Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of steel processing, in particular to a hot-rolled thin-wall H-shaped steel rolling system and a grinding tool device thereof. As shown in fig. 1 and 9, the guide frame 61 is symmetrically provided with an adapting mechanism 7 for assisting the sanding belt 62 to sand the H-shaped steel, and the adapting mechanism 7 comprises a guide sleeve 71 symmetrically arranged on the guide frame 61; a guide bar 72 slidably disposed in the guide sleeve 71, connected to the sanding belt 62, and capable of sliding in synchronization with the sanding belt 62; and set up in between the uide bushing 71 with the guide bar 72, can oppress the pressure spring 73 of dull polish area 62 and H shaped steel lateral wall contact, when H shaped steel and dull polish area 62 take place to contact and strut it to both sides, guide bar 72 can move along with dull polish area 62 to make pressure spring 73 compress holds the power, make dull polish area 62 and H shaped steel contact, accomplish polishing when H shaped steel carries forward, and pressure spring 73's stiffness coefficient is enough to support dull polish area 62 and accomplish the clearance to burr and protruding granule on the H shaped steel lateral wall.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the conveying base 1 is provided with a pushing mechanism 5 for pushing the H-section steel to approach the polishing mechanism 3, and the pushing mechanism 5 comprises a driving motor 51 for providing power for pushing the H-section steel; the bearing seats 52 are symmetrically arranged on the conveying base 1 in a welding mode; a sprocket 53 rotatably provided on the bearing seat 52 and connected to an output shaft of the driving motor 51; a chain 54 wound around the two sprockets 53; and the push plate 55 can move along with the chain 54 and is contacted with the H-shaped steel, the driving motor 51 is started, the chain wheel 53 on the output shaft of the driving motor 51 starts to rotate, the chain 54 is driven to start to operate, the push plate 55 moves along with the chain 54, is contacted with the H-shaped steel in the moving process, pushes the H-shaped steel to slide forwards, and avoids the H-shaped steel from being pressed to retreat when being polished by the polishing wheel 33.
As shown in fig. 1, 10 and 11, the conveying base 1 is provided with a swinging mechanism 8, the swinging mechanism 8 comprises limit rollers 81 symmetrically arranged at two sides of a chain wheel 53 connected with an output shaft of the driving motor 51, and the two limit rollers 81 are provided with annular grooves inclined in the same direction; and with spacing roller 81 cooperation, and can be in carry the gliding extrusion frame 82 of left and right on the base 1, extrusion frame 82 is close to roll 23 end is located in the annular groove on the spacing roller 81, the lower part and the H shaped steel contact of extrusion frame 82, when sprocket 53 rotates, spacing roller 81 rotates and can rotate in step, and under the influence in the annular groove, extrusion frame 82 can follow spacing roller 81 rotates and drives H shaped steel and be in carry the base 1 and slide about, make the grinding wheel 33 that is slightly less than H shaped steel recess can with every part contact of H shaped steel recess inner wall and accomplish the polishing.
As shown in fig. 1, 12 and 13, an auxiliary discharging mechanism 9 is arranged at the tail end of the guide frame 61, and the auxiliary discharging mechanism 9 comprises a supporting frame 93 connected with the tail end of the guide frame 61; two discharging rollers 91 which are arranged on the supporting frame 93 in a rotating manner and are matched with each other, cylindrical soft rubber pads are uniformly arranged on the two discharging rollers 91, the rotating directions of the two discharging rollers 91 are opposite, and the height of the bottom discharging roller 91 is the same as the height of the guide frame 61, so that H-shaped steel can smoothly pass through the guide frame; and a power box 92 connected to the output shafts of the two discharging rollers 91 and providing power for the rotation of the two rollers; the power box 92 is utilized to drive the two discharging rollers 91 to rotate, after the H-shaped steel loses thrust, the soft rubber pad on the discharging roller 91 can be contacted with the H-shaped steel during rotation and is driven forward, so that the H-shaped steel can be fed forward.

It is to be understood that this disclosure is not limited to the particular arrangements, instrumentalities and implementations described herein; on the contrary, the disclosure is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A hot-rolled thin-wall H-shaped steel rolling system comprises a conveying base (1) and a rolling mechanism (2) for rolling and forming heated steel blanks; a plurality of rollers are uniformly arranged on the conveying base (1) at intervals;
the method is characterized in that: the rolling mechanism (2) comprises rolling wheels (23) which are arranged on the conveying base (1) in a rotating manner and can be matched with each other to roll steel blanks into H-shaped steel; the rolling barrels (24) are symmetrically arranged on the conveying base (1) and used for rolling and flattening the side walls of the H-shaped steel; a servomotor (21) mounted on the conveying base (1) for powering the rotation of the rolling wheel (23); and a gear box I (22) which is connected with the two rolling wheels (23) which are matched with each other and rotates the two rolling wheels through tooth transmission;
the rolling wheel (23) is divided into an outer wheel and an inner wheel, and the width of the inner wheel is larger than that of the outer wheel; each group of rolling wheels (23) is connected through a gear box I (22), the gear boxes I (22) are in transmission through belt pulleys, and an output shaft of one gear box I (22) is connected with an output shaft of the servo motor (21).
2. A hot rolled thin wall H-section steel rolling system as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the conveying base (1) is provided with a cooling mechanism (4) capable of rapidly cooling rolled H-shaped steel, and the cooling mechanism (4) comprises a water pipe (41) which can be communicated with an external water source; nozzles (42) which are arranged at two outlets of the water delivery pipe (41) and can pressurize and spray out water flow; and a water-jet pipe group (43) connected to the water pipe (41) through a pipe;
the nozzle (42) can be used for pressurizing and spraying water flow so as to form a droplet flow, and the droplet flow is impacted on the surface of the H-shaped steel and cooled; the water spray pipe groups (43) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the conveying base (1), and a plurality of through holes are uniformly formed in the water spray pipe groups (43).
3. The grinding tool device of the hot-rolled thin-wall H-shaped steel rolling system comprises a grinding mechanism (3) capable of grinding burrs and raised particles in H-shaped steel rolled by the hot-rolled thin-wall H-shaped steel rolling system according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein the grinding mechanism (3) comprises mounting frames (31) symmetrically arranged at the output end of the H-shaped steel of the conveying base (1); grinding wheels (33) which are symmetrically arranged on the mounting frame (31) in a rotating manner and are matched with each other; a driving box (32) connected with one end of the rotating shaft of the two grinding wheels (33) and used for providing power for the rotation of the two grinding wheels; and a gear case II (34) connected to the other end of the rotation shaft of the two grinding wheels (33)
The polishing wheel (33) is also divided into an outer wheel and an inner wheel, the width of the outer wheel is slightly smaller than the width of the H-shaped steel recess, and the distance between the outer wheel and the inner wheel is the same as the depth of the H-shaped steel recess.
4. The hot rolled thin wall H-section steel rolling system grinding apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the side grinding mechanism (6) can grind the two outer side walls of the H-shaped steel, and the side grinding mechanism (6) comprises a guide frame (61) which is arranged on the mounting frame (31) and used for guiding the H-shaped steel forwards; and the sanding belts (62) are symmetrically arranged on the guide frame (61) and can contact with the side wall of the H-shaped steel and sand the side wall of the H-shaped steel.

The hot rolled thin wall H-section steel rolling system grinding apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein: guide grooves (63) are symmetrically formed in the guide frame (61); the frosted band (62) can slide in the guide groove (63), and the frosted band (62) is initially inclined, and the opening near the H-shaped steel end is larger, so that the H-shaped steel can be guided.

The hot rolled thin wall H-section steel rolling system grinding apparatus as claimed in claim 5 wherein: the guide frame (61) is symmetrically provided with an adaptation mechanism (7) for assisting the sanding belt (62) to sand the H-shaped steel, and the adaptation mechanism (7) comprises guide sleeves (71) symmetrically arranged on the guide frame (61); a guide rod (72) which is slidably disposed in the guide sleeve (71), is connected to the sanding belt (62), and is capable of sliding in synchronization with the sanding belt (62); and a pressure spring (73) provided between the guide bush (71) and the guide rod (72) and capable of pressing the sanding belt (62) into contact with the side wall of the H-beam.
7. The hot rolled thin wall H-section steel rolling system grinding apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein: a pushing mechanism (5) for pushing the H-shaped steel to approach the polishing mechanism (3) is arranged on the conveying base (1), and the pushing mechanism (5) comprises a driving motor (51) for providing power for pushing the H-shaped steel; the bearing seats (52) are symmetrically arranged on the conveying base (1); a sprocket (53) rotatably provided on the carrier (52) and connected to the output shaft of the drive motor (51); a chain (54) wound around the two sprockets (53); and a push plate (55) movable with the chain (54) and contacting the H-shaped steel.

The hot rolled thin wall H-section steel rolling system grinding apparatus as claimed in claim 7 wherein: the conveying base (1) is provided with a swinging mechanism (8), and the swinging mechanism (8) comprises limit rollers (81) symmetrically arranged at two sides of a chain wheel (53) connected with an output shaft of the driving motor (51); and an extrusion frame (82) which cooperates with the limit roller (81) and can slide left and right on the conveying base (1).

The hot rolled thin wall H-section steel rolling system grinding apparatus as claimed in claim 8 wherein: annular grooves inclined in the same direction are formed in the two limit rollers (81); the extrusion frame (82) is positioned in an annular groove on the limit roller (81) near the end of the rolling wheel (23); the lower part of the extrusion frame (82) is in contact with the H-shaped steel, and the extrusion frame (82) can rotate along with the limit roller (81) to drive the H-shaped steel to slide left and right on the conveying base (1).
10. The hot rolled thin wall H-section steel rolling system grinding apparatus as claimed in claim 5 wherein: an auxiliary discharging mechanism (9) is arranged at the tail end of the guide frame (61), and the auxiliary discharging mechanism (9) comprises a supporting frame (93) connected with the tail end of the guide frame (61); two discharging rollers (91) which are arranged on the supporting frame (93) in a rotating manner and are matched with each other; and a power box (92) which is connected with the output shafts of the two discharging rollers (91) and provides power for the rotation of the two rollers;
cylindrical soft rubber pads are uniformly arranged on the two discharging rollers (91), and the rotation directions of the two discharging rollers (91) are opposite.
