In the operation of current enterprise privacy domain, an employee often manages hundreds of group chats, and when a task is assigned, the employee needs to send the task one by one to all the group chats, so that the group task needs to be repeatedly executed, and the efficiency is low. Based on this, the application provides a marketing task execution method, device, equipment and storage medium, which can automatically execute complex and repeated tasks and improve the efficiency of transaction processing.
The embodiment of the application provides an execution method of a marketing task, which is applied to a staff client for executing the marketing task, wherein the staff client carries an automatic execution engine and a marketing task application, and the automatic execution engine is pre-configured with a workflow corresponding to an operation flow of the staff client calling the marketing task application to execute the marketing task, as shown in the attached drawing 1 of the specification, the method comprises the following steps:
and S1, calling the automatic execution engine, and starting and executing the workflow when the automatic execution engine monitors the to-do marketing task information displayed in the marketing task application, so as to send the marketing information generated by executing the marketing task information to at least one user client coupled with the marketing task application.
The employee client can be office software inside an enterprise, and the carried marketing task application can receive marketing task information issued by a headquarters such as a management layer in real time, display the marketing task information, and highlight the issued marketing task information which is not executed, such as red marking and the like. When the carried automatic execution engine monitors that the marketing task application stores the highlighted unexecuted marketing task information, the automatic execution engine sends the marketing information contained in the marketing task information to target user clients coupled with the marketing task application in advance according to the configured workflow, and specifically sends the marketing information to each client group in the target user clients one by one. The target user client can be application software such as WeChat, QQ and nail, and the client group is a different group constructed by the client group.
In one embodiment, when monitoring whether the marketing task application has unexecuted marketing task information, the automated execution engine may determine by identifying the remarker, so as to send the marketing information included in the marketing task information with the remarker to each client group in the target user clients.
In an embodiment, the workflow includes a plurality of process nodes having a sequential execution order, where an operation execution manner corresponding to any one of the plurality of process nodes includes identifying a preset key element in the employee client interface, and executing a preset operation with respect to the identified preset key element. The key element may be a send button, a task status, etc. in a marketing task application or user client.
Further, the workflow further comprises a sub-process of repeated execution, and the marketing information is sent to each client group in the target user clients one by one through the repeated execution of the sub-process. Thereby increasing the efficiency of processing transactions.
In one embodiment, referring to the description of fig. 2 and the description of fig. 3, marketing information is sent to each customer base by:
s101, the automatic execution engine identifies, confirms and clicks a button for transferring the marketing information to a target user client in the employee client interface, the marketing information is transferred to the target user client, and then the sub-processes are repeatedly executed according to the following modes:
s102, the automatic execution engine identifies, confirms and clicks a button for sending marketing information to a client group in the employee client interface;
s103, the staff client responds to the operation that the automatic execution engine clicks a button for sending the marketing information to the client group, and a sending result of the marketing information is generated;
s104, the automatic execution engine identifies the sending result, and if the sending result is successful, the automatic execution engine identifies, confirms and clicks a button for sending the marketing information to the next client group in the employee client interface according to the arrangement sequence of the client groups; and if the sending result is failure, the automatic execution engine identifies and reconfirms and clicks a button for sending the marketing information to the client group in the employee client interface.
The method for identifying the key elements preset in the employee client interface by the automated execution engine includes but is not limited to a method based on image, coordinate position and NLP identification. In an embodiment, when it is monitored that unexecuted marketing task information exists in a taskbar of a marketing task application, the automated execution engine selects the unexecuted marketing task information, then finds a sending button below the taskbar in the marketing task application based on image recognition, clicks the sending button, and the marketing task application further extracts the marketing information in the marketing task information and transfers the extracted marketing information to a target user client. The marketing information is transferred to the target user client specifically, the marketing information is transferred to a dialog box of a default client group in the target user client, and the default client group is the client group with the highest ranking in the contact column.
After the marketing message is transferred to the target user client, the sub-processes included in the workflow are repeatedly executed. Specifically, the automated execution engine finds a sending button in the target user client based on image recognition, and clicks the sending button, so that the target user client immediately generates a sending result of the marketing information, such as an information frame which is sent successfully or an information frame which is sent unsuccessfully; and then, the automatic execution engine judges whether the marketing information is successfully or unsuccessfully transmitted based on the character information in the NLP identification information frame, and executes a corresponding preset process node based on the transmission result. The information frame which is generated by the target user client and sent successfully or the information frame which is generated by the target user client and sent unsuccessfully disappears automatically after being displayed for a short period of time.
Specifically, when the marketing information is judged to be successfully sent, the automatic execution engine selects the next client group in the contact column of the target user client according to the sequence from top to bottom, simultaneously transfers the marketing information to a dialog box of the marketing information, then finds a sending button in the target user client based on image identification, and clicks the sending button; when the marketing information is judged to be unsuccessfully transmitted, the automatic execution engine reselects the client group, then finds a transmission button in the target user client based on the image recognition, and clicks the transmission button.
And according to the sub-process, sending the marketing information to each client group in the contact column of the target user client. And when a plurality of pieces of unexecuted marketing task information are stored in the taskbar of the marketing task application, the automatic execution engine executes the marketing task information according to the sequence.
According to the marketing task execution method, the user client can detect and monitor the to-be-handled marketing task information in the marketing task application in real time through the carried automatic execution engine, and the marketing information in the marketing task information is sent to a plurality of client groups in the user client connected with the staff client according to the pre-configured workflow, so that the automatic execution of complex and repeated tasks is realized, and the requirement of operation manpower is reduced.
It should be noted that, when the automated execution engine repeatedly executes the sub-processes, there is a state where the marketing message is failed to be sent, because the execution mode of each process node further includes a preset waiting duration, that is, the waiting duration is set between two adjacent key elements in operation, so as to provide the time for the employee client to perform page loading in response to the operation of the key elements in operation. If the preset waiting time is shorter than the page loading time of the employee client, a result of operation failure may be caused, and if the preset waiting time is longer than the page loading time of the employee client, efficiency may be reduced.
In an embodiment, after the automated execution engine selects the client group a of the user client and clicks the send button, the user client responds to the operation of the automated execution engine to generate the information frame with successful sending, and then selects the client group B of the user client and clicks the send button. Ordering, a first process node selects a client group A of a user client and clicks a sending button; selecting a client group B of the user client and clicking a sending button by the flow node II; the preset waiting time between the first process node and the second process node is T1, after the first process node is executed by the automated execution engine, if the network is poor, the user client delays to generate the information frame that is successfully sent, and when the delay time is longer than the preset waiting time T1, the second process node is executed unsuccessfully, so that the marketing information needs to be resent to the client group a, and the execution efficiency is reduced. The preset waiting time T1 needs to be reasonably adjusted to improve the success rate of execution.
In addition, hardware devices of each enterprise are different, and network advantages and disadvantages are also different based on time points, if the preset waiting time of each process node of the automated execution engine is fixed, the automated execution engine cannot give corresponding optimal operation, and based on this, referring to fig. 4 in the specification, the execution method of the marketing task further includes the following steps:
s2, collecting the failure rate of the automatic execution engine to execute the sub-process;
s3, adjusting the preset waiting time length in the sub-process based on the failure rate of the automatic execution engine to execute the sub-process, wherein the automatic execution engine executes the next marketing task information according to the adjusted preset waiting time length; if the failure rate of the sub-process is higher than a preset threshold value, the preset waiting time in the sub-process is prolonged; and if the failure rate of the sub-process is lower than a preset threshold value, reducing the preset waiting time in the sub-process.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5 of the specification, the failure rate of the sub-process is calculated by:
s201, collecting the total times of the automatic execution engine for repeatedly executing the sub-process and the total times of marketing information transmission failure identified by the automatic execution engine;
s202, calculating the failure rate of the sub-process according to the total times of repeatedly executing the sub-process by the automatic execution engine and the total times of failure in sending the marketing information identified by the automatic execution engine.
In another embodiment, the average consumed time of the sub-process executed by the automated execution engine may be collected, and the preset waiting time in the sub-process is adjusted based on the average consumed time of the sub-process, after all, the higher the failure rate of the sub-process is, the higher the average consumed time of the sub-process is; accordingly, a lower failure rate for a sub-flow results in a lower average time consumption for the sub-flow. Referring to fig. 6 of the specification, the average elapsed time of the sub-process is calculated by:
203. collecting the total time and the total times of the automatic execution engine for repeatedly executing the sub-processes;
204. and calculating the average consumed time of the sub-process according to the total time and the total times of repeatedly executing the sub-process by the automatic execution engine.
In other embodiments, the execution result may include both the failure rate and the average elapsed time of the automated execution engine executing the sub-process, where the calculation steps for calculating the failure rate and the average elapsed time of the sub-process do not limit the order of precedence.
The optimal preset waiting time is obtained by adjusting the preset waiting time of the process nodes in the sub-process for multiple times, so that the execution effect of the automatic execution engine can be optimized.
In an embodiment, after the automated execution engine executes the workflow to send the marketing information to all the customer groups for the first time according to the preset waiting duration, the obtained execution result is 10S/piece of average consumed time, the failure rate is 5%, and the effect is obviously low (obviously, the effect of executing the workflow is not good and needs to be optimized); adjusting the preset waiting time according to the current preset waiting time and the monitored page loading time of each process node operated by the user client responding to the automatic execution engine, and executing the next marketing task information according to the adjusted preset waiting time, wherein the obtained execution result is average consumed time of 7S/piece, and the failure rate is 3%; and sequentially carrying out the next round of adjustment, wherein when marketing task information is executed for the third time, the average consumed time is 4S/execution results, the failure rate is 1%, and the optimal preset waiting time of the automatic execution engine can be obtained through sampling and optimizing the execution results of the multiple rounds of tasks, so that the optimal execution effect is achieved.
In other embodiments, the automated execution engine may also perform optimization by simulating clicking on the send button, that is, by capturing elements of a web page and directly clicking (the send button may be clicked in advance without fully loading the web page), so as to improve execution efficiency.
