Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of heated cigarettes, and particularly relates to a method for improving the taste of a heated cigarette and application thereof.
Background
The heated non-combustible cigarettes are used as novel tobacco products with better development potential, can effectively reduce environmental pollution and reduce potential risks related to smoking and health, and are one of important directions of the development of future tobacco products. However, the heating mode and the heating temperature of the heated cigarette are different from those of the traditional cigarette, and the mechanism for generating smoke is also different. Compared with the traditional cigarettes, the heated cigarettes are in a continuous heating state although the smoking temperature is low, and basically have no sidestream smoke, so that the problems of strong strength, large stimulation, gradual smoke fragrance release and uneven physiological intensity are generally existed.
CN111772226a discloses a method for improving the comfort of heating cigarettes, which belongs to the technical field of heating cigarettes, and specifically comprises the following steps: preparing surface aroma, controlling pH value to be less than 6 by using an acid-base regulator, adding the surface aroma into a tobacco core material, adding a water-holding agent into the tobacco core material to control water content to be 10-20%, controlling water activity value to be 0.35-0.7, and finally preparing the tobacco core material into a heated cigarette. According to the method, the pH value of the surface aroma is monitored in the preparation process of the heated cigarettes, and the moisture content and the water activity of the core materials are controlled, so that the smoking comfort of the heated cigarettes is effectively improved.
CN113040415a discloses a tobacco shred for enhancing the overall sensory evaluation of smoke, the application combines the technology of generating nicotine salt by organic acid with the tea polyphenol complexing technology, the organic acid can be alcohol and smoke, and micromolecular substances generated after the tea polyphenol is cracked act together with the alcohol and the smoke, so that the aroma quality of the smoke is better, the unique fragrance is better, and the smoke is substantially improved. The method can effectively reduce the release amount of nicotine in the heated cigarette smoke aerosol, obviously reduce the irritation, ensure that the smoke satisfaction is better, and ensure that the taste style and quality of the product are stable.
However, the above method for improving the quality of the heated cigarettes is complex in process, and the improvement of the taste and the smoking flavor of the heated cigarettes is not obvious, so that it is highly desirable to provide a preparation process with better optimization and better effect for improving the aroma performance and the smoking performance of the heated cigarettes to obtain sensory experience.

(1) Crushing tobacco leaves, and sieving the crushed tobacco leaves with a 100-mesh sieve to obtain tobacco powder;
(2) Mixing tobacco powder and slurry according to a mass ratio of 1:5 to obtain tobacco slurry, wherein the slurry is prepared by mixing tobacco stem fibers, an adhesive, a smoke generating agent and water according to a mass ratio of 2:7:20:100;
(3) Baking the tobacco pulp after tape casting at 90 ℃ for 2 hours to obtain a heated non-combustible cigarette substrate, wherein the thickness of the substrate is 0.15mm, and the moisture content is 12%;
(4) Preparing a heated non-combustible cigarette substrate into a heated cigarette finished product;
the adhesive in the step (2) is a combination of sodium alginate and chitosan with the mass ratio of 1:3;
the fuming agent is a combination of erythritol and polyethylene glycol in a mass ratio of 1:1.
Comparative example 2

Test example 1
According to GB5606.4-2005, fourth part of cigarette: the sample sampling method in the sensory technology requirements sets sensory quality evaluation indexes and smoke stability indexes respectively, organizes 7-bit special-grade suction assessors, and carries out suction assessment scoring according to the evaluation contents and the evaluation standards of tables 1-2, wherein the scoring of the sensory quality indexes adopts a percentile.
The sensory quality evaluation indexes are respectively as follows: smoke amount (smoke concentration), aroma, flavor, strength, harmony, irritation, and mouthfeel (aftertaste); the specific definitions of the 6 sensory quality evaluation indexes are shown in table 1, and the evaluation criteria of the 6 sensory quality evaluation indexes are shown in table 2.
TABLE 1
TABLE 2
Specific results of the heated cigarettes prepared in examples 1 to 13 and comparative examples 1 to 3 are shown in Table 3 below:
TABLE 3 Table 3
As can be seen from the data in Table 3, the heated cigarettes obtained by the method provided by the application in examples 1-3 have larger smoke quantity and stronger smoke fragrance, and can effectively reduce throat irritation and improve oral cavity aftertaste.
As is evident from a comparison of example 1 and examples 4-7, the heated cigarettes were significantly deficient in aroma when the baking temperature of the tobacco leaves in step (1) was changed.
As is clear from examples 1 and 8-9, when the kind of the binder is changed in the step (3), the irritation of the heated cigarette is increased;
as can be seen from examples 1 and 10-11, the aroma of the heated cigarettes was slightly reduced when the smoking agent was not of the type defined in the present application;
in example 1 and examples 12 to 13, when the mass ratio of the tobacco powder to the slurry is too large or too small, the smoke amount and the taste of the heated cigarettes are affected;
as is clear from comparative example 1, when the tobacco leaves are directly crushed without baking, the heated cigarettes have slightly rough fragrance and more obvious aftertaste;
in comparative example 2, when the slurry does not contain tobacco stem fibers, the smoke amount of the heated cigarettes is low and the harmony is poor;
in comparative example 3, when no smoke agent was contained in the slurry, the smoke amount of the heated cigarette was significantly reduced.
The applicant states that the present application has been described by way of the above examples to illustrate a method of improving the taste of a heated cigarette and its use, but the application is not limited to, i.e. it is not meant that the application must be practiced in dependence upon, the above examples.
