The stretching process of the stretching equipment for processing the clamping aluminum bar comprises the following specific operation steps:
firstly, penetrating an aluminum bar through the second lantern ring 22 and placing the aluminum bar on the tops of the two bearing plates 32 for balancing, limiting and lifting;
secondly, fixedly connecting two ends of the aluminum bar with clamping assemblies subjected to stretching treatment synchronously, and completing primary limiting work on the aluminum bar;
the second step, the rotation direction of the second lantern ring 22 is adjusted by rotating the threaded rod 213, so that the plurality of limiting plates 25 drive the anti-skid blocks 27 to deflect to press and limit the outer wall of the aluminum bar, and limiting and pressing of the outer wall of the aluminum bar is completed, so that the aluminum bar is kept horizontally;
thirdly, driving the positive thread screw rod 36 and the negative thread screw rod 37 to rotate by starting the motor 38, and then synchronously enabling the two limiting straightening mechanisms 2 to integrally reciprocate on the outer wall of the aluminum bar to carry out moving straightening treatment on the outer wall of the aluminum bar;
fourth, the swivel 34 drives the second magnetic block 35 to rotate synchronously while the positive screw rod 36 and the negative screw rod 37 rotate, and then the swivel is intermittently close to the first magnetic block 110;
fifth, the first magnetic block 110 and the second magnetic block 35 that are close to each other generate repulsive force, and then drive the second moving plate 108 and the first moving plate 106 to move upwards integrally, so that the air outlet 104 is communicated with the outside, and further air in the inner cavity of the air storage bin 102 is intermittently discharged, and the outer wall of the aluminum bar is cooled.

the method is characterized in that: the main part cooling mechanism (1) is including protection frame (101), spacing straightening mechanism (2) is including setting up first lantern ring (21) in protection frame (101) inner chamber, second lantern ring (22) are installed in the inner wall rotation of first lantern ring (21), a plurality of arc grooves (23) that are run through the form and arrange have been seted up on the outer wall of second lantern ring (22), a plurality of spacing frame (24) are all installed in the inner chamber of arc groove (23) rotation, and a plurality of the inner chamber of spacing frame (24) is slidable mounting all has limiting plate (25), one side fixed mounting of limiting plate (25) has link up post (26) of being connected with first lantern ring (21) rotation, one side that link up post (26) was kept away from to limiting plate (25) rotates and installs non slipping spur (27).

The stretching apparatus for processing a clamped aluminum bar according to claim 1, wherein: the limiting plates (25) are arranged in annular and sequentially equidistant states with respect to the inner circumferential surface of the second lantern ring (22), and the connecting columns (26) are arranged in annular and sequentially equidistant states with respect to the outer circumferential surface of the first lantern ring (21).

The stretching apparatus for processing a clamped aluminum bar as set forth in claim 5, wherein: the number of the first lantern rings (21) is two, the bottoms of the two first lantern rings (21) are fixedly connected with threaded sleeves (216), the bottoms of the threaded sleeves (216) are fixedly connected with limiting sleeves (217), the two threaded sleeves (216) are respectively meshed with the outer walls of a positive threaded screw rod (36) and a reverse threaded screw rod (37), and the two threaded sleeves (216) are symmetrically arranged relative to the vertical center line of the bearing seat (39).
