Abstract
The invention discloses a high-lubrication low-residue leveling liquid for a cold-rolled sheet, which comprises the following preparation raw materials in percentage by weight: 5-10% of antirust agent, 1-5% of film forming agent, 10-20% of lubricant, 1-5% of acid-base regulator, 5-20% of solubilization dispersing agent and the balance of deionized water. The invention can improve the rust resistance requirement of the cold-rolled steel sheet in the storage, transportation and process, and avoid the problems of oxidation corrosion of macula lutea and the like after the cold-rolled steel sheet flattening liquid is treated. And the flattening liquid can be applied to flattening units with the requirement of 10-18% of high deformation under the concentration condition of 5% of mass-volume ratio, so that the requirement of the flattening liquid units on high deformation is realized, the pressure of the cold-rolled sheet cold-rolling process is reduced, and the production efficiency of the cold-rolled sheet is improved. The invention has the advantages of no phosphorus, low nitrogen, environmental protection, easy biodegradation, reduced wastewater treatment cost, capability of being mutually dissolved with water in any proportion at normal temperature and convenient application.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a high-lubrication low-residue leveling liquid for a cold-rolled sheet and a preparation method thereof, and relates to C10M, in particular to the field of treatment liquid without mineral oil or fatty oil.
Background
The cold-rolled steel plate comprises a leveling procedure in the production process, wherein the leveling is a process of slightly thinning and pressing the steel plate, so that the yield platform of the steel plate after recrystallization annealing is eliminated, the flatness of the steel plate is improved, and a uniform surface is obtained. With the improvement of the quality of the steel plate, water-soluble or oil-soluble flatting agents are increasingly adopted for spraying, so that the rust-proof capacity and the flatting effect are improved. The existing leveling liquid is mainly divided into inorganic leveling liquid containing phosphorus and nitrate and amine organic leveling liquid, the inorganic leveling liquid containing phosphorus and nitrate has great harm to the environment, the post-treatment cost of wastewater is high, and the inorganic leveling liquid has a certain harm to the body of workers in the use process. The amine organic leveling liquid has poor antirust effect, needs to use higher concentration and has higher cost. And for flat processing with high deflection requirements, higher lubrication properties are required while low residuals avoid affecting the next step. The existing leveling liquid can not meet the requirements of high lubrication and low residue at the same time.
The Chinese patent CN 103205308A discloses a wet leveling liquid composition, which is prepared by compounding ternary carboxylic acid ammonium salt and polyphosphoric acid ammonium salt according to the weight percentage of 1:3-5:1 as a composite antirust agent, can replace the traditional nitrite-containing wet leveling agent, is environment-friendly, has excellent antirust performance, and has the environment-friendly pressure of phosphorus element. Chinese patent No. 114790408A discloses a leveling liquid for cold-rolled steel plates, which is compounded to form the leveling liquid with comprehensive functions of lubrication, cleaning, rust resistance and the like through scientific proportion between a metal chelating agent and a lubricant, and can be spread and wetted on the surface by lubricating oil and emulsion, so that the defects of oil spots, leveling liquid spots, rolling lubrication spots and the like are not caused, and the yield is improved. However, the lubricating performance is insufficient, and the lubricating oil cannot be applied to a leveling machine set with high deformation requirement.

In order to prepare a high-lubrication low-residue leveling liquid which can be applied to a leveling machine set with high deformation, the first aspect of the invention provides a high-lubrication low-residue leveling liquid for a cold-rolled sheet, and the preparation raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 5-10% of antirust agent, 1-5% of film forming agent, 10-20% of lubricant, 1-5% of acid-base regulator, 5-20% of solubilization dispersing agent and deionized water.
As a preferred embodiment, the preparation raw materials comprise, in weight percent: 4-9% of antirust agent, 1-5% of film forming agent, 12-18% of lubricant, 2-4% of acid-base regulator, 8-18% of solubilization dispersing agent and the balance of deionized water.
As a preferred embodiment, the rust inhibitor is a carboxylic acid-based rust inhibitor, which is a ternary polycarboxylic acid.
As a preferred embodiment, the tricarboxylic acid is selected from one or a combination of several of C 21 tricarboxylic acid, C 22 tricarboxylic acid, triazine tricarboxylic acid.
As a preferred embodiment, the rust inhibitor is a triazine polycarboxylic acid which is 2,4, 6-tris (aminocaproate) -1,3, 5-triazine.
The applicant finds that in the experimental process, the cold-rolled plate is subjected to recrystallization annealing and then is subjected to processing under slight thinning pressure, and the flattening treatment is needed to eliminate the yield platform of the cold-rolled steel plate, so that the flattening requirement of the cold-rolled steel plate on high deformation is met. The use of 2,4, 6-tris (aminocaproic acid) -1,3, 5-triazine as rust inhibitor can be applied in flattening units with high deformation requirements, presumably because: the 2,4, 6-tri (amino caproyl) -1,3, 5-triazine can form covalent bonds and coordination bonds with metal ions to form chain polymers alternately, so that the contact area of metal with environments such as acid gas, moisture and oxygen can be effectively reduced, oxidation reaction of the metal ions on the surface of a steel plate is prevented, corrosion is prevented, the 2,4, 6-tri (amino caproyl) -1,3, 5-triazine is used as an antirust agent, the influence of film formation and rust prevention of amine phosphate inorganic antirust agents on the surface of the steel plate is avoided, and the 2,4, 6-tri (amino caproyl) -1,3, 5-triazine is easy to clean, so that the residue on the surface of a cold-rolled plate is reduced. The applicant has further found that 2,4, 6-tris (aminocaproic acid) -1,3, 5-triazine has a certain lubricating effect, especially suited to the levelling requirement of high deformation.
As a preferred embodiment, the film forming agent is polyethylene glycol oleate, and the polyethylene glycol oleate is selected from one or a combination of two of polyethylene glycol monooleate and polyethylene glycol dioleate.
As a preferred embodiment, the film former is polyethylene glycol dioleate.
As a preferred embodiment, the lubricant is an alkyl carboxylate, at least one of the alkyl group of the alkyl carboxylate and the carboxylate having 18 or more carbon atoms.
As a preferred embodiment, the alkyl carboxylic acid ester is selected from one or a combination of several of butyl stearate, glyceryl monostearate and dioctadecyl adipate.
As a preferred embodiment, the lubricant is bis (octadecyl) adipate.
The applicant finds that in the experimental process, polyethylene glycol oleate is used as a film forming agent, alkyl carboxylate is used as a lubricant, so that the lubricating effect of the leveling liquid can be improved, the friction of a roller is reduced, the leveling liquid can be applied to a leveling unit with high deformation of 10-18%, and the possible reasons are hypothetically: polyethylene glycol oleate and alkyl carboxylate act together to enable the leveling liquid to wet the cold-pressed plate surface rapidly and form a lubricating layer rapidly, and the polyethylene glycol oleate and the alkyl carboxylate adopt (1-5): the weight ratio of (10-20) can achieve proper lubrication effect, improve the leveling pressing quantity, obtain the cold-rolled sheet with high deformation rate, simultaneously have less loss on the press roller, reduce the rolling force and reduce the consumption on the roller. The applicant further found that beyond the preferred weight ratio range, the rust inhibitive effect of the flattening liquid on the cold rolled sheet is reduced, probably because the lubricating film formed by polyethylene glycol oleate and alkyl carboxylate has a certain barrier effect on the external environment, and beyond the preferred weight ratio range, the density of the formed lubricating film is reduced, resulting in a reduction in the rust inhibitive effect.
As a preferred embodiment, the acid-base modifier is an alkaline modifier, and the alkaline modifier is one or a combination of several of potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, lithium hydroxide, triethanolamine and vinylamine.
As a preferred embodiment, the acid-base modifier is one or a combination of several of potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide and lithium hydroxide.
As a preferred embodiment, the acid-base modifier is potassium hydroxide.
The applicant finds that the ternary polycarboxylic acid has poor dissolution effect in the water system leveling liquid system in the experimental process, but the ternary polycarboxylic acid with low concentration can not achieve good antirust effect, and the applicant can increase the pH of the water system and the solubility of the ternary polycarboxylic acid in water by introducing potassium hydroxide, and the ternary polycarboxylic acid is added in three times, so that the content of the ternary polycarboxylic acid in the leveling liquid can be further improved, and the antirust effect is improved. And the applicant has further found that the use of tricarboxylic acids and potassium hydroxide (5-10): the weight ratio of (1-5) can improve the solubility without affecting the rust-preventing ability of the tricarboxylic acid.
Meanwhile, the leveling liquid can be mutually dissolved with water in any proportion at normal temperature, so that the application range of the leveling liquid is improved, and the use complexity is reduced.
As a preferred embodiment, the solubilizing dispersant is a propylene glycol block polyether, which is a polyoxyethylene and polyoxypropylene block polymer.
As a preferred embodiment, the propylene glycol block polyether has an average molecular weight of 2600-2900Da and an HLB value of 3-13.
As a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the propylene glycol block polyether to polyethylene glycol oleate is (5-10): (1-5).
The applicant finds that the propylene glycol block polyether and polyethylene glycol oleate can obtain a stable clear transparent system at a proper weight ratio, and the system can be cloudy and separated out beyond the preferable weight ratio, so that the intersolubility with water is reduced, and the cleaning capability is reduced.
As a preferred embodiment, the solubilizing dispersant is selected from one or a combination of several of L61, L62, L64.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of a high-lubrication low-residue leveling liquid for a cold-rolled sheet, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding ionized water accounting for 20-40wt% of the total amount of deionized water, then adding an acid-base regulator, and uniformly stirring;
(2) Adding the antirust agent in batches, and fully stirring and dissolving;
(3) Adding a solubilizing dispersant, heating to 35-45 ℃, fully stirring, adding a lubricant, and continuously stirring at constant temperature for 2-3h;
(4) Adding the rest deionized water, stirring uniformly, cooling to 15-30deg.C after the system is clear and transparent, adding film forming agent, and stirring uniformly.
As a preferred embodiment, the preparation method of the high-lubrication low-residue type leveling liquid for the cold-rolled sheet comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding ionized water accounting for 30 weight percent of the total amount of deionized water, then adding an acid-base regulator, and uniformly stirring;
(2) Adding the antirust agent for three times uniformly, and fully stirring and dissolving;
(3) Adding a solubilizing dispersant, heating to 40 ℃, fully stirring, adding a lubricant, and continuously stirring at constant temperature for 2 hours;
(4) Adding the rest deionized water, stirring uniformly, cooling to 25 ℃ after the system is clear and transparent, adding the film forming agent, and stirring uniformly.
The applicant finds that the solubility of alkyl carboxylate in an aqueous leveling liquid system is lower in the experimental process, and a clear and transparent stable solution can be obtained by adding propylene glycol block polyether in an environment of 40 ℃, because the solubility and dispersion effects of the propylene glycol block polyether are achieved, and meanwhile, the intermolecular movement rate is higher in a high-temperature system, so that the dissolution of the alkyl carboxylate can be increased, and the good water solubility is obtained. However, the applicant has further found that if alkyl carboxylate and polyethylene glycol oleate are added simultaneously in a high temperature environment, the polyethylene glycol oleate reacts with other substances in the levelling liquid, resulting in reduced lubrication and cleaning capabilities and conversely reduced system stability. And the addition amount of the propylene glycol block polyether is 5-10wt%, and the addition amount exceeds the preferable weight range, so that turbidity and precipitation of the leveling liquid can be caused, the cleaning capability is reduced, and the foam height during spraying affects the leveling process of the leveling liquid.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The high-lubrication low-residue type flattening liquid for the cold-rolled sheet adopts 2,4, 6-tri (amino caproyl) -1,3, 5-triazine as the antirust agent, so that the antirust property requirement of the cold-rolled sheet in the storage and transportation processes can be improved, and the problem of oxidation corrosion of macula lutea and the like after the flattening liquid for the cold-rolled sheet is treated can be avoided.
(2) The high-lubrication low-residue leveling liquid for the cold-rolled sheet adopts polyethylene glycol oleate as a film forming agent, adopts alkyl carboxylate as a lubricant, and adopts (1-5): the weight ratio of (10-20) can improve the lubrication effect of the flattening liquid, reduce friction, improve flattening pressing quantity, enable the flattening liquid to be applied to flattening units with the high deformation of 10-18% under the concentration condition of 5% of the mass-volume ratio, realize the high deformation requirement of the flattening liquid units, reduce the cold rolling process pressure of the cold-rolled sheet and improve the production efficiency of the cold-rolled sheet.
