A surgical auxiliary device according to claim 3, wherein the positioning assembly is movably connected to the tail end of the lower limb fixing assembly (40) and is matched with the magnetic attraction portion (180), the bed body (10) comprises a first bed plate (110) and a second bed plate (120) which are oppositely arranged, supporting legs (130) are arranged at the bottoms of the first bed plate (110) and the second bed plate (120), a movable wheel (140) with locking assemblies is arranged at the supporting ends of the supporting legs (130), a distance adjusting assembly (150) is connected between the first bed plate (110) and the second bed plate (120), a telescopic plate (160) is further connected between the first bed plate (110) and the second bed plate (120), and a limit rod (170) is further connected between the first bed plate (110) and the second bed plate (120) in a sliding manner; the distance adjusting assembly (150) comprises a first screw seat (151) and a second screw seat (152) which are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the first bed plate (110) and the second bed plate (120), and a driving screw rod (153) is connected between the first screw seat (151) and the second screw seat (152) in a threaded manner; the upper limb fixing assembly (20) comprises an upper limb rotating seat (210) which is rotationally connected to the top of the first bed plate (110), the upper limb rotating seat (210) is fixedly connected with the output end of the first rotator (30), an upper limb fixing seat (220) is movably connected to the upper limb rotating seat (210), one end, far away from the upper limb rotating seat (210), of the upper limb fixing seat (220) is slidably connected with a first sliding rod (230), and the lower limb fixing assembly (40) comprises a lower limb rotating seat (410) which is rotationally connected to the top of the second bed plate (120), a thigh fixing assembly (420) which is movably connected to the lower limb rotating seat (410) and a shank fixing assembly (430) which is movably connected to one end, far away from the lower limb rotating seat (410), of the thigh fixing assembly (420); the thigh fixing assembly (420) comprises a thigh fixing seat (421) movably connected to the lower limb rotating seat (410), a second sliding rod (422) slidably connected to one end, far away from the lower limb rotating seat (410), of the thigh fixing seat (421), and a thigh adjusting seat (423) fixedly connected to one end, far away from the thigh fixing seat (421), of the second sliding rod (422); the shank fixing assembly (430) comprises a shank fixing seat (431) movably connected to one end, far away from the second sliding rod (422), of the thigh adjusting seat (423), and a third sliding rod (432) slidably connected to the shank fixing seat (431) and far away from one end of the thigh adjusting seat (423).
5. The surgical auxiliary device according to claim 4, wherein an end of the first sliding rod (230) far away from the upper limb fixing seat (220) is fixedly connected with an upper limb adjusting seat (240), and a first magic adhesive tape (250) is arranged on the upper limb adjusting seat (240).
6. A surgical assistance device according to claim 4, characterized in that the thigh fixing unit (420) further comprises a second velcro tape (424) provided on the thigh fixing base (421) and the thigh adjusting base (423).

The surgical assist device as recited in claim 6, wherein the shank fixation assembly (430) further comprises a shank adjustment socket (433) fixedly coupled to the third slide bar (432) and distal to the shank fixation socket (431), and a third magic tape (434) mounted on the shank fixation socket (431) and the shank adjustment socket (433).

A surgical auxiliary device according to claim 7, wherein the positioning assembly comprises an electromagnet (50) movably connected to an end of the lower leg adjustment seat (433) remote from the third sliding rod (432), and the electromagnet (50) is attracted to the magnetic attraction portion (180) when energized.

The surgical auxiliary device according to claim 8, wherein a headrest (111) is disposed on the first bed plate (110), a supporting plate (121) for supporting the waist and buttocks is fixedly mounted on the top of the second bed plate (120), and the supporting plate (121) is disposed above the lower limb rotating seat (410).
10. The surgical assist device of claim 4 wherein the junction of the upper limb rotation mount (210) and the upper limb fixation mount (220) is provided with a second rotator (60).
