Document remote demonstration and viewing method and terminal equipment
Technical Field
The present invention relates to remote presentation and viewing of documents. And more particularly, to a document remote presentation and viewing method and a terminal device.
Background
During office learning, it is often necessary to remotely share and discuss files with partners. Existing solutions typically employ a combination of screen sharing and voice call functionality of instant messaging software. In the screen sharing function of the instant communication software, screen capture images are continuously acquired and converted into video streams to be transmitted to the other side, so that the other side can watch the demonstration process of the document. In short, in the existing screen sharing scheme, a video stream based on images is transmitted. However, such a problem is that the transmission consumes a large amount of data traffic and requires high network transmission conditions (e.g., bandwidth, etc.). When the network condition is not good, a problem of congestion occurs.

Detailed Description
Various preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following description with reference to the accompanying drawings is provided to assist in understanding the exemplary embodiments of the invention as defined by the claims and their equivalents. It includes various specific details to assist understanding, but they are to be construed as merely illustrative. Accordingly, those skilled in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications can be made to the embodiments described herein without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention. Also, in order to make the description clearer and simpler, a detailed description of functions and configurations well known in the art will be omitted.
First, definition and classification are performed for users related to the present invention. Users can be divided into two categories, a player (e.g., a first user) who initiates a remote presentation of a document and a viewer (e.g., a second user) who views the remote presentation of the document. The player is the originator or presenter of the remote presentation of the document. A viewer watching a remote presentation of a document may have one or more viewers by watching the presentation in response to a presentation invitation by a player. It is noted here that in a remote presentation of a document, the players and viewers are not fixed, but may vary. In particular, a first user who is a player of a current document presentation may transfer the presentation rights to a second user who is a viewer of the current document presentation, such that the second user is changed from a viewer to a player and the first user is changed from a player to a viewer.
Next, an application environment of the embodiment of the present invention will be briefly described. As shown in fig. 1, a plurality of client devices 20 are connected to each other through a network 30. The plurality of client devices 20 may be terminals used by a first user initiating a remote presentation of a document or a second user viewing a remote presentation of a document. It should be appreciated that the number of client devices 20 shown in FIG. 1 is illustrative and not limiting. The terminal may be a smart terminal such as a smart phone, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, etc., or other types of terminals. As another possible implementation, in the application environment, the server 10 may be further included, configured to relay data between a terminal device on the first user side and a terminal device on the second user side. Since the server 10 is not necessary in the application environment of the embodiment of the present invention, the server 10 is shown in a dotted box in fig. 1. The network 30 may be any type of wired or wireless network, such as the internet.
Hereinafter, a document remote presentation method according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 2. The method is used for a terminal device on the side of a first user initiating a presentation.
As shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps.
First, in step S201, at least a part of a document related to a current presentation position in the document is acquired, wherein the part of the document is transmitted to a terminal device on the side of a second user viewing a remote presentation of the document.
For example, as a possible embodiment, the document to be presented is stored locally on the terminal device on the first user side. In this case, the step S201 of acquiring at least a part of the document associated with the current presentation position further includes: a document to be presented is selected from among documents stored in a terminal device on the side of a first user. And, at least a part of the document associated with the current presentation position is directly transmitted to the terminal device of the second user side by the terminal device of the first user side. For example, in the case where the second user views only following the play progress of the first user, only a part of the document related to the current presentation position in the document may be acquired in consideration of reducing the amount of transmission data and speeding up the response speed on the second user side. For example, if the current document is presented to a first page, then the portion of the document associated with the current presentation location is the first page document or the first page document and one or more pages of the document adjacent to the first page document (e.g., a second page document). Of course, the invention is not limited thereto. As another possible implementation, all documents may also be acquired. Alternatively, as still another possible implementation, it may also be dynamically determined whether only a part of the document or the entire document is acquired based on the size of the document. Alternatively, in a scenario where a server exists between the terminal device on the first user side and the terminal device on the second user side, at least a part of the document related to the current presentation position may be indirectly transmitted to the terminal device on the second user side via the server.
Alternatively, as another possible implementation, the document to be presented is stored on a remote server side. In this case, the step S201 of acquiring at least a part of the document associated with the current presentation position further includes: selecting a document to be demonstrated from documents stored in a server; and receiving from the server at least a portion of the document associated with the current presentation location. Wherein at least part of the document associated with the current presentation position is transmitted by the server to the terminal device on the side of the second user.
Then, in step S202, an operation performed by the first user with respect to the document is received. For example, operations performed by the first user with respect to the document include, and are not limited to: a progress change operation (e.g., a page turn, a scroll operation), a mark operation, a modify operation, a set operation, and an end presentation operation. The progress-changing operation may be viewed as an operation performed with respect to a portion of the document associated with the current presentation location. Through the progress change operation of the first user, the presentation progress of the document is changed. The marking operation (e.g., highlighting, line drawing, etc.) may be viewed as an operation performed on a portion of the document associated with the current presentation location. Through the marking operation of the first user, the content part which is expected to be emphasized can be presented to the second user in the process of demonstration. A modification operation (e.g., an operation that changes the content of a document, etc.) may be viewed as an operation performed on a portion of the document associated with the current presentation location. The content of the document may be changed by a modification operation of the first user. The setting operation can be regarded as an operation performed on the entire document. Through the setting operation of the first user, the authority of the second user (such as the authority of free browsing or the authority of transmitting audio, the details of which are described later) and the setting local to the first user (such as whether to acquire the local audio of the first user) in the document presentation process can be defined. Ending a presentation operation may be viewed as an operation performed on the entire document. The remote presentation of the document is ended by the ending presentation operation of the first user.
Then, in step S203, parameters related to the operation are acquired. Corresponding to the operations performed by the first user with respect to the document as described hereinabove, the obtained parameters may include at least one of the following parameters: a progress parameter indicating a current presentation location (e.g., page number) of the document; a marking parameter for indicating a marking made on the document by the first user during presentation of the document; a modification parameter for indicating a location and content of a modification made to the document by the first user; and a presentation end parameter for indicating whether the first user ends the remote presentation of the document.
And, the parameters may further include setting parameters for setting the right of the second user in the presentation process of the document. For example, the rights may be the second user's right to freely browse the document or the second user's right to transfer their local audio.
If the setting parameter is set such that the second user does not have the right to freely browse the document, the second user will not be able to freely browse the presentation document and can only follow the progress of the presentation of the first user. If the setting parameter is set such that the second user has the right to freely browse the document, the second user will be able to freely browse the presentation document and return to the progress of the presentation of the first user at any time.
If the setting parameter is set such that the second user does not have the right to transfer their local audio, then the second user will not be able to upload their local audio, i.e.: the first user will not be able to hear the second user's voice and neither will the second user be able to hear each other's voice. If the setting parameter is set such that the second user has the right to transmit their local audio, then the second user will capture and upload their local audio and broadcast between the first user and the other second users, i.e.: the first user will be able to hear sounds from the respective second users.
And, the setting parameters may further include a parameter for setting whether to locally turn on the audio capture function. And if the setting parameter is set to start the local audio, acquiring the local audio and sending the local audio to the second user. If the setting parameter is set to turn off the local audio, the local audio will not be captured.
Finally, in step S204, the parameter is sent to the terminal device on the second user side. For example, the parameter may be directly transmitted from the terminal device on the first user side to the terminal device on the second user side, or may be indirectly transmitted to the terminal device on the second user side via the server.
It can be seen that in the document remote presentation method according to the present invention, only the document and the parameters are transmitted, not the video stream based on the image obtained by screen-capturing the contents of the document. Compared with the prior art, the data volume of transmission is greatly reduced. For example, when the first user selects a word document for remote presentation, if the first user transmits the word document in a manner based on a screenshot image in the related art, a video stream including tens or even hundreds of images is transmitted, in contrast to the present invention, in which only a portion of one word document or even one word document (for example, a currently presented word document and word documents of two adjacent pages) and corresponding parameters need to be transmitted. It can be seen that the difference in data volume between document-based transfers and image-based transfers is large.
In addition, it is noted herein that the remote presentation of the document between the first user and the second user may be performed based on a specific instant messenger. Of course, alternatively, the remote presentation of the document between the first user and the second user may also be performed based on a web browser. For example, when a first user initiates a remote presentation of a document, an invitation request (e.g., two-dimensional code, URL, etc.) may be generated and sent in any form (e.g., instant message, email, text message, etc.) to a second user who is a candidate viewer for potential participation in viewing. The second user may open a viewing page of the document remote presentation and view it by responding to the invitation request, for example by scanning a two-dimensional code. That is, by the second user responding to the invitation request, the connection between the terminal device of the first user side and the terminal of the second user side can be established. By the method, the first user and the second user do not need to install specific instant messaging software in advance or register and log in an account, and the use is more convenient.
In the remote document presentation based on the web browser, since the second user needs to obtain the document playing position of the first user in real time, persistent connection needs to be established between the web pages of the client (e.g., the terminal device on the first user side and the terminal device on the second user side) or between the web page of the client and the server. For example, the WebSocket protocol may be employed to perform communication between client web pages or between a client web page and a server. The WebSocket is a Protocol for performing full duplex communication over a single TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) connection, which is provided from HTML (Hyper Text Mark-up Language) 5. The data exchange between the client and the server is simpler through the WebSocket, and the server is allowed to actively push data to the client. In a WebSocket Application Program Interface (API), a browser and a server at a client end only need to complete one handshake, and persistent connection can be directly established between the browser and the server, and bidirectional data transmission is performed.
Fig. 3 shows a communication diagram based on the WebSocket protocol. As shown in fig. 3, first, the client browser sends a request for establishing a WebSocket connection to the server through JavaScript. Since the connection is initially initiated by the client, communication is performed based on the HTTP protocol at the start of the connection. And after the client and the server complete one-time handshake, switching to execute communication based on a WebSocket protocol.
The WebSocket protocol supports full duplex communication, and a server can directly send data to a client without waiting for a request. After establishing the WebSocket connection, the client may actively send data to the server, for example, the client may send data to the server through a send () method, and the client may also passively receive data pushed by the server through a subscription service without an active requirement, for example, the client may receive data returned by the server through an onmessage event. For example, in the process of remote presentation of a document, an example of the definition of data to be transferred is shown in the following table:

Figure BDA0001935244250000121
as described above, a setting operation performed by the first user on the document may be received, for example, to set whether the second user can transmit the authority of his local audio and whether to start the local audio capture, that is, in the method according to the present invention, in addition to the presentation process in which the document can be shared between the first user and the second user, the audio in the presentation process may be further shared. Referring back to fig. 2, the method may further include step S205. Step S205 is shown in a dashed box to indicate that this step is not essential. In step S205, a local audio is collected and sent to the terminal device on the second user side; and/or receiving and playing audio from a terminal device on the side of the second user. In the case where there is no server participation, the terminal device on the first user side needs to further forward the audio from the terminal device on the second user side to the terminal devices on the other second user sides in step S205, so that all the second users participating in the document remote presentation can hear each other' S audio. In the case of server participation, in step S205, only local audio needs to be sent to the server, and the server is responsible for broadcasting the audio of the first user and the second user among the respective users.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic signal flow diagram of a method for remote presentation of a document containing audio sharing functionality according to the present invention. In fig. 4, the server is shown in a dashed box to indicate that it is an unnecessary component in the document remote presentation process. Both the first user and the second user perform and view a presentation based on a web page (corresponding to a document presentation page). In addition, both the first user and the second user can share audio based on the browser. The document presentation page provides information describing the user identity and the voice room to the browser through the session description (e.g., a first user and a second user that are participating in the same document remote presentation are considered to be in the same voice room), so that the first user and the second user that are participating in the same document remote presentation can receive voice from other users of the corresponding voice room (but not other voice rooms) while executing or viewing the presentation.
For example, webRTC (Web Real-Time Communication) technology may be employed to enable audio sharing between multiple users (a first user and a second user). WebRTC is an Application Program Interface (API) that supports real-time voice conversations for web browsers. WebRTC provides the ability to capture audio on the web side and provides end-to-end audio interaction between browsers. It comprises the following three parts:
MediaStream: capturing an audio stream;
RTCPeerConnection: transmitting the audio stream;
RTCDataChannel: binary data of the audio is uploaded.
All users (including the first user and the second user) participating in the document remote presentation can record and upload audio through the WebRTC, and can download and listen to audio from other users at the same time, so that the aim of voice real-time communication based on a webpage is fulfilled.
In WebRTC-based voice real-time communication, audio needs to be processed. Fig. 5 shows a schematic block diagram of WebRTC-based audio processing. Specifically, the operations of the following flow may be performed:
1) First, audio capture is performed by a local physical device. For example, the local physical device may be a microphone device through which local audio data is collected.
2) Then, since the local audio captured by the local physical device may be affected by, for example, ambient noise, it is necessary to perform noise reduction processing on the audio captured by the local physical device.
3) In addition to effects such as ambient noise, the client will also receive and play audio for clients other than itself, which will also affect local audio capture. Therefore, after noise reduction, there is a need to further cancel echo from other client audio.
4) In addition, when audio from other clients is received through the network, the jitter and lost data packets of the audio stream due to network and other problems are further processed.
5) Next, the audio subjected to the above-described processing is encoded.
6) Finally, the API is exposed to the upper web page application for use through the MediaStream object.
Fig. 6A to 6D show examples of pages displayed when a document remote presentation is performed on the first user side. FIG. 6A is a display page after a first user has acquired a document to be presented. The first user may initiate a remote presentation of the document by clicking on the "remote presentation" icon. FIG. 6B illustrates a two-dimensional code generated after the first user clicks the "remote presentation" icon to invite the second user. Fig. 6C and 6D show pages displayed after the start of a presentation. In the pages shown in fig. 6C and 6D, there are displayed a "turn on voice" option, a "allow second user to view other pages" option, and an "exit remote presentation" option. The first user performs the various setup operations described hereinabove by selecting or deselecting these options. In fig. 6C, the first user has selected the "open voice" option, i.e., the audio local to the first user will be captured and transmitted to the other second users. The first user does not select the option of allowing the second user to view other pages, namely the second user does not have the permission to browse freely and can only view the document along with the demonstration progress of the first user. In FIG. 6D, the first user has selected the "allow second user to view other pages" option, the second user has free browsing rights and can freely browse any page of the document. In addition, when the first user clicks the option of 'quitting the remote demonstration', the demonstration mode is quitted, and a demonstration ending parameter is sent to the terminal equipment on the side of the second user so as to prompt the second user that the demonstration is finished.
Next, a method of viewing a document remote presentation will be described with reference to fig. 7. The method is applied to a terminal device on the side of a second user viewing a presentation and corresponds to the document remote presentation method described above. As shown in fig. 7, the method includes the following steps.
First, at step S701, at least a portion of a document associated with a current presentation location and parameters associated with a first user' S operation with respect to the document are received.
In correspondence with the document remote presentation method described hereinbefore, for example, as a possible implementation, the document to be presented is stored locally to the first user. In this case, at least a portion of the document related to the current presentation position and parameters related to the operation of the first user with respect to the document are directly received from the terminal device on the side of the first user at step S701. Alternatively, in a scenario where a server exists between the terminal device on the side of the first user and the terminal device on the side of the second user, at least a part of the document related to the current presentation position and parameters related to the operation of the first user with respect to the document may also be received indirectly from the terminal device on the side of the first user via the server.
Alternatively, as another possible implementation, the document to be presented is stored on a remote server side. In this case, at least a portion of the document associated with the current presentation location and parameters associated with the first user' S operation with respect to the document are received from the server at step S701.
Then, in step S702, a viewing page of the document remote presentation is displayed based on at least the partial document and the parameter.
Remote presentation of a document between a first user and a second user may be performed based on specific instant messaging software. Of course, alternatively, the remote presentation of the document between the first user and the second user may also be performed based on a web browser. For example, when a first user initiates a remote presentation of a document, an invitation request (e.g., a two-dimensional code, a URL, etc.) may be generated and sent in any form (e.g., instant message, email, text message, etc.) to a second user who is a candidate viewer for potential participation in viewing. The second user may join the remote presentation of the document by responding to the invitation request, such as by scanning a two-dimensional code, receive at least a portion of the document associated with the current presentation location and parameters associated with the first user's operation with respect to the document, and display a viewing page of the remote presentation of the document based on at least the portion of the document and the parameters. By the method, the first user and the second user do not need to install specific instant messaging software in advance or register and log in an account, and the use is more convenient. For example, as described above, the WebSocket protocol may be employed to perform communications between client web pages or between a client web page and a server.
As described hereinabove, the parameters may include at least one of the following parameters: a progress parameter for indicating a current presentation location of the document; a marking parameter for indicating a marking made on the document by the first user during presentation of the document; a modification parameter indicating a location and content of a modification made to the document by the first user; and a presentation end parameter for indicating whether the first user ends the remote presentation of the document.
For example, in step S702, based on at least the partial document and the progress parameter (e.g., pageindex), a viewing page identical to a presentation page displayed on the terminal device of the first user may be generated to enable the second user to view the document presentation following the progress of the first user. Based on the at least a portion of the document and the marking parameters, a viewing page may be generated that includes markings made by the first user with respect to the document to enable the second user to see the first user's marked emphasis during the presentation of the document. Based on the at least part of the document and the modification parameters, a viewing page including modifications made by the first user with respect to the document may be generated and the first user modified document restored by an incremental method.
And, the parameter may further include a setting parameter for setting the right of the second user in the presentation of the document.
For example, the right is a right for the second user to freely browse the document. When a page view operation of a second user with respect to a document is received, it is determined whether the second user has a right to freely view the document based on the setting parameter (e.g., B _ isAllowScan). And if the setting parameters indicate that the second user has the authority of freely browsing the document, executing the page browsing operation and switching the document to a corresponding position. Further, if a partial document related to the current presentation position is previously received in the terminal on the second user side, it is necessary to further receive at least a partial document related to the second user-designated position before switching the document to the second user-designated position. On the other hand, if the setting parameter indicates that the second user does not have the right to freely browse the document, the page browsing operation is prohibited and the document is locked to the presentation position synchronized with the first user side.
Therefore, in the method of viewing a remote presentation of a document according to an embodiment of the present invention, since a presentation document is transmitted to the second user, the second user can not only follow the progress of the presentation of the first user, but also freely browse the document during the presentation.
Fig. 8A and 8B show examples of pages displayed when the second user side views the document remote presentation. The page displayed on the second user side shown in fig. 8A corresponds to the page displayed on the first user side shown in fig. 6C described above. That is, fig. 8A shows a page displayed on the second user side in a case where it is set on the first user side that the second user cannot freely browse the document. By comparing fig. 8A and 6C, it can be seen that the page displayed on the second user side is locked to the position of the first user's current presentation. The page displayed on the second user side shown in fig. 8B corresponds to the page displayed on the first user side shown in fig. 6D described above. That is, fig. 8B shows a page displayed on the second user side in a case where it is set on the first user side that the second user can freely browse a document. By comparing fig. 8B and 6D, it can be seen that the page displayed on the second user side is different from the position of the first user's current presentation. In the lower right hand corner of the page shown in FIG. 8B, there is displayed a "page 5 is being presented, click to view" icon. The second user can conveniently return to the first user's current presentation position by manipulating the icon.
Or, as another example, the permission is the permission of the second user to transmit their local audio. In this case, it is determined whether the second user has the right to transmit the local audio based on the setting parameter. If the setting parameter indicates that the second user has the right to transmit the local audio, the local audio is captured and transmitted. For example, in a scenario where no server exists, the collected local audio is transmitted to the terminal device on the first user side, and is forwarded by the terminal device on the first user side to the terminal devices on the other second user sides. And under the scene that the server exists, transmitting the collected local audio to the server, and forwarding the local audio to the terminal equipment on the first user side and the terminal equipment on the other second user side by the server. On the other hand, if the setting parameter indicates that the second user does not have the right to transmit the local audio, the local audio is not captured.
Of course, in addition to receiving the setting parameters of the first user regarding the audio, the second user may also set whether to turn on the local audio. If the second user is set to turn on local audio, local audio is captured and transmitted. If the second user sets the local audio to off, the local audio is not captured.
In addition, corresponding to the document remote presentation method described above, in addition to the presentation process in which the document can be shared between the first user and the second user, the audio in the presentation process may be further shared. Therefore, referring back to fig. 7, the method may further include a step S703 of receiving and playing the audio of the first user and/or other second users. Step S703 is shown in a dashed box to indicate that this step is not essential. In the scenario where no server is present, audio of the first user and/or other second users is received from a terminal device on the side of the first user. In the presence server scenario, audio of the first user and/or other second users is received from the server.
For example, as described above, webRTC (Web Real-Time Communication) technology may be employed to enable audio sharing between multi-users (a first user and a second user).
Next, a terminal device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 9. The terminal device is here used to perform a remote presentation of a document, i.e. a terminal device on the side of the first user. As shown in fig. 9, the terminal apparatus 900 includes: a document acquisition unit 901, an input unit 902, a parameter acquisition unit 903, and a communication unit 904.
The document acquisition unit 901 is configured to acquire at least a part of a document related to a current presentation position in the document, where the part of the document is transmitted to a terminal device on a side of a second user viewing a remote presentation of the document.
The input unit 902 is used for receiving an operation performed by a first user with respect to a document.
The parameter acquiring unit 903 is used for acquiring parameters related to the operation.
The communication unit 904 is configured to send the parameter to a terminal device on the second user side.
For example, as one possible implementation, the document to be presented is stored on the remote server side. In this case, the document acquiring unit 901 is further configured to select a document to be presented among the documents stored in the server, and to receive at least a part of the document related to the current presentation position from the server, wherein the part of the document related to the current presentation position is transmitted by the server to the terminal device on the side of the second user, and wherein the communication unit 904 is further configured to transmit the parameter to the terminal device on the side of the second user via the server.
Alternatively, as another possible implementation, the document to be presented is stored locally to the first user. In this case, the document acquiring unit 901 is further configured to select a document to be presented among documents stored in the terminal device on the side of the second user, and to transmit at least a part of the document related to the current presentation position to the terminal device on the side of the second user via the server. And wherein the communication unit 904 is further configured to transmit the parameter to a terminal device on the side of the second user via the server.
In addition, in the terminal device according to the embodiment of the present invention, the communication unit 904 is further configured to: sending an invitation request (such as a two-dimensional code, a URL and the like) for inviting to join the document remote demonstration to the terminal equipment on the side of the second user; and receiving a response regarding the invitation request from the terminal device on the second user side, and establishing a connection with the terminal device on the second user side.
As described hereinabove, the parameters include at least one of the following parameters: a progress parameter for indicating a current presentation location of the document; a marking parameter for indicating a marking made on the document by the first user during presentation of the document; a modification parameter for indicating a location and content of a modification made to the document by the first user; and a presentation end parameter for indicating whether the first user ends the remote presentation of the document.
Wherein the parameters further comprise setting parameters for setting the authority of the second user in the process of demonstrating the document.
For example, the rights are the second user's right to freely browse the document or the second user's right to transmit their local audio.
In addition, besides the presentation process of sharing the document between the first user and the second user, the audio in the presentation process can be further shared. Therefore, the terminal device 900 may further include: an audio acquisition unit 905 is used for acquiring local audio.
Wherein the communication unit 904 is further configured to transmit the audio to a terminal device on the side of a second user; and/or receiving audio from a terminal device on the side of the second user.
Also, the terminal device further includes an audio output unit 906 for playing the audio received by the communication unit.
Next, a terminal device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 10. The terminal device is here used to perform a remote presentation of the document, i.e. the terminal device on the side of the second user. In addition, in the terminal device according to the embodiment of the present invention, the communication unit 1001 is further configured to: receiving an invitation request (e.g., a two-dimensional code or URL) for inviting joining a remote presentation of a document; receiving a specific operation (such as scanning a two-dimensional code or clicking a URL link) performed by a second user with respect to the invitation request; and establishing a connection with the terminal device on the first user side in response to the specific operation.
In addition, in the terminal device according to the embodiment of the present invention, the processing unit 1002 is further configured to perform at least one of the following steps: generating a viewing page identical to the presentation page displayed on the terminal device of the first user based on at least the partial document and the progress parameter; generating a viewing page including indicia made by the first user with respect to the document based on the at least part of the document and the indicia parameters; and generating a viewing page including modifications made by the first user with respect to the document based on the at least part of the document and the modification parameters.
The parameters may further include setting parameters for setting the permissions of the second user during the presentation of the document.
For example, the right is a right for the second user to freely browse the document. In this case, the terminal device may further include: an input unit (not shown in the figure) for receiving a page browsing operation of a second user with respect to the document; a judging unit (not shown in the figure) for judging whether the second user has a right to freely browse the document based on the setting parameter; a control unit (not shown in the figure) for performing the page view operation and switching the document to a corresponding position if the judging unit judges that the second user has the authority to freely view the document, and for prohibiting the page view operation and locking the document to a presentation position synchronized with the first user side if the judging unit judges that the second user does not have the authority to freely view the document.

As described above, in addition to the presentation process that enables sharing of the document between the first user and the second user, the audio in the presentation process may be further shared. The communication unit is therefore further configured to receive audio of the first user and/or other second users. And the terminal device 1000 may further include: an audio acquisition unit 1003 for acquiring local audio; and an audio output unit 1004 for playing the audio received by the communication unit.
