The signal lamp 54 is disposed on a line connected between the self-priming pump 51 and the storage battery 52, and is used for indicating on-off of the line, for example, the flashing of the signal lamp 54 achieves a warning effect; the housing 55 is provided with the storage battery 52 and the self-priming pump 51 therein, and the outside of the wall is provided with a control switch 53 and a signal lamp 54; the inner wall of the housing 55 is at least partially coated with a vibration-damping and noise-isolating layer, which is used for isolating or reducing vibration and noise generated by the operation of the self-priming pump 51, and the vibration-damping and noise-isolating layer can be laid on all inner walls of the housing 55 according to needs, or the position where the self-priming pump 51 is fixed can be provided with the vibration-damping and noise-isolating layer according to needs, which is not limited in the application. That is, the battery 52 and the self-priming pump 51 are enclosed in a housing 55, and a control switch 53 and a signal lamp 54 are provided on the wall of the housing 55. Therefore, the storage battery 52 and the self-priming pump 51 are protected, the working end of the self-priming pump 51 is connected to the quick connector through a pipeline, and a damping and noise-isolating layer is arranged on the inner wall of the shell 55, so that discomfort brought by a pilot due to vibration generated when the self-priming pump 51 works is reduced.
Illustratively, self-priming pump 51 is a diaphragm pump and signal lamp 54 is an LED lamp; the housing 55 is made of polycarbonate material, and the shock-absorbing and noise-insulating layer is made of rubber or foam.
In this embodiment, the fixed urine sheath assembly 2 forms a urine collection chamber, the suction device 5 pumps the urine in the urine collection chamber into the urine storage bag 3 through the urinary catheter 4 via the quick connector, and the quick connector is a one-way quick connector so as to prevent the urine in the urine storage bag 3 from flowing back into the urinary catheter 4.
In one embodiment, the quick connectors comprise a first quick connector 61 and a second quick connector 62, wherein the first quick connector 61 is arranged at the end part of the catheter 4 and is connected with the water inlet of the suction device 5 and the water outlet of the catheter 4, and the second quick connector 62 is arranged on the urine storage bag 3 and is connected with the water outlet of the suction device 5 and the water inlet of the urine storage bag 3; the first quick connector 61 and the second quick connector 62 are respectively provided with a pressing handle, and the pressing handles on the first quick connector 61 or the second quick connector 62 are used for correspondingly unlocking the first quick connector 61 or the second quick connector 62, so that the water inlet of the suction device 5 is connected with the first quick connector 61 quickly, and the water outlet of the suction device 5 is connected with the second quick connector 62 quickly.
It should be noted that the first quick connector 61 and the second quick connector 62 are conventional unidirectional quick connectors, that is, only capable of allowing urine to pass through unidirectionally, but not backflow, and the quick connector having the function of a unidirectional valve is already available on the market, and the present application is not limited thereto. In addition, the quick release 63 used in the present application is also a conventional quick release, and the present application is not limited thereto.
Illustratively, the first quick connector 61 and the second quick connector 62 have the same structure, and the first and second quick connectors are used for distinguishing the quick connectors for convenience, and the self-priming pump 51 extends out of two pipelines, wherein one pipeline is a water inlet pipeline, the other pipeline is a water outlet pipeline, one end of the water inlet pipeline, which is far away from the self-priming pump 51, is a water inlet, and one end of the water outlet pipe, which is far away from the self-priming pump 51, is a water outlet. Thus, when the water inlet of the self-sucking pump 51 is connected with the catheter 4 through the first quick connector 61, the water outlet of the self-sucking pump 51 is connected with the urine storage bag 3 through the second quick connector 62, a urine passage can be formed, and when the self-sucking pump 51 works, urine firstly enters the catheter 4 through the suction pipe 23, and then, the urine in the catheter 4 enters the urine storage bag 3 after passing through the self-sucking pump 51.
The pressing handle is an unlocking structure of the quick connector, and the pressing handle can select other unlocking modes according to needs, for example, when the quick connector is replaced by other quick connectors with quick connector structures, the pressing handle is replaced by unlocking pieces corresponding to the quick connectors. That is, the existing quick connector can be adjusted according to the need, and the application is not limited to this, and only needs to be able to realize quick plugging and disassembling of the pipeline and the quick connector.
Examples
The urine collecting and treating device described in this embodiment comprises a panty body 1, a fixed urisheath assembly 2, a urine storage bag 3, a urinary catheter 4 and a suction device 5.
Specifically, selecting a suitable underpants size; the fixed urine sleeve component 2 and the underpants body 1 are installed, specifically, the fixed bag cover 13 on the urine sleeve fixed bag 12 is opened, then the fixed urine sleeve component 2 is placed in the urine sleeve fixed bag 12, and then the fixed bag cover 13 and the urine sleeve fixed bag 12 are covered, so that the underpants body 1 and the fixed urine sleeve component 2 are assembled.
Next, the underpants body 1 is worn, and the vulva portion is put into the urisheath 22 through the opening 11. In a narrow space such as an airplane, the fixed bag cover 13 is opened, the catheter 4 is connected through the quick connector arranged on the urine sleeve 22, the catheter 4 is adjusted to be directed to the left hand side, the rotation of the catheter 4 to the left hand side is confirmed, the crotch zipper of one-hand clothes is confirmed, the outer water pipe of the urine sleeve 22 assembly can be taken out by one hand, and the fact that the catheter 4 is not pressed by the clothes and the urine sleeve 22 and the sleeve 21 are not pressed is confirmed.
The operation process comprises the following steps: pulling open the crotch zipper of the outer layer by one hand, taking out the catheter 4, taking out the suction device 5, butting the water inlet of the suction device 5 with the quick connector at the end part of the catheter 4, opening the switch of the suction device 5 upwards, and putting the suction device 5 on the left thigh;
an empty urine storage bag 3 is taken out, the quick connector of the urine storage bag 3 is well connected with the water outlet of the suction device 5 in a butt joint mode, and the suction device 5 is opened and closed upwards. Otherwise, if the urine storage bag 3 is inverted, the quick connector of the urinary catheter 4 and the quick connector of the urine storage bag 3 are replaced, namely, the thumb presses the quick connector pressing handle of the urinary catheter 4 again to detach the quick connector of the urinary catheter 4, then the quick connector pressing handle of the urine storage bag 3 is pressed to detach the urine bag, and the urine bag is connected with the suction device 5 again; the suction device 5 is held by the left hand, the control switch 53 is stirred, at the moment, the suction device 5 starts to work, the human body starts to urinate again, the control switch 53 is stirred until the urination is finished, the suction device 5 stops working, and then the bag body of the urine pinching bag is manually pressed to squeeze out part of air in the urine pinching bag.
The urine storage bag 3 is disassembled by pressing the quick connector pressing handle of the urine bag with the thumb, the used urine storage bag 3 is placed in a storage box, then, the suction device 5 is disassembled by pressing the quick connector pressing handle of the catheter 4 with the thumb again, and the suction device 5 is placed in a storage position; the catheter 4 is put back into the garment and the crotch zipper is pulled.
The used suction device 5 should suck medical hydrogen peroxide solution for 2 to 3 times and cleaning for 1 to 2 minutes each time. The underpants body 1, the fixed urine sleeve component 2 and the urine storage bag 3 are disposable articles, and are used up and thrown away.
The suction device 5 of the urine collecting and treating device should suck medical 2.5% -3% concentration hydrogen peroxide for cleaning or suck medical alcohol for cleaning. In summary, the urine collecting and treating device provided by the application has the following beneficial effects:
1. the application solves the problems of urination and urine collection in the closed cabin and the long-time driving state in the cabin.
2. The application is effectively suitable for the sealed cabin and the sitting position urination environment in the cabin under the long-time driving state.
3. The application has the functions of urine collection and treatment.
4. The urine in the urine collecting bag does not overflow and flow back, and no liquid overflows in a high-speed and large overload state.
5. The application provides a suction device which is miniaturized.
6. The application has the function of sitting posture urination.
7. The urine sleeve body is comfortable, and has the functions of flame retardance, static electricity resistance, bacteria resistance and deodorization.

Claims (10)
1. A urine collection and disposal device, comprising:
an underpants body having an opening in the front;
the fixed urine sleeve component is arranged at the opening and is connected with the underpants body;
a urine storage bag for storing urine;
one end of the catheter is communicated with the fixed urine sleeve component through the quick-dismantling piece, and the other end of the catheter is communicated with the urine storage bag through the quick connector;
the suction device is communicated with the quick connector; wherein,
the fixed urine sleeve component forms a urine collection cavity, the suction device pumps the urine in the urine collection cavity into the urine storage bag through the quick connector, and the quick connector is a one-way quick connector so as to prevent the urine in the urine storage bag from flowing back into the urine storage bag.
2. The urine collection and disposal device of claim 1, wherein said panty body further comprises:
a urisheath fixing pouch surrounding the open area such that the fixing urisheath assembly is positioned within the urisheath fixing pouch surrounding area, wherein the urisheath fixing pouch has a through-hole therein that is internally and externally linked such that the fixing urisheath assembly is positioned within the urisheath fixing pouch through the through-hole;
the fixed bag cover is used for covering the through hole so as to isolate the inside of the urine cover fixed bag from the outside.
3. The urine collection and disposal device of claim 1, wherein said urisheath retaining bag comprises:
the sleeve is arranged in the urine sleeve fixing bag and is arranged along the direction of emergent urine, and the inner wall of the sleeve is adhered with the fabric which is the same as the underwear main body;
the urine sleeve is sleeved on the sleeve and is in an egg shape with a big top and a small bottom and is used for prolonging the sleeve and temporarily storing urine;
and the suction pipe is arranged on the urine sleeve, one end of the suction pipe is arranged at the bottom of the urine sleeve and communicated with the urine sleeve, and the other end of the suction pipe is communicated with the catheter through the quick-dismantling piece and used for guiding urine in the urine sleeve into the catheter.
4. The urine collection and treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the urine storage bag is provided with a hanging hole or a hanging hook, the hanging hole or the hanging hook is used for hanging the urine storage bag, and the urine storage bag is made of transparent materials;
the urine storage bag is characterized in that a waterproof breathable film is further arranged on the urine storage bag, the waterproof breathable film is arranged on the top wall of the urine storage bag, and the waterproof breathable film is used for exhausting air to the outside of the urine storage bag after urine is stored in the urine storage bag.
5. A urine collection and disposal device according to claim 1, wherein the aspiration device comprises:
the self-priming pump is connected with the quick connector and is used for pumping urine into the urine storage bag;
the storage battery is connected with the self-priming pump and is used for supplying power to the self-priming pump;
and the control switch is arranged on a circuit for connecting the self-priming pump with the storage battery and is used for controlling the on-off of the self-priming pump.
6. The urine collection and disposal device of claim 5, wherein said aspiration device further comprises:
the signal lamp is arranged on a circuit connected with the self-priming pump and the storage battery and used for indicating the on-off of the circuit;
a housing in which the storage battery and the self-priming pump are disposed, and the control switch and the signal lamp are disposed outside the wall; the shell inner wall is at least partially coated with a damping and noise-insulating layer, and the damping and noise-insulating layer is used for insulating or reducing vibration and noise generated by the self-priming pump.
7. The urine collection and disposal device of claim 6, wherein said self-priming pump is a diaphragm pump; the signal lamp is an LED lamp; the shell is made of polycarbonate material.
8. A urine collection and disposal device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the urinary catheter is a flexible urinary catheter and the urinary catheter is of polyethylene material.
9. A urine collection treatment device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, in which the urine storage bag is of polyurethane rubberized fabric material.
10. The urine collection and treatment device according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the quick connector comprises a first quick connector and a second quick connector, the first quick connector is arranged at the end of the catheter and is connected with the water inlet of the suction device and the water outlet of the catheter, and the second quick connector is arranged on the urine storage bag and is connected with the water outlet of the suction device and the water inlet of the urine storage bag; the first quick connector and the second quick connector are respectively provided with a pressing handle, and the first quick connector or the pressing handle on the second quick connector is used for correspondingly unlocking the first quick connector or the second quick connector so that the water inlet of the suction device is connected with the first quick connector quickly, and the water outlet of the suction device is connected with the second quick connector quickly.
