本发明涉及食品包装技术领域,尤其涉及一种高光泽防油纸。本发明采用的技术方案是:包括铜版纸层,所述铜版纸层的下端均匀涂抹有水性胶水层,所述水性胶水层的下端设有防油纸层,所述铜版纸层、所述水性胶水层和所述防油纸层的外形尺寸完全相同,所述铜版纸层采用铜版纸40克/平方±5%,所述防油纸层采用防油纸30克/平方±5%,所述水性胶水层采用胶水1克/平方±0.3克。本发明的优点是:保障了包装纸具有可靠的印刷性能,同时还能保障纸张边缘位置不会出现荡边的情况,在使用时能够满足更多食品包装时的应用需求,并且能够满足凹版印刷的加工需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品包装技术领域,尤其涉及一种高光泽防油纸。
背景技术
防油纸是食品包装中比较常用的包装产品,现有的防油纸表面的印刷性能比较差,一方面在进行印刷时的效率比较低,印刷难度比较大,另一方面印刷后的字体或图案容易掉落,无法满足对于一些外包装展示的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高光泽防油纸,它采用全新的结构设计,通过将不同规格性能的纸张配合水性胶水的组合而成,不仅保障了包装纸具有可靠的印刷性能,同时还能保障纸张边缘位置不会出现荡边的情况,在使用时能够满足更多食品包装时的应用需求,并且能够满足凹版印刷的加工需求,在使用时的印刷内容具有可靠的防掉落性,在使用时的应用范围更广,并且整体的防油性能更好。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种高光泽防油纸,其特征在于:包括铜版纸层,所述铜版纸层的下端均匀涂抹有水性胶水层,所述水性胶水层的下端设有防油纸层,所述铜版纸层、所述水性胶水层和所述防油纸层的外形尺寸完全相同,所述铜版纸层与所述水性胶水层之间的复合牢度:≥2.5N/1.5mm,所述水性胶水层和所述防油纸层之间的复合牢度:≥2.5N/1.5mm,所述铜版纸层采用铜版纸40克/平方 ± 5%,所述防油纸层采用防油纸30克/平方 ± 5%, 所述水性胶水层采用胶水1克/平方 ± 0.3克。
进一步的,所述水性胶水层采用胶水为水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。
进一步的,所述水性胶水层设有两层,所述水性胶水层第一层胶水均匀涂抹后在常温环境下静置10分钟后再涂抹第二层,所述第一层和所述第二层的涂抹厚度相同。

如图1所示,一种高光泽防油纸,它包括铜版纸层1,所述铜版纸层1的下端均匀涂抹有水性胶水层2,所述水性胶水层2的下端设有防油纸层3,所述铜版纸层1、所述水性胶水层2和所述防油纸层3的外形尺寸完全相同,所述铜版纸层1与所述水性胶水层2之间的复合牢度:≥2.5N/1.5mm,所述水性胶水层2和所述防油纸层3之间的复合牢度:≥2.5N/1.5mm,所述铜版纸层1采用铜版纸40克/平方 ± 5%,所述防油纸层3采用防油纸30克/平方 ±5%, 所述水性胶水层2采用胶水1克/平方 ± 0.3克,收卷两边荡边误差不超过±3mm,它们的相互配合不仅保障了纸张的整体连接紧密性,并且整体的重量也比较轻便,能够替代现有多种规格的食品包装纸进行使用。本产品采用全新的结构设计,通过将不同规格性能的纸张配合水性胶水的组合而成,不仅保障了包装纸具有可靠的印刷性能,同时还能保障纸张边缘位置不会出现荡边的情况,在使用时能够满足更多食品包装时的应用需求,并且能够满足凹版印刷的加工需求,在使用时的印刷内容具有可靠的防掉落性,在使用时的应用范围更广,并且整体的防油性能更好,比现有防油纸的性能更稳定,生产加工时也更方便,耐用性更好。
作为优选,所述水性胶水层2采用胶水为水性聚氨酯胶粘剂,可以采用现有技术中常用的水性胶水产品。
作为优选,所述水性胶水层2设有两层,所述水性胶水层2第一层胶水均匀涂抹后在常温环境下静置10分钟后再涂抹第二层,所述第一层和所述第二层的涂抹厚度相同,能够使上端铜版纸与胶水层的粘合紧固性更好,在使用时的耐用性更可靠,长期使用也不容易出现分离的情况,使纸张的使用寿命更长,加工后未使用时的质保周期更长。

1.一种高光泽防油纸,其特征在于:包括铜版纸层(1),所述铜版纸层(1)的下端均匀涂抹有水性胶水层(2),所述水性胶水层(2)的下端设有防油纸层(3),所述铜版纸层(1)、所述水性胶水层(2)和所述防油纸层(3)的外形尺寸完全相同,所述铜版纸层(1)与所述水性胶水层(2)之间的复合牢度:≥2.5N/1.5mm,所述水性胶水层(2)和所述防油纸层(3)之间的复合牢度:≥2.5N/1.5mm,所述铜版纸层(1)采用铜版纸40克/平方 ± 5%,所述防油纸层(3)采用防油纸30克/平方 ± 5%, 所述水性胶水层(2)采用胶水1克/平方 ± 0.3克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高光泽防油纸,其特征在于:所述水性胶水层(2)采用胶水为水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。
