Detailed Description

In fig. 11 and 12, an outer slide way 42 parallel to the outer layer shaft tube is arranged on the outer side of the outer layer shaft tube, and the slide way is positioned on a slide way frame 43; the outer side of a positioning shaft sleeve at the rear section of the outer layer shaft tube is fixed on a sliding frame 44 in the slideway, the front section of the outer layer shaft tube is movably framed by a telescopic opening at the front end of the machine bin box, one end of a shaft positioning switch movable pull rod is arranged below the positioning shaft sleeve, and the other end of the movable pull rod is connected with the long end of a switch swing rod in a shaft mode; the main shaft sleeve of the parallel swing rod can also be arranged on a slideway frame above the slideway, the front end of the parallel swing rod is longer and passes through the annular opening of the annular opening pull rod, a linkage swing shaft above the parallel swing rod is connected with a shaft hole at one end of a transverse pull rod, and the shaft sleeve at the other end of the transverse pull rod is connected with a shaft arranged below the rear section of the operation shaft tube.
In fig. 1 and 2, a movable gap of a water control push-pull rod 45 is arranged on an operation platform box panel which is arranged at the rear of an operation handle and close to the outer side of an operation shaft tube, two side surfaces of the gap are provided with shaft sleeves, in fig. 2, a transverse shaft 46 of the push-pull rod is positioned, a lower end shaft 47 of the push-pull rod is connected with a shaft hole at one end of a push-pull rod connecting rod 48, in fig. 1 and 2, the other end of the connecting rod is connected with a short end shaft 49 of a faucet two-way switch swing rod, in fig. 1, the long end of the faucet two-way switch swing rod is provided with two shifting forks 50, and a shaft roller 51 arranged on a faucet switch spanner is movably framed; an axle hole is arranged at the position of the short end of the swing rod close to the half of the swing rod, and the swing rod is positioned on the axle seat 52. Only water temperature and temperature buttons for sitting and relieving are arranged on the panel of the operation table box at the back of the water control push-pull rod.
In fig. 6 and 7, a ball wheel 53 which is matched with the inner diameter of the front end of the outer layer shaft tube and can rotate is arranged, two ends of a central shaft 54 of the ball wheel are positioned in shaft holes arranged on two side walls of a pipe orifice at the front end of the outer layer shaft tube, a front protruding water spraying port 55 and a rear protruding water spraying port 55 are arranged on the long section at the front end of the ball wheel, a thin rubber cover 56 which is matched with the protruding water spraying ports in shape is respectively arranged on the front water spraying port and the rear water spraying port, the rear end of the thin rubber cover is positioned at the rear edge of the water spraying ports, so that the thin rubber cover is easily flushed when the water spraying ports are flushed and is not influenced to flush, and the thin rubber cover is recovered to be closed when the water is cut off; the water pipe interface 57 of the front and the rear water jet is arranged behind the ball wheel, and in the figure 6, a water jet is arranged on the water jet ball wheel of the universal all-in-one machine closestool; in fig. 6 and 7, a shaft nail seat 58 is arranged on the side surface of the ball wheel below the central shaft of the water jet ball wheel, and a shaft hole 60 at one end of a small pull rod 59 is positioned by using a shaft nail, in fig. 6 and 8, a swing rod central shaft 61 in the same direction as the central shaft of the water jet ball wheel is arranged at the middle section of the outer layer shaft pipe corresponding to the central point of the transverse shaft of the deflector rod, a shaft nail seat 63 is arranged below the outer side of a positioning outer sleeve 62 of the swing rod central shaft, and a shaft hole 64 at the other end of the small pull rod is positioned by using a shaft nail; an upper through hole and a lower through hole are arranged on the outer sleeve pipe for positioning the swing rod central shaft and close to the rear side of the central shaft midpoint, and are used as orifices for positioning the swing rod, the swing rod extends through a movable gap 65 reserved on the upper surface and the lower surface of the outer layer shaft tube wall, and a section of the upper surface and the lower surface of the outer layer shaft tube is lengthened to form an upper swing rod 66 and a lower swing rod 66; in fig. 5 and 11, a balance retraction swing rod 67 with a back pull spring is arranged at a proper position at the back end of the outer layer shaft tube. In fig. 6 and 7, two water hoses 68 of the front and rear water nozzles are butted, a leading-out section at the rear end of an outer layer shaft tube is loosely positioned at the upper end of a retractable swing rod, the two water hoses are led to the lower end of the swing rod from the upper end of the swing rod, in fig. 1, the two water hoses are respectively connected with a front flushing water nozzle and a rear flushing water nozzle which are respectively provided with a two-way switch, and a water outlet pipe orifice 70 below a respective tubular annular water container 69 is connected above the two-way switch; a heater 71 is arranged in the central space of the tubular annular water container; a water inlet 72 of a tubular annular water container for supplying a water jet at the front end is provided with an input switch of a female water purifying medicament; a water purifying device is arranged between the outer water inlet and the tap water pipe.
In fig. 13, 14, 15 and 16, the integral closestool of the all-in-one machine is not provided with a water tank and a water inlet, and only a rear and lower straight-discharge pipe orifice is arranged at the bottom in the closestool. Or the components are made of materials such as porcelain, plastic, glass, enamel, metal and the like, and then the integral combined closestool is assembled; the inner layer of the closestool is made into an independent 'inner barrel 73', the periphery of the inner barrel is provided with a bearing outward-turning opening edge 74, the inner opening of the opening edge is provided with a converging opening, and the 75 caliber of the sewage outlet of the inner barrel is slightly larger and is in an oblate shape; in fig. 17, the outer shell of the toilet periphery is made of a suitable material such as ceramic plastic, etc. into a shell 76 with two integrated sides, and fixed by a beam member 77 to form an integrated toilet shell; in fig. 18 and 19, or both sides are made into a left and a right split shells 78, fixed by a connecting piece 79 to form an integral shell, and then fixed by a beam member to form an integral closestool shell; the rear half part of the closestool shell and the upper surface of the inner barrel opening which is coincidently seated on the front half part of the closestool shell are flat and consistent, so that the spraying water-saving and flushing closestool machine bin box can be stably seated and fixed with the toilet.
In fig. 13, 14 and 19, one end of a soft pollution discharge pipe 80 is connected with an outer opening edge 81 of a pollution discharge outlet of the inner barrel, and the other end of the soft pollution discharge pipe is arranged at a front opening edge 83 of an elbow 82; in fig. 13, 14, 19 and 25, the upper ends of two swing rods 84 arranged on the elbow are positioned in the shaft holes 85 in fig. 25, and the shaft holes 85 are positioned by a swing rod long shaft 86, and in fig. 13, 14 and 25, the two ends of the long shaft are positioned in the shaft holes 88 arranged at the upper ends of two side walls which are upwards extended at two sides of the barrel-shaped seat 87. A rectangular undercarriage with proper length is arranged, the inner side distance of long frames 89 at two sides can be sleeved on two sides of a barrel-shaped seat, a balancing weight 90 is arranged on a rear transverse frame of the undercarriage, a front end transverse frame of the undercarriage is arranged into a shaft roller 91 and is placed below a flexible rubber hose, shaft holes are arranged at the positions, close to the middle, of the long frames at two sides of the undercarriage, the shaft holes are positioned by a long shaft 92 of the undercarriage, and the two ends of the long shaft are positioned on the two side walls of the barrel-shaped seat and are correspondingly arranged in the shaft holes 93 close to the upper back bending point of a bending head; in fig. 13, 14 and 19, a semicircular groove-shaped bottom support 94 suitable for the shape of a soft rubber pipe is arranged below the soft rubber pipe; in fig. 14 and 25, an inverted funnel-shaped sealing sleeve 95 is arranged, a small opening is sleeved at the elbow turning part, a large opening is positioned at the inner edge of the horseshoe-shaped upper opening edge of the barrel-shaped seat by using an expansion ring, the sealing sleeve is soft and has a margin for forward swinging of the elbow, and a bearing pipe in the barrel-shaped seat is in fit connection with the pipe diameter of a reserved pit of the closestool.
In fig. 13, 20, 21, 22, 23, a tubular shower pipe 96 which is easily framed by the slide rail seats is arranged outside the outer layer shaft tube in the cabinet, in fig. 24, a nozzle 97 is arranged at the front end of the shower pipe, in fig. 21, 23, the widened bottom edges at the two sides of the shower pipe are positioned by the front and rear slide rail seats 98, so that a proper distance is reserved between the rear end of the shower pipe and the rear end of the outer layer shaft tube, the nozzle at the front end of the shower pipe is close to the telescopic opening of the outer layer shaft tube, and when the shower pipe extends out, the nozzle is positioned at the position close to the center of the toilet; in fig. 13 and 14, a rear end positioning shaft 100 of a movable link rod 99 of the spray header is arranged at a proper position on the inner side of the rear section of the spray header, the front end of the movable link rod is connected with a lower end shaft 102 of a spray switch swing rod 101, in fig. 13, 14 and 22, the upper end of the spray switch swing rod is fixed on a linkage cross shaft 103, in fig. 20 and 22, shaft sleeves 104 at two ends of the linkage cross shaft are positioned at proper positions on the inner layer of an upper cover of a cabin box, a movable gap of a spray switch handle 106 with a seam masking wheel 105 is arranged at the midpoint of the linkage cross shaft corresponding to the upper cover of the cabin box, the upper section of the spray switch handle extends through the movable gap, and the lower end of the spray switch handle is positioned on the corresponding cross shaft of the linkage rod; on the linkage horizontal shaft, in fig. 13, 14 and 20, a small swing link 107 with proper length and angle is arranged, an outer end shaft hole 108 of the small swing link is correspondingly coupled with the upper end of a linkage pull rod 109, a lower end shaft 110 of the linkage pull rod is coupled with the upper end of a main pull rod 112 limited by a positioning shaft sleeve 111, in fig. 13, 14 and 25, the lower end of the main pull rod passes through a chassis base and is coupled with an arched beam central shaft 114 arranged on a movable frame positioned by shaft holes 113 on frames on two sides of the landing gear; in fig. 13 and 14, an upper and a lower shifting forks 115 are arranged on a main pull rod of the inner section of the machine cabin box, and frame a sliding shaft roller 116 arranged on a water pipe valve carrying handle; in fig. 1, a balance retractable swing rod 117 is arranged outside the spray water pipe, and a water pipe 118 is led to the balance retractable swing rod end from the outlet at the rear end of the spray water pipe, loosely positioned, then led to the balance retractable swing rod pipe shaft for positioning and connected with a water inlet pipe; the spray head holes are arranged on the oblique side surfaces of the periphery of the spray head, and spray water to the whole inner wall of the closestool according to proper aperture, density and angle.
In the figures 26, 27 and 28, the soft rubber straight-through sewage discharge pipe connected with the sewage discharge port is changed into a sewage discharge bent pipe 119 with a self-bending degree, and the soft rubber straight-through sewage discharge pipe is directly butted on the sewage discharge port and a common bent head of the sewage discharge pipe at the other end; when the bending degree of the bent pipe is required to be up, the high point inward bending of the bent pipe is about 3 cm higher than the upper edge of the sewage outlet; a central fulcrum shaft bracket 121 is arranged at the center of a bottom bracket platform 120 arranged below the elbow, two ends of a central shaft 122 on the shaft bracket correspond to the center of a sewage draining exit and the center of an elbow interface, the length of the radius of the sewage draining exit plus about 3 cm is taken as the length of an elbow supporting pipe arm 123, one end of the supporting pipe arm is fixed on the central shaft, and the other end of the supporting pipe arm is provided with an elbow arc-shaped support 124 for framing the middle part of the elbow; the lifting arm 125 is twice longer than the support tube arm, the front end of the lifting arm is fixed on the central shaft, the rear end of the lifting arm is provided with a balancing weight 126, the lifting arm and the upper surface of the support tube arm form an included angle of 135 degrees, and the middle of the lifting arm is provided with a shaft hole 127.
In fig. 22 and 28, in the machine box, a transverse shaft of a handle seam masking wheel is provided with a swing rod 128 with proper length and angle, a shaft hole 129 at the outer end of the swing rod is correspondingly coupled with the upper end of a linkage pull rod 130, and the lower end of the linkage pull rod is connected with a rear end shaft 132 of the swing rod positioned by a fulcrum shaft 131; the swing link front end shaft 133 is coupled to the upper end of a front end small link 134, the lower end of which is coupled to an upper end shaft 137 of a long link 136 positioned by a fixed bushing 135, the lower end of which is coupled to an upper end shaft 139 of a lift arm link 138, which is provided in fig. 26 and 28, and the lower end of which is coupled to a shaft hole provided in the middle of the lift arm.
The bending section of the soft rubber bent pipe needs to be thicker to keep the bending shape unchanged, and the joint sections at two ends of the soft rubber bent pipe, which are close to the joint sections, are thinner, soft and elastic, so that the soft rubber bent pipe which is placed on the bottom support platform below the bent pipe is easy to turn 90 degrees and lift upwards; the two ends of the hard plastic elbow with the bending degree are provided with the closed gasket loose axle sleeves which are connected with the corresponding sewage discharge port provided with the closed gasket loose axle interface and the elbow interface in a shaft mode, so that the hard plastic elbow horizontally placed on the bottom supporting platform below the elbow is easy to upwards turn over by 90 degrees, and the elbow upwards arches.
An upper shifting fork and a lower shifting fork are arranged on the rear section of the swing rod positioned by the fulcrum shaft of the machine cabin box, and a sliding shaft roller arranged on a water pipe valve spanner handle is framed.
When the sewage is sprayed, the handle is pushed, the linkage spraying water pipe extends out, the linkage shifting fork opens a water pipe valve, the linkage lifting arm lifts up, the bent pipe is laid flat, and sewage is discharged automatically if water is discharged from a dike.
