In an alternative embodiment, the target video stream may not only include the explanation pictures of other commentators, but also include the field control picture received by the explanation system and the working picture of the staff, where the choice of the pictures can be selected by the explanation system according to the actual requirement, which is not limited by the present invention.
Specifically, the view display manner in step S502 may be selected by the explanation of the first terminal according to the actual requirement, that is, different target video streams are displayed in different regions of the browsing page. As shown in fig. 6 to 8, fig. 6 is a view Shan Gongge, i.e., an event live screen is shown in the area 1, and a plurality of commentators and a live screen of a field control are shown in the area 2. In addition, for the display of the browsed page, as shown in fig. 6, the display device may further include an area 3, including a microphone setting button, a chat tool, and other functional buttons that may be used in the live broadcast process, so that the commentator can adjust in the commentary process. According to the embodiment of the invention, the functional buttons are arranged in the browsing page, so that the communication flow between the live broadcast and the commentator in the live broadcast process is facilitated, the commentator can feed back the live broadcast to the live broadcast under the condition that the live broadcast of the sports event is not influenced, and the live broadcast communication efficiency is improved.
According to the using method of the explanation system provided by the embodiment of the invention, different acquisition cards are respectively arranged at the acquisition end and the output end to transmit and receive data, so that hardware such as an encoder and a decoder can be omitted. Meanwhile, the method and the system transmit in the form of browsing the web page, can realize low-delay transmission on the basis of guaranteeing the image quality requirement, and can be directly operated on the web page without depending on open-source broadcasting software.
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram illustrating main modules of a first terminal of a system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 9, a first terminal 900 of the explanation system of the embodiment of the present invention includes:
a second receiving module 901, configured to receive a browsing page sent by an acquisition end of the interpretation system; receiving an audio stream of an commentator in the case of turning on a voice function;
a second sending module 902 sends the audio stream to an output of the commentary system.
In an optional embodiment, in a case that the number of the first terminals is multiple, the second receiving module 901 is further configured to, for a currently used first terminal, receive target video streams respectively corresponding to other first terminals sent by the commentary system;
and the display module is used for responding to the view display mode selected by the commentator and displaying the target video streams corresponding to the other first terminals in the browsing page according to the view display mode.

Fig. 10 shows an exemplary system architecture 1000 of a method of live commentary or an apparatus of live commentary to which embodiments of the present invention may be applied.
As shown in fig. 10, the system architecture 1000 may include terminal devices 1001, 1002, 1003 of a first terminal, a network 1004, and a server 1005 of an illustration system. The network 1004 serves as a medium for providing a communication link between the terminal apparatuses 1001, 1002, 1003 and the server 1005. The network 1004 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, among others.
A user can interact with the server 1005 via the network 1004 using the terminal apparatuses 1001, 1002, 1003 to receive or transmit data or the like. Various communication client applications such as shopping class applications, web browser applications, search class applications, instant messaging tools, mailbox clients, social platform software, etc., may be installed on the terminal devices 1001, 1002, 1003.
The terminal devices 1001, 1002, 1003 may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, laptop and desktop computers, and the like.
The server 1005 may be a server providing various services, such as a background management server providing support for the composite stream transmitted by the user using the terminal apparatuses 1001, 1002, 1003. The background management server may analyze the received composite stream and perform other processing, and live broadcast the processing result (e.g., live broadcast signal).
It should be noted that, the method for live broadcast explanation provided in the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 1005, and accordingly, the device for live broadcast explanation is generally disposed in the server 1005.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks and servers in fig. 10 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 11, there is illustrated a schematic diagram of a computer system 1100 suitable for use in implementing the terminal device of an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal device shown in fig. 11 is only an example, and should not impose any limitation on the functions and the scope of use of the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 11, the computer system 1100 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 1101, which can execute various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 1102 or a program loaded from a storage section 1108 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1103. In the RAM 1103, various programs and data required for the operation of the system 1100 are also stored. The CPU 1101, ROM 1102, and RAM 1103 are connected to each other by a bus 1104. An input/output (I/O) first interface 1105 is also connected to the bus 1104.
The following components are connected to the I/O first interface 1105: an input section 1106 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 1107 including a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, a speaker, and the like; a storage section 1108 including a hard disk or the like; and a communication section 1109 including a network first interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1109 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The driver 1110 is also connected to the I/O first interface 1105 as needed. Removable media 1111, such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like, is installed as needed in drive 1110, so that a computer program read therefrom is installed as needed in storage section 1108.
In particular, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method shown in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program can be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication portion 1109, and/or installed from the removable media 1111. The above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention are performed when the computer program is executed by a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 1101.
The computer readable medium shown in the present invention may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium, or any combination of the two. The computer readable storage medium can be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or a combination of any of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer-readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, the computer-readable signal medium may include a data signal propagated in baseband or as part of a carrier wave, with the computer-readable program code embodied therein. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowcharts and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The modules involved in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented in software or in hardware. The described modules may also be provided in a processor, for example, as: a processor includes an acquisition module, a first transmission module, a first reception module, and a generation module. The names of these modules do not limit the module itself in some cases, and the acquisition module may also be described as a "module for acquiring a video stream of a live view", for example.
As another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be present alone without being fitted into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to include: acquiring a video stream of a live broadcast picture; converting the video stream into a browsing page by using an acquisition card corresponding to an acquisition end, and transmitting the browsing page to a first terminal; receiving a composite stream returned by the first terminal in response to the browsing page by using an acquisition card corresponding to an output end; the composite stream includes an audio stream illustrating the live view; and generating a live broadcast signal corresponding to the live broadcast picture according to the audio stream and the video stream so as to carry out live broadcast according to the live broadcast signal.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, different acquisition cards are respectively arranged at the acquisition end and the output end to transmit and receive data, so that hardware such as an encoder and a decoder can be omitted. The above embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations and alternatives can occur depending upon design requirements and other factors. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principles of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. A method of live commentary, applied to a commentary system, comprising:
acquiring a video stream of a live broadcast picture;
converting the video stream into a browsing page by using an acquisition card corresponding to an acquisition end, and transmitting the browsing page to a first terminal; the acquisition card corresponding to the acquisition end is a USB-SDI acquisition card;
receiving a composite stream returned by the first terminal in response to the browsing page by using an acquisition card corresponding to an output end; the composite stream includes an audio stream illustrating the live view; the acquisition card corresponding to the output end is an HDMI-SDI acquisition card;
generating a live broadcast signal corresponding to the live broadcast picture according to the audio stream and the video stream so as to carry out live broadcast according to the live broadcast signal;
in the case that the first terminal is plural, the method further includes:
the browsing pages are respectively sent to a plurality of first terminals by utilizing the acquisition end;
receiving the composite streams returned by the first terminals respectively by using the output terminals;
and respectively acquiring corresponding audio streams from each composite stream, and embedding a plurality of audio streams onto the video stream to generate a live broadcast signal comprising the audio streams and the video streams.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the acquisition side communicates with the first terminal and the first terminal communicates with the output side using WebRTC protocol.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the converting the video stream into the browsing page by using the acquisition card corresponding to the acquisition end comprises:
and converting the baseband signal of the video stream by using a USB-SDI acquisition card to generate an H5 page.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a live signal corresponding to the live view from the audio stream and the video stream comprises:
and embedding the audio stream onto the video stream to generate a live broadcast signal comprising the audio stream and the video stream.
5. A system for live commentary, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the video stream of the live broadcast picture;
the first sending module is used for converting the video stream into a browsing page by utilizing a collection card corresponding to the collection end and sending the browsing page to the first terminal; the acquisition card corresponding to the acquisition end is a USB-SDI acquisition card;
the first receiving module is used for receiving the composite stream returned by the first terminal in response to the browsing page by utilizing the acquisition card corresponding to the output end; the composite stream includes an audio stream illustrating the live view; the acquisition card corresponding to the output end is an HDMI-SDI acquisition card;
the generation module is used for generating a live broadcast signal corresponding to the live broadcast picture according to the audio stream and the video stream so as to carry out live broadcast according to the live broadcast signal;
the first sending module is further configured to send the browsing page to a plurality of first terminals by using the acquisition end when the plurality of first terminals are provided; the first receiving module is further used for receiving the composite streams returned by the first terminals respectively by utilizing the output terminals; the generating module is further configured to obtain corresponding audio streams from the composite streams, and embed the audio streams onto the video stream, so as to generate a live broadcast signal including the audio streams and the video stream.
6. A method of using an illustration system, applied to a first terminal, comprising:
receiving a browsing page sent by an acquisition end of an explanation system; the acquisition card corresponding to the acquisition end is a USB-SDI acquisition card;
receiving an audio stream of an commentator in the case of turning on a voice function;
transmitting the audio stream to an output of the commentary system; the acquisition card corresponding to the output end is an HDMI-SDI acquisition card; in the case that the first terminal is plural, the method further includes:
for a first terminal in current use, receiving target video streams respectively corresponding to other first terminals sent by the explanation system;
responding to a view display mode selected by the commentator, displaying target video streams corresponding to other first terminals in the browsing page according to the view display mode; wherein the target video stream comprises: the method comprises the steps of displaying a comment picture of other commentators, a field control picture received by the comment system and a work picture of a worker.
7. A first terminal of an illustration system, comprising:
the second receiving module is used for receiving a browsing page sent by the acquisition end of the explanation system; receiving an audio stream of an commentator in the case of turning on a voice function; the acquisition card corresponding to the acquisition end is a USB-SDI acquisition card;
a second sending module, configured to send the audio stream to an output end of the commentary system; the acquisition card corresponding to the output end is an HDMI-SDI acquisition card; in the case that the first terminal is plural, the method further includes: for a first terminal in current use, receiving target video streams respectively corresponding to other first terminals sent by the explanation system;
the display module is used for responding to the view display mode selected by the commentator and displaying the target video streams corresponding to the other first terminals in the browsing page according to the view display mode; wherein the target video stream comprises: the method comprises the steps of displaying a comment picture of other commentators, a field control picture received by the comment system and a work picture of a worker.
8. An electronic device for live commentary, comprising:
one or more processors;
storage means for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, causes the one or more processors to implement the method of any of claims 1-4 or claim 6.
9. A computer readable medium on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the program, when being executed by a processor, implements the method according to any one of claims 1-4 or 6.
