when the flocculation is finished and cleaning is required to be carried out on the inside of the equipment, cleaning water is filled into the flocculation outer cylinder 1 through the treated water discharge pipeline 10, so that the cleaning water flows between the flocculation outer cylinder 1 and the upper inner cylinder 3, the percolating structure is washed in the direction under the action of water pressure and the action of a communicating vessel principle, meanwhile, the gear motor 6 is reversely started, the rotating main shaft 17 reversely rotates, the rotating main shaft 17 drives the stirring connecting rod 12 to rotate, the bottom wall of the flocculation outer cylinder 1 positioned in the lower inner cylinder 15 is scraped by the collecting plate 21 and the bottom mud scraping plate 20, and sludge is scraped cleanly and discharged along with the cleaning water through the sewage discharge pipeline 11;
the forward and backward rotation principle of the rotating spindle 17 is as follows, when the rotating direction of the rotating spindle 17 makes the elastic protruding block 131 contact with the inclined surface of the fixing protrusion 134, and the resistance of the rotating cylinder 130 is larger under the action of the damping rubber pad 25, the elastic protruding block 131 is pressed into the elastic cavity 132 under the action of the fixing protrusion 134, that is, the rotating cylinder 130 cannot rotate, that is, the rotating spindle 17 rotates to throw sewage out through the sprinkler pipe 18, the collecting plate 21 and the bottom mud scraper 20 cannot rotate, flocculated solids cannot be broken, and when the rotating direction of the rotating spindle 17 makes the elastic protruding block 131 contact with the right angle surface of the fixing protrusion 134, the elastic protruding block 131 cannot be pressed into the elastic cavity 132, so that the elastic protruding block 131 drives the fixing protrusion 134 and the rotating cylinder 130 to rotate together.
The isolation sand 24 is filled by removing the inner isolation net 22, filling the isolation sand 24 by a nylon bag, spreading the isolation sand 24, uniformly attaching the nylon bag and the isolation sand 24 to the inner side of the outer isolation net 14, and assembling the inner isolation net 22.
