Through transposition motor 6 work, under gear drive, transposition ring gear 5 rotates, and branch spare shifts the position that branch restoration was located, moves along the welding area through repairing wheel 23 to repair the wall of welding area, guarantee welding quality.
The support rod piece is transferred to the welding hole position of the main rod piece, the radial motor 8 works, the radial screw rod 9 rotates to enable the radial sliding seat 11 to slide, and then the support rod piece is driven to move radially, so that butt joint is realized; the welding position motor 4 controls the welding position disc 41 to rotate, the radial position electric cylinder 43 controls the radial position of the lifting electric cylinder 42, and the lifting electric cylinder 42 controls the heights of the butt joint ring 50 and the butt joint toothed ring 51 so as to adjust the welding position; during welding, the butt joint electric cylinder 45 controls the butt joint rings 50 to move, the two butt joint toothed rings 51 and the two butt joint rings 50 are butted into a ring shape to surround a welding area, the welding area is surrounded, the welding area works through the rotating motor 49, the butt joint toothed rings 51 rotate under the transmission of a gear, and the welding angle motor 46 controls the welding gun 47 to adjust the welding point position so as to perform omnibearing welding; in this embodiment, not only the circumferential butt joint and the welding but also the butt joint and the welding of the end face can be performed.
