In another embodiment, the storage assembly 34 includes a second limiting disc 345, the second limiting disc 345 is fixedly connected with the limiting fixing plate 5, the second limiting disc 345 is rotatably connected with the rotatable guiding cover 311, a second driver 344 is disposed on an upper surface of the second limiting disc 345, the second driver 344 is fixedly connected with the second limiting disc 345, the second driver 344 is a stepping motor, a second driving gear 343 in meshed connection with the first driven gear 310 is disposed at an output end of the second driver 344, a first limiting disc 341 is disposed below the second limiting disc 345, a plurality of elastic driving members 340 for driving the first limiting disc 341 to move towards a direction close to the second limiting disc 345 are disposed on a lower surface of the second limiting disc 345, the elastic driving members 340 are metal elastic sheets, and the detachable annular storage box 342 is detachably connected to an upper surface of the first limiting disc 341.
The working principle and the using flow of the application are as follows: the state shown in fig. 1 is an initial state of the welding table, in which a user places a metal mold to be welded directly on the upper surface of the adjustable support plate 315 and positions the metal mold between the adjustable clamping plates 326 at both ends of the support disc 312, at this time, supports the metal mold by the adjustable support plate 315, and then controls the second position adjusting member 321 to gradually extend, at this time, clamps and fixes the metal mold by the adjustable clamping plates 326;
then, the first position adjusting member 317 is controlled to gradually shrink, so that the first position adjusting member 317 drives the adjustable support block 316 to move into the limit mounting pipe 313, and at the same time, the adjustable support plate 315 gradually tilts due to the continuous change of the support position of the adjustable support block 316, and finally becomes a vertical state, and at the same time, the third position adjusting member 332 is controlled to shrink, so that the bottom of the rotatable guide cover 311 is blocked by the filter dust cover 331;
then, the power supply of the fan 334 is connected, at the moment, the fan 334 extracts air at the top of the rotatable guide cover 311 and discharges the air from the bottom of the gas collecting tube 333, so that negative pressure is formed at the top of the rotatable guide cover 311, then, the fixed hardware mould is welded, welding slag generated in the welding process directly falls into the rotatable guide cover 311, meanwhile, harmful gas generated in the welding process enters the rotatable guide cover 311, and the harmful gas is purified through the purifying filter element 319, so that harm to the health of staff caused by the harmful gas generated in the welding process is avoided;
when the hardware mould needs to be turned over or adjusted in the welding process, the first driver 322 drives the second position adjusting piece 321 to rotate, so that the hardware mould can be adjusted in a corresponding angle, the user can conveniently turn over or adjust the posture of the hardware mould, the welding efficiency is improved, in addition, the rotatable guide cover 311 and the supporting disc 312 can be driven to rotate through the second driver 344 in the welding process, the hardware mould is rotated, and the user can further conveniently process the hardware mould;
after the hardware mold is processed, the power supply of the fan 334 is disconnected, the third position adjusting piece 332 is driven to extend so as to reset the filtering dust cover 331, welding in the rotatable guide cover 311 is guided by the guide support cover 335 and then discharged into the detachable annular storage box 342 through the slag discharging pipe 318, so that welding slag is collected and stored, when the detachable annular storage box 342 is required to be maintained, a user presses the first limiting disc 341 downwards so that the detachable annular storage box 342 is separated from contact with the rotatable guide cover 311, at the moment, the user can directly pull the detachable annular storage box 342 to take off the detachable annular storage box 342, after the welding slag in the detachable annular storage box 342 is cleaned, the detachable annular storage box 342 is placed on the upper surface of the first limiting disc 341 again, and then the pressing of the first limiting disc 341 is released, so that the first limiting disc 341 and the detachable annular storage box 342 are quickly reset, and the welding table is conveniently and quickly maintained by the user, and the welding table is more convenient to use;
secondly, after the workpiece is welded, the first position adjusting piece 317 is controlled to stretch, so that the adjustable supporting plate 315 is quickly restored to a horizontal state, and then the fixing of the hardware mould is contacted, so that the processed hardware mould is positioned on the upper surface of the adjustable supporting plate 315, and a user can conveniently feed and discharge the workpiece;
therefore, the position of the hardware processing die is adjusted through the mutual matching of multiple structures, so that a user can conveniently weld the hardware processing die, secondly, the welding slag falling in the welding process can be collected through the mutual matching of multiple structures, a large amount of welding slag is prevented from scattering on the upper surface of the welding table, the continuous accumulation of welding is prevented from influencing the use experience of the user on the welding table, in addition, harmful gas generated in welding can be purified in the welding process, the functions of the welding table are more abundant, in addition, the welding table is convenient to maintain, and the welding table is simple in structure, convenient to use and worthy of popularization and use.
