Fig. 3 is a block diagram of a front-end mechanism of a head-mounted device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The front-end mechanism 1 includes an external frame 11 and a host 12 mounted within the external frame 11, in particular, the host 12 is generally composed of a display, a driving circuit, and the like, and the host 12 can be used in a Virtual Reality (VR) system and/or an Augmented Reality (AR) system. In some embodiments, there are also different Augmented Reality (AR) systems and Virtual Reality (VR) systems depending on the application scenario, which may be used independently or in combination, and may be applied in a number of different fields, such as gaming, aviation, engineering, medicine, geolocation, training, military, fire and sports.
The main design point of the present invention is how to adaptively adjust the size of the head-mounted device 100 after the wearing process or the device is separated from the human body, so in some embodiments, the outer frame 11 should meet the structural design of the brain of the human body on the premise of meeting the comfort level of the human body wearing, that is, the outer frame 11 generally includes a main frame body 111 and a front end housing 112, the main frame body 111 provides the support of the front end mechanism 1, the front end housing 112 is mounted on the main frame body 111, the front end housing 112 is used for contacting the periphery of the eyes of the human body, and a display area is reserved at the middle position of the front end housing 112 corresponding to the eye position of the human body. Therefore, in order to enhance comfort, the front end housing 112 has a contact surface facing the human body, and is designed to follow the human face to form a curved surface, and the front end housing may be made of elastic materials with good comfort, such as leather materials and imitation leather materials. The main frame 111 has a semi-ring structure, two ends thereof are two branch ends, two first connection portions 1111 are provided at the two branch ends, and the first connection portions 1111 are formed with holes 1112 for connecting the rear end mechanism 2. In the present invention, the "front" and the "rear" are based on the human body, and the visual orientation of the human body is "front" and the opposite direction is "rear", so that the first connection portion 1111 extends rearward.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, fig. 4 is a structural diagram of a back end mechanism of a head-mounted device according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 5 is an internal structural diagram of a back-end mechanism of a head-mounted device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The back end mechanism 2 has an inner resilient frame 21, a third arcuate plate 22 and a back end housing 23.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a block diagram of an inner elastic frame and a reset mechanism of the head-mounted device according to an embodiment of the present invention. In some embodiments, two ends of the inner elastic frame 21 extend forward to form two second connection parts 2111; specifically, the inner elastic frame 21 includes a first arc plate 211, and the second connection portions 2111 are formed at both ends of the first arc plate 211. In order to enhance comfort, the first arcuate plate 211 is designed to conform to the brain structure of the human body, and has a semi-circular shape, and the second connecting portion 2111 extends forward and into the slot 1112 of the first connecting portion 1111, and the second connecting portion 2111 is movable in the slot 1112.

The second curved plate 212 is aligned with the curved direction of the first curved plate 211.
The second arcuate plate 212 is generally adjacent to the hindbrain of the human body when worn, and thus, in some embodiments, the second arcuate plate 212 has a stiffness equal to or less than the stiffness of the first arcuate plate 211, or the spring rate of the spring 2122 is greater than the spring rate of the first arcuate plate 211. Thus, the comfort level can be increased more effectively, and the stability can be ensured, namely, when the first arc-shaped plate 211 is deformed, the second arc-shaped plate 212 stretches and contracts along with the first arc-shaped plate 211, and the second arc-shaped plate 212 is more gentle than the deformation of the first arc-shaped plate 211, so that discomfort can not be brought to a human body. In some embodiments, the first curved plate 211 is a PVC hard plastic sheet, and the elastic portion 2122 of the second curved plate 212 is made of hard rubber.
In some embodiments, to further enhance the comfort of wearing the human body, a gap 213 is formed between the elastic portion 2122 and the first curved plate 211, and the width of the gap 213 gradually decreases from the middle position of the elastic portion 2122 toward the third connecting portion 2121. In this way, there is a buffer between the first arc plate 211 and the second arc plate 212, that is, when the first arc plate 211 and the second arc plate 212 are deformed, the first arc plate 211 drives the second arc plate 212 to move only at the connection with the second arc plate 212, and when the second arc plate 212 is deformed, the elastic portion 2122 of the second arc plate 212 is not affected by the deformation of the first arc plate 211 to generate distortion, and the like, and also cannot affect the deformation of the first elastic portion 2122.
The inner elastic frame 21 further comprises at least one rubber column 214, and each rubber column 214 is fixed to a surface of the elastic portion facing the first curved plate 211 and can abut against a pressure sensor 5.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, at least one pressure sensor 5 is mounted on the back end mechanism 2 to obtain pressure applied by the head after the inner elastic frame 21 is worn. The pressure sensor 5 is electrically connected to the host 12.
In some embodiments, the pressure sensor 5 is a film pressure sensor, which is disposed on a side of the first arc 211 facing the second arc 212; the pressure sensors 5 are respectively disposed at different positions, and in some embodiments, the pressure sensors 5 are disposed in three, and are uniformly disposed along the second arc 212 in a ring shape, so as to measure the pressure applied by the heads at different positions on the second arc 212.
The third arc plate 22 forms a stable annular outer frame with the main frame 111. A portion of the first arcuate plate 211 abuts against a surface of the third arcuate plate 22 on a side facing the front end mechanism 1. In some embodiments, the third arcuate plate 22 is also a semi-annular structure, the third arcuate plate 22 and the main frame 111 are made of the same or different materials,
generally, metal materials or plastics can be adopted, so that certain elasticity is realized while a certain stable structure is ensured.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the inner elastic frame 21 is mounted on a side of the third arc 22 facing the front end mechanism 1, and two ends of the third arc 22 form fourth connecting portions 221, and the fourth connecting portions 221 are correspondingly fixed on the first connecting portions 1111. The fourth connection portion 221 is formed with a through hole 222, and a portion of the first arcuate plate 211 abuts against a surface of the third arcuate plate 22 on the side facing the front end mechanism 1, specifically, the second connection portion 2111 passes through the through hole 222 and can protrude into the hole groove 1112 of the first connection portion 1111. The outer surface of the fourth connecting portion 221 is formed with a wiring hole 223, and the wiring hole 223 communicates with the through hole 222.
In some embodiments, the rear end housing 23 wraps around the outer side of the third arc plate 22, and the rear end housing 23 has a semi-annular structure and is fixedly connected to the third arc plate; the rear end casing 23 and the third arc plate 22 enclose a whole, the cavity is provided with a battery 9 and a reset mechanism 7, the battery 9 can be additionally arranged in the accommodating space, and the battery 9 is a square battery, such as a chewing gum type battery. The battery 9 supplies power to electronic components such as a host 12. The number of the batteries 9 can be designed according to the layout of the accommodating space so as to achieve the purpose of fully utilizing the space. The battery 9 is electrically connected with electronic devices such as a host in the front-end mechanism through wires. A wiring hole 223 is formed on a side surface of the fourth connecting portion 221 facing the housing; the first connecting portion 1111 is provided with a channel, which is a hole groove 1112; the wire passes through the routing hole 223 of the fourth connecting portion 221 and the channel of the first connecting portion 1111, i.e. one end of the wire is connected to the battery 9, and the other end extends along the cavity toward the front end mechanism 1, and extends from the routing hole 223 into the through hole 222, and is electrically connected with the electronic device such as the host 12.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the tension adjusting mechanism 3 includes a motor 31 and a traction rope 32, the motor 31 includes a vertically disposed output shaft, the main body of the motor 31 is fixed in the first connecting portion 1111 and is electrically connected to the battery 9 through a wire, and the motor 31 is electrically connected to the host 12. One end of the traction rope 32 is fixed to the second connection portion 2111, and the other end of the traction rope 32 is wound around the output shaft of the motor 31. In some embodiments, two tension adjusting mechanisms 3 are respectively installed in the hole grooves 1112 of two first connecting portions 1111, and the motor 31 is a worm gear motor. The hauling cable 32 is a steel wire rope.
See fig. 2 and 5. Two patch capacitor plates 6 are mounted on the back-end mechanism 2 for detecting a signal that the head-mounted device 100 is being worn. The motor 31 and the host machine are used for controlling the stopping or starting of the motor according to the wearing signal and the real-time pressure value born by the inner elastic frame 21.
The patch capacitor plates 6 serve as patch capacitor switches, and the two patch capacitor switches are symmetrically arranged on opposite surfaces of the two fourth connecting portions 221 respectively, so that the two patch capacitor plates 6 are oppositely arranged to form a capacitor. The capacitor and other electronic devices form an active loop, when a user wears the head-mounted equipment on the head, the medium between the two capacitor plates changes, the capacitance value of the capacitor changes, an induction signal is generated and sent to the host computer, and therefore the motor is started, the distance between the first connecting part and the second connecting part is adjusted, and the size of the annular head band is adjusted. When the head-mounted device 100 is worn, the patch type capacitance switch detects power on and sends an instruction to the host 12, the host 12 controls the output shaft of the motor 31 to rotate, the motor 31 rotates to drive the winding drum on the output shaft of the motor to rotate, the steel wire rope is tightened, the inner elastic frame 21 with the movable rear end is pulled to move, the inner elastic frame 21 is tightly attached to the forebrain, in the moving process of the inner elastic frame 21, comfort or movement modes are set in advance, the film pressure sensor in the inner elastic frame 21 is provided with three directions, the film pressure sensor feeds back the pressure value monitored in real time to the motor, and the motor can judge the magnitude of the real-time pressure value through the preset pressure value and the pressure value monitored in real time, so that the number of rotation turns is controlled to realize the tensioning effect of different forces.
The film pressure sensors in the directions of 45 degrees at the right rear and the left and right sides at the side rear are arranged, so that the force detection in each direction can be ensured to be uniform, and the inner elastic frame 21 is better attached to the hindbrain. The motor uses worm gear motor, and after sensor feedback pressure reached a rated value, the motor can stop running, because of worm gear motor's characteristic, it can keep the auto-lock after the outage, consequently, the motor can keep current position simultaneously in outage, saves the electric quantity, promotes duration.
Because the film pressure sensors in the directions of 45 degrees are arranged right behind and left behind the side, the pressure in each direction when the inner elastic frame 21 tensioned at the whole rear end is tightened forwards can be detected, the rubber column 214 is adopted in the front, after the user wears the head-mounted device 100, the motor 31 is started and tightens the steel wire rope, the rubber column 214 can deform, and the rubber column 214 can squeeze the film pressure sensor, so that the current tensioning degree of the second arc plate 212 is detected.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in some embodiments, the reset mechanism 7 is used to reset the inner elastic frame 21. The return mechanism 7 includes at least three sets of tension springs 71, a support arm 72, and a guide post 73, where the support arm 72 protrudes from a surface of the third arcuate plate 22 away from a side surface of the first arcuate plate 211 and extends outward. One end of each tension spring 71 is connected to the outwardly extending end of the support arm 72, and the other end thereof is connected to the first arcuate plate 211.
One end of each guide post 73 is connected to the surface of the first curved plate 211 facing to one side of the third curved plate 22, the other end of each guide post 73 extends outwards through a through hole of the third curved plate 22, and a stop block 74 is arranged at the tail end of the outwards extending guide post 73; the central axis of the guide posts 73 is parallel to the central axis of the tension spring 71, and specifically, the central axis of each guide post 73 is on the same line with the central axis of a pressure sensor 5. By such design, the accuracy of detecting the pressure by the pressure sensor 5 can be effectively improved.
In some embodiments, the positions of the film pressure sensor and the rubber column 214 are in one-to-one correspondence with the positions of the tension springs 71. The rear end mechanism 2 adopts the tension spring 71 and the guide post 73, so that the inner elastic frame 21 can be ensured to be always positioned at the most distal position, namely an initial position, before being automatically pulled out, and the inner diameter size of the head-mounted display device is maximum at the initial position. Meanwhile, in the tensioning process of the motor, the inner elastic frame 21 has a guiding function when moving, and cannot deviate, the tension spring 71 can ensure the automatic return, and meanwhile, the motor 31 is powered on and powered off, and the whole rear end mechanism 2 can be ensured to be stable and cannot shake no matter whether the steel wire rope is tensioned or in a loose state. In operation, the dimensions can also be adjusted manually, i.e. the inner elastic frame 21 is pulled manually. The motor 31 and other structures are not damaged when the inner elastic frame 21 is manually pulled. When the unmanned wearing is detected, the motor 31 is overturned and loosened, the steel wire rope is loosened, and the tension spring 71 tightens the steel wire rope.
When the motor winds the steel wire rope, the steel wire rope can drive the first arc plate 211 to move forwards, the first arc plate 211 is contracted in size and deformed, meanwhile, the first arc plate 211 drives the second arc plate 212 to contract and deform, at the moment, the tension spring 71 can give a backward tension force to the first arc plate 211 so as to generate a damping force, and the first arc plate 211 and the second arc plate 212 can change stably when the motor 31 winds. Similarly, when the motor 31 is not operated and the head-mounted device 100 is separated from the brain, the tension spring 71 pulls the first arc 211 backward, so that when the inner elastic frame 21 is reset, the wire rope connected to the motor 31 also generates a forward tension to generate a damping force, so that when the inner elastic frame 21 is restored to the initial position, the first arc 211 and the second arc 212 can change smoothly.
In some embodiments, the back end mechanism 2 further has a carrier strip 10 that can wrap around the human back for stable support. The carrier tape 10 is an elastic fabric, and meets the comfort of a human body.
The invention also provides a wearing self-adaptive adjusting method of the head-mounted device, which comprises the following steps of acquiring a real-time pressure value born by the inner elastic frame 21 when detecting a signal that the head-mounted device 100 is worn. In this step, when the headset is worn, the patch capacitive switch detects that the headset 100 is powered on and issues an instruction to the host 12.
And comparing the real-time pressure value with a preset maximum threshold value and a preset minimum threshold value to obtain a comparison result.
Executing a start-stop instruction of the motor 31 according to the comparison result, wherein the start-stop instruction of the motor 31 comprises steering and angle information of an output shaft; if the real-time pressure value is smaller than the minimum threshold value, starting a motor, controlling the output shaft to rotate, and winding the traction rope; if the real-time pressure value is greater than or equal to the minimum threshold value and less than or equal to the maximum threshold value, the motor 31 is shut down; if the real-time pressure value is greater than the maximum threshold value, the motor 31 is started, the output shaft is controlled to reversely rotate, and the traction rope 32 is played back. Specifically, whether the real-time pressure value born by the inner elastic frame 21 meets a preset value is judged; if not, that is, if the real-time pressure value is smaller than the minimum threshold value, the motor 31 is started to wind the traction rope 32, and the inner elastic frame 21 is tightened until the real-time pressure value borne by the inner elastic frame 21 reaches a preset value, that is, if the real-time pressure value is larger than or equal to the minimum threshold value and smaller than or equal to the maximum threshold value, the motor 31 is shut down. In this step, since the film pressure sensors are installed in 45-degree directions in the right and left sides of the front and rear sides, it is possible to detect the pressure in each direction when the inner elastic frame 21 is tightened forward in the whole rear end. When the motor is tightened after the user wears the device, the rubber column 214 deforms, and at this time, the rubber column 214 presses the film pressure sensor, so as to detect the current pressure value of the second arc plate 212, and transmit the pressure value to the host 12 for processing, the host calculates an average value of the pressure values of the three film pressure sensors, and converts the average value through a preset algorithm to obtain the current real-time pressure value born by the second arc plate 212, and compares whether the average value meets the preset value. When the pressure value is compared with the preset value, and does not meet the preset value, namely is lower than the preset value, the motor is started, the inner elastic frame 21 is tightened until the real-time pressure value born by the inner elastic frame 21 reaches the preset value, and the motor is closed. When the motor winds the steel wire rope, the steel wire rope can drive the first arc 211 to move forwards, the size of the steel wire rope contracts to generate deformation, meanwhile, the first arc 211 drives the second arc 212 to contract to deform, at the moment, the tension spring 71 can generate backward tension on the first arc 211 so as to generate damping force, and when the motor winds, the first arc 211 and the second arc 212 can change stably.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method for adaptively adjusting wear of the head-mounted device 100 further includes the following steps: when a signal of the wearing-out of the head-mounted device 100 is detected, the motor 31 is started; when the inner elastic frame 21 is at the preset position, the motor 31 is turned off, and the inner elastic frame 21 is restored to the initial position under the combined action of the restoring mechanism 7 and the tension adjusting mechanism 3. That is, when the motor is not operated and the head-mounted device 100 is separated from the brain, the tension spring 71 pulls the first arc 211 backward, so that when the inner elastic frame 21 is reset, the wire rope connected to the motor also generates a forward tension to generate a damping force, so that the first arc 211 and the second arc 212 can be smoothly changed when the inner elastic frame 21 is reset.
The foregoing is a further detailed description of the invention in connection with the preferred embodiments, and it is not intended that the invention be limited to the specific embodiments described. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that several simple deductions or substitutions may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments.
