when the detergent and the softener intrude from the engagement holes 215, the detergent and the softener flow rearward along the inner frame 213, and intrusion of the detergent and the softener into the operation board 260 can be suppressed.
[ Structure of front surface mask ]
Since the door 2 of the present embodiment is provided with the glass member 220, the weight increases. Since the door 2 is fixed to the front surface cover 1a via the hinges 9a, 9b, a load of the door 2 is applied to the front surface cover 1 a. A force is applied to the door 2 supported by the hinges 9a and 9b so that the upper part thereof is tilted with the hinge 9b located below as a fulcrum. Accordingly, a tensile stress on the front face mask 1a, particularly on the upper portion where the hinge 9a is located, is generated on the front side.
The reinforcing structure of the front face cover 1a corresponding to the tensile stress will be described with reference to fig. 15, 3, and 19 to 21. Fig. 19 is a perspective view of a front face mask of an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 20 is an X-X sectional view of fig. 19. FIG. 21 is a sectional view taken along line XI-XI.
The front face mask 1a includes a front face portion 110 extending in the up-down direction (vertical direction) and a bent portion 120 bent rearward from the front face portion 110. The front surface 110 and the bent portion 120 are orthogonal when viewed from the left-right direction. The front face cover 1a is integrally formed with a front face portion 110 and a bent portion 120. The front surface 110 is formed with a case opening 110a communicating with the outer tub 10 and a cleaning solution box opening 126 communicating with the water supply unit 30 and allowing the cleaning solution box 35 to be moved in and out.
Upper surface fixing portions 121a and 121b are formed at both left and right end portions of the bent portion 120. The bent portion 120 is formed with an upper surface constricted portion 122, and the upper surface constricted portion 122 is formed to bulge upward than the upper surface fixing portions 121a and 121b. The upper surface constricted portion 122 is formed to extend in the left-right direction. In the present embodiment, the upper surface constricted portion 122 is formed to bulge upward, but may be formed to face downward Fang Aoxia.
On the other hand, front surface fixing portions 111a, 111b are formed at both left and right end portions of the front surface portion 110. The front surface 110 is formed with a first front surface constricted portion 112, a second front surface constricted portion 113, and a third front surface constricted portion 114 which are recessed rearward from the front surface fixing portions 111a and 111b.
The first front surface constricted portion 112 is formed at a position closer to the hinges 9a, 9b than the case opening portion 110a, and is formed between the hinge fixing portion 115a and the hinge fixing portion 115b in the up-down direction. The first front surface constricted portion 112 is formed to extend in the up-down direction (vertical direction), and the second front surface constricted portion 113 and the third front surface constricted portion 114 are formed to extend in the left-right direction. The second front surface constricted portion 113 is formed above the case opening portion 110a and below the cleaning solution cartridge opening portion 126, and the third front surface constricted portion 114 is formed below the case opening portion 110 a.
A washing treatment liquid cartridge opening 126 is formed at the left upper end portion of the front surface portion 110. The cleaning solution cartridge opening 126 is formed so as to be sandwiched in the vertical direction by the bent portion 120 and the second front surface constricted portion 113. A part (upper end) of the opening edge of the cleaning solution cartridge opening 126 is formed by the bent portion 120.
The cleaning solution box opening 126 formed at the upper left end of the front surface portion 110 causes a decrease in the strength of the front surface cover 1a, but in this embodiment, since the bending portion 120 is provided above the cleaning solution box opening 126, the decrease in the strength of the front surface cover 1a due to the formation of the cleaning solution box opening 126 can be suppressed. Further, since the upper surface constricted portion 122 is formed in the folded portion 120, the strength of the front face cover 1a can be further suppressed from being lowered.
In the present embodiment, the first front surface constricted portion 112, the second front surface constricted portion 113, and the third front surface constricted portion 114 are formed to be concave more rearward than the front surface fixing portions 111a and 111b, but may be formed to bulge more forward than the front surface fixing portions 111a and 111 b.
The case body 1b is formed in a U shape when viewed from the top surface. The front face cover 1a is fixed to the U-shaped opening. An upper surface flange portion 1b1 formed by bending the case body 1b inward is formed at an upper portion of the case body 1 b. Similarly, a front flange portion (not shown) is formed on the front portion of the case body 1b, and the case body 1b is bent inward.
When fixing the front face cover 1a, first, the front surface fixing portions 111a and 111b of the front face cover 1a are brought into contact with the front surface flange portion of the case main body 1b, and the upper surface fixing portions 121a and 121b of the front face cover 1a are brought into contact with the upper surface flange portion 1b1 of the case main body 1b.
Then, the screws 125a and 125b are inserted from the upper surface fixing portions 121a and 121b in the vertical direction (up-down direction), and the upper surface fixing portions 121a and 121b are fixed to the upper surface flange portion 1b1 (fig. 3 and 15). Then, a plurality of screws 116a, 116b are inserted from the front surface fixing portions 111a, 111b in the horizontal direction (front-rear direction), and the front surface fixing portions 111a, 111b are fixed to the front surface flange portion. Thus, the front face cover 1a is fixed to the case main body 1b.
As described above, a tensile stress on the front side is generated in the front face mask 1a and in the portion of the upper portion where the hinge 9a is located. A part of the tensile stress is received by the tightening force of the screws 116a, 116 b. In the front face cover 1a of the present embodiment, a bent portion 120 bent rearward from the front face 110 is integrally formed, and the bent portion 120 is fixed to the upper face flange portion 1b1 of the case body 1b. A part of the tensile stress applied to the upper portion of the front face mask 1a is also transmitted to the integrally formed bent portion 120. Since the front face mask 1a is fixed by screws 125a and 125b inserted in the vertical direction (up-down direction), the screws 125a and 125b receive shear stress. The screws 125a, 125b have strength capable of sufficiently withstanding shear stress.
In this embodiment, since the load of the door 2 is received in a dispersed manner by the shear strength of the screws 125a and 125b disposed at the bending portion 120 in addition to the tightening force of the screws 116a and 116b disposed at the front surface portion 110, the strength of the tensile stress generated by the load of the door 2 can be ensured.
Further, since the upper surface constricted portion 122 is formed in the bending portion 120 of the present embodiment, the strength of the bending portion 120 can be improved, and deformation of the bending portion 120 against tensile stress can be suppressed.
Further, since the front surface portion 110 is provided with the first front surface constricted portion 112, the second front surface constricted portion 113, and the third front surface constricted portion 114, deformation of the front surface portion 110 against tensile stress can be suppressed.
[ positional relationship between the washing treatment liquid box and the door ]
Next, the relationship between the cleaning solution cartridge 35 and the door 2 will be described with reference to fig. 22 to 24.
Fig. 22 is an external perspective view showing a state in which the door 2 of the embodiment of the present invention is opened and the washing treatment liquid cartridge 35 is pulled out. Fig. 23 is a top view of fig. 22 as seen from above. Fig. 24 is an external perspective view showing a state in which the door 2 of the embodiment of the present invention is half opened and a part of the washing treatment liquid cartridge 35 is pulled out.
The washing treatment liquid cartridge 35 can be pulled out from the casing 1. The cleaning solution cartridge 35 includes a detergent inlet 33a for inputting a detergent and a softener inlet 33b for inputting a softener. The detergent inlet 33a and the softener inlet 33b are provided with an opening/closing cover, and detergent and softener are respectively introduced from the detergent inlet 33a and the softener inlet 33b by opening the cover.
The detergent introduced from the detergent introduction port 33a is stored in the detergent storage portion 32a, and the softener introduced from the softener introduction port 33b is stored in the softener storage portion 32b.
The cleaning solution cartridge 35 is disposed closer to the hinges 9a and 9b than the center position of the drum 11 in the lateral direction. In other words, the hinges 9a and 9b and the cleaning solution cartridge 35 are disposed so as to be offset from the center position of the drum 11 in the lateral direction to the same side. In the present embodiment, the hinges 9a and 9b and the cleaning solution cartridge 35 are positioned on the left side of the center position in the left-right direction of the drum 11, but may be positioned on the right side.
The cleaning solution box 35 is disposed at a position where it can be pulled out without interfering with the door 2 in a state where the door 2 is opened by 90 degrees or more with respect to the front surface of the cabinet 1. Then, the door 2 is opened by 90 degrees or more, the cleaning solution cartridge 35 is pulled out from the front surface of the casing 1, and the detergent and the softener are introduced from the detergent introduction port 33a and the softener introduction port 33b.
After the completion of the addition of the detergent and the softener, the cleaning treatment liquid cartridge 35 is inserted into the casing 1, the laundry is added into the drum 11, the door 2 is closed, and the cleaning is performed by a predetermined cleaning program.
Since the cleaning solution cartridge 35 can be pulled out from the front surface of the casing 1, it is considered that the insertion of the cleaning solution cartridge 35 into the casing 1 is insufficient. In this case, when the door 2 is closed, the cleaning solution cartridge 35 interferes with the door 2. If the user does not notice that the cleaning solution cartridge 35 interferes with the door 2 and forcibly presses the door 2 to close the door 2, the cleaning solution cartridge 35 may be damaged. In particular, in the case where the hinges 9a and 9b of the door 2 are disposed separately from the washing treatment liquid cartridge 35, the washing treatment liquid cartridge 35 interferes with the door 2 immediately before the door 2 is closed, so that it is difficult for the user to notice.
In the present embodiment, since the cleaning solution cartridge 35 is disposed on the side of the hinges 9a and 9b, when the insertion of the cleaning solution cartridge 35 into the casing 1 is insufficient as shown in fig. 24, the cleaning solution cartridge 35 interferes with the door 2 in the initial stage of starting to close the door 2, and thus the user easily notices. Note that the user who interferes with the door 2 with the washing treatment liquid cartridge 35 presses the washing treatment liquid cartridge 35 to close the door 2. As described above, according to the present embodiment, breakage of the cleaning processing liquid cartridge 35 can be suppressed.
That is, in the present invention, the following problems are found in the technology (japanese patent application laid-open publication No. 2013-70923): since the opened and closed door does not interfere with the detergent box, for example, in a state where the detergent box is half-opened with respect to the detergent box, the user does not notice this and operates the drum type washing machine. In this case, the front surface of the casing is provided with a cleaning solution box which accommodates the cleaning solution and can be pulled out from the front surface of the casing when the door is opened, and the cleaning solution box is disposed at a position closer to the hinge side than the center position in the lateral direction of the drum, whereby the drum-type washing machine in which the operation of the cleaning solution box in the half-opened state is suppressed can be provided.
After the washing is completed, when the laundry is taken out of the drum 11, the user takes out the laundry to the side of the door 2 opposite to the hinge 9a, 9b side. In this embodiment, since the hinges 9a, 9b are located at the left side, the user takes out the laundry to the right side.
When the detergent and softener are put into the cleaning treatment liquid box 35, the detergent and softener may be scattered by being deviated from the input port. The scattered detergent or softener may hang down from the washing treatment liquid box 35 and adhere to the laundry taken out from the drum 11. In this embodiment, since the cleaning solution box 35 is disposed on the side opposite to the direction in which the user takes out the laundry, the adhesion of the detergent or softener hanging down from the cleaning solution box 35 to the laundry can be suppressed.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and includes various modifications. The above-described embodiments are described in detail for the purpose of easily understanding the present invention, and are not limited to the configuration in which all the components described are necessarily provided.
