The present specification provides an embodiment of a payment processing method:
referring to fig. 1, a processing flow chart of a payment processing method provided by the present embodiment is shown, referring to fig. 2, a schematic diagram of a payment tool provided by the present embodiment is shown, referring to fig. 3, a confirmation reminding schematic diagram of a payment tool provided by the present embodiment is shown, referring to fig. 4, a successful payment schematic diagram of a payment tool provided by the present embodiment is shown, and referring to fig. 5, a processing flow chart of a payment processing method applied to a face-brushing payment scene provided by the present embodiment is shown.
Referring to fig. 1, the payment processing method provided in the present embodiment specifically includes steps S102 to S108.
Step S102, obtaining an order to be paid of a user, and displaying a payment prompt of the order to be paid through a payment machine.
In practical application, the offline payment tool interacts with the user through the display component of the payment tool during the payment process of the user, for example, in a face-brushing payment scene, the user can see the image of the user on the display component of the payment tool, but the user is reluctant to see the collected image from the display component in public places. According to the payment processing method provided by the embodiment, in the process of face-brushing payment of the user, the payment machine displays the reminding of the payment state to the user through voice and light, in the collection process, the collection process is displayed to the user through voice and light, specifically, according to the to-be-paid order of the user submitted by a merchant, the payment cost required to be paid is displayed to the user through the payment machine, after the payment cost is determined by the user, if the request of the face-brushing payment mode submitted by the user through voice is detected, the face image of the user is collected, and under the condition that the voice and the face image of the user are in an effective payment range, the payment processing is carried out by using the payment account corresponding to the user in the face image, so that the operation flow of the user in the payment process is simplified, the user can finish the payment without manually submitting an operation instruction, and in addition, in the process of face-brushing payment of the user, the collection state is reminded by light and voice.
The payment machine in this embodiment includes a device assembly with transaction terminal for interaction function and collection function, and aims to interact with a user to collect payment information of the user, or interact with a user terminal to collect payment information of the user, as shown in fig. 2, the payment machine includes a display assembly 201, a collection assembly 202, and the payment machine can collect images, collect voices, broadcast voices, display lights, display controls and the like. In an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, in a payment process, the indicator light configured by the payment tool displays and reminds a payment state through a change of the indicator light; and/or, the voice component configured by the payment machine reminds the payment state and/or the payment result by collecting the voice of the user and broadcasting the voice reminding in the payment process; and/or the display component configured by the payment machine tool displays the order to be paid and/or the payment result through a reminding text and/or a reminding identifier in the payment process. In the reminding process of the payment state, the indication lamp, the voice component and the display component configured by the payment machine tool can be used for reminding together, and the reminding can be performed through any one or both of the indication lamp, the voice component and the display component, and the embodiment is not limited herein.
In a specific implementation, after an order to be paid of a user is obtained, in order to improve the perception degree of the user to be paid, the payment to be paid is displayed to the user through a payment tool, and in a specific alternative implementation provided in this embodiment, in a payment reminding process of displaying the order to be paid through the payment tool, the following steps are executed:
generating a display reminder based on the order to be paid;
the display reminding is sent to the payment machine, so that the payment machine displays the fees to be paid carried in the display reminding, and a first voice reminding and/or a fee reminding signal is displayed based on a configured indicator lamp;
wherein, the show alert includes: to pay a fee and/or a first voice alert.
Specifically, a display reminder is generated according to the order to be paid, wherein the display reminder can comprise the expense to be paid in the order to be paid, the details to be paid in the order to be paid, both payment and the details to be paid, and the display reminder can also comprise a first voice reminder; after the display prompt is generated, the display prompt is sent to the payment tool, the payment tool carries out payment prompt display according to the display prompt, and in the process of displaying the payment prompt, the payment tool prompts a user to check the to-be-paid fee identification through the display of the voice prompt broadcasting and the indicator lamp. It should be noted that, the voice prompt broadcasted by the payment machine can be carried in the payment prompt or stored in the payment machine, and the corresponding voice prompt is broadcasted after the payment machine receives the payment prompt.
For example, an order to be paid of a user is obtained, a display prompt is generated according to fees to be paid in the order to be paid of the user and sent to a payment tool, the payment tool reads corresponding voice prompt information and indicator light signals according to the display prompt, the fees to be paid are displayed through a display component, in the display process, the 'please confirm payment amount' is broadcasted through voice, and an indicator light is flashed.
In addition, the payment machine can also display by rendering the image of the fee to be paid in the process of displaying the payment reminding.
It should be noted that, the user can confirm the payment mode by submitting the voice command, if the voice command submitted by the user is face-brushing payment, the payment processing is performed according to the user corresponding to the user image under the condition of obtaining the user image, because the collection range of the payment machine in public places is wider, the image of the non-payment user is easily collected in the process of collecting the user image, the resource loss of the non-payment user is caused, the user experience is affected, therefore, when the user is detected to check the payment to be paid, the payment machine collects the checked user image and uploads the checked user image to the server, the server performs effective payment range detection on the user image after receiving the user image, if the user image passes the detection, the user image is stored, after the payment operation command collected by the payment machine is received and the image of the user submitting the payment command is obtained, the two user images are compared, and whether the user image is the same user is judged, if the user image is the same user is judged, and the payment processing is performed. If the detection is passed, in order to improve the perception degree of the user on the payment flow, the user can be reminded by voice through the payment machine, so that the user inputs keywords of the payment mode by voice. For example, after detecting an effective payment range of a user image acquired when checking a payment, if the user image passes the detection, sending a payment operation instruction acquisition prompt to a payment tool, and the payment tool acquires the prompt voice broadcast 'please confirm the payment mode' according to the payment operation instruction so as to prompt the user to carry out voice input.
Step S104, if the payment machine tool is detected to acquire the payment operation instruction of the user, acquiring the user image acquired by the payment machine tool.
In specific implementation, after the payment machine displays the fee to be paid and acquires the user image for checking the fee to be paid, the user is reminded to input voice information through voice, keywords of a payment mode are needed to be contained in the voice information, and the voice instruction can be confirmed to be a payment operation instruction only when the keywords are contained in the voice information input by the user. In an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, if it is detected that the payment tool collects the payment operation instruction of the user, the following steps are performed in the process of obtaining the user image collected by the payment tool:
if a voice instruction collected by the payment machine tool is detected, user voice contained in the voice instruction is recognized;
judging whether the user voice carries a payment mode keyword or not;
if yes, the voice instruction is determined to be the payment operation instruction, and the user image acquired by the payment tool is acquired.
Specifically, when a voice instruction collected by the payment tool is obtained, whether a keyword of a payment mode is carried in voice of a user is judged, if so, the voice instruction is determined to be a payment operation instruction, and a collection prompt is sent to the payment tool based on the keyword.
For example, if a voice command collected by the payment tool is detected, user voice carried by the voice command is recognized, whether keywords of payment modes such as face-brushing payment, payment code payment, fingerprint payment and the like are contained in the user voice is judged, if the keywords are judged to contain the face-brushing payment, a collection prompt is sent to the payment tool, and the payment tool collects user images.
In the specific implementation, in order to enable a user to perceive the acquisition state in the process of acquiring the user image, the acquisition state is displayed through voice and light, and in an optional implementation provided by the embodiment, in the acquisition process of the user image, an indicator lamp and a voice component configured by a payment tool display the acquisition state in the following manner:
when the image features of the user are detected, displaying a state prompt for starting acquisition through a first light color and/or a first flicker frequency, and carrying out the state prompt for starting acquisition through a first voice;
when the user image is acquired, displaying the state reminding in the acquisition process through a second light color and/or a second flashing frequency, and carrying out the state reminding in the acquisition process through a second voice;
And when the collection is completed, displaying a state prompt for the completion of the collection through a third light color and/or a third flashing frequency, and carrying out the state prompt for the completion of the collection through a third voice. It should be noted that, in the process of collecting the user image, the payment tool does not display the collected user image to the user.
For example, after judging that the user voice carries a keyword of 'face-brushing payment', sending an acquisition prompt to a payment tool based on the keyword, and after receiving the acquisition prompt, the payment tool broadcasts 'image acquisition start' through voice, and displays an indicator lamp as green flashing; in the acquisition process of the user image, the voice broadcasting is carried out in the process of image acquisition, the indicator lamp is displayed as yellow flashing, after acquisition is completed, the voice broadcasting is carried out in the process of acquisition, and the indicator lamp is displayed as green and normally bright.
In addition, in order to improve the trust degree of the user to the payment process, the payment reminder can be displayed to the user in a manner of displaying the payment mode control to the user, and in an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, the payment reminder can be displayed in the following manner: generating a display reminder based on the order to be paid; the display prompt is sent to the payment machine tool so that the payment machine tool displays the fee to be paid and/or the payment mode control, and a first voice prompt and/or a payment prompt signal based on a configured indicator lamp are broadcasted; wherein, the payment reminder comprises: to pay a fee and/or a first voice alert. If the payment mode control is displayed in the payment reminding, if the payment operation instruction submitted by the user after triggering the payment mode control is detected to be collected by the payment tool, the user image collected by the payment tool is obtained.
Step S106, performing effective payment range detection based on the user characteristics including at least the user image.
In this embodiment, the effective payment range refers to a geographical area determined by taking a payment machine as a reference and taking a certain distance as a condition (such as a radius), and if the user is in the location area, the user is indicated to be in the effective payment range; effective payment range detection refers to detecting whether a user is within an effective payment range. For example, in a payment scenario in which a store makes a payment, if a distance between a user and a payment tool configured by a cash register is less than 5 meters, the user is in an effective payment range of the payment tool, and the effective payment range is detected to pass; if the distance between the user and the payment machine is greater than 5 meters, the user is not in the effective payment range of the payment machine, and the effective payment range detection is not passed.
And determining a certain area, and if the image and the sound of the user are in the area, indicating that the user is in an effective payment range.
In specific implementation, in order to ensure the validity of payment, the failure of payment caused by collecting user voice or user images far away from the payment machine is avoided, and in an optional implementation provided in this embodiment, the detection of the valid payment range is performed by the following manner:
Detecting whether a user location feature determined based on the user image is in a valid payment location range and/or whether a user voice feature determined based on the user voice is in a valid payment voice range;
if yes, determining that the detection is passed;
wherein the detecting of whether the user location feature determined based on the user image is in the valid payment location range comprises:
detecting whether a distance feature in the user location features is less than a valid payment distance and/or whether an angle feature in the user location features is less than a valid payment angle.
Specifically, in the process of detecting the effective payment range, detection of the distance of the user voice in the user voice and detection of the distance and the angle of the user head portrait in the user image are included. After the user image is acquired, firstly, the user image is identified to acquire the position and the angle of the user head portrait in the user image, the distance between the user head portrait and the payment tool is determined, a voice command is identified, the position of the user voice is determined according to the user voice characteristics, the distance between the user voice and the payment tool is determined, and whether the distance between the user voice and the payment tool is smaller than the effective payment voice distance, whether the distance between the user head portrait and the payment tool is smaller than the effective payment image distance and whether the angle of the user head portrait is smaller than the effective payment angle are judged. If yes, determining that the detection is passed; if not, reminding the user of payment failure. In an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, if the detection fails, a collection failure alert is sent to the payment tool, so that the payment tool broadcasts a third voice carried in the collection failure alert and/or displays a collection failure signal based on a configured indicator light.
For example, after a payment operation instruction carrying 'face-brushing payment' recorded by a user is acquired, a user image acquired by a payment tool is acquired, the user image is identified to acquire the position and angle of the user in the user image, the position of the user corresponding to the user voice is identified to acquire the position of the user corresponding to the user voice, the position distance between the user and the payment tool is determined based on the position of the user in the user image, the sound distance between the user and the payment tool is determined based on the position of the user corresponding to the user voice, whether the position distance is smaller than the effective payment position range of the payment tool, whether the sound distance is smaller than the effective payment sound range of the payment tool and whether the angle is smaller than the effective payment angle range of the payment tool are determined, if yes, the detection is passed, and a pass prompt is displayed to the user through the payment tool; if not, determining that the detection fails, and displaying a fail reminder to the user through the payment machine.
In the implementation, if the detection is passed, in order to further ensure that the user submitting the voice command is the user who views the fee to be paid, in an optional implementation provided in this embodiment, the following steps are further executed:
judging whether the user corresponding to each user image and the second image is the same user or not according to the user image characteristics determined based on the user images and the user image characteristics determined based on the second images;
If yes, executing the payment processing step of calling the payment account of the user to pay the order to be paid;
if not, sending a payment failure prompt to the payment machine;
wherein, the payment machine gathers the second image after exhibiting the payment reminder, before gathering the payment operational order.
Specifically, the second image is a user image acquired when the user checks the payment to be paid, if the user checks the payment to be paid and the user submitting the payment operation instruction are the same user, a passing prompt for passing the detection is sent to the user, and if the result of the determination is yes, an acquisition confirmation prompt is sent to the payment tool based on the user image, so that the payment tool broadcasts a second voice carried in the acquisition confirmation prompt and/or displays an acquisition confirmation signal based on a configured indicator lamp; or if the judgment result is yes, sending an acquisition confirmation prompt to the payment machine tool based on the user image, so that the payment machine tool calls and reports a second voice corresponding to the acquisition confirmation prompt and/or displays an acquisition confirmation signal based on the configured indicator lamp based on the acquisition confirmation prompt. If the result is negative, sending an acquisition failure prompt to the payment tool, so that the payment tool broadcasts a third voice carried in the acquisition failure prompt and/or displays an acquisition failure signal based on a configured indicator lamp.
For example, after detecting that the user image and the user voice are both in the effective payment range, reading a stored second image of the user, collected by the payment tool, for checking the fee to be paid, judging whether the user corresponding to the user image is the user corresponding to the second image according to the biological characteristics in the second image and the biological characteristics in the user image, if so, sending a collection confirmation prompt to the payment tool, and displaying a green and normally-bright indicator lamp by the payment tool according to the collection confirmation prompt display through voice broadcasting verification.
In addition, in order to further improve the trust of the user in the payment process, after confirming that the acquired user features are within the effective payment range, further acquiring a confirmation payment instruction of the user, acquiring a first image after acquiring a confirmation operation instruction submitted by the user, and performing payment processing if the first image matches with the user image, in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, after performing the effective payment range detection step based on the user features at least including the user image, the following steps are further performed:
if the detection is passed, a payment confirmation prompt is sent to the payment machine tool so that the payment machine tool displays a payment confirmation control, fourth voice is broadcasted and/or a payment confirmation signal is displayed based on a configured indicator lamp;
If the first image acquired by the payment tool is detected after the payment tool acquires the confirmation operation instruction;
judging whether the confirmed user corresponding to the first image is the user or not according to the user characteristics determined based on the first image;
if yes, executing the payment processing step of calling the payment account of the user to pay the order to be paid.
For example, if the detection is passed, a payment confirmation prompt is sent to the payment tool, the payment tool displays the fee to be paid after receiving the payment confirmation prompt, and the voice broadcast "please confirm the payment" displays the indicator lamp as yellow flashing; when the server acquires the voice instruction acquired by the payment machine, recognizing that the user voice carries a keyword of 'confirming payment', acquiring a first image of the user, comparing whether the users corresponding to the first image and the user image are the same user, and if so, performing payment processing.
For another example, if the detection is passed, a payment confirmation reminder is sent to the payment tool, and after receiving the payment confirmation reminder, the payment tool displays the payment to be paid and a "confirm payment" control, as shown in fig. 3, and in addition, the "please confirm payment" is broadcasted by voice.
It should be noted that, the payment machine is in the process of interacting with the user, and the accessible light, pronunciation and control show reminds to the user, and also accessible light and pronunciation show reminds, and accessible control and light show reminds, still can only show reminds through the control, in the process of showing reminds, can show the reminds through the combination of any one or more in light, pronunciation and the control three.
Step S108, calling a payment account of the user to carry out payment processing on the order to be paid.
In the implementation, only the user image is acquired in the face-brushing payment process, so that in the payment processing process, the payment account of the user is determined first, and in an optional implementation provided in this embodiment, the payment account of the user is invoked to perform the payment processing on the order to be paid, which is implemented by the following manner:
searching the payment account with the association relation with the user characteristics in the user image, and carrying out the payment processing based on the payment account;
or,
inquiring a user identifier corresponding to the user characteristic based on the user characteristic in the user image;
and reading the payment account with the association relation with the user identifier, and carrying out the payment processing based on the payment account.
As shown in fig. 4, after the payment processing is successful, a payment success reminder is sent to the payment apparatus, so that the payment apparatus displays a "payment success" identifier, and in addition, the payment apparatus may also broadcast "payment success" through voice.
In addition, if the payment fails, a payment failure prompt is sent to the payment machine, so that the payment machine displays a payment failure identifier, and the payment failure is broadcasted through voice.
The following describes further the application of the payment processing method provided in this embodiment to a face-brushing payment scenario, and referring to fig. 5, the payment processing method applied to the face-brushing payment scenario specifically includes steps S502 to S516.
Step S502, obtaining an order to be paid of a user, and displaying a payment prompt of the order to be paid through a payment machine.
The payment machine displays the fee to be paid in the order to be paid through the configured display component, broadcasts the payment amount please confirm you through the configured voice component, and displays the configured indicator lamp as green flashing.
Step S504, a first image acquired by the payment machine tool when the user views the payment reminding is acquired.
The payment machine displays the configured indicator lamp as yellow flickering in the process of collecting the first image, and the collected image is not displayed.
Step S506, detecting the effective payment range based on the first image;
and if the detection is passed, sending an operation acquisition prompt to the payment machine.
After receiving the operation acquisition prompt, the payment machine reports a payment mode through a configured voice component, and displays a configured indicator lamp as green flashing.
Step S508, if the detection is passed, acquiring a voice instruction acquired by the payment tool, and judging whether the voice instruction carries a payment mode keyword or not;
if yes, go to step S510 to step S514;
if not, sending a collection failure prompt to the payment tool so as to enable the payment tool to collect the voice command again.
Step S510, sending an image acquisition prompt to the payment tool, and acquiring a second image acquired by the payment tool.
After receiving the image acquisition prompt, the payment machine broadcasts 'start image acquisition' through the configured voice component, and displays the configured indicator lamp as green flashing; in the process of collecting the second image, the configured indication lamp is displayed as yellow flashing through the configured voice component broadcasting image collection.
Step S512, effective payment distance detection is performed based on the user voice and the second image carried in the voice instruction.
If the detection is passed, a comparison prompt is sent to the payment machine, and the payment machine displays the configured indicator lamp as green and normally bright after receiving the comparison prompt.
Step S514, if the detection is passed, comparing whether the users corresponding to the first image and the second image are the same user;
if yes, sending a payment reminder to the payment machine, and executing step S516;
if not, sending a failure prompt to the payment machine.
Step S516, the corresponding payment account is called to carry out payment processing on the order to be paid.
In summary, in the payment processing method provided by the embodiment, firstly, an order to be paid of a user is obtained, and a payment reminder of the order to be paid is displayed through a payment tool, if the payment tool is detected to collect a payment operation instruction of the user, a user image collected by the payment tool is obtained, then effective payment range detection is performed based on user features at least including the user image, and if the detection is passed, the payment account of the user is called to perform payment processing on the order to be paid, so that the operation flow of the user in the payment process is reduced, and the collected user image is prevented from being displayed in the process of collecting the user image.

The foregoing describes specific embodiments of the present disclosure. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims can be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing are also possible or may be advantageous.
In the 30 s of the 20 th century, improvements to one technology could clearly be distinguished as improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements to circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) or software (improvements to the process flow). However, with the development of technology, many improvements of the current method flows can be regarded as direct improvements of hardware circuit structures. Designers almost always obtain corresponding hardware circuit structures by programming improved method flows into hardware circuits. Therefore, an improvement of a method flow cannot be said to be realized by a hardware entity module. For example, a programmable logic device (Programmable Logic Device, PLD) (e.g., field programmable gate array (Field Programmable Gate Array, FPGA)) is an integrated circuit whose logic function is determined by the programming of the device by a user. A designer programs to "integrate" a digital system onto a PLD without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Moreover, nowadays, instead of manually manufacturing integrated circuit chips, such programming is mostly implemented by using "logic compiler" software, which is similar to the software compiler used in program development and writing, and the original code before the compiling is also written in a specific programming language, which is called hardware description language (Hardware Description Language, HDL), but not just one of the hdds, but a plurality of kinds, such as ABEL (Advanced Boolean Expression Language), AHDL (Altera Hardware Description Language), confluence, CUPL (Cornell University Programming Language), HDCal, JHDL (Java Hardware Description Language), lava, lola, myHDL, PALASM, RHDL (Ruby Hardware Description Language), etc., VHDL (Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language) and Verilog are currently most commonly used. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that a hardware circuit implementing the logic method flow can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flow into an integrated circuit using several of the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer readable medium storing computer readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC), programmable logic controllers, and embedded microcontrollers, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, atmel AT91SAM, microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic of the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller in a pure computer readable program code, it is well possible to implement the same functionality by logically programming the method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers, etc. Such a controller may thus be regarded as a kind of hardware component, and means for performing various functions included therein may also be regarded as structures within the hardware component. Or even means for achieving the various functions may be regarded as either software modules implementing the methods or structures within hardware components.
The system, apparatus, module or unit set forth in the above embodiments may be implemented in particular by a computer chip or entity, or by a product having a certain function. One typical implementation is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smart phone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being functionally divided into various units, respectively. Of course, the functions of each unit may be implemented in the same piece or pieces of software and/or hardware when implementing the embodiments of the present specification.

These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
In one typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include volatile memory in a computer-readable medium, random Access Memory (RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of computer-readable media.

Computer-readable media, as defined herein, does not include transitory computer-readable media (transmission media), such as modulated data signals and carrier waves.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising one … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article or apparatus that comprises the element.
One or more embodiments of the present specification may be described in the general context of computer-executable instructions, such as program modules, being executed by a computer. Generally, program modules include routines, programs, objects, components, data structures, etc. that perform particular tasks or implement particular abstract data types.
