Abstract

The application aims to solve the technical problem of providing the water spraying structure for the intelligent closestool, which has a simple structure, can move back and forth and left and right at the same time and can realize large-area cleaning of buttocks.

Description of the embodiments
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, for the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present application provides a water spraying structure for a smart toilet, comprising a base 1, a first driving mechanism 2, a second driving mechanism 3, a gear transmission mechanism 4, and a spray head assembly 5.
The base 1 is provided with a first chute 11 and a rotation hole 12. The first chute 11 is in a shape of a long strip. The base 1 is further provided with a first mounting hole, wherein the second driving mechanism 3 is mounted in the first mounting hole 13.
The first driving mechanism 2 is connected with the gear transmission mechanism 4 and drives the gear transmission mechanism 4 to roll. Wherein the gear transmission mechanism 4 comprises a large gear 41 and a small gear 42, the large gear 41 is meshed with the small gear 42, and the small gear 42 is meshed with the spray head assembly 5. Specifically, the first driving mechanism 2 drives the large gear 41 to roll, and the large gear 41 drives the small gear 42 to roll in water. In the present embodiment, the first driving mechanism 2 is a first motor, but is not limited thereto.
The second driving mechanism 3 comprises a motor 31 and a swinging connecting piece 32, an eccentric connecting post 321 is arranged at the top of the swinging connecting piece 32, the eccentric connecting post 321 deviates from the geometric center of the swinging connecting piece 32, and the motor 31 drives the swinging connecting piece 32 to rotate.
The spray head assembly 5 comprises a spray head guide rail 51 and a spray head 52, wherein the spray head guide rail 51 comprises a second slide groove 511, a third slide groove 512, a first convex column 513 and a second convex column 514, the spray head 52 is arranged in the second slide groove 511, the eccentric connecting column 321 is inserted into the third slide groove 512, the first convex column 513 is inserted into the first slide groove 11, and the second convex column 514 is inserted into the rotating hole 12. Specifically, the second chute 511 is elongated, and the third chute 512 is elongated, but not limited thereto. In other embodiments of the present application, the second chute 511 and the third chute 512 may have an elliptical shape or a rectangular shape, but are not limited thereto. The directions of the first chute 11 and the third chute 512 are perpendicular to each other. Preferably, the first protrusion 513 is provided in two, but is not limited thereto. Wherein, in order to facilitate the installation, the first boss 513 is convenient to slide in the first chute 11, and the first boss 513 is a hollow cylinder, but is not limited thereto. When mounted, the first boss 513 passes through the first chute 11, and then a screw is screw-coupled to the bottom of the first boss 513, thereby preventing the first boss 513 from falling off or moving up and down when sliding. In other embodiments of the present application, the first protruding pillar 513 may be a square pillar or an oval pillar. In order to further prevent the first boss 513 from moving up and down when sliding in the first chute 11, a first clamping protrusion is disposed on an outer wall of the first boss 513, and the first clamping protrusion is disposed on a surface of the base 1. Wherein, in order to facilitate the installation, the second boss 514 is convenient to rotate in the rotation hole 12, and the second boss 514 is a hollow cylinder, but is not limited thereto. When the second boss 514 is mounted, the second boss 514 passes through the rotation hole 12, and then a screw is screw-coupled to the bottom of the second boss 514, thereby preventing the second boss 514 from falling off or moving up and down when it is rotated. In other embodiments of the present application, the second protruding pillar 514 may be a square pillar or an oval pillar. In order to further prevent the second boss 514 from moving up and down when rotating in the rotation hole 12, a second clamping protrusion is disposed on an outer wall of the second boss 514, and the second clamping protrusion is disposed on a surface of the base 1.
Specifically, a sliding opening 515 is provided at the bottom of the second sliding groove 511, a rack 521 is provided on a surface of the nozzle 52 contacting the bottom of the second sliding groove 511, the rack 521 is meshed with the gear transmission mechanism 4 at the sliding opening 515, and the nozzle 52 moves horizontally and linearly in the second sliding groove 511. Specifically, the pinion gear 42 is meshed with the rack 521, and the pinion gear 42 drives the spray head 52 to move horizontally and linearly in the second chute 511. In the present embodiment, 1 large gear 42 is provided and 2 small gears 42 are provided in order to extend the horizontal linear movement distance of the head 52. In other embodiments of the application, the number of large and small gears may be combined at will.
In order to facilitate installation, reduce the volume of the water spraying structure, and make reasonable use of space, the nozzle guide rail 51 includes a mounting groove 516, the mounting groove 516 is located below the sliding opening 515, and the large gear 41 and the small gear 42 are disposed in the mounting groove 516. The side wall of the mounting groove 516 is provided with a mounting hole 517, and when the mounting is performed, a mounting post passes through the mounting hole 517 and the large gear 41 and the small gear 42, so that the large gear 41 and the small gear 42 are fixed in the mounting groove 516.
In order to prevent the nozzle 52 from falling off when sliding in the second chute 511, a clamping piece 522 is provided on a side of the nozzle 52, a groove is provided on the clamping piece 522, a protrusion 518 is provided on a side of the nozzle rail 51, and the protrusion 518 is inserted into the groove. Wherein, when the spray head 52 slides in the second chute 511, the clamping member 522 slides along the protrusion 518 at the same time.
In order to prevent the nozzle 52 from falling off from the port of the second chute 511 when sliding in the second chute 511, a stopper 519 is provided on the side of the port of the nozzle rail 51. Wherein the height of the stop piece 519 is greater than the height of the clamping piece 522, and when the spray head 52 slides to the port of the second chute 511, the stop piece 519 clamps the clamping piece 522, thereby preventing the spray head 52 from moving forward.
To further prevent the shower head 52 from falling off when sliding in the second sliding groove 511, the shower head assembly 2 includes a shower head cover 53, and the shower head cover 53 is disposed on top of the shower head 52 and connected to the shower head rail 51. Specifically, the head cover 53 is connected to the stopper 519. Wherein, the nozzle gland 53 is provided with a water inlet connection port 531 and a water outlet (not shown). The water inlet connection port 531 is connected with a water pipe, and the water outlet is arranged at the contact position of the nozzle gland 53 and the surface of the nozzle 52. In operation, liquid enters from the water inlet connection port 531 and then flows out to the surface of the spray head 52 through the water outlet, thereby flushing the spray head 52.
In order to facilitate installation, the water spraying structure for the intelligent closestool further comprises a fixed seat 6, an installation column 61 is arranged on the fixed seat 6, a second installation hole is formed in the base 1, and the base 1 is installed on the fixed seat 6 through screws.
Correspondingly, the application also provides an intelligent closestool, which comprises the water spraying structure for the intelligent closestool.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, when in operation, the first driving mechanism 2 drives the gear transmission mechanism 4 to roll, the gear transmission mechanism 4 drives the spray head 52 to slide in the second chute 511, and the spray head 52 moves back and forth along the spray head guide rail 51; the motor 31 of the second driving mechanism 3 drives the swing connecting piece 32 to rotate, wherein the eccentric connecting post 321 is inserted into the first groove 11, and when the eccentric connecting post 321 is deviated from the geometric center of the swing connecting piece 32, the eccentric connecting post 321 rotates back and forth in the third groove 512, so as to drive the first protruding post 513 to move left and right in the first chute 11, and the second protruding post 514 rotates in the rotating hole 12, so that the spray head guide rail 51 moves left and right along the base 1, and finally the spray head 2 moves left and right and back, thereby realizing the large-area cleaning of buttocks.

the first driving mechanism is connected with the gear transmission mechanism and drives the gear transmission mechanism to roll;
the second driving mechanism comprises a motor and a swinging connecting piece, an eccentric connecting column is arranged at the top of the swinging connecting piece and deviates from the geometric center of the swinging connecting piece, and the motor drives the swinging connecting piece to rotate;
the spray head assembly comprises a spray head guide rail and a spray head, the spray head guide rail comprises a second chute, a third chute, a first convex column and a second convex column, the spray head is arranged in the second chute, the eccentric connecting column is inserted into the third chute, the first convex column is inserted into the first chute, and the second convex column is inserted into the rotating hole; the directions of the first chute and the third chute are mutually perpendicular.

The water spraying structure for an intelligent toilet according to claim 10, wherein the nozzle cover is provided with a water inlet connection port and a water outlet port, the water inlet connection port is connected with a water pipe, and the water outlet port is arranged at a contact position of the nozzle cover and the surface of the nozzle.
12. A smart toilet comprising the water spray structure for a smart toilet according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
