By horizontally pushing the stirring paddle 4, the projection 4b is inserted into the groove of the docking shaft 3 a. The butt joint between the stirring paddle 4 and the rotating mechanism 3 can be realized. If the bump 4b abuts against the end of the docking shaft 3a, the abutting spring 2a3 will be extruded, and after the subsequent rotation mechanism 3 drives the docking shaft 3a to rotate and start, the groove in the rotation process will be automatically clamped with the bump 4 b.
As shown in fig. 11, a plurality of clamping blocks 2f are fixedly arranged on the inner side of the bin cover 2, and a bar-shaped chute for sliding the clamping blocks 2f is arranged on the pressing cover 2a 4. Through sliding between fixture block 2f and the bar spout, press lid 2a4 can with storehouse lid 2 sliding connection, avoid elasticity pushing mechanism 2a to separate from storehouse lid 2.
As shown in fig. 12, the locking device 2e includes an insert block two 2e1, a pull plate 2e4, two guide plates 2e2, two slide columns 2e3 and two abutting springs 2e5, the two guide plates 2e2 are fixedly mounted on two sides of the clamping tube 2d3, the two slide columns 2e3 are respectively and slidably connected with the two guide plates 2e2, the pull plate 2e4 is fixedly mounted on the end parts of the two slide columns 2e3, the insert block two 2e1 is fixedly mounted on the pull plate 2e4, the insert block two 2e1 penetrates through the clamping tube 2d3 and is inserted into the clamping opening 2d4, the abutting springs 2e5 are used for providing elastic force in the insert block two 2e1, and the end parts of the insert block two 2e1 are provided with oblique edges for the insert block one 2d2 to push outwards. The end of the second slide column 2e3 is provided with a collision circular plate, one end of the second collision spring 2e5 collides with the guide plate 2e2, and the other end of the second collision spring 2e5 collides with the collision circular plate. When the first insert block 2d2 is inserted, the end part of the first insert block 2d2 is abutted against the inclined edge of the second insert block 2e1, so that the first insert block 2d2 pushes the second insert block 2e1 outwards, the abutting spring 2e5 is compressed, the second insert block 2e1 is pushed to be inserted into the bayonet 2d4 by the sliding column 2e3 when the bayonet 2d4 moves to a position opposite to the second insert block 2e1, and further the first insert block 2d2 is clamped.
When in use, the bin body 1 is turned upside down, the connecting pipe 6 is inserted into the perforation 1a, then the bin cover 2 is connected with the bin body 1, and the bin body 1 is restored to the position. After the bin body 1 is completely inserted, the pressing cover 2a4 is pressed by a user, so that the pushing column 2b2 pushes the pushing seat 5 upwards, and the connecting pipe 6 is inserted into the waste residue discharge port 10, the exhaust port 11 and the air inlet 12 for butt joint. And the pressed pressing cover 2a4 pushes the first insert block 2d2, so that the first insert block 2d2 is inserted into the clamping tube 2d3, the first insert block 2d2 is locked by the locker 2e, the position of the pressed pressing cover 2a4 after locking is limited, and the position of the bin cover 2 is limited on the frame 9, namely, the installation of the bin body 1 is completed. When the bin body 1 is disassembled, only the locker 2e needs to be pulled, so that the first insert block 2d2 is pushed to pop out by the elastic force of the first abutting spring 2a3, and the connecting pipe 6 is automatically separated from the waste residue discharge port 10, the exhaust port 11 and the air inlet 12.

A quick degradation bin for recycling closed kitchen waste is characterized by comprising a bin body (1), a bin cover (2), a rotating mechanism (3), a stirring paddle (4) and a pushing seat (5), wherein the bin cover (2) is detachably covered on a bin door of the bin body (1), the bin body (1) can be horizontally and slidably inserted into a rack (9), the rotating mechanism (3) is fixedly arranged inside the rack (9), a clamping shaft (4 a) is fixedly arranged on the stirring paddle (4), a slide guide pipe for the clamping shaft (4 a) to slide through is arranged on the bin body (1), when the bin body (1) is completely inserted into the rack (9), the rotating mechanism (3) is in butt joint with the end part of the clamping shaft (4 a), the pushing seat (5) is vertically and slidably arranged on the top of the inner edge of the bin body (1), a plurality of connecting pipes (6) are respectively clamped with a waste discharge port (10), an exhaust port (11) and an air inlet (12), the top of the bin body (1) is provided with a connecting pipe (6) to be pushed by the connecting pipe, the connecting pipe (2 a) is pushed by the elastic mechanism (2 a) to pass through the top of the bin body (2) and the connecting pipe (2 a) to be pushed by the elastic mechanism (2 b), the pushing arm (2 b) is connected with the displacement seat of the elastic pushing mechanism (2 a), when the elastic pushing mechanism (2 a) drives the pushing arm (2 b) to push horizontally, the pushing arm (2 b) pushes the pushing seat (5) to slide vertically upwards, the bin cover (2) further comprises a cover plate (2 c), the cover plate (2 c) is connected with the displacement seat of the elastic pushing mechanism (2 a), and after the bin cover (2) is covered on the bin body (1), one side of the cover plate (2 c) is abutted against one end of the stirring paddle (4).
