In this embodiment, the light emitting element 1 and the light guiding element 2 of the light emitting module 100 are both suitable for being sleeved on the periphery of the power key 300, so that the purposes of normal light emission and light guiding of the light emitting module 100 to display other running states are ensured; the peripheral area of the power key 300 is reasonably utilized, so that the space occupied by the whole light-emitting module 100 and the power key 300 is saved; the layouts of the light emitting module 100 and the power key 300 are unified, and the light emitting module can be applied to electronic equipment such as servers with different specifications and different layouts as a whole, so that various circuit boards 400, indicator lamps and light guide structural members are not required to be developed to adapt to different electronic equipment, and development cost is reduced.
In one embodiment, the light emitting module 100 further includes a fixing base 3, the fixing base 3 is fixedly connected in the housing 200, and the other side of the light emitting element 1 is connected with the fixing base 3.
The fixing base 3 is arranged, so that the luminous element 1 can be stably and fixedly connected to the shell 200 without modifying the luminous element 1.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the fixing base 3 includes a first annular body 31 and a connecting plate 32; the first annular body 31 is adapted to be sleeved on the periphery of the power button 300 and connected with the other side of the light emitting element 1; a connection plate 32 is provided protruding at the outer circumference of the first annular body 31, the connection plate 32 being adapted to be fixedly connected to the housing 200 by means of a fastener 33.
The first annular body 31 is sleeved on the periphery of the power key 300, so that the connection area between the fixed seat 3 and the luminous piece 1 can be increased, the connection is more stable, the connection process of the fixed seat 3 can be guided, and the connection of the fixed seat 3 is simplified; the arrangement of the connecting plate 32 not only can enhance the strength of the first annular body 31, but also can facilitate the connection of the first annular body 31 to the housing 200, thereby providing positional compensation for the connection between the first annular body 31 and the housing 200.
In an embodiment, the fastening member 33 may be a fastening structure such as a screw and a bolt, and the connection plate 32 may be detachably connected to the housing 200 through the fastening member 33.
As an alternative embodiment, the fixing base 3 may include a cross bar and vertical bars connected to two ends of the cross bar, the cross bar is fixedly connected to the housing 200, and the two vertical bars are respectively connected to two ends of the other side of the light emitting element 1.
In one implementation, the connecting plate 32 is provided with a first mounting hole 34 and at least one positioning hole 35, the housing 200 is adapted to be correspondingly provided with a second mounting hole and at least one positioning post 203, the positioning post 203 is adapted to be disposed in the positioning hole 35, and the fastener 33 is adapted to connect the first mounting hole 34 and the second mounting hole in sequence.
The first mounting holes 34 and the second mounting holes can facilitate the fastener 33 to detachably connect the fixing seat 3 and the housing 200. The positioning holes 35 and the positioning columns 203 can be used for pre-positioning the connecting plate 32 of the fixing seat 3 at the installation position, so that the fool-proof effect is realized, and the connection between the connecting plate 32 of the fixing seat 3 and the shell 200 is facilitated. In an embodiment, the fastening member 33 may be a fastening structure such as a screw and a bolt, and the connection plate 32 may be detachably connected to the housing 200 through the fastening member 33. Correspondingly, the first mounting hole 34 and the second mounting hole are threaded holes, or the first mounting hole 34 is a common through hole, and the second mounting hole is a threaded hole.
As shown in fig. 7 and 9, the inner wall of the housing 200 is provided with a mounting post in a protruding manner, and the second mounting hole is a blind hole formed in the mounting post; the positioning column 203 is arranged on the side part of the mounting column in a protruding mode and is connected with the mounting column, the end face of the inner wall of the positioning column 203, far away from the shell 200, protrudes out of the end face of the mounting column, and the fixing seat 3 is in butt joint with the end face of the inner wall of the mounting column, far away from the shell 200.
The second mounting hole is provided as a blind hole, so that the fastener 33 can be prevented from protruding out of the outer surface of the shell 200 from the second mounting hole after being sequentially connected with the first mounting hole 34 and the second mounting hole, and the integrity and the aesthetic property of the outer surface of the shell 200 are ensured. The setting of erection column and reference column 203 can compensate the distance between fixing base 3 and the casing 200 for connecting plate 32 butt is on the terminal surface of the inner wall of casing 200 is kept away from to the erection column, increases area of contact, guarantees connection stability, prevents that connecting plate 32 from taking place to deflect or skew. And the end face of the positioning column 203 far away from the inner wall of the shell 200 protrudes out of the end face of the mounting column, so that the end part of the positioning column 203 can be ensured to extend into the positioning hole 35 to realize positioning and limiting. And the positioning column 203 is connected with the mounting column, so that the strength of the mounting column and the positioning column 203 can be enhanced. In a preferred embodiment, two positioning posts 203 may be provided, and the two positioning posts 203 are respectively disposed at two sides of the mounting post; correspondingly, two positioning holes 35 are also provided, and the two positioning holes 35 are respectively provided at two sides of the first mounting hole 34. The number of the positioning holes 35 and the positioning posts 203 is not limited too much, and the number of the positioning holes and the positioning posts corresponds to one another.
In particular, the mounting posts and the positioning posts 203 are disposed on the front panel of the housing 200 with the opening 201, so that the light emitting module 100 can be disposed at a more front position.
In one implementation, the lighting element 1 comprises a flexible adapter 11 and a lighting part 12; one end of the flexible adapting part 11 is provided with an adapting ring 111, and the other end is suitable for being connected with a connector 401 on the circuit board 400 after being bent; the adapter ring 111 is connected between the light guide 2 and the fixing base 3, and the adapter ring 111 is sleeved on the periphery of the power key 300; the light emitting part 12 is connected to the adapter ring 111 and is disposed between the adapter ring 111 and the light guide 2.
One end of the flexible adapter part 11 is provided with an adapter ring 111, one side of the adapter ring 111 is connected with the light guide member 2, the other side of the adapter ring 111 is connected with the fixing seat 3, and the adapter ring 111 also connects the light emitting part 12 on one side close to the light guide member 2 so as to lead out light rays emitted by the light emitting part 12. The flexible connection part is convenient to bend to deform according to the requirement, and can conduct and connect the light-emitting part 12 and the connector 401 of the circuit board 400. Compared with the light guide column in the related art, the flexible switching part 11 can be in a sheet shape, occupies less space, and can set the light emitting part 1 at a position close to the opening 201 due to the flexible characteristic of the flexible switching part 11 so as to shorten the light guide path of the light guide part 2 as much as possible and ensure better light guide effect.
In particular embodiments, the flexible connection section is a laminar structure, saving a lot of space.
In one embodiment, the flexible adapter 11 is a flexible circuit board 400. The flexible circuit board 400, also called FPC connector 401, is called Flexible Printed Circuit board in english, and the PCB connector 401 made of soft material (foldable and bendable material) is commonly used for connection of the LCD display screen to the driving circuit (PCB).
In one embodiment, the light emitting portion 12 is a light emitting diode. The flexible circuit board 400 can be folded and bent easily, and the connection between the light emitting part 12 and the circuit board 400 can be realized. A light emitting diode, abbreviated as LED, is a commonly used light emitting device that emits light by energy released by recombination of electrons and holes, and is widely used in the field of illumination.
In one embodiment, the light emitting parts 12 are plural, and the plural light emitting parts 12 are distributed at intervals around the circumference of the adapter ring 111. An annular light-emitting ring can be formed on the periphery of the power key 300, which is more attractive and more striking and is easier to notice by users and operation and maintenance personnel.
In a preferred embodiment, the light emitting parts 12 are provided in plurality, and the plurality of light emitting parts 12 are uniformly distributed around the circumference of the adapter ring 111. Can form a uniform luminous lamp strip, and is more attractive.
In one embodiment, one side of the adapter ring 111 is adhered and fixed to the light guide 2 by a glue.
The mating surface between the adapter ring 111 and the light guide member 2 is larger during bonding, so that the connection between the adapter ring and the light guide member is stable and is not easy to damage. In particular embodiments, the colloid may be a hot melt adhesive.
In one embodiment, the other side of the adapter ring 111 is adhered and fixed to the fixing base 3 by a glue.

In one embodiment, the light guide 2 includes a second annular body 21 and a first limit flange 22; the second annular body 21 is adapted to be sleeved on the periphery of the power button 300, and is in sliding fit with the periphery of the power button 300, and one end of the second annular body is arranged at the opening 201; the first limit flange 22 is convexly arranged on the outer periphery of the second annular body 21 and is arranged close to the other end of the second annular body 21, and one side of the first limit flange 22 is suitable for being abutted with the inner wall of the shell 200 at the opening 201; the other end of the second annular body 21 and/or the other side of the first limit flange 22 is/are connected to one side of the light-emitting member 1.
The first limiting flange 22 may abut against the inner wall of the housing 200 to limit the light emitting module 100 in the housing 200. The second annular body 21 can guide out the light of the light emitting part 1 to the outside of the shell 200 and can be in sliding fit with the power key 300, so that the overlarge gap between the power key 300 and the second annular body 21 is avoided, the light is prevented from leaking from the gap between the power key 300 and the second annular body 21, and the leaked light is prevented from affecting the light emitting effect of the light emitting module 100.
In one embodiment, the light guide 2 is made of a light-transmitting material, the outer surface of the light guide 2 includes a light-transmitting area 23 and a non-light-transmitting area 24, the end face of the light guide 2 facing the light emitting element 1 and the end face facing away from the light emitting element 1 are both light-transmitting areas 23, and the outer ring face and the inner ring face of the light guide 2 are both non-light-transmitting areas 24.
The light transmitting area 23 is arranged on the end face of the light guide member 2 facing the light emitting member 1 and the end face facing away from the light emitting member 1, so that light rays can linearly propagate, the propagation path is short, and the loss in the propagation process is small. The non-light-transmitting area 24 is arranged on the outer ring surface and the inner ring surface of the light guide member 2, that is, the light guide member 2 is arranged on the outer ring relative to the inner ring, or the outer ring surfaces are exposed outside, so that light is prevented from transmitting out of the outer ring surface, and the loss of the light is reduced. The inner ring surface is also a non-transparent area 24, so that light can be prevented from leaking from between the power key 300 and the second annular body 21, and light loss is reduced.
In a specific embodiment, black paint which does not guide light may be sprayed on the outer surface of the light guide member 2, where the outer surface does not include the end surface of the light guide member 2 facing the light emitting member 1, and includes the inner ring surface of the light guide member 2. And removing black paint on the end face of the light guide piece 2, which is back to the light emitting piece 1, wherein the removing mode comprises a mode of removing by laser etching. After the black paint is removed from the end face of the light guide member 2, which faces away from the light emitting member 1, light-transmitting paint can be sprayed on the end face to increase light-transmitting performance.
In one embodiment, the holder 3 is made of a light-impermeable material. The light emitted by the luminous element 1 can be prevented from leaking from the fixing seat 3, and the light guiding effect of the light guiding element 2 is ensured.
In one embodiment, an end of the light guide 2 away from the light emitting element 1 is disposed at the opening 201 and is adapted to protrude through the opening 201 from the outer surface of the housing 200 and the power button 300.
The light guide 2 protrudes out of the outer surface of the shell 200 and the outer surface of the power button 300, so that when operation and maintenance personnel maintain electronic equipment such as a server in an electrified mode, the power button 300 can be protected due to the fact that the light guide 2 protrudes out to surround the periphery of the power button 300, and the power button 300 is prevented from being touched due to misoperation, so that the electronic equipment such as the server is shut down.
In the specific embodiment, one end of the light guide piece 2, which is opposite to the light emitting piece 1, is an arc transition end, the arc transition end which is arranged in a protruding manner has no sharp edges, and an operation and maintenance person and an operator can not be scratched when touching or scratching, so that fingers of the operation and maintenance person and the operator are protected.
In one implementation, the end surface of the light guide member 2 facing one end of the light emitting member 1 is provided with a first annular end surface 25 and a second annular end surface 26 which are distributed in a step shape, the first annular end surface 25 is coaxially arranged on the inner periphery of the second annular end surface 26, and the first annular end surface 25 protrudes from the second annular end surface 26; an annular accommodating groove 27 is formed in the second annular end face 26, and the light emitting part 12 is arranged in the annular accommodating groove 27; the flexible adapting part 11 is sleeved on the periphery of the convex ring where the first annular end surface 25 is located, one side of the flexible adapting part 11 is connected with the second annular end surface 26, and the other side is connected with the fixing seat 3; the power button 300 includes a base 301 and a pressing portion 302, the base 301 is fixedly connected with the circuit board 400, the pressing portion 302 is movably connected to one end of the base 301 opposite to the circuit board 400, one end of the pressing portion 302 away from the base 301 is a movable end, the movable end is movably disposed at the opening 201, one end of the movable end, close to the base 301, protrudes outwards and is provided with a second limit flange 303, and the second limit flange 303 is movably disposed between the first annular end surface 25 and the base 301; the outer diameter of the second limiting flange 303 is larger than the outer diameter of the first annular end surface 25 and smaller than the diameter of the inner ring of the fixing seat 3.
The second annular end face 26 is provided with an annular accommodating groove 27 which can accommodate the light-emitting part 12 and prevent the light-emitting part 12 from being extruded and damaged by the light guide 2 and the fixing seat 3, and also collects light rays emitted by the light-emitting part 12, so that most of the light rays of the light-emitting part 12 are transmitted through the light-transmitting area 23 far away from the light-emitting part 12. The light guide member 2 is made of a light-transmitting material, the outer surface of the light guide member 2 comprises a light-transmitting area 23 and a non-light-transmitting area 24, the end face of the light guide member 2 facing the light-emitting member 1 and the end face facing away from the light-emitting member 1 are both light-transmitting areas 23, and the outer annular surface and the inner annular surface of the light guide member 2 are both non-light-transmitting areas 24; the fixing base 3 is made of a non-light-guiding material, and the annular accommodating groove 27 can further ensure that the light emitted by the light-emitting part 12 can only be guided out from the light-guiding piece 2. The first annular end surface 25 protrudes from the second annular end surface 26, so that the flexible switching part 11 sleeved on the periphery of the convex ring where the first annular end surface 25 is located can be positioned, and the flexible switching part 11 can be conveniently connected. The base 301 and the pressing portion 302 of the power button 300 are movably disposed, and when the pressing portion 302 is pressed to contact with the base 301, the power button 300 is connected, and the electronic device such as a server is powered on or powered off. The pressing part 302 is provided with a second limiting flange 303, which can limit the position of the pressing part 302 and prevent the pressing part 302 from separating from the inner ring of the luminous element 1 under the action of the elastic force of the elastic element or being blocked with the inner ring of the luminous element 1 and unable to move. Preferably, a space is formed between the second limiting portion and the first annular end surface 25, so that the pressing portion 302 is prevented from impacting the light emitting member 1 under the elastic force of the elastic member to cause damage to the light emitting member 1 and the light guiding member 2.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, in another aspect, there is further provided an electronic device, including a housing 200, a circuit board 400, a power key 300, and the above-mentioned light emitting module 100; the housing 200 is provided with an opening 201; a circuit board 400 is disposed within the housing 200; one end of the power button 300 is connected with the circuit board 400, and the other end is arranged at the opening 201; the light emitting module 100 includes a light emitting member 1 and a light guiding member 2; the light emitting element 1 is connected in the casing 200, is suitable for being sleeved on the periphery of the power key 300, and is suitable for being connected with the circuit board 400; one end of the light guide member 2 is connected with one side of the light emitting member 1, and the other end is arranged at the opening 201; and the light guide member 2 is adapted to be sleeved on the outer periphery of the power button 300.
The power button 300 can display the power-on state of the whole electronic equipment such as a server. In this embodiment, through the connection with the circuit board 400, the light emitting element 1 can smoothly emit light at a proper time to display other operation states of the electronic device such as the server; the light guide member 2 is disposed between the opening 201 and the light emitting member 1, and can smoothly guide the light emitted by the light emitting member 1 out of the housing 200 through the opening 201, so as to be found by operation and maintenance personnel and users outside the housing 200. In this embodiment, the light emitting element 1 and the light guiding element 2 of the light emitting module 100 are both suitable for being sleeved on the periphery of the power key 300, so that the purposes of normal light emission and light guiding of the light emitting module 100 to display other running states are ensured; the peripheral area of the power key 300 is reasonably utilized, so that the space occupied by the whole light-emitting module 100 and the power key 300 is saved; the layouts of the light emitting module 100 and the power key 300 are unified, and the light emitting module can be applied to electronic equipment such as servers with different specifications and different layouts as a whole, so that various circuit boards 400, indicator lamps and light guide structural members are not required to be developed to adapt to different electronic equipment, and development cost is reduced. In addition, the light emitting module 100 provided in the embodiment is sleeved with the power key 300, so that the technological sense of the product is increased.
In one embodiment, the electronic device is a server, and the housing 200 is a housing 200 of a hanger of the server.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been described in connection with the accompanying drawings, various modifications and variations may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and such modifications and variations fall within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (11)

1. A light emitting module (100) suitable for being connected to electronic equipment, wherein the electronic equipment comprises a shell (200), a power key (300) and a circuit board (400), wherein the power key (300) and the circuit board (400) are arranged in the shell (200), an opening (201) is formed in the shell (200), one end of the power key (300) is connected with the circuit board (400), and the other end of the power key is arranged at the opening (201); the light emitting module (100) is characterized by comprising:
the luminous piece (1) is connected in the shell (200), is suitable for being sleeved on the periphery of the power key (300) and is suitable for being connected with the circuit board (400);
a light guide member (2), one end of which is connected with one side of the light emitting member (1) and the other end of which is arranged at the opening (201); and the light guide member (2) is suitable for being sleeved on the periphery of the power key (300).
2. The lighting module (100) according to claim 1, further comprising a fixing base (3), wherein the fixing base (3) is fixedly connected in the housing (200), and the other side of the lighting element (1) is connected with the fixing base (3).
3. The lighting module (100) according to claim 2, wherein the holder (3) comprises:
the first annular body (31) is suitable for being sleeved on the periphery of the power key (300) and is connected with the other side of the luminous piece (1);
the connecting plate (32) is arranged on the periphery of the first annular body (31) in a protruding mode, and the connecting plate (32) is suitable for being fixedly connected with the shell (200) through a fastening piece (33).

A lighting module (100) according to claim 3, wherein the connecting plate (32) is provided with a first mounting hole (34) and at least one positioning hole (35), the housing (200) is adapted to be correspondingly provided with a second mounting hole and at least one positioning post (203), the positioning post (203) is adapted to be arranged in the positioning hole (35), and the fastening member (33) is adapted to be sequentially connected with the first mounting hole (34) and the second mounting hole.
5. The lighting module (100) according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the lighting element (1) comprises:
one end of the flexible switching part (11) is provided with a switching ring (111), and the other end is suitable for being connected with a connector (401) on the circuit board (400) after being bent; the switching ring (111) is connected between the light guide piece (2) and the fixed seat (3), and the switching ring (111) is sleeved on the periphery of the power key (300);
and a light emitting part (12) connected to the adapter ring (111) and arranged between the adapter ring (111) and the light guide (2).
6. The lighting module (100) of claim 5, wherein the flexible adapter (11) is a flexible circuit board (400);
and/or the light emitting part (12) is a light emitting diode;
and/or the light emitting parts (12) are provided in plurality, and the plurality of light emitting parts (12) are distributed at intervals around the circumference of the adapter ring (111);
and/or one side of the adapter ring (111) is adhered and fixed with the light guide piece (2) through colloid;
and/or the other side of the adapter ring (111) is adhered and fixed with the fixing seat (3) through colloid.
7. The light emitting module (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 4 or 6, wherein the light guide (2) comprises:
the second annular body (21) is suitable for being sleeved on the periphery of the power key (300), and one end of the second annular body is arranged at the opening (201);
a first limit flange (22) protruding from the outer periphery of the second annular body (21) and disposed near the other end of the second annular body (21), wherein one side of the first limit flange (22) is adapted to abut against the inner wall of the housing (200) at the opening (201);
the other end of the second annular body (21) and/or the other side of the first limit flange (22) is/are connected with one side of the luminous element (1).

The light emitting module (100) according to any one of claims 2 to 4 or 6, wherein the light guide (2) is made of a light transmitting material, the outer surface of the light guide (2) comprises a light transmitting area (23) and a non-light transmitting area (24), the end surface of the light guide (2) facing the light emitting element (1) and the end surface facing away from the light emitting element (1) are both light transmitting areas (23), and the outer and inner annular surfaces of the light guide (2) are both non-light transmitting areas (24);
and/or, one end of the light guide member (2) far away from the light emitting member (1) is arranged at the opening (201) and is suitable for protruding out of the outer surface of the shell (200) and the power key (300) through the opening (201);
and/or the fixing base (3) is made of light-proof material.

The light emitting module (100) according to claim 5, wherein a first annular end surface (25) and a second annular end surface (26) which are distributed in a step shape are arranged on an end surface of the light guide member (2) facing one end of the light emitting member (1), the first annular end surface (25) is coaxially arranged on the inner periphery of the second annular end surface (26), and the first annular end surface (25) protrudes from the second annular end surface (26); an annular accommodating groove (27) is formed in the second annular end face (26), and the light emitting part (12) is arranged in the annular accommodating groove (27);
the flexible switching part (11) is sleeved on the periphery of the convex ring where the first annular end face (25) is located, one side of the flexible switching part (11) is connected with the second annular end face (26), and the other side of the flexible switching part is connected with the fixed seat (3);
the power key (300) comprises a base body (301) and a pressing part (302), the base body (301) is fixedly connected with the circuit board (400), the pressing part (302) is movably connected to one end of the base body (301) opposite to the circuit board (400), one end, away from the base body (301), of the pressing part (302) is a movable end, the movable end is movably arranged at the opening (201), a second limiting flange (303) is outwards protruded from one end, close to the base body (301), of the movable end, and the second limiting flange (303) is movably arranged between the first annular end face (25) and the base body (301); the outer diameter of the second limit flange (303) is larger than the outer diameter of the first annular end face (25) and smaller than the diameter of the inner ring of the fixing seat (3).

a power button (300), one end of which is connected with the circuit board (400) and the other end of which is arranged at the opening (201);
