Abstract

Background
At present, a plurality of nodes for providing business services for users are usually arranged in banking sites, when the users have business handling requirements, the users select the nodes to handle the businesses, however, different nodes have different handling capacities on different businesses, and the users select the nodes to handle the businesses by themselves, so that the situation of low business handling efficiency is easy to occur.

In an embodiment of the present application, based on the implementation process, optionally, selecting a target service node from the service nodes according to service capability scores of the service nodes in the business service scenario includes:
determining the business progress of each service node in the business service scene;
according to the business progress of each service node in the business service scene, determining an idle service node in an idle state in each service node;
determining the node with the highest service capacity score in the business service scene in each idle service node;
and taking the node with the highest service capability score as a target service node.
In this embodiment, each service node may be monitored to determine a service progress of each service node in the service scenario of the service, where the service progress may include progress information such as an idle state, a to-be-handled service, and a link reached by the service being handled.
In this embodiment, one service node may handle services in multiple different service scenarios at the same time, one service node may handle one service in one service scenario, and after one service in the service scenario ends, handle the next service in the service scenario.

determining service handling time of the target service node and service scoring of the user to the target service node under the condition that the target service node is detected to successfully handle the service of the service scene of the service;
and updating the service capability score of the target service node according to the service handling time length and the service score.
In this embodiment, the service handling duration and the service score may be calculated, so as to obtain a service capability score of the target service node in the service scenario of the service.
In some embodiments, an average transaction duration may be determined based on the transaction duration and the historical transaction durations; and determining an average business score according to the business score and the historical business score, and carrying out weighted summation on the average handling time length and the average business score to obtain a service capability score.
In some embodiments, a ratio of the business transaction duration to the historical average transaction duration may be determined, and the ratio may be multiplied by the business score to obtain a service capability score for the target service node in the business service scenario.
