Abstract
本发明公开了一种无人机地面站影像及视频处理装置,属于无人机地面站技术领域,其包括加固机箱、电源模块、散热模块、背板、航插板和转接板、推理模块、计算模块、显示模块和存储模块;背板固定于加固机箱中,背板通过转接板与航插板连接;航插板作为加固机箱的后挡板,加固机箱的前挡板上设有开关按键和LED指示灯;所述显示模块、推理模块、存储模块和计算模块均插装在背板上,并通过背板实现互联;所述散热模块包括散热风扇和冷板,其中散热风扇与加固机箱的前壁板固定连接;所述电源模块设于航插板上,其通过转接板和背板进行供电。本发明模块化、轻量化的设计使重量不超过35公斤,适用机动式、固定式地面站使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及到无人机地面站技术领域,特别涉及一种无人机地面站影像及视频处理装置,适用于无人机地面站影像及视频处理场景。
背景技术
无人机地面站作为无人机系统的核心,主要用于支撑操控人员对无人机远程监视控制,辅助操控人员完成任务规划、侦察信息实时处理及分发等工作。无人机地面站一般包括无人机测控链路资源节点、任务控制节点和情报处理节点。
现有无人机地面站设备已经开始国产化替代,情报处理节点缺少全国产化的影像与视频处理装置,不能与无人机影像及视频处理软件共同完成影像及视频性能处理能力。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种无人机地面站影像及视频处理装置。其模块化、轻量化的设计使重量不超过35公斤,适用机动式、固定式地面站使用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种无人机地面站影像及视频处理装置,包括加固机箱、电源模块、散热模块、背板、航插板和转接板,还包括推理模块、计算模块、显示模块和存储模块;
所述背板固定于加固机箱中,背板通过转接板与航插板连接;航插板作为加固机箱的后挡板,其上设有电源接口、HDMI接口、网络接口和光纤接口;所述加固机箱的前挡板上设有开关按键和LED指示灯;所述显示模块、推理模块、存储模块和计算模块均插装在背板上,并通过背板实现互联;所述散热模块包括散热风扇和冷板,其中散热风扇与加固机箱的前壁板固定连接;所述电源模块设于航插板上,其通过转接板和背板进行供电;
所述计算模块用于数据解析,从无人机侦察视频中提取无人机位置、姿态和传感器状态信息;并且能够进行多帧图像实时拼接,形成较大幅面的全景图像好和包含地理信息的tif格式图像;
所述推理模块用于识别目标类型,推测目标的运动轨迹;
通过航插板上的网络接口计算模块接收无人机下传的侦察视频,进行数据解析和拼接,通过显示模块和HDMI接口在上位机中进行显示;在显示过程中,显示模块提供关键帧图像抓拍和视频片段录制的功能,并将抓拍的图像和录制的图像编目存储;推理模块从计算模块中接收的侦察视频数据中检测识别出目标位置,判断目标类型,并通过显示模块在视频画面上对检测出的目标以矩形框进行标注。
进一步的,所述存储模块还用于频进行检索并显示检索结果,并对检索到的视频通过显示模块转发上位机进行回放显示。
进一步的,所述散热模块还包括冷板,所述冷板设于背板上,背板上的模块通过自身的散热组件与背板连接;将热量传递到冷板的翅片上,通过冷板自身辐射和风扇强制对流进行散热。
进一步的,所述前壁板和后挡板上均设有散热孔。
进一步的,所述计算模块上设有与外界连接的USB接口。
本发明采取上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:
1、本发明采用模块化、轻量化设计,重量不超过35公斤,适用机动式、固定式地面站使用。
2、本发明加固机箱采用铝合金板材料,机箱和内部模块的应力承受能力强,可有效适应冲击振动环境。机内板卡做三防处理,可适应高盐雾、霉菌、湿热、高原等极端地域。元器件选用工业级以上宽温器件,在高低温环境下均可正常工作。
3、本发明采用全国产化设计,为无人机地面站影像及视频处理软件提供AI算力支撑。
4、本发明提供自主可控的基于侦察视频实时目标提取能力,支持接入多路高清视频,识别多类目标类型,识别时间由分钟级提升至毫秒级。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的说明。
本实施例提供的一种无人机地面站影像及视频处理装置。安装于无人机地面站设备机柜上,如图1至图4所示,包括加固机箱、计算模块、显示模块、存储模块、电源模块、散热模块、背板、航插板及转接板,其特征在于还包括推理模块。
计算模块通过ATCA连接器与背板连接,显示模块通过XMC连接器与背板连接,推理模块通过连接器与背板连接,其中:
加固机箱整体采用铝合金拼接结构设计,机箱内各板卡均采用模块化设计;
计算模块,采用双路飞腾S2500 CPU,128核心,2.0GHz,板载128GB内存颗粒;计算模块通过PCIE接口与显示模块、推理模块连接,通过SATA接口与存储模块连接,通过转速控制电路与散热模块互联;
显示模块,采用景嘉微XMCJH920显卡,集成4GB的显存,输出3路HDMI接口,分辨率支持1920*1080;
存储模块采用MWMM2PN-002TT的M.2PCIE固态硬盘,存储容量2TB;
推理模块,采用华为Atlas 300IPro推理卡,基于昇腾710AI处理器,具备AI推理、目标检索等功能;
电源模块采用长城巨龙系列GWCR-800D电源模块,AC220V输入,支持具备均流功能,具备PFC功能;
散热模块采用3个工业级四线制散热风扇,风扇噪声小于54dB;
背板提供1个ATCA槽位、1个XMC槽位、2个PCIe x16槽位,分别用于安装计算模块、显示模块和推理模块;背板提供1个高密度连接器,用于连接转接板,实现4路千兆网、2路万兆光口、3路高清视频DVI和6路USB信号的转接,提供1个连接器,用于前面板LED;另外,背板提供散热风扇接口。
航插板为输出接口航插的承载板,将转接板引入的对外接口信号通过航插与外部设备连接。在航插板上设计了均衡器,可满足DVI信号不小于15米传输;
转接板为实现信号转接的柔性PCB,主要通过该转接板提供背板与航插板之间的柔性连接;转接板通过1对高密度连接器实现与背板与航插板的对接;高密度连接器采用中航光电的矩形四排表贴高速连接器。
装置结构件主要通过机加工成型,选用铝合金AL6061,热加工成型后轻微加工硬化,表面本色导电氧化处理。紧固件、助拔器选用不锈钢材料,导热垫片选用橡胶材料。板卡做三防处理,元器件选用工业级以上宽温器件。在可加工的条件下,机箱与模块的凡是对强度影响不大或不严重影响导热的结构件厚度控制在2mm左右。
装置采用前进后出风道和密封搭接设计,装置内模块上散热器件等通过与冷板接触,将热量传递到冷板翅片上,最后通过风扇强制对流散热。同时装置对外自然辐射散热。装置对外提供3路HDMI/DVI接口、4路USB2.0接口、2路USB3.0接口、4路千兆网口、2路万兆光口。
装置安装银河麒麟操作系统V10,再安装无人机影像及视频处理软件,无人机影像及视频处理软件通过调用该装置,检测识别出目标类型,在软件视频画面上以矩形框形式自动标注。
该装置安装于无人机地面站设备机柜上,包括加固机箱、计算模块、显示模块、存储模块、电源模块、散热模块、背板、航插板、转接板和推理模块。本发明提供自主可控的基于侦察视频实时目标提取能力,支持接入多路高清视频,识别多类目标类型,适用于无人机地面站影像及视频处理场景。
装置使用过程如下:
步骤一,启动无人机影像及视频处理软件,通过装置的网络接口接收无人机下传的侦察视频,进行数据解析和拼接,显示侦察视频,显示画面属性包括单屏幕、2x2分屏、3x3分屏和全屏播放;
步骤二,在视频显示过程中进行关键帧图像抓拍和视频片段录制,并编目存储;
步骤三,对无人机视频进行多帧图像实时拼接、形成较大幅面的全景图像,生成包含地理信息的tif格式图像;
步骤四,从无人机侦察视频中提取无人机位置、姿态和传感器状态信息,计算无人机侦察视场;
步骤五,从侦察视频数据中检测识别出目标位置,利用装置的推理模块,识别目标类型,在视频画面上对检测出的目标以矩形框进行自动标注;
步骤六,对存储的视频进行检索并显示检索结果,对检索到的视频进行回放显示。
Claims (5)
1.一种无人机地面站影像及视频处理装置,包括加固机箱、电源模块、散热模块、背板、航插板和转接板,其特征在于,还包括推理模块、计算模块、显示模块和存储模块;
所述背板固定于加固机箱中,背板通过转接板与航插板连接;航插板作为加固机箱的后挡板,其上设有电源接口、HDMI接口、网络接口和光纤接口;所述加固机箱的前挡板上设有开关按键和LED指示灯;所述显示模块、推理模块、存储模块和计算模块均插装在背板上,并通过背板实现互联;所述散热模块包括散热风扇和冷板,其中散热风扇与加固机箱的前壁板固定连接;所述电源模块设于航插板上,其通过转接板和背板进行供电;
所述计算模块用于数据解析,从无人机侦察视频中提取无人机位置、姿态和传感器状态信息;并且能够进行多帧图像实时拼接,形成较大幅面的全景图像好和包含地理信息的tif格式图像;
所述推理模块用于识别目标类型,推测目标的运动轨迹;
通过航插板上的网络接口计算模块接收无人机下传的侦察视频,进行数据解析和拼接,通过显示模块和HDMI接口在上位机中进行显示;在显示过程中,显示模块提供关键帧图像抓拍和视频片段录制的功能,并将抓拍的图像和录制的图像编目存储;推理模块从计算模块中接收的侦察视频数据中检测识别出目标位置,判断目标类型,并通过显示模块在视频画面上对检测出的目标以矩形框进行标注。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无人机地面站影像及视频处理装置,其特征在于,所述存储模块还用于频进行检索并显示检索结果,并对检索到的视频通过显示模块转发上位机进行回放显示。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无人机地面站影像及视频处理装置,其特征在于,所述散热模块还包括冷板,所述冷板设于背板上,背板上的模块通过自身的散热组件与背板连接;将热量传递到冷板的翅片上,通过冷板自身辐射和风扇强制对流进行散热。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无人机地面站影像及视频处理装置,其特征在于,所述前壁板和后挡板上均设有散热孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种无人机地面站影像及视频处理装置,其特征在于,所述计算模块上设有与外界连接的USB接口。
