the video monitoring 14 is arranged on the lower side surface of the tank body 5, and is used for collecting image information of the tank body equipment under the tank body 5 in the hoisting process and sending the image information to the handheld terminal 10;
the positioning sensor 6, the measuring sensor 12, the positioning sensor 13 and the audible and visual alarm device 11 are all arranged on a saddle support 16 of the tank body equipment and all move along with the tank body 5; wherein the positioning sensor 6 is used for measuring the relative position between the saddle support 16 and the corresponding installation base seat through capturing sensing signals and sending the measured position information to the handheld terminal 10; the measuring sensor 12 is used for measuring the relative distance between the saddle support 16 and the corresponding installation base, and transmitting the measured distance information to the handheld terminal 10; the positioning sensor 13 is used for monitoring whether the tank body equipment is installed in position or not and sending a positioning signal to the handheld terminal 10; the audible and visual alarm device 11 is used for generating audible and visual alarm;
the handheld terminal 10 monitors the gravity center and the plane inclination angle of the tank device according to the received levelness data and the load data to realize the perception of dangerous working conditions such as overload and inclination, and judges whether to send out an alarm through the audible and visual alarm device 11 according to the levelness data and the load data, namely if the tank device is overloaded or inclined, the audible and visual alarm is sent out through the audible and visual alarm device 11;
when the hand-held terminal 10 receives the capturing signal, the audible and visual alarm device 11 is controlled to alarm; the equipment capturing sensor 7 is matched with the audible and visual alarm device 11 through the handheld terminal 10, and the tank equipment is determined to be positioned right above the equipment capturing sensor 7;
the handheld terminal 10 processes the received position information, distance information and image information to obtain the distance and the relative position between the saddle support 16 and the installation base, and displays the distance and the relative position on the handheld terminal 10; until the saddle support 16 is aligned with the installation foundation base, the tank equipment is vertically dropped by the manual operation auxiliary control cable 9, so as to prevent deviation;
the hand-held terminal 10 controls the audible and visual alarm device 11 to alarm according to the received positioning signals and image information, and an operator can confirm that the tank equipment is positioned through the audible and visual alarm device 11 and the hand-held terminal 10.
The hand-held terminal 10 performs data interaction in a wireless transmission mode, namely, the hand-held terminal 10 performs information transmission with the level sensor 3, the load sensor 4, the positioning sensor 6, the equipment capturing sensor 7, the measuring sensor 12, the positioning sensor 13, the audible and visual alarm 11 and the video monitoring 14 through wireless signals; and the number of the hand-held terminals 10 is two, and an operator and a crane driver who control the auxiliary control cable 9 are one each.
Example 2:
the embodiment provides a method for installing tank equipment, which uses the tank equipment installation hoisting tool of embodiment 1 for installation, and comprises the following specific steps:
s1, installing a device capturing sensor 7 and a physical limiting device 8 on a steel plate embedded part in advance, hoisting the tank body device to a transport area through a sling and a tooling beam 2 provided with a level sensor 3 and a load sensor 4, and installing a positioning sensor 6, a measuring sensor 12, a positioning sensor 13, an audible and visual alarm device 11 and a video monitor 14 on the tank body device in the transport area; hoisting the tank body equipment after the components are installed to the position above the position to be installed;
step S2, performing test hoisting alignment above a position to be installed, wherein the level sensor 3 and the load sensor 4 work at the moment, judging whether the tank equipment is overloaded or not and whether the tank equipment is inclined to be hoisted or not through the handheld terminal 10, and controlling the audible and visual alarm device 11 to send out an alarm if the tank equipment is overloaded or inclined to be hoisted; if overload and oblique lifting do not occur, executing the step S3;
s3, an operator hangs the tank equipment and descends, when the tank equipment approaches the equipment capturing sensor 7, the handheld terminal 10 confirms that the tank equipment approaches the installation base, the positioning sensor 6 works at the moment, meanwhile, the operator controls the auxiliary control cable 9, and the handheld terminal 10, the video monitoring 14 and the actual position of the tank equipment are combined to align the azimuth of the tank equipment, so that the tank equipment is positioned right above the installation base center line;
s4, an operator hangs the tank body equipment and slowly descends, at the moment, the measuring sensor 12 and the positioning sensor 6 work, the operator determines the position information of the tank body equipment through the handheld terminal 10, approaches the physical limiting device 8, and places saddle supports 16 of the tank body equipment on the installation foundation base in a one-to-one correspondence under the guiding action of the physical limiting device 8;
step S5, confirming whether the tank body equipment is in place or not through the in-place sensor 13, the handheld terminal 10 and the video monitoring 14;
if the positioning sensor 13 sends a positioning signal and confirms the positioning through the handheld terminal 10 and the video monitoring 14, the audible and visual alarm device 11 does not alarm, and the tank equipment is installed;
if the in-place sensor 13 does not send out an in-place signal or confirms that the tank is not in place through the handheld terminal 10 and the video monitoring 14, the audible and visual alarm device 11 sends out an audible and visual alarm, and the tank equipment is not in place and installed.

Claims (7)
1. Tank equipment installs hoist and mount frock, tank equipment includes: the tank body is used for containing media, and the saddle support is used for mounting and positioning, wherein a steel plate embedded part and more than two mounting foundation bases fixed on the steel plate embedded part are embedded in the position to be mounted of the tank body equipment; the tank body is fixedly connected with the installation foundation base through the saddle support, and the tank body equipment is integrally and fixedly installed on the installation foundation base;
the hoisting tool is characterized by comprising: sling, tooling beam, physical limiting device, auxiliary control cable, monitoring component and hand-held terminal;
the sling is connected with the tank body equipment and is used for lifting the tank body equipment; the tooling cross beam is arranged on the sling, and the length direction of the tooling cross beam is parallel to the axis of the tank body;
two ends of the tank body along the length direction are respectively connected with an auxiliary control cable, and in the process of hanging the tank body equipment, an operator controls the rotation action of the tank body equipment in a plane through the two auxiliary control cables;
the physical limiting device is arranged on the installation foundation base and is used for mechanically guiding the tank equipment in place and controlling the physical positioning of the tank equipment in the plane direction;
the monitoring component is used for collecting monitoring data of the tank body equipment in the hoisting process and sending the monitoring data to the handheld terminal for display and monitoring;
the monitoring assembly includes: the device comprises a positioning sensor, a device capturing sensor, a measuring sensor, a positioning sensor, an audible and visual alarm device and a video monitoring device;
the device capturing sensor is arranged on a steel plate embedded part at a position to be installed of the tank body device, the device capturing sensor is positioned on a basic central line of the tank body device, which is the vertical projection of the axis of the tank body on the steel plate embedded part, and the tank body device is arranged in place on the steel plate embedded part; the device capturing sensor is used for sending a capturing signal to the handheld terminal when the tank device is lifted and passes through;
the video monitoring device is arranged on the lower side surface of the tank body and is used for collecting image information of the tank body equipment below the tank body in the hoisting process and sending the image information to the handheld terminal;
the positioning sensor, the measuring sensor, the positioning sensor and the audible and visual alarm device are all arranged on a saddle support of the tank body equipment and all move along with the tank body; the positioning sensor is used for measuring the relative position between the saddle support and the corresponding installation foundation base and sending the measured position information to the handheld terminal; the measuring sensor is used for measuring the relative distance between the saddle support and the corresponding installation foundation base, and transmitting the measured distance information to the handheld terminal; the positioning sensor is used for monitoring whether the tank body equipment is installed in position or not and sending a positioning signal to the handheld terminal; the audible and visual alarm device is used for generating audible and visual alarm;
when the hand-held terminal receives the capturing signal, controlling the audible and visual alarm device to alarm; the device capturing sensor is matched with the audible and visual alarm device through the handheld terminal, and the tank device is determined to be positioned right above the device capturing sensor;
the handheld terminal processes the received position information, distance information and image information to obtain the distance and the relative position between the saddle support and the installation base, and the distance and the relative position are displayed on the handheld terminal; until the saddle support is aligned with the installation foundation base, the tank equipment is vertically dropped down by the manual operation auxiliary control cable;
the handheld terminal controls the audible and visual alarm device to alarm according to the received in-place signal and image information, and an operator can confirm that the tank body equipment is placed in place through the audible and visual alarm device and the handheld terminal;
the monitoring data thus comprises: capture signal, location information, distance information, in-place signal, and image information.
2. The tank installation hoist tool of claim 1, wherein the monitoring assembly further comprises: a level sensor and a load sensor;
the level sensor and the two load sensors are both arranged on the tool beam; the leveling sensor is positioned in the center of the tool cross beam and is used for measuring the levelness of the tool cross beam, namely measuring the plane inclination angle of the tank body and transmitting the levelness data obtained by measurement to the handheld terminal; the two load sensors are respectively positioned at two ends of the tool beam, and are used for measuring the load of the tank equipment through the deformation of the tool beam and transmitting the measured load data to the handheld terminal;
the handheld terminal monitors the gravity center and the plane inclination angle of the tank body equipment according to the received levelness data and the load data, and judges whether to send out an alarm through the audible and visual alarm device according to the levelness data and the load data, namely if overload or inclination of the tank body equipment occurs, the audible and visual alarm is sent out through the audible and visual alarm device;
the monitoring data thus also includes: levelness data and load data.
3. The tank installation and hoisting tool according to claim 1, wherein three groups of connecting lugs distributed along the length direction of the tank are arranged on the outer surface of the tank, each group of connecting lugs comprises two lugs, and the two lugs in each group are distributed along the circumferential direction of the tank; the three groups of connecting lugs are sequentially a first group of connecting lugs, a second group of connecting lugs and a third group of connecting lugs, and the second group of connecting lugs are positioned between the first group of connecting lugs and the third group of connecting lugs; two lugs of the first group of connecting lugs are respectively connected with a sling, so that the sling is a sling A, and two lugs of the third group of connecting lugs are respectively connected with a sling, so that the sling is a sling B; the tail ends of the two slings A are connected with one end of the tooling cross beam, and the tail ends of the two slings B are connected with the other end of the tooling cross beam; two slings are connected to one lug of the second group of connecting lugs, the slings are slings C, the two slings C are respectively connected with two ends of the tool cross beam, and similarly, the other lug of the second group of connecting lugs is also connected with two slings, the slings are slings D, and the two slings D are respectively connected with two ends of the tool cross beam; two ends of the tool beam are respectively provided with a support lug, the two support lugs are connected through a sling, the sling is a sling E, and the middle part of the sling E is connected with a lifting hook of a crane; the sling A, the sling B, the sling C, the sling D and the sling E form a net sling group.

The tank installation and hoisting tool according to claim 1, wherein two installation base seats below two ends of the tank in the length direction are a first seat and a second seat respectively, the first seat is provided with two physical limiting devices, and the second seat is provided with one physical limiting device; the physical limiting device is a wedge block, the two physical limiting devices on the first base are respectively abutted against the two sides of the saddle support base plate, limiting in the two directions on the horizontal plane is carried out on the saddle support, namely limiting in the length direction and the width direction is carried out on tank equipment, and the physical limiting device on the second base is abutted against one side of the saddle support base plate, so that limiting in the width direction is carried out on the tank equipment.
5. A tank installation hoisting tool as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the hand-held terminal is in data interaction with the monitoring assembly by means of wireless transmission.
6. A tank installation hoisting tool as claimed in any one of claims 1-4, wherein the number of said hand-held terminals is two, one each for controlling the operator and the crane driver of the auxiliary control cable.
7. A method for installing tank equipment, which uses the tank equipment installation hoisting tool of claim 2 for installation, characterized in that the method comprises the following specific steps:
s1, installing an equipment capturing sensor and a physical limiting device on a steel plate embedded part in advance, hoisting the tank body equipment to a transport area through a sling and a tooling beam provided with a level sensor and a load sensor, and installing a positioning sensor, a measuring sensor, a positioning sensor, an audible and visual alarm device and a video monitor on the tank body equipment in the transport area; hoisting the tank equipment provided with the positioning sensor, the measuring sensor, the positioning sensor, the audible and visual alarm device and the video monitoring to the position above the position to be installed;
s2, performing test hoisting alignment above a position to be installed, wherein the level sensor and the load sensor work at the moment, judging whether the tank equipment is overloaded or not and whether the tank equipment is inclined to be hoisted or not through the handheld terminal, and controlling the audible and visual alarm device to give an alarm if the tank equipment is overloaded or inclined to be hoisted; if overload and oblique lifting do not occur, executing the step S3;
s3, an operator hangs the tank equipment and descends, when the tank equipment approaches the equipment capturing sensor, the handheld terminal confirms that the tank equipment approaches the installation base, the positioning sensor works at the moment, and simultaneously the operator controls the auxiliary control cable, combines the handheld terminal, the video monitoring and the actual position of the tank equipment, and aligns the azimuth of the tank equipment to enable the tank equipment to be right above the installation base center line in place;
s4, an operator hangs the tank body equipment and continuously descends, at the moment, the measuring sensor and the positioning sensor work, the operator determines the position information of the tank body equipment through the handheld terminal, the tank body equipment is close to the physical limiting device, and saddle supports of the tank body equipment are correspondingly placed on the installation foundation base one by one under the guiding action of the physical limiting device;
s5, confirming whether the tank body equipment is in place or not through the in-place sensor, the handheld terminal and the video monitoring;
if the positioning sensor sends a positioning signal and confirms the positioning through the handheld terminal and the video monitoring, the audible and visual alarm device does not alarm, and the tank equipment is installed;
if the in-place sensor does not send out an in-place signal or confirms that the tank is not in place through the handheld terminal and the video monitoring, the audible and visual alarm device sends out audible and visual alarm, and the tank equipment is not in place and installed.
