In an embodiment, the phone card binding module 10 is further configured to obtain inventory video color ring information, and copy the inventory video color ring information to obtain an inventory video color ring copy; and uploading the inventory video color ring copy to a target block chain to obtain a pre-stored video color ring.

In one embodiment, the transaction accounting module 30 is further configured to determine transaction accounting blockchain and transaction detail information according to the point task request when receiving the point task request; determining a task acceptance node and a task release node according to the transaction detail information and the transaction accounting blockchain; and carrying out point transaction and distributed accounting according to the task receiving node and the task issuing node.
In one embodiment, the transaction accounting module 30 is further configured to perform a node status change according to the task accepting node and the task publishing node; after the node state is changed, selecting a supervision node according to the node position information of the task receiving node, the task issuing node and the transaction accounting block chain; generating a consensus document according to the task acceptance node, the task release node and the transaction detail information; and carrying out point transaction and distributed accounting according to the consensus document and the supervision node.
In an embodiment, the transaction accounting module 30 is further configured to perform a comparison check of the consensus document by the supervising node; and when the verification result is that the verification is passed and the supervision node exceeding the preset supervision threshold value exists for transaction accounting, performing point transaction between the task receiving node and the task issuing node.

1. A method for billing a phone card transaction, the method comprising:
performing non-homogeneous binding on the target video color ring and the target SIM card to obtain a target telephone card;
acquiring communication behavior information of the target telephone card, and updating rights and interests information of the target telephone card according to the communication behavior information;
and analyzing according to the received point task request to obtain transaction detail information, and carrying out distributed accounting according to the transaction detail information.
2. The phone card transaction accounting method of claim 1, wherein the step of performing non-homogeneous binding of the target video coloring ring back tone and the target SIM card to obtain the target phone card further comprises:
acquiring inventory video color ring information, and copying the inventory video color ring information to obtain inventory video color ring copies;
and uploading the inventory video color ring copy to a target block chain to obtain a pre-stored video color ring.

and updating the rights and interests information of the target telephone card according to the user account grade information.
5. The method for billing a phone card transaction according to claim 1, wherein said parsing a received request for credit task to obtain transaction details and performing distributed billing based on said transaction details comprises:
when a point task request is received, determining a transaction accounting blockchain and transaction detail information according to the point task request;
determining a task acceptance node and a task release node according to the transaction detail information and the transaction accounting blockchain;
and carrying out point transaction and distributed accounting according to the task receiving node and the task issuing node.
6. The phone card transaction billing method of claim 5 wherein the performing of the credit transaction and distributed billing according to the task accepting node and the task issuing node comprises:
according to the task receiving node and the task issuing node, changing the node state;
after the node state is changed, selecting a supervision node according to the node position information of the task receiving node, the task issuing node and the transaction accounting block chain;
generating a consensus document according to the task acceptance node, the task release node and the transaction detail information;
and carrying out point transaction and distributed accounting according to the consensus document and the supervision node.
7. The phone card transaction billing method of claim 6 wherein the conducting a credit transaction and distributed billing according to the consensus document and the supervising node comprises:
comparing and checking the consensus document through the supervision node;
and when the verification result is that the verification is passed and the supervision node exceeding the preset supervision threshold value exists for transaction accounting, performing point transaction between the task receiving node and the task issuing node.
8. A telephone card transaction accounting device, characterized in that the telephone card transaction accounting device comprises:
the telephone card binding module is used for carrying out non-homogeneous binding on the target video color ring and the target SIM card to obtain a target telephone card;
