In order to take account of the processing burden of the client and the authenticity of the audio and video file recorded by the client applet, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, the target audio and video file may also be sent to the client, and the audio and video file is displayed, which is described in detail below with reference to the embodiment of fig. 4.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a page recording method according to a fourth embodiment of the present disclosure. It should be noted that the page recording method implemented in the present disclosure may be applied to the first service side.
As shown in fig. 4, the page recording method may include the following steps:
step 401, in response to receiving an audio and video recording start request sent by a client, displaying an initial application page, and receiving video frames and audio frames sent by the client at each moment.
Step 402, fusing the initial application page with the video frames and the audio frames received at the corresponding time to obtain a first fused page, and recording the audio and video of the first fused page.
In step 403, in the process of recording the audio and video of the first fused page, in response to receiving the first page update request sent by the client at the first moment, updating the initial page element in the initial application page according to the information to be updated of the initial page element in the first page update request, so as to obtain the first application page, so that the client displays the first application page in the applet.
Wherein the first page update request is generated by the client in response to an update operation to an initial page element in the initial application page.
And step 404, fusing the first application page with the video frames and the audio frames received at the first moment to obtain a second fused page, and recording the audio and video of the second fused page to obtain the target audio and video file.
And step 405, sending the target audio and video file to the client to display the target audio and video file.
As an example, in response to a target audio/video stopping recording, a target audio/video file is generated, the target audio/video file is sent to a client, and in response to receiving the target audio/video file, the client displays the target audio/video file.
And step 406, the target audio and video file is sent to the second server to store the audio and video file.
In order to facilitate backtracking of sales processes and sales scenarios for financial-type products, as an example, a target audio file may be sent to a second server, which stores the target audio-video file for subsequent viewing and review.
It should be noted that, the execution process of steps 401 to 404 may be implemented in any manner in each embodiment of the disclosure, which is not limited to this embodiment, and is not repeated herein.
In conclusion, the target audio and video file is displayed by sending the target audio and video file to the client; the target audio and video files are sent to the second server to store the audio and video files, so that the sales process and the sales scene of the financial products can be traced back conveniently, and the sales process of the financial products can be managed conveniently.
In order to implement the above embodiment, the present disclosure proposes another page recording method. It should be noted that the page recording method implemented by the present disclosure may be applied to a client.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a page recording method according to a fifth embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, the page recording method includes the following steps:
step 501, in response to the opening applet, a target link address is displayed, in response to a trigger operation on the target link address, an initial application page is displayed, and an audio and video recording opening request and a camera and an audio collector on a client are synchronously started to a first service end.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, in response to opening the applet, the target link address may be displayed in the applet, in response to a trigger operation on the target link address, for example, clicking on the target link address, an initial application page stored in the first server may be linked and displayed, and an audio and video recording opening request is synchronously sent to the first server, and a camera and an audio collector on the client are opened.
As an example, in response to opening the applet, obtaining a first opening right to open a camera on the client and a second opening right to open the audio collector; and responding to the first opening permission to allow the applet page to open the camera and the second opening permission to allow the applet page to open the audio collector, and opening the camera and the audio collector.
That is, in response to the opening applet, a permission page for indicating whether permission to open the camera and the audio collector is granted, and in response to the confirmation operation, the camera and the audio collector are opened.
As another example, in response to turning on the applet, the camera and audio collector on the client are turned on directly.
Step 502, in response to the camera and the audio collector collecting the video frame and the audio frame at each time, the video frame and the audio frame are sent to the first service end at the corresponding time.
The video frames and the audio frames are used for fusing with the initial application page to obtain a first fused page, and recording the audio and video of the first fused page.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the client may collect the video frame and the audio frame at each time by the camera and the audio collector, and send the video frame and the audio frame to the first service end at the corresponding time. For example, the camera and the audio collector collect video frames and audio frames at time a, and the client may send the collected video frames and audio frames to the first service end at time a.
In order to improve the authenticity of sales of financial products, avoid false sales, and realize backtracking of sales process and sales scene of financial products so as to manage sales process of financial products, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, a first service end may fuse video frames and audio frames received at each moment with an initial application page displayed at a corresponding moment to obtain a first fused page, and record audio and video of the first fused page.
In step 503, a first page update request is sent to the first server in response to an update operation for an initial page element in the initial application page at a first time.
The first page updating request is used for updating the initial page elements in the initial application page according to the information to be updated of the initial page elements in the first page updating request so as to obtain the first application page.
As an example, in the audio and video recording process of the first fused page, the client sends a first page update request to the first service end at a first moment, and the first service end responds to the first page update request and can update the initial page element in the initial application page according to the information to be updated in the first page update request to obtain the first application page. Further, fusing the first application page with the video frames and the audio frames received at the first moment to obtain a second fused page, and recording audio and video of the second fused page to obtain the target audio and video file.
Step 504, a first application page is presented.
The first application page is used for fusing with the video frames and the audio frames received at the first moment to obtain a second fused page, and recording the audio and video of the second fused page to obtain the target audio and video file.
In order to avoid the problem that the recorded sales scene is not matched with the real sales scene and the sales scene of the financial products cannot be truly traced back, the first application page can be displayed in real time in the applet of the client.
In addition, in the process of recording the audio and video of the second fused page, the client can send a second page update request to the first service end at a second moment, and the first service end responds to the second page request and updates the target page element in the first application page according to the information to be updated of the target page element in the second page update request so as to obtain a second application page, so that the client displays the second application page in the applet; wherein the second page update request is generated by the client in response to an update operation on a target page element in the first application page; and fusing the second application page with the video frames and the audio frames received at the second moment to obtain a second fused page, and recording the audio and video of the second fused page to obtain the target audio and video file.
In summary, the target link address is displayed in response to the opening applet, the initial application page is displayed in response to the triggering operation of the target link address, and an audio and video recording opening request and a camera and an audio collector on the client are synchronously started to the first service end; responding to the video frames and the audio frames acquired by the camera and the audio acquirer at each moment, and transmitting the video frames and the audio frames to the first service end at the corresponding moment; responding to the updating operation of the initial page elements in the initial insuring page at the first moment, and sending a first page updating request to a first server; the updated first application page is displayed, so that for the electronic equipment without double-record application, audio and video recording can be realized based on the small program, double-record is realized in the sales process of the financial products, the sales process of the financial products is effectively managed, the double-record application program is not required to be installed, and the resource consumption is reduced. As one possible implementation of the embodiments of the present disclosure, a page submit request is generated in response to a trigger operation on a specified element in a target application page; and sending the page submitting request to a first service end, wherein the page submitting request is used for stopping audio and video recording so as to generate a target audio and video file.
As a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, a target audio/video file sent by a first service end is received; and displaying the target audio and video file.
On the basis of any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the page recording method according to the embodiments of the present disclosure may be further implemented based on the following steps:
1. opening a client applet (displaying a website of a cloud picture), calling a camera of a client mobile phone, and sending a client video stream recorded by the camera to a cloud mobile phone end (a first server).
2. When a website is opened, an opening request (an audio and video recording opening request) is sent to the cloud mobile phone terminal, wherein the opening request is used for the cloud mobile phone terminal to open a double-recording application, and the double-recording application is operated on the cloud mobile phone terminal, wherein the double-recording application can acquire a server of an insurance company, display an insurance application page and display an audio and video stream sent by a client.
3. And the cloud mobile phone end starts a screen recording, and sends a screen recording picture of the cloud mobile phone end to the client applet and displays the screen recording picture.
4. The applet is recorded by using a camera of the applet, the whole process is transparent to the client, and the screen recorded picture of the cloud mobile phone is a double-record client video which needs to be uploaded to a server (a second server).
Therefore, the limitation that the applet end cannot record the video is avoided, and the recording process of the applet of the client is realized through the cloud mobile phone.
Corresponding to the above-mentioned page recording method provided by the embodiments of fig. 1 to 4, the present disclosure further provides a page recording device, and since the page recording device provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure corresponds to the above-mentioned page recording method provided by the embodiments of fig. 1 to 4, the implementation of the page recording method is also applicable to the page recording device provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, and will not be described in detail in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a page recording apparatus according to a sixth embodiment of the present disclosure. In an embodiment of the disclosure, the page recording device may be applied to the first service end.
As shown in fig. 7, the page recording apparatus 700 includes: a first display module 710, a first recording module 720, an updating module 730, and a second recording module 740.
The first display module 710 is configured to display an initial application page in response to receiving an audio/video recording start request sent by a client, and receive video frames and audio frames sent by the client at each moment; the first recording module 720 is configured to fuse the initial application page with the video frame and the audio frame received at the corresponding time to obtain a first fused page, and record audio and video on the first fused page; the updating module 730 is configured to, in a process of recording an audio and video of the first fused page, respond to a first page update request sent by the client at a first moment, and update an initial page element in the initial application page according to information to be updated of the initial page element in the first page update request, so as to obtain the first application page, so that the client displays the first application page in the applet; wherein the first page update request is generated by the client in response to an update operation on an initial page element in the initial application page; the second recording module 740 is configured to fuse the first application page with the video frame and the audio frame received at the first time to obtain a second fused page, and record audio and video on the second fused page to obtain the target audio and video file.
As a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the second recording module 740 is further configured to fuse the first application page with the video frame and the audio frame received at the first time to obtain a second fused page, and record audio and video on the second fused page; in the process of recording the audio and video of the second fused page, responding to a second page update request sent by the client at a second moment, and updating the target page element in the first insurance page according to the information to be updated of the target page element in the second page update request to obtain a second insurance page so that the client displays the second insurance page in the applet; wherein the second page update request is generated by the client in response to an update operation on a target page element in the first application page; and fusing the second application page with the video frame and the audio frame received at the second moment to obtain a third fused page, and recording the audio and video of the third fused page to obtain the target audio and video file.
As one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first recording module 720 is configured to determine a display position of the received video frame and the audio frame on the initial application page; and rendering and displaying the received video frames and the received audio frames on corresponding display positions to obtain a first fusion page.
As one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the second recording module 740 is configured to determine whether a page submission request sent by the client is received, where the page submission request is generated by the client in response to a trigger operation on a specified element in the target application page; responding to the received page submitting request, stopping recording the audio and video to obtain a target audio and video file; and responding to the failure to receive the page submitting request, continuing to record the audio and video until the page submitting request is received, and stopping recording the audio and video to obtain the target audio and video file.
As a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the audio and video recording start request includes page identification information, and the first display module 710 is configured to obtain, in response to receiving the audio and video recording start request sent by the client, an initial application page matched with the page identification information from a plurality of stored pages in the first service end; and displaying the initial application page.
As one possible implementation of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the page recording apparatus 700 further includes: and a transmitting module.
The sending module is used for sending the target audio and video file to the client so as to display the target audio and video file; and sending the target audio and video file to a second server to store the audio and video file.
The page recording device is applied to a first server, and displays an initial application page by responding to an audio and video recording starting request sent by a client, and receives video frames and audio frames sent by the client at all times; fusing the initial application page with the received video frames and audio frames to obtain a first fused page, and recording audio and video of the first fused page; in the process of recording the audio and video of the first fused page, responding to a first page update request sent by the client at a first moment, and updating initial page elements in the initial application page according to information to be updated of the initial page elements in the first page update request to obtain a first application page so that the client displays the first application page in the applet; wherein the first page update request is generated by the client in response to an update operation on an initial page element in the initial application page; the first application page is fused with the video frames and the audio frames received at the first moment to obtain a second fused page, and the second fused page is subjected to audio and video recording to obtain a target audio and video file, so that for the electronic equipment without double recording application, the audio and video recording can be realized based on the small program, the double recording of the sales process of financial products is realized, the sales process of the financial products is effectively managed, the double recording application is not required to be installed, and the resource consumption is reduced.
Corresponding to the page recording method provided in the embodiment of fig. 5, the present disclosure further provides a page recording device, and since the page recording device provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure corresponds to the page recording method provided in the embodiment of fig. 5, the implementation of the page recording method is also applicable to the page recording device provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, which is not described in detail in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a page recording apparatus according to a seventh embodiment of the present disclosure. In the embodiment of the disclosure, the page recording device can be applied to a client.
As shown in fig. 8, the page recording apparatus 800 may include: a first presentation module 810, a first transmission module 820, a second transmission module 830, and a second presentation module 840.
The first display module 810 is configured to respond to the opening applet, display a target link address, respond to a trigger operation on the target link address, display an initial application page, and send an audio and video recording opening request to the first service end, and synchronously open a camera and an audio collector on the client; a first sending module 820, configured to send the video frame and the audio frame to the first service end at corresponding moments in response to the camera and the audio collector collecting the video frame and the audio frame at each moment; the method comprises the steps that a video frame and an audio frame are used for fusing with an initial application page to obtain a first fused page, and audio and video recording is carried out on the first fused page; the second sending module 830 is configured to send a first page update request to the first server in response to an update operation on an initial page element in the initial application page at a first moment, where the first page update request is used to update the initial page element in the initial application page according to information to be updated of the initial page element in the first page update request, so as to obtain a first application page; the second display module 840 is configured to display a first application page, where the first application page is used to fuse with a video frame and an audio frame received at a first moment to obtain a second fused page, and record audio and video on the second fused page to obtain a target audio and video file.
As a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, a first display module 810 is configured to send an audio/video recording start request to a first service end; acquiring a first opening permission of a camera and a second opening permission of an audio collector on an opening client; and in response to the first opening permission allowing the applet to open the camera and the second opening permission allowing the applet to open the audio collector, opening the camera and the audio collector.
As one possible implementation of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the page recording apparatus 800 further includes: a generating module and a third transmitting module.
The generation module is used for responding to the triggering operation of the specified element in the target application page and generating a page submitting request; and the third sending module is used for sending a page submitting request to the first service end, wherein the page submitting request is used for stopping audio and video recording so as to generate a target audio and video file.
As one possible implementation of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the page recording apparatus 800 further includes: a receiving module and a third display module.
The receiving module is used for receiving the target audio and video file sent by the first service end; and the third display module is used for displaying the target audio and video file.
The page recording device is applied to a client, and is used for displaying a target link address by responding to an opening applet, displaying an initial application page by responding to a triggering operation on the target link address, and sending an audio and video recording opening request to a first service end and synchronously opening a camera and an audio collector on the client; responding to the video frames and the audio frames acquired by the camera and the audio acquirer at each moment, and transmitting the video frames and the audio frames to the first service end at the corresponding moment; responding to the updating operation of the initial page elements in the initial insuring page at the first moment, and sending a first page updating request to a first server; the first page updating request is used for updating the initial page elements in the initial application page according to the information to be updated of the initial page elements in the first page updating request so as to obtain a first application page, and the first application page is displayed, so that for the electronic equipment which is not provided with the double-record application, the audio and video recording can be realized based on the small program, the double-record of the sales process of the financial products is realized, the sales process of the financial products is effectively managed, the double-record application program is not required to be installed, and the resource consumption is reduced.

As an example, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device 900 according to an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, where, as shown in fig. 9, the electronic device 900 may further include:
memory 910 and processor 920, bus 930 connecting the different components (including memory 910 and processor 920), memory 910 storing a computer program that when executed by processor 920 implements the page recording method described in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Bus 930 represents one or more of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, a processor, and a local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. A program/utility 980 having a set (at least one) of program modules 970 may be stored, for example, in memory 910, such program modules 970 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each or some combination of which may include an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 970 generally perform the functions and/or methods in the embodiments described in this disclosure.
The electronic device 900 may also communicate with one or more external devices 990 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 991, etc.), one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic device 900, and/or any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable the electronic device 900 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may occur through an input/output (I/O) interface 992. It should be noted that, the implementation process and the technical principle of the electronic device in this embodiment refer to the foregoing explanation of the page recording method in the embodiment of the disclosure, and are not repeated herein.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is also provided, e.g., a memory, comprising instructions executable by a processor of an electronic device to perform the page recording method set forth in any of the embodiments above. Alternatively, the computer readable storage medium may be ROM, random Access Memory (RAM), CD-ROM, magnetic tape, floppy disk, optical data storage device, etc.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer program product is also provided, comprising a computer program/instruction, characterized in that the computer program/instruction, when executed by a processor, implements the page recording method set forth in any of the above embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. The page recording method is characterized by being applied to a first service end and comprising the following steps:
responding to an audio and video recording starting request sent by a client, displaying an initial application page, and receiving video frames and audio frames sent by the client at each moment;
fusing the initial application page with a video frame and an audio frame received at corresponding moments to obtain a first fused page, and recording audio and video of the first fused page;
in the process of recording the audio and video of the first fused page, responding to a first page update request sent by the client at a first moment, and updating initial page elements in the initial application page according to information to be updated of the initial page elements in the first page update request to obtain a first application page so that the client displays the first application page in the applet; wherein the first page update request is generated by the client in response to an update operation on an initial page element in the initial application page;
And fusing the first application page with the video frames and the audio frames received at the first moment to obtain a second fused page, and recording the audio and video of the second fused page to obtain the target audio and video file.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the fusing the first application page with the video frames and the audio frames received at the first time to obtain a second fused page, and performing audio-video recording on the second fused page to obtain the target audio-video file, includes:
fusing the first application page with the video frames and the audio frames received at the first moment to obtain a second fused page, and recording the audio and video of the second fused page;
in the process of recording the audio and video of the second fused page, responding to a second page update request sent by the client at a second moment, and updating the target page element in the first application page according to the information to be updated of the target page element in the second page update request to obtain a second application page so that the client displays the second application page in the applet; wherein the second page update request is generated by the client in response to an update operation on a target page element in the first application page;
And fusing the second application page with the video frames and the audio frames received at the second moment to obtain a third fused page, and recording the audio and video of the third fused page to obtain the target audio and video file.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein fusing the initial application page with the received video frames and audio frames to obtain a first fused page comprises:
determining the display positions of the received video frames and audio frames on the initial application page;
rendering and displaying the received video frames and the received audio frames on corresponding display positions to obtain a first fusion page.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the recording the audio and video of the second fused page to obtain the target audio and video file comprises:
judging whether a page submission request sent by the client is received, wherein the page submission request is generated by the client in response to a trigger operation on a specified element in the target application page;
responding to the received page submitting request, stopping recording the audio and video to obtain the target audio and video file;
And responding to the failure of receiving the page submitting request, continuing to record the audio and video until the page submitting request is received, and stopping recording the audio and video to obtain the target audio and video file.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the audio-video recording start request includes page identification information, and wherein the presenting the initial application page in response to receiving the audio-video recording start request sent by the client includes:
responding to an audio and video recording starting request sent by a client, and acquiring an initial application page matched with the page identification information from a plurality of stored pages of the first service end;
and displaying the initial application page.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and sending the target audio and video file to the client so as to display the target audio and video file.
And sending the target audio and video file to a second server to store the audio and video file.
7. The page recording method is characterized by being applied to a client and comprising the following steps of:
responding to an opening applet, displaying a target link address, responding to a triggering operation of the target link address, displaying an initial application page, sending an audio and video recording opening request to a first service end, and synchronously opening a camera and an audio collector on the client;
Responding to the video frames and the audio frames acquired by the camera and the audio acquirer at each moment, and transmitting the video frames and the audio frames to a first service end at corresponding moments; the video frames and the audio frames are used for fusing with the initial application page to obtain a first fused page, and recording audio and video of the first fused page;
responding to an updating operation of an initial page element in the initial insuring page at a first moment, and sending a first page updating request to a first server, wherein the first page updating request is used for updating the initial page element in the initial insuring page according to information to be updated of the initial page element in the first page updating request so as to obtain a first insuring page;
and displaying a first insurance application page, wherein the first insurance application page is used for fusing with the video frames and the audio frames received at the first moment to obtain a second fused page, and recording the audio and video of the second fused page to obtain the target audio and video file.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the sending the audio-video recording start request to the first service side and synchronously starting the camera and the audio collector on the client side comprise:
Sending an audio and video recording starting request to the first server;
acquiring a first opening permission of a camera and a second opening permission of an audio collector on the client;
and responding to the first opening permission to allow the applet to open the camera and the second opening permission to allow the applet to open the audio collector, and opening the camera and the audio collector.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the method further comprises:
responding to the triggering operation of the specified element in the target application page, and generating a page submitting request;
and sending the page submitting request to the first server, wherein the page submitting request is used for stopping audio and video recording so as to generate the target audio and video file.
10. The method of claim 7, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a target audio and video file sent by the first server;
and displaying the target audio and video file.
