Specifically, the second driving unit 5 may include a servo motor, a speed reducer, and a coupling, which are sequentially connected, and the connecting shaft is inserted through a hole formed in the second connecting plate 6 and is fixedly connected with the second connecting plate 6.
In one embodiment of the rubberizing device, the angle difference between the first folding angle 103 and the second folding angle is 5-10 degrees when the rubberizing device is in the first state. It should be emphasized that, when the tape 201 is absorbed by the rubberizing device from the tape releasing device 200, the included angle between the first absorbing surface 2221 and the second absorbing surface does not exceed the first folding angle 103, preferably, the included angle between the first absorbing surface 2221 and the second absorbing surface is equal to the first folding angle 103, so as to improve the matching degree, and in order to facilitate the rubberizing device to extend into the folding angle of the product 100, the second folding angle is firstly reduced by the driving action of the first driving unit 4, that is, the rubberizing device enters into the folding angle of the product 100 when in the first state.
In connection with the above embodiment, it should be noted that, after the adhesive tape 201 is adhered to the sidewall of the product 100, the two adsorption components are used to remove the adsorption effect, and the subsequent reciprocal change of the second folding angle is to fully press the adhesive tape 201 against the sidewall of the product 100 by the adsorption components.

the rubberizing device comprises a first adsorption component, a second adsorption component and a first driving unit, wherein the first adsorption component is provided with a first adsorption surface capable of adsorbing the adhesive tape, the second adsorption component is provided with a second adsorption surface capable of adsorbing the adhesive tape, the first adsorption surface and the second adsorption surface are arranged at an included angle and form a second folding angle, so that the adhesive tape can be bent under the joint adsorption action of the first adsorption surface and the second adsorption surface, and the first driving unit is used for driving the first adsorption component and/or the second adsorption component so as to drive the second folding angle to be enlarged or reduced;
the rubberizing device is provided with a first state corresponding to the second folding angle being smaller than the first folding angle and a second state corresponding to the second folding angle being larger than or equal to the first folding angle, the rubberizing device can stretch into the position of the first folding angle when in the first state, and the rubberizing device can enable the adhesive tape to be adhered and pressed on the first side wall and the second side wall in the reciprocating conversion process of the first state and the second state.

The rubberizing device of claim 1, further comprising a first connection plate and a second drive unit, wherein the first adsorption assembly, the second adsorption assembly and the first drive unit are all mounted on the first connection plate, an output end of the second drive unit is connected to the first connection plate, and the second drive unit is used for driving the first connection plate to rotate, so that the first adsorption surface and the second adsorption surface are respectively opposite to the adhesive tape in the process of rotating the first connection plate, and the adhesive tape can be sequentially and continuously adsorbed on the first adsorption surface and the second adsorption surface.

The rubberizing device of claim 2, wherein the first adsorption assembly comprises a first negative pressure module and a first adsorption seat, the first negative pressure module is connected to one side of the first adsorption seat, a plurality of first adsorption holes are formed in one side of the first adsorption seat away from the first negative pressure module, the first negative pressure module is communicated with each first adsorption hole, and the first adsorption surface is formed in one side of the first adsorption hole away from the first negative pressure module;
the second adsorption assembly comprises a second negative pressure module and a second adsorption seat, the second negative pressure module is connected to one side of the second adsorption seat, a plurality of second adsorption holes are formed in one side of the second adsorption seat away from the second negative pressure module, the second negative pressure module is communicated with each second adsorption hole, and a second adsorption surface is formed in one side of the second adsorption hole away from the second negative pressure module;
the end part of the first adsorption seat is rotationally connected with the end part of the second adsorption seat, the first adsorption surface is positioned on one side of the first adsorption seat, which is away from the second adsorption seat, and the second adsorption surface is positioned on one side of the second adsorption seat, which is away from the first adsorption seat.

A rubberizing device according to claim 3, wherein said first adsorption assembly further comprises a first connecting rod, one end of said first connecting rod is rotatably connected to an output end of said first driving unit, the other end is rotatably connected to said first adsorption seat, said first driving unit is capable of linearly driving said first connecting rod to rotate relative to said first adsorption seat, so as to drive said first adsorption seat to rotate through said first connecting rod;
the second adsorption component further comprises a second connecting rod, one end of the second connecting rod is rotationally connected with the output end of the first driving unit, the other end of the second connecting rod is rotationally connected with the second adsorption seat, and the first driving unit can linearly drive the second connecting rod to rotate relative to the second adsorption seat so as to drive the second adsorption seat to rotate through the second connecting rod.

The rubberizing device of claim 4, wherein said first suction seat comprises a first section and a second section, said first section and said second section being disposed at an angle to form a first opening, said first link being rotatably connected to an end of said first section remote from said second section, said first suction surface being formed on a side of said second section remote from said first opening;
and/or, the second adsorption seat comprises a third section and a fourth section, the third section and the fourth section are arranged at an included angle to form a second opening, the second connecting rod is rotationally connected with the end part of the third section far away from the fourth section, and the second adsorption surface is formed on one side of the fourth section far away from the second opening.

The rubberizing device of claim 3, wherein a first bar-shaped hole penetrating through the first connecting plate is formed in the first connecting plate, and the first adsorption seat is connected with the first connecting plate through a first connecting shaft penetrating through the first bar-shaped hole;
and/or the first connecting plate is provided with a second strip-shaped hole penetrating through the first connecting plate, and the second adsorption seat is connected with the first connecting plate through a second connecting shaft penetrating through the second strip-shaped hole.

The rubberizing device of claim 3, wherein a plurality of first connecting holes are formed in the side wall of the first adsorption seat, the rubberizing device further comprises a plurality of first fasteners, and each first fastener is penetrated in each first connecting hole in a one-to-one correspondence manner and is abutted to the first negative pressure module;
and/or, a plurality of second connecting holes are formed in the side wall of the second adsorption seat, the rubberizing device further comprises a plurality of second fasteners, and each second fastener is correspondingly penetrated in each second connecting hole one by one and is abutted to the second negative pressure module.
8. The rubberizing device of claim 2, further comprising a second connection plate through which an output of said second drive unit is connected to said first connection plate.

A rubberizing device according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein said first folding angle and said second folding angle differ by an angle of 5 ° -10 ° when said rubberizing device is in said first state; and/or when the rubberizing device is in the second state, the angle difference between the second folding angle and the first folding angle is 0-2 degrees.
10. A battery processing system comprising a dispensing device, a driving device and a rubberizing device according to any one of claims 1-9.
