In one embodiment of the present invention, the interface presentation program 10 includes a request module 110, a determination module 120, and a presentation module 130, which exemplarily:
the request module 110 is configured to respond to an interaction request sent by a first user, where the interaction request includes an interaction type and an identity of the first user, and determine a role of the first user according to the identity of the first user;
the determining module 120 is configured to determine a role of a second user and a first list according to the interaction type and the role of the first user, screen a target second user from the first list according to a preset rule, connect a call between the target second user and the first user, and perform identity authentication on the first user;
the display module 130 is configured to, when the first user identity authentication is successful, display the service process steps corresponding to the interaction types and the files corresponding to the steps on the client interface of the target second user, receive the file selected by the target second user, and display the file on the client interface of the first user.
The functions or operation steps of the program modules such as the request module 110, the determination module 120, and the display module 130 are substantially the same as those of the above embodiments, and are not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 3, which is a flowchart of an embodiment of the interface displaying method of the present invention, the interface displaying method includes steps S11-S13.
S11, responding an interaction request sent by a first user, wherein the interaction request comprises an interaction type and an identity of the first user, and determining the role of the first user according to the identity of the first user.
Taking a scenario of purchasing insurance products as an example, the role of the first user is determined to be an insurance client according to the identity (for example, user registration information) of the first user, and after the first user logs in an insurance application system/platform through a client, the first user has no need to take his or her next place for various insurance products, and at this time, an interaction request can be sent through the client. In the embodiment, all interaction types (for example, insurance product recommendation interaction, claim settlement consultation interaction, and insurance processing interaction) of the insurance system/platform are presented in a preset presentation form (for example, a list form) in response to an interaction request submitted by a first user, and the first user determines a target interaction type by clicking.
S12, determining the role of a second user and a first list according to the interaction type and the role of the first user, screening a target second user from the first list according to a preset rule, connecting the call between the target second user and the first user, and performing identity authentication on the first user.
According to the interaction type and the role of the first user, the role and the list of the second user corresponding to the interaction type can be determined. For example, the role of the first user is an insurance client, and if the received insurance product recommendation interaction request is an insurance product sales service person, the role of the second user is an insurance product sales service person; if the received request is an insurance product claim settlement consultation interactive request, the second user has the role of insurance product claim settlement service staff.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the screening out the target second user from the first list according to the preset rule includes:
acquiring a list of personnel who are idle at the current time in the first list as a first butt-joint personnel list;
acquiring a list of personnel in the same city as the first user in the first butt-joint personnel list as a second butt-joint personnel list;
and taking the person with the highest preset index value (for example, the highest sales amount) in the second butt-joint person list within a preset time period (for example, the last year) as a target second user.
In this embodiment, if there is only one dockee in the first dockee list, the dockee is taken as the target second user. Similarly, if only one dockee is in the second dockee list, the dockee is taken as the target second user.
In this embodiment, after the target second user is determined, a video call (or a voice call) between the target second user and the first user is established, and the first user is subjected to living body detection according to blinking, mouth opening, head nodding, head shaking and other actions of the first user in the video, so as to perform identity authentication on the first user, and send an authentication result to the target second user in a form of a lifting frame.
S13, when the first user identity is successfully verified, displaying the business process steps corresponding to the interaction types and the files corresponding to the steps on the client interface of the target second user, receiving the file selected by the target second user, and displaying the file on the client interface of the first user.
Taking the interaction type as an example of the insurance product recommendation interaction, after the identity verification of the first user is successful, displaying each step of the product recommendation service flow and files (documents, videos, audios and the like) corresponding to each step on a client interface of the target second user, and gradually completing the following operations by the target second user according to the steps of the service flow: preliminarily knowing the demand of the first user according to the call communication- > recommending a proper product to the first user according to the demand type of the first user- > solving the question of the first user- > guiding the first user to buy the product on line.
When recommending a product to the first user, the target second user can select an insurance file or video and audio corresponding to the product to be delivered to the first user, and explains the first user in real time. When the first user watches the file, the real-time video interface on the client interface of the first user can be closed according to the selection of the target second user, only the real-time voice call is reserved, and the real-time video interface can also be continuously reserved. Besides real-time video, the interface of the first user only displays the file released by the target second user, and the target second user can check the corresponding business process steps and related files at any time to prepare for next operation, so that different client interfaces are displayed for users with different roles according to different business requirements, and the interaction efficiency is improved.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the interface display method further includes:
and responding to a request of the target second user for cooperatively controlling the client interface of the first user, sending a cooperative control request interface to the first user, sending the client interface of the first user to the target second user when the first user selects an agreement based on the cooperative control request interface, and synchronizing the operation behavior of the target second user on the client interface of the first user to the first user in real time.
For example, when a first user is reading a document or watching a video, a target second user may request a collaboration control of the client interface of the first user according to the real-time requirement of the first user, the electronic device 1 sends the collaboration control request interface to the first user, and when the first user agrees, the client interface of the first user is sent to the target second user.
Taking the example that it is unclear which fields are filled when a first user fills a product purchase order on line, after a client interface of the first user is sent to a target second user, the target second user marks various fields needing to be filled on the purchase order, the electronic device 1 synchronizes the marks to the first user in real time, and after the target second user determines that the first user is doubtful according to a call, the marks are removed and a request for canceling the cooperative control is submitted to the electronic device 1. In the embodiment, the target second user cooperatively controls the client interface of the first user, so that the problems encountered in the interaction process can be solved rapidly, and the interaction efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, the interface display method further includes:
responding to a support request sent by the target second user, wherein the support request comprises a support type, determining the role and a second list of a third user according to the role of the second user and the support type, screening out a target third user from the second list, connecting the call between the target third user and the target second user, and displaying the interactive interface between the target second user and the first user to the target third user;
and sending a cooperation control request interface to the first user in response to a request of the target third user for cooperatively controlling the client interface of the first user, sending the client interface of the first user to the target third user when the first user selects agreement based on the cooperation control request interface, and synchronizing the operation behavior of the target third user on the client interface of the first user to the first user and the target second user in real time.
In the process of interacting with the first user, if the target second user encounters a problem which cannot be solved, a support request can be sent to the electronic device 1, after the electronic device 1 receives the support request including a support type, a role and a second list of a corresponding third user are obtained according to the role of the target second user and the support type, the role of the target second user is taken as insurance product sales service personnel, the support type is taken as insurance product recommendation support, the role of the third user is insurance product high-level sales expert, and the electronic device 1 randomly selects one of the personnel which are idle at the current time in the second list as the target third user.
The electronic device 1 keeps the call between the first user and the target second user while connecting the call between the target second user and the target third user (in another embodiment of the present invention, the electronic device 1 can connect the three-party call between the first user, the target second user, and the target third user according to the selection of the target second user), and displays the interactive interface between the first user and the target second user on the client interface of the target third user, and the target third user can view the interactive process between the first user and the target second user in real time and guide the target second user through the call. When a certain file needs to be explained, the target third user may request the electronic device 1 to cooperatively control the client interface of the first user, and label the content of the file, and the electronic device 1 synchronizes the operation content cooperatively controlled by the target third user to the first user and the target second user in real time.
In this embodiment, the target third user is introduced to support the target second user to solve the problem in time, so that the interaction process is smoother.
In this embodiment, the interface display method further includes:
and if the first user identity authentication fails, finishing the interaction.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the interface display method further includes the following steps S21 to S23.
S21, responding an interaction request sent by a second user, wherein the interaction request comprises an interaction type and an identity of the second user, and determining the role of the second user according to the identity of the second user;
s22, acquiring list data of a first user from a preset database according to the interaction type and the role of the second user, displaying the list data to the second user, receiving a target first user selected by the second user according to the list data, sending an interaction request interface to the target first user, connecting the conversation between the second user and the target first user when the target first user agrees based on the selection of the interaction request interface, and performing identity verification on the target first user;
and S23, when the identity verification of the target first user is successful, displaying the business process steps corresponding to the interaction types and the files corresponding to the steps on the client interface of the second user, receiving the file selected by the second user, and displaying the file on the client interface of the target first user.
The second user may also initiate an interaction request actively, for example, the insurance product sales service staff obtains the list data of the first user through the insurance application system/platform, and selects the target first user by looking up the user basic information (e.g., name, age, address, work category) and the classification tag (e.g., potential customer tag, insured person tag) in the list data, after receiving the target first user selected by the second user, the electronic device 1 sends an interaction request interface to the target first user, and if the target first user clicks the agreement button, the electronic device 1 will connect the second user to communicate with the target first user, and perform identity verification on the target first user. In the embodiment, the first user and the second user can actively request for interaction, so that the interaction flexibility is improved.
It can be seen from the foregoing embodiment that, in the interface display method provided by the present invention, the role of the first user is determined according to the identity of the first user, the role and the first list of the second user are determined according to the interaction type and the role of the first user, the target second user is screened from the first list according to the preset rule, the call between the target second user and the first user is connected, the identity of the first user is verified, when the identity of the first user is successfully verified, the service flow steps corresponding to the interaction type and the files corresponding to the steps are displayed on the client interface of the target second user, the file selected by the target second user is received, and the file is displayed on the client interface of the first user. Therefore, the invention realizes the display of different interfaces for users with different roles.
In addition, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may be any one of or any combination of a hard disk, a multimedia card, an SD card, a flash memory card, an SMC, a Read Only Memory (ROM), an Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM), a portable compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), a USB memory, and the like. The computer readable storage medium includes an interface presentation program 10, and when executed by a processor, the interface presentation program 10 implements the following operations:
responding an interaction request sent by a first user, wherein the interaction request comprises an interaction type and an identity of the first user, and determining the role of the first user according to the identity of the first user;
determining the role of a second user and a first list according to the interaction type and the role of the first user, screening a target second user from the first list according to a preset rule, connecting the call between the target second user and the first user, and performing identity authentication on the first user;
and when the first user identity authentication is successful, displaying the business process steps corresponding to the interaction types and the files corresponding to the steps on the client interface of the target second user, receiving the file selected by the target second user, and displaying the file on the client interface of the first user.
The specific implementation of the computer-readable storage medium of the present invention is substantially the same as the specific implementation of the interface display method and the electronic device, and is not described herein again.

Claims (10)
1. An interface display method is applied to an electronic device, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s11, responding an interaction request sent by a first user, wherein the interaction request comprises an interaction type and an identity of the first user, and determining the role of the first user according to the identity of the first user;
s12, determining the role of a second user and a first list according to the interaction type and the role of the first user, screening a target second user from the first list according to a preset rule, connecting the call between the target second user and the first user, and performing identity authentication on the first user;
s13, when the first user identity is successfully verified, displaying the business process steps corresponding to the interaction types and the files corresponding to the steps on the client interface of the target second user, receiving the file selected by the target second user, and displaying the file on the client interface of the first user.
2. The interface display method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to a support request sent by the target second user, wherein the support request comprises a support type, determining the role and a second list of a third user according to the role of the second user and the support type, screening out a target third user from the second list, connecting the call between the target third user and the target second user, and displaying the interactive interface between the target second user and the first user to the target third user.
3. The interface display method of claim 2, further comprising:
and sending a cooperation control request interface to the first user in response to a request of the target third user for cooperatively controlling the client interface of the first user, sending the client interface of the first user to the target third user when the first user selects agreement based on the cooperation control request interface, and synchronizing the operation behavior of the target third user on the client interface of the first user to the first user and the target second user in real time.
4. The interface presentation method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said screening a target second user from said first list according to a preset rule comprises:
acquiring a list of personnel who are idle at the current time in the first list as a first butt-joint personnel list;
acquiring a list of personnel in the same city as the first user in the first butt-joint personnel list as a second butt-joint personnel list;
and taking the person with the highest preset index value in the second butt-joint person list in a preset time period as a target second user.
5. An interface display method is applied to an electronic device, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s21, responding an interaction request sent by a second user, wherein the interaction request comprises an interaction type and an identity of the second user, and determining the role of the second user according to the identity of the second user;
s22, acquiring list data of a first user from a preset database according to the interaction type and the role of the second user, displaying the list data to the second user, receiving a target first user selected by the second user according to the list data, sending an interaction request interface to the target first user, connecting the conversation between the second user and the target first user when the target first user agrees based on the selection of the interaction request interface, and performing identity verification on the target first user;
and S23, when the identity verification of the target first user is successful, displaying the business process steps corresponding to the interaction types and the files corresponding to the steps on the client interface of the second user, receiving the file selected by the second user, and displaying the file on the client interface of the target first user.
6. An electronic device, comprising: the interface display program comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores an interface display program which can run on the processor, and the interface display program realizes the following steps when being executed by the processor:
s11, responding an interaction request sent by a first user, wherein the interaction request comprises an interaction type and an identity of the first user, and determining the role of the first user according to the identity of the first user;
s12, determining the role of a second user and a first list according to the interaction type and the role of the first user, screening a target second user from the first list according to a preset rule, connecting the call between the target second user and the first user, and performing identity authentication on the first user;
s13, when the first user identity is successfully verified, displaying the business process steps corresponding to the interaction types and the files corresponding to the steps on the client interface of the target second user, receiving the file selected by the target second user, and displaying the file on the client interface of the first user.
7. The electronic device of claim 6, wherein the interface presentation program, when executed by the processor, further performs the steps of:
responding to a support request sent by the target second user, wherein the support request comprises a support type, determining the role and a second list of a third user according to the role of the second user and the support type, screening out a target third user from the second list, connecting the call between the target third user and the target second user, and displaying the interactive interface between the target second user and the first user to the target third user.
8. The electronic device of claim 7, wherein the interface presentation program, when executed by the processor, further performs the steps of:
and sending a cooperation control request interface to the first user in response to a request of the target third user for cooperatively controlling the client interface of the first user, sending the client interface of the first user to the target third user when the first user selects agreement based on the cooperation control request interface, and synchronizing the operation behavior of the target third user on the client interface of the first user to the first user and the target second user in real time.
9. The electronic device according to any one of claims 6-8, wherein the screening the target second user from the first list according to the preset rule comprises:
acquiring a list of personnel who are idle at the current time in the first list as a first butt-joint personnel list;
acquiring a list of personnel in the same city as the first user in the first butt-joint personnel list as a second butt-joint personnel list;
and taking the person with the highest preset index value in the second butt-joint person list in a preset time period as a target second user.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon an interface presentation program executable by one or more processors to perform the steps of the interface presentation method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
