Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the present invention are included to facilitate understanding, and are to be considered merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a call control system, including: a central call matrix 100, one or more remote call master stations 200 connected to the central call matrix, a plurality of intercom devices 300 connected to the remote call master stations; wherein,
the central call matrix 100 determines one or more internal call devices 300 corresponding to a call request in response to any call request for a remote site, generates voice data and transmits the voice data to the remote call master station 200;
the remote call master station 200 is configured to send the voice data to one or more of the intercom devices 300 connected to the remote call master station, and receive feedback voice data of one or more of the intercom devices 300, so that a user of the intercom device regulates a remote site based on the voice data and the feedback voice data.
In particular, in the application scenario of the program production process, there are often multiple remote sites, so the local production center (such as the director) needs to perform voice communication with one or more personnel (such as a host, a camera, a guest, etc.) at the remote sites through multiple devices to achieve the purposes of regulating and controlling the remote sites, exchanging information, etc.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a local production center is provided with a call matrix (i.e., a center call matrix), and the center call matrix may be connected to a plurality of devices for program production. As shown in fig. 1, the center call matrix 100 includes a local site regulation device group 400 and a center call master station 500; the local field regulation device group can comprise a limited waist pack, a wireless waist pack, a production sound console, an ear-return device, a call panel, a channel camera and the like which are used by local field staff and used for program production, and the specific device types contained in the local field regulation device group are not limited by the invention. It will be appreciated that by including multiple devices in the local site regulation device group, the program producer may be used to regulate the local site between local producers, and further regulate the remote site using the connection of the central call master 500 to the remote call master 200. Specifically, the call between the N local production centers (for example, galleries) and the N remote call master stations can be realized by connecting the call panel and the center call matrix at the local site. That is, in any Gallery, connection with one or more remote call master stations can be set remotely, so that remote production is realized. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention utilizes the manufacturing mode of the centralized cluster to control and manage the remote site, and improves the flexibility and expansibility of regulation and control of the remote site.
Further, regulatory personnel (such as a director or engineer, etc.) at the local production center may generate voice data through the center call matrix 100 and send the voice data to the remote call master station 200; causing the remote call master station 200 to transmit voice data (e.g., audio data in PCM format, etc.) to one or more of the intercom devices 300 (e.g., wireless waist packs) to which the remote call master station is connected and receive feedback voice data for one or more of the intercom devices 300 to cause the party using the intercom device to regulate the remote site based on the voice data and the feedback voice data. Namely, the central call matrix comprises a local site regulation and control equipment group and a central call master station; the central call master station is connected with one or more remote call master stations, wherein the remote call master stations are connected with the internal call equipment in a relay mode; in the embodiment of the present invention, the relay method is, for example, a wireless microwave method transmitted by a wireless base station.
Further, the central call master station is configured to send the voice data for the remote site sent by the local site regulation device group to one or more remote call master stations; the remote call master station transmits the voice data to the intercom device. Wherein the central call master station may be connected to the remote call master station by way of a network (e.g., the internet, a router public network, etc.) to transmit voice data generated by the matrix.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the central call master station or the remote call master station may be a 4-wire call master station, and the 4-wire interface of the central call matrix and the corresponding central call master station (4-wire call master station) or remote call master station (4-wire call master station) represent that the call mode used in the voice data transmission process is a bidirectional interface, that is, receiving (listening) and transmitting (Talk) of voice data are respectively processed as two voice signals.
Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, a method of configuring a connection relationship between respective devices includes: 1) Configuring an analog 4-wire interface in the center call matrix, so that the analog 4-wire interface is connected with a remote call master station used in a remote site; 2) The configured analog 4-wire interface is configured on a call panel corresponding to a central call master station of each Gallery needing to realize remote call in a manufacturing center, so that the central call master station and the remote call master station contained in a call matrix are configured into a binding relationship; 3) The central call matrix is connected with the central call master station in a network manner, so that the central call master station and the remote call master station can communicate with each other; 4) The remote call master station is connected with the internal call devices (such as wireless waist bags) in a relay mode, so that the voice call between the manufacturing center and one or more internal call devices connected with the remote call master station on a remote site is realized. The wireless waist bag (intercom equipment) has the advantages of being high in anti-interference capability, good in stability of receiving voice data signals, capable of grouping and the like.
Further, according to the embodiment of the invention, different call groups of the intercom devices can be respectively used according to the use types of the intercom devices; for example: when the camera group, the host group, the guest group and the like need to transmit the voice data of the regulation site, the voice data can be transmitted aiming at a certain conversation group, so that each internal conversation device (wireless waist pack) contained in the conversation group synchronously receives the voice data. Fig. 2 illustrates a schematic diagram of an intercom device 300 having a remote talk master station 200 coupled to a plurality of groups, as shown in fig. 2, different talk groups may be configured, such as talk group 1 (e.g., camera group), talk group 2 (e.g., moderator group), etc.; the method for configuring different talk groups can execute configuration through different talk channels of the remote talk master station; the communication channel is, for example, a frequency channel, for example, a plurality of wireless waist packs connected by a frequency 60 are divided into a shooting group, a plurality of wireless waist packs connected by a frequency 110 are divided into a presenter group, etc. That is, the different talk channels of the remote talk master station are configured with a plurality of talk groups that match the user class of the intercom devices, wherein each of the talk groups is configured with one or more of the intercom devices; and when the call request is for any call group, the center call matrix is further used for determining a call channel corresponding to the remote call master station corresponding to the call request and a call group corresponding to the call channel. The remote call master station is further configured to synchronously send voice data to each intercom device included in the talkgroup.
It can be appreciated that by attributing the intercom devices to different groups, voice calls can be performed separately for different call groups, which not only improves call efficiency, but also achieves the beneficial effect that staff between groups do not interfere with each other in the call.
The following further describes the beneficial effects of the structure of the call control system provided by the embodiment of the present invention, with reference to the schematic structure of the call control system provided by the prior art shown in fig. 1A.
As shown in fig. 1A, in the existing call control system, a remote site is regulated by a call matrix by connecting mobile phone devices held by staff members at each remote site, so that a call is realized by the mobile phone devices. Specifically, a remote on-site worker needs to install a set application (for example, agent-Ic mobile phone supporting software provided by Clear-com) on a mobile phone device, and connect a call matrix through the set application.
Therefore, the existing call control system has the following problems that 1) the type, brand, configuration and performance of the mobile phone equipment are greatly different due to the fact that the mobile phone equipment is used for remote call, call quality of the mobile phone equipment is different, and compatibility between the mobile phone and the application can be caused due to the fact that the set application is required to be installed; 2) The mobile phone device can be accessed by a voice telephone at any time, so that when a program is produced on site, the accessed voice telephone can interrupt the existing call system, and the experience of the program production is greatly affected. 3) When a program is produced on site, on-site staff (such as a photographer and the like) needs to hold mobile phone equipment so as to receive voice data of a regulation site in real time, however, the staff needs to engage in other on-site work (such as the photographer needs to hold a camera and the like) at the same time, and even the problem of influencing work is caused by poor work experience due to the fact that the mobile phone equipment and other equipment are held at the same time. 4) A plurality of handset devices cannot be grouped.
While embodiments of the present invention may further group wireless waist packs by one or more of the intercom devices (e.g., wireless waist packs that do not need to be held) connected by the intercom master station, so that the user of the intercom device may regulate the remote location based on voice data and feedback voice data, it is seen that embodiments of the present invention overcome various drawbacks in the existing talk control system as shown in fig. 1A.
Further, based on the call control system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the expansibility of remote field regulation can be improved, namely, under the condition that the remote field has changes (such as addition, reduction, modification) and the like, the embodiment of the invention can realize the change of the remote field directly through configuring the corresponding interface or connection. The expansibility and flexibility of managing the remote site are improved to a great extent. That is, the central call master station is further configured to establish a connection with a new remote call master station of the new remote site when the new remote site exists, so as to regulate the new remote site by using the central call master station in combination with the new remote call master station.
As shown in fig. 3, another call control system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a central call matrix 100, one or more remote call panels 201 connected to the central call matrix; wherein,
the central call matrix 100 determines one or more internal call devices corresponding to a call request in response to any call request for a remote site, generates voice data and transmits the voice data to the remote call panel 201;
the remote call panel 201 is configured to receive the voice data and generate feedback voice data to enable a user of the remote call panel 201 to regulate a remote site based on the voice data and the feedback voice data.
Further, the center call matrix 100 includes a local site regulation device group 401 and a switch 301; the switch 301 is configured to connect the central call matrix 100 with one or more of the remote call panels 201. The local field regulation device group 401 includes, for example, a limited waist pack, a wireless waist pack, a production sound console, an ear-return device, a call panel, a channel camera, etc. used by local field staff for program production; the switch may be connected to the central call matrix 100 through a preset VPN internet line, and the switch may be connected to the plurality of remote call panels 201 using a network (e.g., through a network cable) to implement transmission of voice data.
Therefore, through the structure of the embodiment, the remote communication panel can be used for directly sending voice data and receiving feedback data, when the remote communication panel is arranged in different use type scenes, the beneficial effects of voice communication aiming at different groups can be achieved, the problems of low communication reliability and poor regulation and control effect caused by using the mobile phone terminal in the existing method are solved, and the flexibility and expansibility of regulation and control aiming at a remote site are improved.
As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a call control method, which may include the following steps;
