when the rotating shaft 16 rotates, the central sleeve 14 can rotate along with the rotating shaft 16 through the cooperation of the limiting groove 18 on the rotating shaft 16 and the limiting strip 17 in the central sleeve 14, so that the connecting square tube 12 connected with the central sleeve 14 can drive the two discs 13 to rotate, the rotation of the whole rotating wheel is finally realized, and the rotating wheel is limited to generate axial displacement during rotation through the two limiting rings 19.
In order to realize the driving of the rotating shaft 16, the following features are specifically provided:

When a diagnostician presses a corresponding button, the operation system calculates a corresponding result, the result is transmitted to the rotary encoder and a control circuit for controlling the start and stop of the stepping motor 25, the stepping motor 25 is started, the second synchronous wheel 27 drives the driving shaft 23 to rotate under the transmission action of the synchronous belt 28 in the process, the first gear 22 is driven to rotate through the second gear 24 after the driving shaft 23 rotates, the first gear 22 drives the rotating shaft 16 to rotate after rotating, the rotating shaft 16 drives the whole rotary wheel to rotate at a retarded speed because the diameter of the first gear 22 is larger than that of the second gear 24, the rotary encoder records the rotation angle of the rotary wheel after the rotary wheel rotates, the rotary encoder determines the final rotation angle of the rotary wheel according to the result calculated by the previous operation system, and the stepping motor 25 is controlled to be disconnected after the rotary wheel rotates to the determined angle by the rotary encoder, and the stepping motor 25 is stopped.
When the question card 2 positioned above turns downwards, the question card 2 can rotate by itself through the hinge, so that the turned question card 2 can swing back and forth due to inertia after the rotating wheel stops, and therefore a diagnostician can be unfavorable for checking the question face on the question card 2, and the following characteristics are specifically set in order to solve the problem that the turned question card 2 can not swing back and forth due to inertia after the rotating wheel stops:
the diagnostic box 1 is internally and fixedly provided with a transverse limiting shaft 29 positioned below the limiting baffle 3 at the opening side of the limiting baffle 3, and the lower ends of a plurality of turned question cards 2 are arranged on the transverse limiting shaft 29.
When the upper question card 2 is turned down, the whole question card 2 is turned over, meanwhile, the lower end of the turned question card 2 is arranged on the transverse limiting shaft 29 and is limited by the transverse limiting shaft 29, and because the question card 2 has certain toughness, when the rotating wheel rotates again and the rotating angle is smaller, the question card 2 arranged on the transverse limiting shaft 29 is gradually bent, so that when the rotating wheel stops, a plurality of question cards 2 possibly are arranged on the transverse limiting shaft 29, when the rotating wheel rotates at an excessive angle, the question cards 2 arranged on the transverse limiting shaft 29 slide through the transverse limiting shaft 29 in a bending state, in the process, the question cards 2 arranged on two sides of the transverse limiting shaft 29 are all turned-over question cards 2, and when the rotating wheel stops, the question cards 2 close to the opening of the diagnosis box 1 and are blocked by the transverse limiting shaft 29 to stop swinging, so that a diagnostician can check the question card 2.
In order to show the specific structure of the pressing and re-springing mechanism, the following characteristics are provided:
the holding box 5 is fixed in on the bottom plate 11, every layering 8 is the level and locates in the cavity 7 that corresponds, the both sides of every cavity 7 have all been offered and are vertical bar spout 30, the both ends of every layering 8 extend to both sides level respectively and pass two bar spouts 30 respectively, every group pushes down the compound elastic components that holds the layering 8 both ends that correspond respectively still including two sets of sliding elastic components that locate respectively, every group sliding elastic components all includes slider 31, extension spring 32 and two spacing montants 33, slider 31 is the tip that corresponds with layering 8 in the level and links firmly, two spacing montants 33 are symmetrical state about slider 31 and every spacing montant 33 all is fixed in on the bottom plate 11, the both ends of slider 31 slide respectively on two spacing montants 33, the upper end of every spacing montant 33 all is fixed to be overlapped and is equipped with limit nut 34, be equipped with the horizontal extension plate 35 that links firmly with the outer wall of holding box 5 directly over, extension spring 32 is vertical locating between horizontal extension plate 35 and the slider 31, the upper and lower both ends of extension spring 32 link firmly with the bottom of horizontal extension plate 35 respectively and the top of slider 31 respectively, every montant 9 that corresponds with slider 31 is fixed, every electromagnet 10 is located between two and every montants 10 that correspond mutually.
When the two sliding blocks 31 are pressed downwards, the two sliding blocks 31 can drive the pressing strips 8 to displace downwards, in the process, one end of each pressing strip 8 can slide downwards in the corresponding bar-shaped sliding groove 30, the downward displacement of the sliding blocks 31 can stretch the tension spring 32, so that the tension spring 32 generates reset elastic force, when the sliding blocks 31 displace downwards until the iron sheet 9 is attracted with the electromagnet 10, the elastic force of the tension spring 32 is smaller than the magnetic attraction force at the two ends of the pressing strips 8, the pressing strips 8 are in a fixed state, the diagnosis result card 6 placed on the pressing strips 8 can follow the pressing strips 8 downwards and finally retract into the corresponding cavities 7, and meanwhile, when the pressing strips 8 are fixed by the magnetic attraction, the opposite clamping mechanism can clamp the diagnosis result card 6, so that a diagnostician is prevented from taking out the diagnosis result card 6 by mistake before the diagnosis result comes out;
when the diagnostician finishes making all the questions, the operation system calculates the diagnosis result according to all the answers selected by the diagnostician, and the operation system turns off the corresponding electromagnet 10 according to the diagnosis result, so that one of the pressing strips 8 loses the magnetic attraction, the pressing strip 8 in an active state is driven to move upwards by the corresponding two tension springs 32, in the process, the sliding blocks 31 arranged at the two ends of the pressing strip 8 slide on the corresponding limiting vertical rods 33, the sliding blocks 31 finally upwards collide with the corresponding two limiting nuts 34 and stop ascending, and meanwhile, when the pressing strip 8 ascends, the opposite clamping mechanism loosens the corresponding diagnosis result card 6, so that the diagnosis result card 6 arranged on the pressing strip 8 can be popped up for the diagnostician to take away.
In order to reduce the hard collision with the two limit nuts 34 when the slide block 31 is reset upwards, the following features are specifically provided:
a spring 36 is movably sleeved on each limit vertical rod 33, and the spring 36 is positioned between the sliding block 31 and the limit nut 34.
When the sliding block 31 is pressed down, the springs 36 on each limiting vertical rod 33 follow the sliding block 31 together due to gravity, and then when the sliding block 31 is pulled by the tension spring 32 to reset upwards, the sliding block 31 drives the springs 36 to slide upwards on the corresponding limiting vertical rods 33, finally the springs 36 are compressed between the sliding block 31 and the limiting nuts 34 by the sliding block 31, and the impact force generated when the sliding block 31 resets upwards is buffered by the compression of the springs 36, so that the sliding block 31 and the two limiting nuts 34 are prevented from hard collision.
In order to show the concrete structure of the opposite clamping mechanism and the linkage of the opposite clamping mechanism and the pressing and re-springing mechanism, the following characteristics are provided:

when the electromagnet 10 loses magnetism due to power failure, the tension spring 32 pulls the compression bar 8 to reset upwards, the upper part of each special-shaped elastic strip 41 expands outwards towards two sides again in the ascending process of the compression bar 8, at the moment, two clamping strips 37 in two groups of rotating clamping arms move oppositely, the corresponding diagnosis result card 6 is loosened, and finally a diagnostician can take away the diagnosis result card 6 which is popped up upwards currently.
In order to protect all sliding elastic pieces, the following features are specifically provided:
the both sides that hold case 5 are all fixed and are equipped with protective housing 44, and every protective housing 44 all will hold case 5 and correspond the cladding of all slip elastic component of one side to four bar logical groove 45 that correspond respectively with bar spout 30 have all been seted up on every protective housing 44, all be connected with the sliding pin 46 that slides in bar logical groove 45 on every slider 31, all fixed be equipped with on every sliding pin 46 and be located the outer pressing block 47 of protective housing 44.
All the sliding elastic members are protected by the two groups of protective shells 44, the sliding elastic members are prevented from being damaged due to collision of external force, when the diagnosis result card 6 is ejected and taken away by a diagnostician, the diagnostician can supplement the empty cavity 7 with a new diagnosis result card 6, and then the diagnostician manually presses down the corresponding two pressing blocks 47 to press down the pressing bar 8 again.
Working principle:
the diagnostic box 1 is internally provided with an operation system (not shown in the figure) and a control circuit (not shown in the figure), a rotary encoder (not shown in the figure) is arranged on the rotary wheel, in an initial state, two question cards 2 are vertical and face a diagnostician, each pressing bar 8 is in a downward pressing state, each electromagnet 10 is electrified and attracts corresponding iron sheets 9, the diagnostician can do questions by himself after determining answers, the diagnostician can press corresponding buttons 4, after pressing the buttons 4, the operation system performs different operations according to the triggered buttons 4 and transmits operation results to the rotary encoder, thereby controlling the rotation angle of the rotary wheel, four groups of selection questions are printed on each question, the angles of rotation of the rotary wheel are different for different answers selected by the diagnostician for the same group of questions, that is, the operation system will select the next set of questions according to the answers selected by the current diagnostician, after the diagnostician finishes making all questions, the operation system will analyze the diagnosis results of the diagnostician according to all the selected answers of the diagnostician, the diagnosis results are four, namely, the four are respectively qualified, unqualified, light and heavy, the four results respectively correspond to the condition that the diagnostician is not depressed, the diagnostician is likely to suffer from depression, the diagnostician is slightly depressed, the diagnostician is not likely to suffer from major depression, and the four results are respectively printed on the four diagnosis result cards 6, and each diagnosis result card 6 is also printed with a corresponding treatment scheme and preventive measures, for example, how to prevent depression is printed on the diagnosis result card 6 with excellent result, how to treat major depression is printed on the diagnosis result card 6 with heavy result, when the transportation system calculates the corresponding diagnosis result, the circuit of one electromagnet 10 is controlled to be disconnected, so that the opposite clamp mechanism can loosen the corresponding diagnosis result card 6, meanwhile, the pressing bar 8 can upwards drive the corresponding diagnosis result card 6 to pop up, at the moment, a diagnostician can take away the diagnosis result card 6, and after the diagnostician finishes diagnosis, a doctor can insert and supplement the corresponding diagnosis result card 6 into the spare cavity 7.

the diagnosis box (1) is internally provided with an operation system and a control circuit, a rotary encoder is arranged on the rotary wheel, in an initial state, two question cards (2) are vertical and face a diagnostician, each pressing bar (8) is in a downward pressing state, each electromagnet (10) is electrified and is attracted with a corresponding iron sheet (9), the diagnostician can do questions by himself afterwards, after an answer is determined, the diagnostician can press a corresponding button (4), after the button (4) is pressed, the operation system performs different operations according to the triggered button (4) and transmits an operation result to the rotary encoder, thereby controlling the turning angle of the rotary wheel, four groups of selection questions are printed on each question, and for the same group of questions, the answer selected by the diagnostician is different, the rotation angle of the rotary wheel is also different, that is, the operation system selects the next group of questions according to the answers selected by the current diagnostician, after the diagnostician finishes making all questions, the operation system analyzes the diagnosis results of the diagnostician according to all the selected answers of the diagnostician, the diagnosis results are four and are respectively qualified, unqualified, light and heavy, the four results respectively correspond to the condition that the diagnostician is free of depression, the diagnostician is likely to suffer from depression, the diagnostician is slightly depressed and the diagnostician is not severely depressed, the four results are respectively printed on four diagnosis result cards (6), each diagnosis result card (6) is also printed with a corresponding treatment scheme and a corresponding preventive measure, and after the transportation system calculates the corresponding diagnosis results, the transportation system controls the circuit of one electromagnet (10) to be disconnected, the opposite clamp mechanisms can loosen the corresponding diagnosis result cards (6), meanwhile, the pressing strips (8) can upwards drive the corresponding diagnosis result cards (6) to pop up, at the moment, a diagnostician can take away the diagnosis result cards (6), and after the diagnostician finishes diagnosis, a doctor can insert and supplement the corresponding diagnosis result cards (6) into the spare cavity (7).
