after the adsorption roller 8 moves to the proper position at the top of the collecting box 5, the extrusion rod 22 contacts with the extrusion block 23, the extrusion block 23 is pushed to move to one side close to the spring 30, the extrusion block 23 drives the swing arm 24 to rotate properly around the bearing, meanwhile, the swing arm 24 drives the moving block 25 and the scraping cylinder 26 to move on the adsorption roller 8, so that scrap iron is removed, the scrap iron falls into the collecting box 5, and then, when the extrusion rod 22 is not contacted with the extrusion block 23, the swing arm 24, the moving block 25 and the hanging cylinder are pushed to reset under the action of the elasticity of the spring 30.
