the three-pin shaft universal joint (6) comprises a universal joint main body (6-1) and three pin shafts (6-2), wherein the three pin shafts (6-2) are connected to the side wall of the universal joint main body (6-1), a through hole (6-3) is formed in the universal joint main body (6-1), the inner wall of the through hole (6-3) and the end face of the universal joint main body (6-1) are in transition through a round corner (6-4), the positioning shaft body (3-2) adopts a round table structure, the diameter of the upper end face of the positioning shaft body (3-2) is smaller than the inner diameter of the through hole (6-3), and the diameter of the lower end face of the positioning shaft body (3-2) is larger than the inner diameter of the through hole (6-3) and smaller than the maximum diameter of the round corner (6-4).

s1, moving a workpiece to the position above a positioning mandrel (3) through a pressing mechanism (2);
s2, pre-pressurizing the workpiece through the pressing mechanism (2), and clamping and fixing one shaft of the workpiece through the clamping jaw mechanism (4);
s3, pressurizing the workpiece through a pressing mechanism (2);
and S4, introducing air into the detection air hole (1-1) to perform air tightness detection, wherein if the air tightness detection is qualified, the positioning and fixing of the three-pin shaft universal joint are finished, and if the air tightness detection is unqualified, the steps S1-S3 are repeated.
