Abstract
The invention discloses a flocculation stirrer which comprises a stirring barrel, wherein an inner barrel is arranged in the stirring barrel, the inner barrel is coaxial with the stirring barrel, the stirring barrel comprises a barrel cover, a stirring shaft is arranged on the barrel cover, the stirring shaft is driven by a motor to rotate, the stirring shaft comprises an upper stirring shaft and a lower stirring shaft, an outer stirring shaft is arranged on the upper stirring shaft, an outer fan blade generating an upward vortex is arranged on the outer stirring shaft, an inner fan blade generating a downward vortex is arranged on the lower stirring shaft, a filter screen is connected between the periphery of a lower barrel opening and the barrel bottom of the stirring barrel, a sludge discharge pipe vertically arranged downwards is arranged in the middle of the barrel bottom of the stirring barrel, and a drain pipe horizontally arranged is arranged at the lower part of the barrel. Technical Field

Background
Flocculation refers to the process of making suspended particles in water or liquid agglomerate or form flocs, thereby accelerating the coagulation of particles and achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation, and this phenomenon or operation is called flocculation. Flocculation is generally carried out by adding a suitable flocculating agent, the effect of which is to adsorb the particles, to "bridge" the particles, and thus to promote agglomeration. The flocculation effect depends on the nature of the particles and the fluid mixing conditions. The addition of coagulant to water containing small particles can cause destabilization of the particles and start flocculation. Therefore, the sewage treatment by flocculation needs to be stirred. However, when the existing flocculation stirrer is used for treating sewage, along with the increase of flocs, the liquid fluidity is deteriorated, the stirring effect is seriously reduced, and the stirring dead angle is easy to appear in the stirrer, so that the sewage treatment effect is finally influenced.

The stirring shaft 8 rotates, the outer fan blades 14 enable sewage between the inner barrel 2 and the stirring barrel 1 to generate an upward vortex and flow into the inner barrel 2, the inner fan blades 15 enable the sewage in the inner barrel 2 to generate a downward vortex and penetrate through the filter screen 16 to enter between the inner barrel 2 and the stirring barrel 1, and therefore internal and external circulation of the sewage is achieved. The resulting flocks are trapped in the inner cylinder 2.
Further, a feeding pipe 21 communicated with the inside of the stirring barrel 1 is arranged on the barrel cover 7.
Further, a heater 22 and a temperature sensor are mounted on the inner barrel 2, and the heater 22 and the temperature sensor are respectively connected with a controller 23 arranged outside the stirring barrel 1. The controller 23 maintains the temperature in the mixing tank 1 stable by using the heater 22 according to the temperature fed back by the temperature sensor, thereby improving the flocculation effect.
Further, a plurality of aerators 24 are arranged on the bottom 6 of the stirring barrel 1 below the inner barrel 2, and the aerators 24 are connected with compressed air through air pipes 25. Aerator 24 generates certain bubbles to prevent flocs from blocking filter screen 16 at filter screen 16.

A flocculation stirrer is characterized by comprising a stirring barrel, wherein an inner barrel is vertically arranged in the stirring barrel, the inner barrel is coaxial with the stirring barrel, the inner barrel comprises an upper barrel opening and a lower barrel opening, the height of the upper barrel opening is lower than that of the stirring barrel, the periphery of the lower barrel opening is fixedly connected with the barrel bottom of the stirring barrel through a plurality of support rods, the stirring barrel comprises a barrel cover, a stirring shaft is arranged on the barrel cover, the stirring shaft is driven to rotate by a motor arranged on the outer side of the barrel cover, the stirring shaft comprises an upper stirring shaft positioned between the upper barrel opening and the barrel opening of the stirring barrel and a lower stirring shaft positioned in the inner barrel, a plurality of radial cross rods are connected onto the upper stirring shaft, outer stirring shafts revolving around the stirring shafts are respectively fixed onto the radial cross rods, outer fan blades are arranged on the outer stirring shafts, the outer fan blades generate upward eddy currents when revolving around the outer stirring shafts, interior flabellum produces decurrent vortex when following the (mixing) shaft rotation, is connected with the filter screen between the barrel head of lower nozzle and agitator all around, and the barrel head middle part of agitator is equipped with the mud pipe of vertical downward setting, and the mud pipe surrounds in the filter screen, installs the valve on the mud pipe, and the barrel wall lower part of agitator is equipped with the drain pipe that the level set up, installs the valve on the drain pipe.
2. A flocculating and blending apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said drum cover is provided with a feed pipe communicating with the inside of the blending drum.
3. A flocculation agitator as claimed in claim 1, wherein a heater and a temperature sensor are mounted on the inner cylinder, and the heater and the temperature sensor are respectively connected to a controller disposed outside the agitator.
4. A flocculation agitator as claimed in claim 3, wherein a plurality of aerators are mounted on the bottom of the agitator tank below the inner tank, the aerators being connected to compressed air via air pipes.
5. A flocculation agitator as claimed in claim 4, wherein a flush head is fixed to the inside of the tub cover and faces the inside of the inner tub, and the flush head is connected to a tap water pipe through a valve.
