The application provides gluing and bonding equipment and a gluing method for corrugated paper production and processing. The corrugated paper can be conveyed forwards along the preset direction by the conveying mechanism, the adhesive can be sprayed on the corrugated paper by the spraying mechanism, and the spraying width of the spraying mechanism can be changed in the spraying process, so that the requirements of producing corrugated paper with various sizes are met.

Technical Field

Background
The corrugated paper is a composite paperboard formed by bonding cardboard paper and corrugated paper with raised edges. In the process of corrugated paper, it is necessary to bond the cardboard paper and the corrugated paper together by an adhesive.

An exemplary embodiment of the present application provides a glue applying and bonding apparatus for corrugated paper production and processing, as shown in fig. 1, the glue applying and bonding apparatus for corrugated paper production and processing includes a frame body, a conveying mechanism 20 and a spraying mechanism 30 disposed on the frame body, the conveying mechanism 20 being disposed below the spraying mechanism 30, the conveying mechanism 20 being used for conveying corrugated paper to move along a predetermined direction, the spraying mechanism 30 being used for spraying an adhesive to the corrugated paper. The spraying frequency of the spraying mechanism 30 is matched with the conveying speed of the conveying mechanism 20 so as to ensure that the adhesive can be uniformly sprayed on the surface of the corrugated paper.
In one embodiment, the conveying mechanism 20 includes a conveying belt and conveying rollers disposed at two ends of the conveying belt, wherein one conveying roller is an active conveying roller, and the other conveying roller is a passive conveying roller. The corrugated paper is conveyed onto the conveying belt from the previous working procedure, and is continuously conveyed forwards.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the spraying mechanism 30 includes an adhesive storage box 31 disposed at the top of the frame, a spraying portion 32 is disposed at the bottom of the adhesive storage box 31, and the spraying portion 32 is communicated with the adhesive storage box 31 through a first pipe. The adhesive flows downwardly through the first conduit.
The spraying mechanism 30 further includes a pump body 33, and an input port of the pump body 33 communicates with the first pipe. Illustratively, the pump body 33 is a diaphragm pump that can deliver adhesive to facilitate a smoother spray.
As shown in fig. 3, the spraying part 32 includes a first spraying component 321, a second spraying component 322 and a third spraying component 323 which are sequentially and fixedly connected with each other, an output port of the pump body 33 is provided with a four-way pipe 34, and the first spraying component 321, the second spraying component 322 and the third spraying component 323 are communicated with the four-way pipe 34 through communication pipes. The four-way pipe fitting 34 can enable the adhesive to flow to the first spraying component 321, the second spraying component 322 and the third spraying component 323 respectively, so that the adhesive can be split.
The first spray assembly 321, the second spray assembly 322, and the third spray assembly 323 may be the same size or may be different sizes.
In one embodiment, a one-way valve 35 is provided between the communication conduit and the four-way tube 34. Illustratively, as shown in FIG. 2, a one-way valve 35 is provided between the first spray assembly 321 and the four-way tube 34 to control the flow of adhesive from the first spray assembly 322; a one-way valve 35 is also provided between the third spray assembly 323 and the four-way tube 34 to control the flow of adhesive through the third spray assembly 322. When the spraying width needs to be changed, one or two one-way valves 35 can be respectively opened or closed, so that the aim of changing the spraying width is fulfilled, and corrugated paper with different widths is adapted.
In one embodiment, a one-way valve 35 is also provided between the communication conduit of the second spray assembly 322 and the four-way tube 34 to control the flow of adhesive through the second spray assembly 322.
In an embodiment, the first spraying assembly 321 includes a first glue storage portion 301 that is communicated with the communicating pipe, and a plurality of nozzles 302 are disposed at the bottom of the first glue storage portion 301.
In an embodiment, the second spraying assembly 322 includes a second glue storage portion 303 that is communicated with the communicating pipe, and a plurality of nozzles 302 are disposed at the bottom of the second glue storage portion 303.
In an embodiment, the third spraying assembly 323 includes a third glue storage portion 304 that is communicated with the communicating pipe, and a plurality of nozzles 302 are disposed at the bottom of the third glue storage portion 304.
In order to increase the fluidity of the adhesive and make the spraying smoother, heating units are further arranged at the tops of the first adhesive storage part 301, the second adhesive storage part 303 and the third adhesive storage part 304, and the heating units can be heating pipes or heating components such as heating plates, and the heating units can heat the adhesive.
In an embodiment, the spraying portion 32 further includes a rotating shaft 37, the bottom of the rotating shaft 37 is connected with the second spraying component 322, the frame body is provided with a driving unit 36 through a bracket, the rotating shaft 37 is in transmission connection with the driving unit 36, specifically, the driving unit 36 is a motor, and an output shaft of the motor is connected with the rotating shaft 37 through a coupling, so as to drive the spraying portion 32 to rotate, and the purpose of changing the spraying width is achieved.
An exemplary embodiment of the present application provides a gluing method for corrugated paper production and processing, including:
1) The conveying mechanism 20 conveys the corrugated paper forward at a preset speed;
