In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. The invention may be embodied in many other forms than described herein without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention as defined in the following claims.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention discloses a lifting type insect egg plant lamp, which comprises: the electric appliance box 11 is internally provided with a roller crawling device 12, the roller crawling device 12 is connected with a truss 10 of a shed roof, the lower side of the electric appliance box 11 is provided with a rotary driving device 13, an output shaft of the rotary driving device 13 is connected with a rope collector 14, the rope collector 14 can be provided with a turbine worm type self-locking transmission mechanism, the rope collector 14 is connected with a combined lamp body 20 through a composite rope 16, and the composite rope 16 is wound up and stored in the rope collector 14;
the compound rope 16 is internally provided with a wire, the wire is wrapped by a protective sheath, the electric box 11 is internally provided with a main driving plate, a main power supply and a communication plate, and the roller crawling device 12, the rotary driving device 13 and the rope collector 14 are electrically connected with the electric box 11;
the combined lamp body 20 is provided with an electric appliance barrel 201, a control board and a driver are arranged in the electric appliance barrel 201, the electric appliance barrel 201 is electrically connected with the electric appliance box 11 through the composite rope 16, the lower side of the electric appliance barrel 201 is connected with a mounting barrel 202, the outer side of the mounting barrel 202 is provided with a connecting component 210, and a lamp holder 301 is rotatably connected to the connecting component 210;
the connection assembly 210 is provided with a first connection arm 220 and a second connection arm 230, the first connection arm 220 and the second connection arm 230 are obliquely arranged towards the lower side, a driving motor 221 and an angle sensor 223 are arranged in a cavity of the first connection arm 220, an output shaft of the driving motor 221 is fixedly connected with one end of the lamp holder 301 through a speed reducer 222, the angle sensor 223 is used for detecting the rotation angle of the lamp holder 301, and the second connection arm 230 is rotationally connected with the other end of the lamp holder 301;

It should be noted that, the roller crawling device 12, the rotation driving device 13, and the rope winding device 14 are existing motor driving devices, and therefore, will not be described in detail herein. The rotation speed of the rotation driving device 13 is slow, typically 1-3min, when the combination lamp body 20 is driven to rotate, so as to ensure that the composite rope 16 is not wound and is too tight. The first connecting arm 220 and the second connecting arm 230 are inclined to the lower side at an angle of typically 30-70 deg. in order to avoid excessive scraping of the free end against the leaves when they are moved upwards.
It should be noted that the outer sheath of the composite cord 16 comprises, in order from the outside to the inside: the fiber woven cloth layer, the rubber protective layer and the electromagnetic shielding layer are used for guaranteeing the strength of the composite rope and protecting the transmission wires inside. As shown in fig. 1, a rope fixing device 15 is disposed at a rope opening of the rope collecting device 14, the rope fixing device 15 is used for limiting and fixing the composite rope 16, and the rope fixing device 15 may be an electromagnetic/motor type limiting clamp.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2-4, the mounting cylinder 202 is provided with a body sensor 240 (infrared type), the body sensor 240 is disposed at the lower side of the connection assembly 210, and the body sensor 240 is electrically connected with the electrical cylinder 201; a first sensor group 401 is disposed at the free end of the first connecting arm 220, a second sensor group 402 is disposed at the free end of the second connecting arm 230, the first sensor group and the second sensor group are electrically connected with the electrical appliance barrel 201, and the first sensor group and the second sensor group include: a proximity sensor and an ultraviolet radiation sensor for detecting the intensity of ultraviolet light from the surroundings and from the upper side.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a heat dissipation portion 302 (several aluminum heat dissipation fins) is disposed at the lower end surface of the lamp base 301, a heat dissipation fan 203 is disposed in the mounting cylinder 202, an air inlet of the heat dissipation fan 203 is disposed at the bottom surface of the mounting cylinder 202, and an air outlet 205 of the heat dissipation fan 203 is disposed at the side surface of the mounting cylinder 202 and opposite to the lamp base 301, so as to provide heat dissipation to the uvc lamp; further, an air inlet cover 204 is installed at the air inlet of the cooling fan 203, and the air inlet cover 204 is in a horn shape and has a large opening facing outward, so as to avoid sucking branches and leaves as much as possible. The lamp holder 301 is internally provided with a temperature sensor electrically connected with the electrical appliance barrel 201, and when the uvc lamp panel 310 is overheated, the heat dissipation fan 203 is started to dissipate heat.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1-9, the main driving board is operated with a lighting control system, and the lighting control system includes:
s010, automatically illuminating, and controlling the uvc lamp panel to illuminate by a system according to a preset on-off time period (19 hours-5 hours in the early morning) and an illumination time period (3-10 minutes each time);
s011, pitching illumination mode, wherein the system controls (between 0 and 90 degrees) the lamp holder 301 to rotate and stay according to preset pitching illumination angles, and each pitching illumination angle corresponds to one illumination time period;
s012, a rotary lighting mode, wherein the system controls the rotary driving device 13 to slowly rotate the combined lamp body 20 according to a preset left and right lighting angle, and the rotation rate is generally 1 minute for one circle;
s020, third party lighting control, the system performs lighting control on the uvc light panel 310 according to control data sent by the third party, wherein the lighting control comprises: illumination direction, illumination duration, illumination on-off time point and brightness intensity;
s030, brightness control, wherein the system controls the brightness intensity of the uvc lamp panel 310 when in illumination according to the data collected by the ultraviolet radiation sensor;
s031, the system is provided with a plurality of uvc measuring step sections, each uvc measuring step section corresponds to different uvc illumination intensity gears, the system judges that the current uvc index falls on the uvc measuring step section through judging the voltage/current signal input by the ultraviolet radiation sensor, and then obtains the corresponding uvc illumination intensity gears through the corresponding uvc measuring step section;
s040, controlling the height, wherein the system controls the rope collector 14 to work according to preset parameters;
s041, in a height automatic mode, the system controls the stay height and the stay time length of the combined lamp body 20 according to preset parameters, wherein each stay height corresponds to one stay time length;
s042, in a high third party mode, the system controls the stay height and stay time of the combined lamp body 20 according to control data input by a third party;
s050, a close range mode, wherein the system acquires the distance between the lamp holder 301 and the branches and leaves according to the signal input by the proximity sensor, and if the system judges that the distance is too short (the distance from the upper side leaves is less than or equal to 5 cm), the system controls the uvc lamp panel 310 to simultaneously start the pitching illumination mode and the rotating illumination mode during illumination, and the mode is generally used in a crop greenhouse with dense branches and leaves so as to execute movable illumination, so that the condition that the intensity of single illumination is too high in the close range is avoided;
s060, temporarily suspending, judging whether a person approaches the combined lamp body 20 by the system according to the human body sensor 240, if the system judges that the person approaches the combined lamp body 20, turning off the illumination of the uvc lamp panel 310 and executing a work suspending record by the system, and outputting a reminder to an external control terminal by the system;
and S061, after the system turns off the illumination of the uvc lamp panel 310 and executes the work pause record, if an external control terminal inputs a resume signal or the system judges that no person approaches the combined lamp body 20 in a preset time period through the human body proximity sensor 240, the system resumes the pause work and the illumination of the uvc lamp panel 310.
In particular, the main driving board is provided with a lighting control system, and the lighting control system can also be an existing conventional lamplight lighting control system.
In summary, by designing the lifting type insect egg-killing plant lamp, illumination control on a plurality of illumination directions is realized on the uvc lamp, so that the illumination coverage of a single lamp body is improved, and then the upper branches and leaves are illuminated at fixed time and in a directional manner through the uvc lamp, so that the insect egg-killing efficiency and effect of the uvc lamp are improved, and the influence on crops is reduced; through truss-type installation, roller crawling device, rotary driving device and rope collector, uvc lamp can be flexibly adjusted in the middle of crops, and meanwhile, the influence of lamp body on staff in daytime is avoided; by configuring the sensor and the corresponding software control system, the automatic illumination control of the uvc lamp is realized, and meanwhile, the irradiation of crops for a long time, a short distance and high intensity is avoided, and the irradiation of close people during working is avoided.

the connecting assembly is provided with a first connecting arm and a second connecting arm, the first connecting arm and the second connecting arm are obliquely arranged towards the lower side, a driving motor and an angle sensor are arranged in a cavity of the first connecting arm, an output shaft of the driving motor is fixedly connected with one end of the lamp holder through a speed reducer, the angle sensor is used for detecting the rotating angle of the lamp holder, and the second connecting arm is rotatably connected with the other end of the lamp holder;
the upper end face of lamp stand is provided with the recess, the lamp stand with the one end department that the second linking arm is connected is provided with the line hole, install uvc lamp plate in the recess, fixed mounting has the light-passing board on the recess, driving motor angle sensor with uvc lamp plate with the electric appliance section of thick bamboo electricity is connected.

4. A suspended-type insect egg plant lamp as set forth in claim 3, wherein the main drive plate is provided with a lighting control system, the lighting control system comprising:
s010, automatically illuminating, wherein the system controls the uvc lamp panel to illuminate according to a preset on-off time period and an illumination time period;
s011, a pitching illumination mode, wherein the system controls the lamp holder to rotate and stay according to preset pitching illumination angles, and each pitching illumination angle corresponds to one illumination time period;
s012, rotating an illumination mode, wherein the system controls the rotation driving device to slowly rotate the combined lamp body according to a preset left-right illumination angle;
s020, third party lighting control, the system carries out lighting control on the uvc lamp panel according to control data sent by the third party, wherein the lighting control comprises: illumination direction, illumination duration, illumination on-off time point and brightness intensity;
s030, brightness control, wherein the system controls the brightness intensity of the uvc lamp panel during illumination according to the data collected by the ultraviolet radiation sensor;
s031, the system is provided with a plurality of uvc measuring step sections, each uvc measuring step section corresponds to different uvc illumination intensity gears, the system judges that the current uvc index falls on the uvc measuring step section through judging the voltage/current signal input by the ultraviolet radiation sensor, and then obtains the corresponding uvc illumination intensity gears through the corresponding uvc measuring step section;
s040, controlling the height, and controlling the rope collector to work by a system according to preset parameters;

and S061, after the system turns off the illumination of the uvc lamp panel and executes the work pause record, if an external control terminal inputs a resume signal or the system judges that no person approaches the combined lamp body in a preset time period through the human body proximity sensor, the system resumes the pause work and the illumination of the uvc lamp panel.
