Abstract

The sewage filter body of the sewage treatment cavity is provided with four layers of filter structures, is suitable for industrial sewage purification treatment, and has better sewage filtering effect. The filter screen mounting socket is arranged at the filter screen connection part of the sewage treatment cavity, the filter screen is convenient to replace by the structural design, and compared with the traditional sewage treatment cavity, the trouble of disassembling the purified water bucket to replace the filter screen core is avoided. The invention has obvious water purifying effect and is suitable for popularization and application in similar products.

The sewage treatment cavity 1 comprises a water inlet 3, a sewage filtering body 4 and a water outlet 5, wherein the water inlet 3 is arranged at the upper end part of the sewage treatment cavity 1, the sewage filtering body 4 is arranged in the middle of the sewage treatment cavity 1, a filter screen 6 of the sewage filtering body 4 separates the water inlet 3 from the filter cavity 4, the water outlet 5 is arranged at the bottom of the sewage treatment cavity 1, and the water outlet 5 is connected with the purified water storage tank 2 through a water pipe.
The sewage filter body 4 of the present invention comprises a four-layer structure, a first layer of granular activated carbon, a second layer of 5-8 micron pp cotton, a third layer of coconut shell activated carbon and a fourth layer of RO membrane.
Specifically, the granular activated carbon of the first layer is attached to the lower end of the filter screen of the sewage filter body, and the optimal filter size of the PP cotton is 6 microns, so that most of impurities in sewage can be filtered. pp cotton and coconut shell activated carbon are arranged at the lower end of the granular activated carbon, and the RO membrane of the fourth layer is arranged at the lower end of the coconut shell activated carbon.
Compared with the traditional water treatment and purification device used in the families, the sewage filter body 4 comprises four layers of filter structures, is suitable for industrial sewage purification treatment, and has better water purification and filtration effects. Wherein, the granule active carbon of first layer gets rid of residual chlorine peculiar smell, and the pp cotton of second floor can effectively get rid of granule impurity suspended solid and rust, and the coconut shell active carbon of third layer can promote the taste of filtering back water, and substances such as virus, bacterium, microorganism heavy metal are got rid of to the RO membrane of fourth layer, guarantee drinking water health.
The filter screen 6 of the sewage filter body 4 is actively connected between the water inlet 3 and the sewage filter body 4, and a filter screen mounting socket 7 is arranged at the joint of the filter screen 6 of the sewage treatment cavity 1.
