The specific user can obtain the equipment account of the public equipment through searching or sharing of the social friends, and therefore the temporary login credentials are applied from the login server according to the user identification and the equipment account. The temporary login credential has a fixed effective duration, and after expiration, the temporary login credential needs to be applied from the login server again according to the user identification and the device account. The terminal further sends a control signaling carrying the temporary login credential to the public equipment through forwarding of the internet of things open platform, the internet of things open platform verifies the temporary login credential carried by the terminal when forwarding the control signaling, and the terminal forwards the control signaling after the verification is passed. And the public equipment generates feedback information according to the received message and forwards the feedback information to the terminal through the Internet of things open platform.
The public device may also actively send messages to the terminals used by the user. Referring to fig. 7, steps 7.1a, 7.1b, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4 and 7.5 are included. Taking a public mailbox with public equipment as an entity as an example, a two-dimensional code is pasted on the public mailbox, and a user scans the two-dimensional code in advance by using a terminal to obtain an equipment type identifier and an equipment serial number, so that the association between the mobile phone number of the user and the account number of a third party user can be established on a corresponding equipment side server. And in addition, under the condition that the user does not pay attention to the Internet of things public number, the terminal can guide the user to pay attention to the Internet of things public number. After the courier puts the mailed item into the public mailbox and inputs the mobile phone number, the public mailbox can actively use the mobile phone number to exchange the third-party user account from the equipment side server, so that the third-party user account is used for representing the user to send the mail message through the public number server. And the public number server forwards the consignment message to a terminal where the user identification paying attention to the Internet of things public number is located according to the third-party user account. After the user receives the mailing message through the terminal, the user can retrieve the mailing item to the corresponding public mailbox according to the message content of the mailing message. The message content of the addressed message may include an identification of the public mailbox and may also include the address where the public mailbox is located.
As shown in fig. 8, in one embodiment, another message processing system is provided, including a terminal 801, a public number server 802, a device side server 803, and a controlled device 804 configured as a common device attribute. Both the terminal 801 and the controlled device 104 can be connected to the public number server 105 and the device side server 106 through a network.
As shown in fig. 9, in one embodiment, a message receiving method is provided, and this embodiment is exemplified by applying the method to the message processing system in fig. 8 described above. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
step 902, scanning the graphic code of the public device to obtain the device identification information.
Specifically, the terminal scans and analyzes the graphic code of the public device to obtain the device identification information. The device identification information may include a device type identifier and a device serial number. The graphic code of the controlled device can be arranged on the controlled device shell, the packaging box or the device specification, wherein the arrangement is printed or attached, and the graphic code can also be displayed on the display screen of the controlled device.
Step 904, determining the device side server to which the public device belongs according to the device identification information.
Specifically, the terminal may determine a controlled device according to the device type identifier, thereby determining a device-side server to which the controlled device belongs. The terminal can also inquire the corresponding equipment side server according to the equipment type identification and the equipment serial number.
Step 906, a third party user account associated with the user identifier is obtained, and the user identification information and the third party user account are associated in the equipment side server.
In particular, the third party user account may be generated by invoking a third party user account interface with the user identification as an interface parameter. The terminal can jump to a service page provided by the equipment side server and input the user identification information, so that the equipment side server associates the user identification information with the third party user account by calling the association interface.
In one embodiment, the user identification information includes at least one of a cell phone number, a certificate number, an instant messaging account number, and an email address.
Step 908 is to receive a message which is sent by the public device according to the third party user account and forwarded by the public server, where the message sent by the public device is sent by the public device according to the third party user account after the public device obtains the third party user account associated with the user identifier from the device side server according to the input user identification information.
Specifically, the user identification information is information having a function of identifying the user identity. The Internet of things public number is a public number registered on a public number server and used for providing services related to the Internet of things, and a common user can establish the association between a user identifier and the Internet of things public number by searching the Internet of things public number and performing attention or subscription operation. The association of the user identifier with the public number of the internet of things can also be referred to as the user paying attention to the public number of the internet of things. The user pays attention to the Internet of things public number, and then the information pushed by the Internet of things public number can be received.
Referring to fig. 5, the public device acquires input user identification information, and exchanges a third-party user account from the device side server according to the user identification information, so that a message is sent to the public number server according to the internet of things public number and the third-party user account, and the public number server forwards the message to a terminal corresponding to a user identifier associated with the third-party user account. The public device is provided with an input device or a short-distance transmission module, and the input user identification information is acquired through the input device or the short-distance transmission module. The close range transmission module comprises at least one of a Bluetooth module, an NFC module and an RFID module.
Wherein the third party user account may be generated based on the user identification and a unique identification assigned to the device provider of the controlled device. The corresponding relation between the user identification and the third-party user account can be stored on the equipment-side server, so that an interface for converting the user identification and the third-party user account is provided.
According to the message receiving method, the device identification information is obtained by scanning the graphic code of the public device, the public device is determined, so that the device side server to which the public device belongs can be determined according to the device identification information, and the user identification information and the third party user account are associated in the device side server to which the public device belongs. If the user identification information is input into the public equipment, the public equipment can use the user identification information to exchange the user account of the third party. The public equipment can be shared by a plurality of users without active sharing of the users, and under the condition that the user identification is associated with the public number of the Internet of things, the public equipment can actively send a message to the users through the public number server according to the third-party user account, so that the operation convenience is improved. And the user can receive the message sent by the public equipment under the condition of scanning the graphic code and associating the public number of the Internet of things, and the safety can be ensured to a certain extent.
As shown in fig. 10, in one embodiment, a message processing apparatus 1000 is provided, which includes a request module 1010, a temporary login credential receiving module 1020, and a message sending module 1030.
The request module 1010 is configured to send a request for applying for temporary login credentials, which carries a user identifier and a device account, to a login server.
Specifically, the user identifier is a character string capable of uniquely identifying the user identity, and may include at least one of numbers, letters, and punctuation marks. The request module 1010 may send a request for temporary login credentials to a login server through a social application, where the user identifier may be a user account used for logging in the social application. The social application generally has a contact person searching function and an instant messaging function, and also can have a UGC sharing function and a UGC comment function.
The device account is a character string which can uniquely identify the corresponding controlled device, and can be generated by the Internet of things open platform according to the device identification information of the controlled device, and the device account needs to be used when the controlled device is accessed to the Internet of things open platform. The device identification information is information carried by the controlled device for identifying the controlled device, and may include a device serial number and may also include a device type identifier. The device type identifier is used for uniquely identifying a certain controlled device, and the device serial number is used for uniquely identifying the controlled device specific to an individual in the controlled device. The device type identifier may include at least one of a number, a letter, and a punctuation mark, and the device serial number may include at least one of a number, a letter, and a punctuation mark.
The temporary login credential application request is a request for a terminal to apply for a temporary login credential required for a temporary session with a public device, where the temporary session refers to a session type in which a terminal corresponding to a user identifier performs message interaction with the public device when the user identifier and a device account of the public device do not establish a binding relationship. The temporary login credential is a credential for verifying the validity of login when the user identifier logs in with a specific identity, and the specific identity allows access to a specified public device. The temporary login credentials may also be referred to as a temporary ticket or temporary login state.
A temporary login credential receiving module 1020, configured to receive a temporary login credential allocated by the login server according to the user identifier and the device account; the temporary login credentials have a fixed validity duration.
Specifically, the request module 1010 sends a temporary login credential application request carrying a user identifier and a device account to the login server, and the login server responds to the temporary login credential application request, extracts the user identifier and the device account from the temporary login credential application request, and generates a temporary login credential according to the user identifier and the device account. The temporary login credential includes information indicating the validity period of the temporary login credential, such as a failure time point, or an effective time point and an effective duration. The valid duration refers to the time length from the validation time point to the invalidation time point of the temporary login credential.
The effective duration of the temporary login credentials is shorter than the effective duration of the login credentials for the user identifier to log in the social application. For example, if the validity duration of the login credential for the user identifier to log in the social application is 2 hours, the validity duration of the temporary login credential may be 10 minutes. The effective duration of the login credentials for logging in the social application can be renewed, and the temporary login credentials can only be reapplied after the temporary login credentials are expired. The authority of the temporary login credential is limited, only the authority related to the access to the public device is possessed, the login credential for the user to log in the social application allows access to various services of the social application, and the service logic for setting the temporary login credential can realize service isolation and ensure safety.
In one embodiment, when the login server allocates the temporary login credential according to the user identifier and the device account, the login server may encrypt the user identifier and the device account by using a private key of a key pair to generate the temporary login credential, or may combine the user identifier, the device account, and the random number according to a preset order and encrypt by using a private key of the key pair to generate the temporary login credential.
In one embodiment, the login server may query whether the device type attribute corresponding to the device account is the public device attribute when allocating the temporary login credential, and allocate the temporary login credential if the device type attribute is the public device attribute, or refuse to allocate the temporary login credential if the device type attribute is not the public device attribute. The public device is a controlled device with a device type attribute configured as a public device attribute, and the internet of things open platform records the corresponding relation between the device account and the device type attribute, so that the query of the device type attribute corresponding to the device account is provided. The device type attributes of the controlled device may include private device attributes and public device attributes. And if the private equipment property exists, the controlled equipment only allows the bound user identification to access.
The message sending module 1030 is configured to send a message carrying the temporary login credential to the internet of things open platform, so that the internet of things open platform forwards the message to the corresponding public device according to the corresponding device account number after the temporary login credential passes the verification.
Specifically, the message sending module 1030 acquires message content to be sent, so that the message content and the temporary login credential are combined into a message according to a predefined protocol and sent to the internet of things open platform. After receiving the message sent by the terminal, the IOT open platform extracts the temporary login credentials in the message, verifies the extracted temporary login credentials, sends the message to the public equipment corresponding to the equipment account if the verification is passed, refuses to forward the message if the verification is not passed, and can further return a prompt that the message is not sent to the terminal. Wherein the message content of the message may include at least one of control signaling, text, pictures, audio, video, and a link address.
In an embodiment, when the physical association open platform verifies the temporary login credential, the temporary login credential may be decrypted by using a public key in the key pair to obtain the user identifier and the device account, so as to query, from the login server, whether a temporary session exists between the user identifier and the device account, and whether the temporary session is expired. If the temporary session exists and the temporary session is not expired, the verification of the temporary login credential is passed; if the temporary session does not exist or is expired although the temporary session exists, the verification of the temporary login credentials is not passed.
According to the message processing device 1000, the public device is open, identification is performed through the device account, so that a user with the user identification can send a message to the public device through a temporary session when needed, operations of binding the device and sharing the device are not needed, and operation is convenient. When the message needs to be sent to the public device, the temporary login credentials are applied from the login server according to the user identification and the device account, and the message sent to the public device needs to be verified by the Internet of things open platform, so that the safety of sending the message to the public device is guaranteed. And the temporary login credentials have fixed effective duration, and can only be reapplied after the temporary login credentials are expired, so that the temporary login credentials can be prevented from being stolen, and the safety of sending messages to public equipment is further improved.
As shown in fig. 11, in one embodiment, the message processing apparatus 1000 further includes: and a feedback information receiving module 1040, configured to receive feedback information from the public device forwarded by the internet of things open platform, where the feedback information is generated by the public device in response to the message.
Specifically, after receiving a message from the terminal forwarded by the internet of things open platform, the public device may generate feedback information in response to the message, and send the feedback information to the internet of things open platform, and the internet of things open platform forwards the feedback information to the terminal. For example, if the message sent by the terminal is a control signaling for taking a picture, the feedback information may be the picture taken.
In one embodiment, the feedback information receiving module 1040 is configured to receive feedback information from the public device forwarded by the internet of things open platform, where the feedback information is generated by the public device in response to the message after the verification of the temporary login credential carried by the message is passed.
Specifically, after receiving a message from the terminal forwarded by the internet of things open platform, the public device may extract a temporary login credential in the message for verification, and if the verification passes, generate feedback information in response to the message, and if the verification fails, may ignore the message or return access error information to the terminal through the internet of things open platform.
When the public device verifies the temporary login credential, the public key in the key pair can be used for decrypting the temporary login credential to obtain the user identifier and the device account, so that whether a temporary session exists between the user identifier and the device account or not and whether the temporary session is expired or not are inquired from the login server through the internet of things open platform. If the temporary session exists and the temporary session is not expired, the verification of the temporary login credential is passed; if the temporary session does not exist or is expired although the temporary session exists, the verification of the temporary login credentials is not passed.
In the embodiment, bidirectional message interaction can be safely realized between the terminal and the public equipment, the operations of binding the equipment and sharing the equipment are not needed, and the operation is convenient.
As shown in fig. 12, in one embodiment, the message processing apparatus 1000 further includes: the message receiving module 1050 is configured to receive a message that is sent by the public device and forwarded by the public number server according to the user identifier associated with the internet of things, where the message sent by the public device is sent by the public device according to the third-party user account after the public device obtains the third-party user account associated with the user identifier from the device side server according to the input user identification information.
Specifically, the user identification information is information having a function of identifying the user identity. In one embodiment, the user identification information includes at least one of a cell phone number, a certificate number, an instant messaging account number, and an email address. The Internet of things public number is a public number registered on a public number server and used for providing services related to the Internet of things, and a common user can establish the association between a user identifier and the Internet of things public number by searching the Internet of things public number and performing attention or subscription operation. The public number is an application account number applied by a party providing services on a public server, and the party providing services can realize all-around communication and interaction with characters, pictures, voice and videos of a specific group through the public number server. The association of the user identifier with the public number of the internet of things can also be referred to as the user paying attention to the public number of the internet of things. The user pays attention to the Internet of things public number, and then the information pushed by the Internet of things public number can be received.
Referring to fig. 5, the public device acquires input user identification information, and exchanges a third-party user account from the device side server according to the user identification information, so that a message is sent to the public number server according to the internet of things public number and the third-party user account, and the public number server forwards the message to a terminal corresponding to a user identifier associated with the third-party user account. The public device is provided with an input device or a short-distance transmission module, and the input user identification information is acquired through the input device or the short-distance transmission module. The close range transmission module comprises at least one of a Bluetooth module, an NFC module and an RFID module.
Wherein the third party user account may be generated based on the user identification and a unique identification assigned to the device provider of the controlled device. The corresponding relation between the user identification and the third-party user account can be stored on the equipment-side server, so that an interface for converting the user identification and the third-party user account is provided.
In this embodiment, after the public device obtains the input user identification information, the public device may use the user identification information to exchange the third-party user account. The public equipment can be shared by a plurality of users without active sharing of the users, and under the condition that the user identification is associated with the public number of the Internet of things, the public equipment can actively send a message to the users through the public number server according to the third-party user account, so that the operation convenience is improved.
In one embodiment, the message sent by the public device adopts a pre-configured message template, and the message template comprises fields selected from a preset field set provided by the Internet of things open platform. In the embodiment, the message template can prevent the public equipment from sending junk messages to the users and disturbing the users.
In one embodiment, the message receiving module 1050 is specifically configured to receive a message that is sent by a public device and forwarded by a public number server when it is determined that a preset condition is met according to the public number of the internet of things. The preset condition includes at least one of the following conditions: associating the user identification with the equipment account; the device type attribute of the public device is configured as a public device attribute; the recipient designated by the message sent by the public device is unique.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the public device acquires input user identification information, and exchanges a third-party user account from the device-side server according to the user identification information, so as to send a message to the public number server according to the public number of the internet of things and the third-party user account, and the public number server determines whether the message satisfies a preset condition. If yes, the message is forwarded to a terminal corresponding to the user identification associated with the third-party user account; if not, the message is not forwarded.
The user identifier in the preset condition is associated with the device account, so that the corresponding user is ensured to pay attention to the public device, and the user is allowed to send a message to the public device. The device type attribute of the public device is configured as a public device attribute in order to ensure that the controlled device sending the message is indeed a public device, and if a private device, the message is generally not allowed to be sent to an unbound user. The receiver designated by the message sent by the public device is unique, and the message is prohibited from being sent by the public device in a group manner, so that inconvenience brought to a user of the terminal by the public device sending a large amount of spam messages is avoided.
As shown in fig. 13, in one embodiment, the message processing apparatus 1000 further includes: a scanning module 1060, an association module 1070, and an internet of things public number attention module 1080.
The scanning module 1060 is configured to scan the graphic code of the public device to obtain device identification information.
Specifically, the scanning module 1060 scans and analyzes the graphic code of the public device to obtain the device identification information. The device identification information may include a device type identifier and a device serial number. The graphic code of the controlled device can be arranged on the controlled device shell, the packaging box or the device specification, wherein the arrangement is printed or attached, and the graphic code can also be displayed on the display screen of the controlled device.
The association module 1070 is configured to determine, according to the device identification information, an equipment-side server to which the public device belongs, acquire a third-party user account associated with the user identifier, and associate the user identification information with the third-party user account at the equipment-side server.
Specifically, the association module 1070 may determine a controlled device according to the device type identifier, and thus determine the device-side server to which the controlled device belongs. The third party user account may be generated by invoking a third party user account interface with the user identification as an interface parameter. The association module 1070 may jump to a service page provided by the device side server and input the user identification information, thereby enabling the device side server to associate the user identification information with the third party user account by invoking an association interface.
And the internet of things public number attention module 1080 is used for acquiring the internet of things public number and establishing the association between the user identification and the internet of things public number through the public number server.
Specifically, the internet of things public number attention module 1080 may detect whether the user identifier is associated with the internet of things public number, and if so, the process is ended. And if the association is not established, prompting and guiding the user to associate the Internet of things public number.
In this embodiment, the device identification information is obtained by scanning the graphic code of the public device, and the public device is determined, so that the device side server to which the public device belongs can be determined according to the device identification information, and the user identification information and the third party user account are associated with each other on the device side server to which the public device belongs. If the user identification information is input into the public equipment, the public equipment can use the user identification information to exchange the user account of the third party. The public equipment can be shared by a plurality of users without active sharing of the users, and under the condition that the user identification is associated with the public number of the Internet of things, the public equipment can actively send a message to the users through the public number server according to the third-party user account, so that the operation convenience is improved. And the user can receive the message sent by the public equipment under the condition of scanning the graphic code and associating the public number of the Internet of things, and the safety can be ensured to a certain extent.
As shown in fig. 14, in one embodiment, a message receiving apparatus 1400 is provided that includes a scanning module 1410, an association module 1420, and a message receiving module 1430.
And the scanning module 1410 is configured to scan the graphic code of the public device to obtain device identification information.
The association module 1420 is configured to determine, according to the device identification information, a device-side server to which the public device belongs, acquire a third-party user account associated with the user identifier, and associate the user identification information with the third-party user account on the device-side server.
The message receiving module 1430 is configured to receive a message that is sent by the public device according to the third-party user account and forwarded by the public server, where the message sent by the public device is sent by the public device according to the third-party user account after the public device acquires the third-party user account associated with the user identifier from the device-side server according to the input user identification information.
In one embodiment, the user identification information includes at least one of a cell phone number, a certificate number, an instant messaging account number, and an email address.
The message receiving apparatus 1400 obtains the device identification information by scanning the graphic code of the public device, and determines the public device, so that the device side server to which the public device belongs can be determined according to the device identification information, and the user identification information and the third party user account are associated with each other on the device side server to which the public device belongs. If the user identification information is input into the public equipment, the public equipment can use the user identification information to exchange the user account of the third party. The public equipment can be shared by a plurality of users without active sharing of the users, and under the condition that the user identification is associated with the public number of the Internet of things, the public equipment can actively send a message to the users through the public number server according to the third-party user account, so that the operation convenience is improved. And the user can receive the message sent by the public equipment under the condition of scanning the graphic code and associating the public number of the Internet of things, and the safety can be ensured to a certain extent.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a non-volatile storage medium such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), or a Random Access Memory (RAM).

Claims (12)

1. A method of message processing, the method comprising:
sending a temporary login credential application request carrying a user identifier and a device account to a login server; wherein the device account is obtained by searching or sharing of a social friend;
receiving a temporary login credential distributed by the login server according to the user identifier and the equipment account; the temporary login credential has a fixed validity duration; the equipment corresponding to the equipment account is public equipment; the public device is an open device; the user identification and the equipment account of the public equipment do not establish a binding relationship;
sending a message carrying the temporary login credentials to a physical connection open platform, so that the physical connection open platform forwards the message to corresponding public equipment according to the corresponding equipment account after the temporary login credentials are verified;
acquiring a third-party user account associated with the user identifier, jumping to a service page provided by an equipment side server, and acquiring input user identification information so that the equipment side server associates the user identification information with the third-party user account by calling an association interface; wherein the third party user account is generated by invoking a third party user account interface with the user identification as an interface parameter;
and receiving a message which is sent by the public equipment and forwarded by a public number server according to the user identifier associated with the Internet of things public number, wherein the message sent by the public equipment is sent by the public equipment according to a third party user account associated with the input user identification information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving feedback information forwarded by the Internet of things open platform from the public device, wherein the feedback information is generated by the public device in response to the message after the temporary login credential carried by the message is verified.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving the message sent by the public device and forwarded by the public number server according to the user identifier associated with the internet of things public number comprises:
receiving a message which is sent by the public equipment and forwarded when the judgment of meeting a preset condition is carried out according to the Internet of things public number through a public number server;
the preset condition comprises at least one of the following conditions:
the user identification is associated with the equipment account;
the device type attribute of the public device is configured as a public device attribute;
the recipient designated by the message sent by the public device is unique.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
scanning a graphic code of the public equipment to obtain equipment identification information;
determining an equipment side server to which the public equipment belongs according to the equipment identification information;
and acquiring an Internet of things public number, and establishing association between the user identifier and the Internet of things public number through a public number server.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the user identification information comprises at least one of a cell phone number, a certificate number, an instant messaging account number, and an email address.
6. A message processing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the request module is used for sending a temporary login credential application request carrying a user identifier and a device account to the login server; wherein the device account is obtained by searching or sharing of a social friend;
the temporary login credential receiving module is used for receiving the temporary login credential distributed by the login server according to the user identifier and the device account; the temporary login credential has a fixed validity duration; the equipment corresponding to the equipment account is public equipment; the public device is an open device; the user identification and the equipment account of the public equipment do not establish a binding relationship;
a message sending module, configured to send a message carrying the temporary login credential to a physical association opening platform, so that the physical association opening platform forwards the message to a corresponding public device according to the corresponding device account after the temporary login credential passes verification;
the association module is used for acquiring a third-party user account associated with the user identifier, jumping to a service page provided by the equipment side server and acquiring input user identification information so that the equipment side server associates the user identification information with the third-party user account by calling an association interface; wherein the third party user account is generated by invoking a third party user account interface with the user identification as an interface parameter;
and the message receiving module is used for receiving a message which is sent by the public equipment and forwarded by a public number server according to the user identifier associated with the Internet of things public number, wherein the message sent by the public equipment is sent by the public equipment according to a third-party user account associated with the input user identification information.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
a feedback information receiving module, configured to receive feedback information from the public device and forwarded by the internet of things open platform, where the feedback information is generated by the public device in response to the message after the temporary login credential carried by the message is verified.
8. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the message receiving module is specifically configured to receive a message that is sent by the public device and forwarded by a public number server when it is determined that a preset condition is met according to an internet of things public number;
the preset condition comprises at least one of the following conditions:
the user identification is associated with the equipment account;
the device type attribute of the public device is configured as a public device attribute;
the recipient designated by the message sent by the public device is unique.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the scanning module is used for scanning the graphic code of the public equipment to obtain equipment identification information;
the association module is used for determining an equipment side server to which the public equipment belongs according to the equipment identification information;
and the Internet of things public number attention module is used for acquiring an Internet of things public number and establishing association between the user identifier and the Internet of things public number through a public number server.
