A filter element according to claim 5, wherein the first layer of filter pores is arranged close to the filter ring, the second layer of filter pores is arranged far from the filter ring, and the pore size of the first layer of filter pores is larger than that of the second layer of filter pores.
7. A filter assembly for a water outlet device, the filter assembly comprising:
a housing; and
