Abstract
本发明提供一种可消除阀轴间隙的轴套结构,包括外轴套、内轴套、压盖,内轴套的外锥面与外轴套的内锥面配合,外轴套上有一道轴向V型缺口,V型缺口内配合有楔块,压盖的止口内有活动环,通过锁紧螺钉与外轴套的台肩端面固定,压盖上设有可与活动环抵接的副调节螺钉。本发明可有效的消除阀轴装配后的间隙,结构相对简单,布局紧凑,可实施性强,同时对于轴套向内外收缩扩张的调节方便,相比采用单体式轴套的结构使阀轴的装配精度更高,提升蝶阀产品的整体性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及轴套技术领域,具体为一种可消除阀轴间隙的轴套结构。
背景技术
蝶阀特别是高性能的双向密封三偏心金属密封蝶阀要想取得良好的密封性能,需确保三个偏心尺寸的准确性,保证蝶板关上后密封圈与阀座完全贴合,形成可靠的密封副,任何一个偏心尺寸的偏差都会造成泄漏的风险。而其中第一、二偏心分别为轴孔中心与阀体通道,轴孔中心与阀座密封中心的尺寸偏心,第三偏心为角度偏心,第一、二偏心都与轴孔相关,阀轴、轴套、轴孔组成的活动机构如果存在配合间隙,就会造成阀体与蝶板偏心尺寸不重合,正向压力时,介质力的作用下密封圈与阀座越压越紧,间隙存在影响不大,反向压力时,介质力作用下密封圈与阀座有脱离的趋势,由于间隙的存在,无法保证密封圈与阀座的紧密贴合,密封圈与阀座之间密封所需的密封比压减小,会造成反向的泄漏,使蝶阀失去反向密封的可靠性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种可消除阀轴间隙的轴套结构。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种可消除阀轴间隙的轴套结构,包括外轴套、内轴套、压盖,内轴套的外锥面与外轴套的内锥面配合,内轴套的大端面超出外轴套的台肩端面,供内轴套向内收敛用,外轴套上有一道轴向V型缺口,内轴套、压盖上均有一道轴向缺口,三个缺口在同一侧,V型缺口内配合有楔块,楔块的台肩端面比外轴套的台肩端面短,供楔块调节移动,楔块上设有螺纹孔,螺纹孔内装有穿过压盖和活动环的主调节螺钉,压盖的止口内有活动环,通过锁紧螺钉与外轴套的台肩端面固定,活动环在压盖的止口内可以沿轴向移动,活动环与外轴套间预留供活动环调节用的间隙,压盖上设有可与活动环抵接的副调节螺钉。
进一步地,楔块的两侧V型面的角度与外轴套的V型缺口侧面的角度一致,楔块的内侧圆弧带锥度其圆弧尺寸和锥度同外轴套的内锥孔尺寸保持一致,楔块的外侧圆弧尺寸同外轴套的外圆尺寸一致。
进一步地,内轴套、压盖上的一道轴向缺口为轴向细长缺口。
进一步地,副调节螺钉为四个,均匀布置于压盖上。
本结构可有效的消除阀轴装配后的间隙,结构相对简单,布局紧凑,可实施性强,同时对于轴套向内外收缩扩张的调节方便,相比采用单体式轴套的结构使阀轴的装配精度更高,提升蝶阀产品的整体性能。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图所示,一种可消除阀轴间隙的轴套结构,包括外轴套1、内轴套3、压盖5,内轴套3的外锥面与外轴套1的内锥面配合,内轴套3的大端面超出外轴套1的台肩端面,供内轴套3向内收敛用,外轴套1上有一道轴向V型缺口,内轴套3、压盖5上均有一道轴向细长缺口,三个缺口在同一侧,V型缺口内配合有楔块2,楔块2的台肩端面比外轴套1的台肩端面短,供楔块2调节移动,楔块2上设有螺纹孔,螺纹孔内装有穿过压盖和活动环的主调节螺钉6,压盖5的止口内有活动环4,通过锁紧螺钉8与外轴套1的台肩端面固定,活动环4在压盖5的止口内可以沿轴向移动,活动环4与外轴套1间预留供活动环4调节用的间隙,压盖5上设有可与活动环4抵接的副调节螺钉7,副调节螺钉7为四个,均匀布置于压盖5上。
楔块2的两侧V型面的角度与外轴套1的V型缺口侧面的角度一致,楔块2的内侧圆弧带锥度其圆弧尺寸和锥度同外轴套1的内锥孔尺寸保持一致,楔块2的外侧圆弧尺寸同外轴套1的外圆尺寸一致。
拧紧主调节螺钉6使楔块2微动,外轴套1在楔块2的作用下向外胀开,使得外轴套1外圈与阀体10轴座轴孔间完全贴合消除间隙。采用对角拧的方式依次拧紧副调节螺钉7使活动环4微动,内轴套3在活动环4的作用下向内收缩,调节过程中转动阀轴9是否转动灵活,有卡顿即刻停止,副调节螺钉7回转一点,转动阀轴9动作灵活停止调节,此时内轴套的内孔与阀轴间的间隙基本消除,从而实现阀轴装配间隙的有效控制。

1.一种可消除阀轴间隙的轴套结构,包括外轴套、内轴套、压盖,其特征在于:所述内轴套的外锥面与外轴套的内锥面配合,内轴套的大端面超出外轴套的台肩端面,供内轴套向内收敛用,所述外轴套上有一道轴向V型缺口,所述内轴套、压盖上均有一道轴向缺口,三个缺口在同一侧,所述V型缺口内配合有楔块,楔块的台肩端面比外轴套的台肩端面短,供楔块调节移动,所述楔块上设有螺纹孔,螺纹孔内装有穿过压盖和活动环的主调节螺钉,所述压盖的止口内有活动环,通过锁紧螺钉与外轴套的台肩端面固定,所述活动环在压盖的止口内可以沿轴向移动,活动环与外轴套间预留供活动环调节用的间隙,所述压盖上设有可与活动环抵接的副调节螺钉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可消除阀轴间隙的轴套结构,其特征在于:所述楔块的两侧V型面的角度与外轴套的V型缺口侧面的角度一致,楔块的内侧圆弧带锥度其圆弧尺寸和锥度同外轴套的内锥孔尺寸保持一致,楔块的外侧圆弧尺寸同外轴套的外圆尺寸一致。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种可消除阀轴间隙的轴套结构,其特征在于:所述内轴套、压盖上的一道轴向缺口为轴向细长缺口。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种可消除阀轴间隙的轴套结构,其特征在于:所述副调节螺钉为四个,均匀布置于压盖上。
