When the position of the inner hanging rod 118 is positioned, an operator can rotate the screw rod 123, so that the acting wheel 125 moves upwards, and along with the upward movement of the acting wheel 125, the limiting insert plate 128 moves towards the inner guide sleeve plate 127 side under the action of the elastic force of the spring 129, that is, along with the upward movement of the acting wheel 125, the length of the limiting insert plate 128 extending out of the inner guide sleeve plate 127 is extended, the distance between the push plate and the inner guide sleeve plate 127 is shortened, and finally the limiting insert plate 128 is inserted between the convex plates 120, so that the positioning operation of the inner hanging rod 118 is achieved, and the operation is generally performed after the cleaning of the filter cloth 116 is completed.
When cleaning the filter cloth 116, the operator needs to rotate the screw rod 123, and then the wedge block 126 moves under the thrust of the action wheel 125, that is, the distance between the push plate and the inner guide sleeve plate 127 is enlarged at this time, and the spring 129 is compressed. That is, when the wedge block 126 moves, the limiting insert plate 128 is moved out from between the convex plates 120, so that the limiting of the inner hanging rod 118 is removed, and then the operator pulls the filter cloth 116 upwards to extend the filter cloth 116, and the V-shaped elastic sheet 121 is straightened. Cleaning of the air inlet side of the filter cloth 116 may then be performed. While when the filter cloth 116 is pulled upwards, the portion of the inner rail 118 at the upper end will be removed from the vertical hole 113, while the lower portion will be located in the vertical hole 113, and when the filter cloth 116 is stretched, the outer rail 117 will also approach the inner rail 118.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, a rotating post 130 is rotatably disposed on a side wall of the front frame 100, a cam 131 is disposed at one end of the rotating post 130 away from the side wall of the front frame 100, a concave member 132 is tangentially disposed at an outer periphery of the cam 131, support plates 133 are disposed at two ends of the concave member 132, a rotating block 134 is disposed at the other end of the support plate 133, a hanging ring 135 is rotatably disposed on the rotating block 134, a hook 139 is hung on the hanging ring 135, the hook 139 is in a J-shaped structure, a connecting plate 140 is disposed on the hook 139, an inner pressing plate 141 is disposed at the other end of the connecting plate 140, a plurality of clamping plates 142 are disposed on an inner wall of the inner pressing plate 141, the clamping plates 142 are disposed in the insertion holes 106, V grooves 143 are formed at inner ends of the clamping plates 142 in an opening manner, front ends of the V-shaped elastic plates 121 are disposed in the V grooves 143, that is, one ends of the V-shaped elastic plates 121 close to the outer hanging rods 117 are disposed in the V grooves 143, a plurality of spring pins 136 are disposed at the rear sides of the support plates 133, a sleeve seat 137 is disposed on the spring pins 136, the sleeve seat 137 is mounted on the side wall of the front frame 100, the spring pins 136 is sleeved with a spring 138, and the spring 138 is disposed between the support plates 137 and the sleeve seat 137.
In order to avoid deformation of the filter cloth 116 caused by the increase of the air inlet amount, when the front end postures of the V-shaped elastic pieces 121 are fixed, an operator firstly passes the clamping plate 142 into the insertion hole 106, then passes one end of each two adjacent V-shaped elastic pieces 121 into the same V-shaped groove 143, restrains the front ends of the V-shaped elastic pieces 121 through the V-shaped grooves 143, then hangs the hanging ring 135 on the hanging hook 139, then rotates the cam 131, when the cam 131 rotates, the concave piece 132 and the hanging hook 139 move backwards, meanwhile the push spring 138 is compressed, and the backward movement of the hanging hook 139 can pull the clamping plate 142 to synchronously move backwards, so that the limiting stability is ensured, and the operation is performed until the restoring deformation force of the push spring 138 and the pushing force of the cam 131 are balanced.
Referring to fig. 11, 12 and 13, a plurality of limiting pins 145 are respectively mounted at the upper ends of two sides of the middle frame 101, a vertical concave frame 146 is sleeved on the middle frame 101, a plurality of guide vertical holes 147 are respectively formed in the vertical sections of the vertical concave frame 146, the limiting pins 145 penetrate through the guide vertical holes 147, limiting convex rods 148 are respectively arranged at the lower ends of the vertical sections of the vertical concave frame 146, an upper plate 150 is mounted on the horizontal section of the vertical concave frame 146 through a plurality of tightening screws 149, a plurality of strip holes 152 are formed in the upper plate 150, the tightening screws 149 penetrate through the strip holes 152, the lower ends of the tightening screws 149 are in threaded connection with the horizontal sections of the vertical concave frame 146, a pair of hanging rods 153 are arranged on the upper plate 150, J-shaped hooks 154 are arranged at the front ends of the hanging rods 153, and concave holding rods 151 are mounted on the upper plate 150.
Referring to fig. 14, a pair of penetrating pins 155 are installed on one side of the rear frame 103, a movable inner plate 156 is movably arranged on the penetrating pins 155, a pair of horizontal holes 157 are formed in the movable inner plate 156, the penetrating pins 155 penetrate through the horizontal holes 157, pushing plates 158 are arranged on the outer wall of the movable inner plate 156, the horizontal holes 157 are distributed on the upper side and the lower side of the pushing plates 158, action holes 159 are formed in the rear ends of the pushing plates 158, action rods 160 penetrate through the action holes 159, two ends of the action rods 160 are respectively provided with a connecting rotating plate 161, the other ends of the connecting rotating plates 161 are provided with rotating end posts 162, rotating seats 163 are rotatably arranged on the rotating end posts 162, the rotating seats 163 are installed on the side wall of the rear frame 103, one ends of the rotating end posts 162 are provided with rotating handles 164, and the pushing plates 158 act on the lower sides of the limiting convex rods 148 and are used for limiting the vertical concave frames 146.
When cleaning the air inlet side of the filter cloth 116, the vertical concave frame 146 is pulled upwards, when the vertical concave frame 146 is pulled upwards, in order to avoid interference caused by the extension of the pushing plate 158 to the upward movement of the vertical concave frame 146, so that the upward movement of the vertical concave frame 146 is blocked, therefore, when the vertical concave frame 146 is pulled upwards, the pushing plate 158 needs to be moved away from the limiting convex rod 148 by rotating the handle 164, so that the pushing plate 158 moves out of the movable range of the limiting convex rod 148. Thereby ensuring proper operation of the vertical recessed frame 146. The vertical concave frame 146 pulls upwards until the limit protruding rod 148 is located above the pushing plate 158, then an operator loosens the screw 149 and moves the J-shaped hook 154 forwards, after the J-shaped hook 154 moves to a proper position, the screw 149 is screwed for locking the position, then the operator rotates the rotating end post 162 through the rotating handle 164, the rotating end post 162 rotates the acting rod 160 around the axial direction of the rotating end post 162, the acting rod 160 acts on the acting hole 159, the limit protruding rod 148 is limited through the pushing plate 158, after limiting, the operator removes the upper baffle plate 104, then pulls the filter cloth 116 upwards, the filter cloth 116 is in an extending state, and meanwhile the V-shaped elastic sheet 121 is also in a straightening state. And the hanging rod 117 at the upper end is hung on the J-shaped hook 154, and the filter cloth 116 is in an extending state at the moment, so that the air inlet side of the filter cloth is convenient to clean.
Referring to fig. 15 and 16, a first guide rail 166 is installed on a vertical section of a vertical concave frame 146 through a plurality of connecting columns 165, a second guide rail 167 is installed on an outer wall of a middle frame 101, a first slide block 168 is movably arranged in the first guide rail 166, an outer plate 170 is installed at an outer side end of the first slide block 168, a front extension arm 171 is bent at a front end of the outer plate 170, a second slide block 169 is installed on an inner wall of an inner side end of the front extension arm 171, the second slide block 169 is movably arranged in the second guide rail 167, transverse perforations are formed in the front extension arm 171, side plates 172 are respectively arranged on an upper side and a lower side of the front extension arm 171, waist-shaped holes 173 are formed in the side plates 172, a movable plate 175 is arranged between the side plates 172, guide pins 174 are respectively arranged on an upper side and a lower side of the movable plate 175, the guide pins 174 penetrate into the waist-shaped holes 173, transverse spring pins 176 are penetrated on the movable plate 175, roots of the transverse spring pins 176 are installed on one end of the front extension arm 171 close to the outer plate 170, an inner pressure spring 177 is sleeved at one end of the transverse spring pin 176 far away from the outer plate 170, one end of the inner pressure spring 177 close to the outer plate 170 acts on the movable plate 175, a rotating shaft 178 is rotatably arranged on the movable plate 175, the rotating shaft 178 penetrates through the transverse perforation, a roller 180 is fixed on the rotating shaft 178, the roller 180 and the second sliding block 169 are positioned at the same side, inner end discs 179 are respectively arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft 178, one inner end disc 179 is arranged at the root of the rotating shaft 178, the inner end discs 179 and the second sliding block 169 are positioned at the same side, the other inner end disc 179 is arranged at the end of the rotating shaft 178, inner pressure discs 181 are respectively sleeved at two ends of the rotating shaft 178, an pushing spring 182 is arranged between the roller 180 and the inner end disc 179, the pushing spring 182 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 178, a plurality of positioning rods 183 are arranged on the inner pressure discs 181, the positioning rod 183 penetrates both ends of the roller 180.
When cleaning the air inlet side of the filter cloth 116, the present embodiment uses a single-sided adhesive tape as an example, the operator winds the adhesive tape around the roller 180, the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape faces outwards during winding, the non-adhesive side of the adhesive tape is tightly attached to the peripheral side of the roller 180, and both ends of the adhesive tape need to be exposed, that is, the width of the adhesive tape is larger than the length of the roller 180, and both ends of the adhesive tape extend out of the end face of the roller 180 after winding. When the adhesive tape is wound for one or more turns, the adhesive tape is sleeved on the roller 180, then an operator pulls one of the inner pressure plates 181 outwards, the positioning rod 183 positioned on the inner pressure plate 181 moves out from the end of the roller 180, the pushing spring 182 positioned at the end of the inner pressure plate 181 is also in a compressed state, then one end of the adhesive tape is folded inwards, a part of the adhesive tape with the end extending out of the roller 180 is folded between the positioning rod 183 and the end surface of the roller 180, then the pulling force on the inner pressure plate 181 is loosened, the inner pressure plate 181 moves towards the end surface of the roller 180 under the action of the pushing spring 182, and when the inner pressure plate 181 moves, the positioning rod 183 is inserted on the end surface of the roller 180 again, so that the positioning operation on one end of the adhesive tape is completed through the positioning rod 183, and the positioning mode of the other end of the adhesive tape is consistent with the above operation mode, and is not repeated. When the fixing of the adhesive tape is completed, the operator pulls the roller 180 toward the air inlet side of the filter cloth 116, and when pulling, the movable plate 175 also moves toward the air inlet side of the filter cloth 116, and simultaneously, due to the movement of the movable plate 175, the internal pressure spring 177 is compressed, and then the operator moves the roller 180 upward or downward, so that the adhesive tape on the roller 180 is tightly attached to the air inlet side of the filter cloth 116, and then the pulling force on the roller 180 is cancelled, and at this time, the adhesive tape wound on the roller 180 is tightly attached to the air inlet side of the filter cloth 116 under the action of the elastic force of the internal pressure spring 177, and then the operator pulls the roller 180 upward or downward, and when the roller 180 moves upward or downward along the length direction of the first guide rail 166 and the second guide rail 167, the adhesive tape wound on the roller 180 can adhere the fibers and the like on the filter cloth 116 to the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape, and when the adhesive tape is lowered, the adhesive tape is detached, and is replaced again and adhered until completion.
Referring to fig. 18 to 21, the air intake unit 2 includes a mounting seat 200, mounting rings 201 are provided on two sides of the mounting seat 200, an outer cover 202 is mounted on an inner wall of the mounting ring 201, an inner ring 203 is mounted between the outer covers 202, end rings 204 are provided on two ends of the inner ring 203, ring grooves 205 are provided on two ends of the end rings 204, a pair of communicating pipes 206 are connected to a lower side of the inner ring 203, the communicating pipes 206 are symmetrically arranged on the inner ring 203, one communicating pipe 206 is mounted on the air intake pipe 108, a rotating shaft 208 is eccentrically provided on the outer cover 202, one end of the rotating shaft 208 is connected with a motor 207, the motor 207 is mounted on the outer cover 202, a rotating disc 209 is coaxially provided on the rotating shaft 208, a pair of notches 210 are symmetrically provided on the rotating disc 209, a length direction of the notches 210 is on the same straight line, movable rotating plates 211 are movably provided in the notches 210, arc plates 212 are rotatably provided on two sides of the movable rotating plates 211, a constraint ring groove 213 is coaxially provided on an inner wall of the outer cover 202, the arc plates 212 are coaxially provided with the constraint ring grooves 213, the inner walls of the arc plates 212 are located in the constraint ring grooves 213, one end of the inner wall of the outer cover 202 is provided with sealing rings 214, and the sealing rings 214 are embedded in the ring grooves 205.
When air is pumped into the dust fall system through the air inlet unit 2, the motor 207 is started, the rotating disc 209 is driven by the motor 207 to rotate, the rotating disc 209 rotates the movable rotating plate 211 around the axial direction of the outer cover 202, and the rotating disc 209 rotates eccentrically around the outer cover 202, so that a space is always reserved between the rotating disc 209 and the inner ring 203, the space is a space for containing air, and the space also moves along with the rotation of the rotating disc 209, so that air can be pumped into the dust fall system through the rotation of the rotating disc 209.
