Preferably, the transparent outer skin is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 1-2% of chicken fat, 0.5-1.5% of salt and 0.05-0.15% of potassium sorbate.
A second aspect of the present application provides a method for preparing a transparent skin bull penis according to the first aspect, comprising the steps of: (1) Uniformly mixing the preparation raw materials of the transparent skin, curing at high temperature, and extruding to prepare the transparent skin; (2) Wrapping the dried bull penis in the transparent crust to obtain the bull penis with transparent crust.
