In the present embodiment, the water cooling chamber 81 is installed in the frame 1; the water pump 82 is arranged in the water cooling chamber 81, and the output end of the water pump 82 is communicated with a guide pipe 83; the cooling pipe 84 is arranged in the die 11 and communicated with the guide pipe 83; the refrigerator 85 is installed in the water cooling chamber 81.
The water pump 82 and the refrigerator 85 are turned on, and the refrigerator 85 can cool the cooling water in the water cooling chamber 81. The water pump 82 may drive the cooling water in the water cooling chamber 81 to circulate in the mold 11 and the water cooling chamber 81 through the guide pipe 83 and the cooling pipe 84, so as to improve the cooling effect on the mold 11.
The refrigerator 85 may adopt a water chiller or place ice blocks in the water cooling chamber 81, so as to cool the water in the water cooling chamber 81.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the dust removing unit 5 includes:
a dust removing box 51 installed in the frame, and having a feed inlet 511 and a discharge valve 512 installed at the sides thereof, respectively;
a filter screen 52 slidably connected in the dust box 51;
an opening 53 is provided in the dust box 51.
In this embodiment, the dust-removing box 51 is installed in the frame, and the side surfaces of the dust-removing box are respectively provided with a feed inlet 511 and a discharge valve 512; the filter screen 52 is slidably connected in the dust collection box 51; the opening 53 is formed in the dust box 51.
Dust on the surfaces of the die casting unit 2, the die 11 and the automobile die casting can be attached to the surface of the filter screen 52 under the blowing of the air cooling unit 3, the filter screen 52 can absorb the blown dust, and the filter screen 52 can vibrate under the action of the vibration unit 6, so that the dust on the surface of the filter screen 52 can enter the dust removal box 51 through the opening 53, and dust generated in the processing process can be absorbed.
Purified water may be added to the dust box 51, so that the adsorption effect on dust may be improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the vibration unit 6 includes:
a bracket 61 installed in the frame 1 and having a spool 62 slidably connected therein;
a rubber head 63 mounted on an end of the spool 62;
an elastic member 64 is connected between the rubber head 63 and the bracket 61.
In the present embodiment, the bracket 61 is installed in the frame 1, and the inside is slidably connected with the sliding column 62; the rubber head 63 is mounted at the end of the spool 62; the elastic member 64 is connected between the rubber head 63 and the bracket 61.
When the dust adhered to the surface of the filter screen 52 needs to be removed, the adjusting unit 7 is started, the adjusting unit 7 can drive the sliding column 62 to slide leftwards (leftwards in fig. 6) in the bracket 61 through connection with the sliding column 62, and the sliding column 62 can drive the rubber head 63 to compress the elastic piece 64; when the adjusting unit 7 is separated from the sliding column 62, the elastic piece 64 can push the sliding column 62 to reversely slide (slide rightward) in the bracket 61 through the rubber head 63, so that the rubber head 63 contacts the side surface of the filter screen 52, and dust on the surface of the filter screen 52 can be shaken down into the dust removing box 51 under the action of the rubber head 63, thereby improving the adsorption effect of the filter screen 52 on the dust generated in the processing process.
The elastic member 64 may be a spring or an elastic rubber ring, so that the rubber head 63 drives the sliding column 62 to slide in the bracket 61.
In one embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 6, the adjusting unit 7 includes:
a first rotating lever 71 rotatably connected in the frame 1;
a motor 72 mounted on a side of the frame 1, the first rotating lever 71 being connected to an output end of the motor 72;
a first rotating lever 73 mounted on a surface of the first rotating lever 71;
a second rotating rod 74 rotatably connected to the inside of the frame 1, and a second rotating rod 75 is installed on the surface thereof;
a fixed column 76 installed at a side of the second rotating rod 75;
a link 77 hinged between the end of the second rotary lever 75 and the end of the spool 62.
In this embodiment, the first rotating lever 71 is rotatably connected in the frame 1; the motor 72 is arranged on the side surface of the frame 1, and the first rotating rod 71 is connected to the output end of the motor 72; the first rotating lever 73 is mounted on the surface of the first rotating lever 71; the second rotating rod 74 is rotatably connected in the frame 1, and a second rotating rod 75 is arranged on the surface of the second rotating rod; the fixing post 76 is installed at a side of the second rotating rod 75; the link 77 is hinged between the end of the second rotary lever 75 and the end of the spool 62. In this embodiment, the rotation speed of the motor 72 is not high, and the motor can rotate relatively slowly.
The motor 72 is turned on (the rotation speed of the motor 72 is not high, the motor 72 can rotate slowly), the output end of the motor 72 can drive the first rotating rod 73 to rotate clockwise through the first rotating rod 71, when the first rotating rod 73 rotates to be in contact with the fixed column 76, the fixed column 76 can drive the second rotating rod 75 to drive the second rotating rod 74 to synchronously rotate on the frame 1 under the pushing of the first rotating rod 73, the second rotating rod 75 can drive the sliding column 62 to slide leftwards (leftwards in fig. 6) in the bracket 61 through the connecting rod 77 in the rotating process, and the sliding column 62 can drive the rubber head 63 to compress the elastic piece 64.
Until the fixed column 76 rotates to the other side of the second rotating rod 74 (the upper side of the second rotating rod 74 in fig. 6), when the fixed column 76 rotates to the upper side, the fixed column 76 has no limiting device, so that the elastic member 64 can push the sliding column 62 to slide reversely (slide rightwards) in the bracket 61 through the rubber head 63, and the sliding column 62 can make the second rotating rod 75 drive the second rotating rod 74 to rotate clockwise on the frame 1 through the connection with the connecting rod 77.
The cycle is in turn continued until the first rotary lever 73 is rotated again to contact the fixed post 76 so that the second rotary lever 75 can be rotated again.
The rubber head 63 can intermittently contact with the surface of the filter screen 52, so that dust on the surface of the filter screen 52 can be vibrated into the dust removal box 51, and the adsorption effect of the filter screen 52 on dust generated in the processing process is improved.
The motor 72 in the adjusting unit 7 may be replaced by a handle, and the handle may drive the first rotating rod 71 to rotate in the frame 1.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the automobile die casting is produced and processed, the metal such as copper, zinc, aluminum or aluminum alloy which is heated to be liquid is poured into the feeding opening of the die 11, the driving piece 21 is started, the output end of the driving piece 21 can drive the rotating frame 23 to rotate through the rotating shaft 22, the rotating frame 23 can drive the rotating column 24 on the side face of the rotating frame to synchronously rotate when rotating, the rotating column 24 can rotate in the arc-shaped groove 271 until the rotating column 24 rotates into the transverse groove 272, so that the transverse groove 272 can drive the lifting frame 27 to drive the sliding rod 26 to slide downwards in the supporting frame 25 under the pushing of the rotating column 24, the lifting frame 27 can compress the strong spring 29 when sliding, and the sliding rod 26 can drive the die casting 28 on the end portion of the lifting frame to slide downwards, so that the die casting 28 can perform die casting operation on the automobile die casting in the die 11.
When the mold 11 is cooled, the fan 31 is started, the fan 31 can cool the surfaces of the mold 11 and the die casting unit 2, and meanwhile, volatile gas in the mold 11 can be dispersed, so that air holes of castings are reduced. The heat conduction pipe 32 can transfer heat to the mold 11 and can transfer heat on the mold 11 to the surface of the inner rod 33. So that the heat dissipation of the die 11 and the die casting unit 2 can be quickened. The length of the heat conduction cylinder 32 and the length of the inner rod 33 can be freely adjusted through the telescopic unit 4, and the adjusted length can be automatically positioned. By adjusting the lengths of the heat conduction tube 32 and the inner rod 33, the heat radiation effect of the die 11 can be further adjusted.
The water pump 82 and the refrigerator 85 are turned on, and the refrigerator 85 can cool the cooling water in the water cooling chamber 81. The water pump 82 may drive the cooling water in the water cooling chamber 81 to circulate in the mold 11 and the water cooling chamber 81 through the guide pipe 83 and the cooling pipe 84, so as to improve the cooling effect on the mold 11.
Dust on the surfaces of the die casting unit 2, the die 11 and the automobile die casting can be adhered to the surface of the filter screen 52 under the blowing of the air cooling unit 3, the filter screen 52 can absorb the blown dust, and the filter screen 52 can vibrate under the action of the vibration unit 6, so that the dust on the surface of the filter screen 52 can enter the dust removal box 51 through the opening 53, and the dust absorption effect of the filter screen 52 on dust generated in the processing process is improved.

the die casting unit is connected in the frame in a sliding way and is used for processing a die casting, and comprises a driving piece and is arranged on the frame; the rotating shaft is rotationally connected to the frame, and the end part of the rotating shaft is connected to the output end of the driving piece; the rotating frame is arranged on the rotating shaft, and a rotating column is arranged on the surface of the rotating frame; the support frame is connected in the frame, and the surface of the support frame is connected with a sliding rod in a sliding manner; the lifting frame is arranged at the end part of the sliding rod, and an arc-shaped groove is formed in the surface of the lifting frame; the transverse groove is arranged on the lifting frame and is communicated with the arc-shaped groove, and the rotary column is respectively connected with the arc-shaped groove and the transverse groove in a sliding manner; the die casting is arranged at the other end of the sliding rod; the strong spring is connected between the lifting frame and the die casting;
the air cooling unit is arranged in the frame and used for cooling the die casting unit and the die in an air manner, and comprises a fan arranged in the frame; the heat conduction cylinder is connected in the die through threads, and an inner rod is connected inside the heat conduction cylinder through a telescopic unit;
the water cooling unit is arranged in the frame and used for water-cooling the die, and comprises a water cooling chamber which is arranged in the frame; the water pump is arranged in the water cooling chamber, and the output end of the water pump is communicated with the guide pipe; the cooling pipe is arranged in the die and is communicated with the guide pipe; the refrigerator is arranged in the water cooling chamber;
the dust removing unit is arranged in the frame and used for removing dust from the die casting unit and the air cooling unit, and comprises a dust removing box which is arranged in the frame, and a feed inlet and a discharge valve are respectively arranged on the side surfaces of the dust removing box; the filter screen is connected in the dust removal box in a sliding way; an opening formed in the dust removing box;
the vibration unit is connected in the frame in a sliding way and is intermittently connected with the dust removing unit and used for driving the dust removing unit to vibrate, and the vibration unit comprises a bracket, is installed in the frame and is internally connected with a sliding column in a sliding way; a rubber head mounted at an end of the spool; the elastic piece is connected between the rubber head and the bracket;
the adjusting unit is rotationally connected in the frame and connected with the vibration unit and used for driving the vibration unit to slide, and the adjusting unit comprises a first rotating rod which is rotationally connected in the frame; the motor is arranged on the side surface of the frame, and the first rotating rod is connected to the output end of the motor; a first rotating lever installed on a surface of the first rotating lever; the second rotating rod is rotatably connected in the rack, and a second rotating rod is arranged on the surface of the second rotating rod; the fixed column is arranged on the side surface of the second rotary rod; and the connecting rod is hinged between the end part of the second rotating rod and the end part of the sliding column.

the concave hole is formed in the heat conduction cylinder, and an inner groove is formed in the inner side of the concave hole;
the first chute is arranged between the end part of the concave hole and the inner groove;
the second chute is arranged at the other end of the concave hole;
the elastic sheet rod is rotationally connected to the inner rod;
the connecting frame is fixed on the inner rod, elastic rubber is arranged on the side surface of the connecting frame, and the elastic rubber is connected with the surface of the elastic sheet rod in a sliding manner;
the rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the inner rod, and a rotating frame is arranged on the surface of the rotating shaft;
the positioning column is arranged on the rotating frame and is connected with the inner groove in a sliding manner;
the third inclined groove is formed in the side face of the rotating frame;
the positioning groove is arranged on the other side of the rotating frame and is connected with the third inclined groove.
