Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the mounting plate 12 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 121 and locking holes 122, and the plurality of mounting holes 121 are provided in the circumferential direction of the mounting plate 12. The number of the locking holes 122 is set corresponding to the number of the mounting holes 121, and each locking hole 122 communicates with one mounting hole 121, respectively. The number of the spring plungers 2 is set corresponding to the number of the mounting holes 121, and each spring plunger 2 is respectively arranged through one mounting hole 121. The brush replacing device further comprises locking pieces 6, the number of the locking pieces 6 is corresponding to the number of the locking holes 122, each locking piece 6 is respectively arranged in one locking hole 122 in a penetrating mode, so that each spring plunger 2 is respectively locked through each locking piece 6, the spring plungers 2 are further limited, and the spring plungers 2 are prevented from being separated from the mounting holes 121.
In some embodiments, the locking hole 122 may be provided as a threaded hole and the locking member 6 may be provided as a screw; in other embodiments, instead of the locking hole and the locking piece, plastic may be disposed on the outer surface of the spring plunger 2, so as to limit the spring plunger 2 through the plastic and prevent the spring plunger 2 from being separated from the mounting hole 121.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the spring plunger 2 includes an elastic portion 21 and a top bead 22, the elastic portion 21 is disposed through the mounting hole 121, the top bead 22 is connected to the elastic portion 21 and located at an end of the elastic portion 21 near the center of the mounting plate 12, and the top bead 22 can move in the radial direction of the mounting plate 12 along with elastic expansion and contraction of the elastic portion 21.
In the present embodiment, four mounting holes 121, locking holes 122 and locking pieces are provided correspondingly and respectively, the four mounting holes 121 are provided at regular intervals along the circumferential direction of the mounting plate 12, the four spring plungers 2 are mounted respectively in the four mounting holes 121, and the four locking pieces are provided respectively in the four locking holes, so that the four spring plungers 2 are locked respectively by the four locking pieces.
In order to further limit the pressure brush, the pressure brush 103 is provided with a limit portion 103b, and the limit portion 103b can be matched with the telescopic mechanism to limit the pressure brush 103 mounted on the mounting plate 12. In the present embodiment, the mounting plate 12 is provided with a mounting groove 123 on the inner peripheral side of the lower end, the stopper 103b is provided as a stopper boss 103a, and the stopper boss 103a is provided on the outer peripheral side of the upper end of the pressure brush 103. When the pressure hairbrush 103 is installed on the installation plate 12, the limiting boss 103a is embedded and installed in the installation groove 123, and the top bead 22 and the limiting boss 103a are matched and limited to prevent the pressure hairbrush 103 from being separated from the installation plate 12. In other embodiments, the limiting portion may be configured as a limiting groove, and when the pressure brush 103 is mounted on the mounting plate 12, the top bead 22 extends into the limiting groove of the pressure brush 103, so as to limit the pressure brush 103.
With continued reference to fig. 4 and 5, the brush exchange base 3 is further provided with a relief hole 34. The mounting position 32 is provided with a positioning mechanism by which the pressure brush 103 placed in the mounting position 32 can be positioned, so that when the workbench moves with the brush replacement base 3, the positioning mechanism can keep the pressure brush 103 from being displaced relative to the brush replacement base 3. The disassembly position 33 is provided with a limiting mechanism, and the disassembled pressure hairbrush 103 can be limited through the limiting mechanism, so that the disassembled pressure hairbrush 103 is prevented from falling to other places in the movement process of the hairbrush replacing base 3. In this embodiment, the brush hook 4 is disposed at the brush replacing base 3 and beside the detaching position 33 for cooperating with the mounting plate 12 to enable the pressure brush 103 to be detached from the mounting plate 12. The avoidance holes 34 are provided in plurality, and the avoidance holes 34 are respectively located at a detection position, an installation position and a disassembly position for avoiding the cutter, so that the spindle 104 can detect and replace the pressure brush 103 even in a state of clamping the cutter.
Referring to fig. 5 (a), the brush hook 4 includes a mounting portion 41, a connecting portion 42, and a tooth portion 43, both ends of the connecting portion 42 are respectively connected with the mounting portion 41 and the tooth portion 43, the mounting portion 41 is detachably connected to the brush replacing base 3, and the tooth portion 43 is used for hooking the pressure brush 103.
In this embodiment, the brush hook 4 is detachably mounted to the brush replacing base 3, and for example, the brush hook 4 may be connected to the brush replacing base 3 by a screw.
In some embodiments, the brush hook 4 may not be mounted on the brush replacing base 3, so long as it can cooperate with the mounting plate 12 to achieve the purpose of disassembling the pressure brush 103, for example, the brush hook 4 may also be detachably mounted on a workbench.
Further, the mounting plate 12 is further provided with an avoidance groove 124 and a prying groove 125, the avoidance groove 124 is used for avoiding the brush hook 4, the prying groove 125 is used for facilitating the manual prying of the pressure brush 103 from the mounting plate 12, that is, the manual releasing of the pressure brush 103, in this embodiment, the prying groove 125 is communicated with the avoidance groove 124, and it is understood that in other embodiments, the avoidance groove 124 and the prying groove 125 may not be communicated.
In some embodiments, the avoiding groove 124 may be provided with one or two or more, so as to meet the requirements of different brush hook orientations under different configurations.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the plate processing apparatus further includes a cylinder provided to the spindle clamp 101, the upper end of the guide rod 105 is connected to the cylinder, and the length extension direction of the guide rod 105 is the same as the length extension direction of the spindle 104. The presser foot cup assembly 1 is connected to the lower end of the guide rod 105, and the presser foot cup assembly 1 can move up and down along with the guide rod 105 axially relative to the spindle clamp 101 under the driving of the air cylinder, and the presser foot cup assembly 1 can also move up and down along with the up and down movement of the spindle clamp 101. The detecting assembly 5 includes a bristle sensor 51 and a bristle sensing panel 52, the bristle sensor 51 being disposed on the spindle clamp 101 and not moving with the chip suction hood part 11. The bristle sensing piece 52 is disposed at one side of the chip suction cap member 11, and is capable of moving with the chip suction cap member 11, and the bristle sensing piece 52 is capable of being engaged with the bristle sensor 51 to detect whether the bristle length of the pressure brush 103 is within a preset range.
In some embodiments, the bristle sensor 51 may also be provided to the presser foot cup assembly, and the bristle sensing tab may also be provided to the spindle clamp.
In the practical application scenario, a new pressure brush 103 is manually placed on the installation position 32 of the brush replacement base 3 for standby. Referring to fig. 10, when the bristle length of the pressure brush 103 is detected, the presser foot cup assembly 1 is moved to a position right above the detecting position 31 of the brush replacing base 3, then the presser foot cup assembly 1 is controlled to move downwards along with the spindle clamp 101 and the spindle 104, and when the lower end of the pressure brush 103 mounted on the presser foot cup assembly 1 touches the bottom wall of the detecting position 31 of the brush replacing base 3, the presser foot cup assembly 1 is not moved any more; the bristle sensor 51 mounted on the spindle holder 101 further moves downward along with the spindle holder 101 and the spindle 104, and when the set height is reached, if the bristle sensor 51 is not triggered (i.e. no trigger signal is generated), it indicates that the bristle length of the pressure brush 103 is out of the preset range, i.e. the pressure brush 103 is worn to the place where replacement is required, otherwise, it indicates that the bristle length of the pressure brush 103 is within the preset range, and the pressure brush 103 can be used.
Referring to fig. 11 to 13, when it is detected that the pressure brush 103 is worn to the extent that replacement is required, the presser foot cup assembly 1 is controlled by the machine to move to the position just above the detaching position 33 of the brush replacement base 3, and then the spindle clamp 101 is controlled to move downward, so that the presser foot cup assembly 1 can move downward along with the spindle clamp 101 to make the tooth portion of the brush hook 4 higher than the top of the edge of the pressure brush 103, and then the workbench drives the brush replacement base 3 to move horizontally to the center position of the pressure brush 103 by a certain distance, for example, 1.5mm, at this time, the tooth portion of the brush hook 4 is located just above the edge of the pressure brush 103, and then the presser foot cup assembly 1 is hooked from the mounting plate 12 under the action of the tooth portion hook of the brush hook 4 and falls on the detaching position 33 of the brush replacement base 3, so that the pressure brush 103 is detached.
Referring to fig. 14 and 15, when the pressure brush 103 on the presser foot cup assembly 1 is removed, the machine controls the presser foot cup assembly 1 to move right above the mounting position 32 of the brush replacement base 3, and then controls the presser foot cup assembly 1 to move downwards, and when the top bead 22 of the spring plunger 2 hits the edge boss 103a of the pressure brush 103, the top bead 22 of the spring plunger 2 is pushed back; when the pressure brush 103 is pressed in place, the ejector beads 22 of the spring plunger 2 are ejected to bear against the pressure brush 103, so that the pressure brush 103 is fixed through the cooperation limit of the ejector beads 22 and the edge boss 103a of the pressure brush 103, and the installation of the pressure brush 103 is completed.
In some embodiments, the pressure brush 103 may be manually removed, when the pressure brush 103 is worn to the extent that it needs to be replaced, the crow bar 200 (e.g. an inner hexagonal wrench) is manually inserted into the prying groove 125 of the mounting plate 12, and pryed upward (similar to the lever principle), the pressure brush 103 is pryed out and removed, then a new pressure brush 103 may be installed in the mounting plate 12, and then the pressure brush 103 is pressed upward until the pressure brush is installed in place, at this time, the periphery of the pressure brush 103 is fixed by the top bead 22 of the spring plunger 2, and thus the manual replacement of the pressure brush 103 is completed, as shown in fig. 16.
According to the application, whether the pressure hairbrush 103 needs to be replaced or not is detected by the detection assembly 5, when the pressure hairbrush 103 needs to be replaced, the pressure hairbrush can be disassembled by moving the presser foot cup assembly 1 to match the disassembly position of the hairbrush replacement base 3 with the hairbrush hook, then the presser foot cup assembly 1 is moved to match the presser foot cup assembly 1 with the installation position of the hairbrush replacement base 3, so that the installation of the pressure hairbrush is realized, the disassembly and the installation processes are automatically completed, the replacement speed is high, the efficiency is high, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the potential safety hazard of operation equipment is reduced, the safety of the equipment is improved, and the hairbrush replacement device is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost, firm and collision-resistant.
Based on the above embodiments, the embodiment of the present application also discloses a brush replacement method, which is applied to the sheet processing apparatus described in the above embodiments, specifically, referring to fig. 17, the brush replacement method includes the steps of:
s11, determining that the pressure hairbrush needs to be replaced.
Specifically, when the bristle length of the pressure brush 103 is detected, the presser foot cup assembly 1 is moved to a position right above the detecting position 31 of the brush replacing base 3, and then the spindle clamp 101 is controlled to drive the spindle 104 to move downwards, so that the presser foot cup assembly 1 moves downwards along with the spindle clamp 101 and the spindle 104, and after the lower end of the pressure brush 103 arranged on the presser foot cup assembly 1 touches the bottom wall of the detecting position 31 of the brush replacing base 3, the presser foot cup assembly 1 does not move any more, namely, the presser foot cup assembly 1 stops moving; at this time, the spindle clamp 101 is continuously controlled to move downwards, so that the bristle sensor 51 mounted on the spindle clamp 101 continuously moves downwards along with the spindle clamp 101 for a preset distance, when the set height is reached, if the bristle sensor 51 is not triggered (i.e. no trigger signal is generated), the bristle length of the pressure brush 103 is out of the preset range, i.e. the pressure brush 103 is worn to a place needing to be replaced, otherwise, the bristle length of the pressure brush 103 is within the preset range, and the pressure brush 103 can be used.
S12, controlling the presser foot cup assembly to move to a disassembling position of the brush replacing base, and disassembling the pressure brush arranged on the presser foot cup assembly through a brush hook.
Specifically, when it is detected that the pressure brush 103 is worn to the extent that the pressure brush needs to be replaced, the presser foot cup assembly 1 is controlled by a machine to move to the position right above the detaching position 33 of the brush replacing base 3, and then the spindle clamp 101 is controlled to move downwards, so that the presser foot cup assembly 1 can move downwards along with the spindle clamp 101 and the spindle 104 to the position that the tooth part of the brush hook 4 is higher than the top of the edge of the pressure brush 103, and then the workbench drives the brush replacing base 3 to horizontally move to the center position of the pressure brush 103 by a certain distance, for example, 1.5mm, at the moment, the tooth part of the brush hook 4 is positioned right above the edge of the pressure brush 103, and then the presser foot cup assembly 1 is controlled to move upwards, so that the pressure brush 103 is hooked from the mounting plate 12 under the action of the tooth part hook of the brush hook 4 and falls on the detaching position 33 of the brush replacing base 3, and the detachment of the pressure brush 103 is completed.
S13, controlling the presser foot cup assembly to move to the installation position of the brush replacing base, so that the pressure brush which is placed on the installation position in advance is installed on the presser foot cup assembly.
Specifically, a new pressure brush 103 is manually placed in advance on the mounting position 32 of the brush replacement base 3 for use. When the pressure hairbrush 103 on the presser foot cup assembly 1 is detached, the machine controls the presser foot cup assembly 1 to move right above the installation position 32 of the hairbrush replacing base 3, then controls the presser foot cup assembly 1 to move downwards, and when the top bead 22 of the spring plunger 2 touches the edge boss 103a of the pressure hairbrush 103, the top bead 22 of the spring plunger 2 can be extruded back; when the pressure brush 103 is pressed in place, the ejector beads 22 of the spring plunger 2 are ejected to bear against the pressure brush 103, so that the pressure brush 103 is fixed through the cooperation limit of the ejector beads 22 and the edge boss 103a of the pressure brush 103, and the installation of the pressure brush 103 is completed.
According to the application, whether the pressure hairbrush 103 needs to be replaced or not is detected by the detection assembly 5, when the pressure hairbrush 103 needs to be replaced, the pressure hairbrush is detected by moving the presser foot cup assembly 1, the presser foot cup assembly 1 is matched with the disassembling position of the hairbrush replacing base 3 and the hairbrush hook 4, so that the disassembly of the pressure hairbrush is realized, and then the presser foot cup assembly 1 is moved, so that the presser foot cup assembly 1 is matched with the installing position of the hairbrush replacing base 3, so that the installation of the pressure hairbrush is realized, the disassembly and the installation processes are automatically completed, the replacement speed is high, the efficiency is high, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the potential safety hazard of operating equipment is reduced, and the safety of the equipment is improved.

A brush changing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the brush hook includes a mounting portion, a connecting portion, and a tooth portion, both ends of the connecting portion are respectively connected to the mounting portion and the tooth portion, the mounting portion is detachably connected to the brush changing base or the table or the cutterhead, and the tooth portion is for hooking the pressure brush.
4. A brush changer as claimed in claim 3, wherein the presser foot cup assembly is provided with a relief groove for relieving the brush hook, and/or

The brush replacing device according to claim 1, wherein the presser foot cup assembly is provided with a receiving portion and a mounting hole which are communicated with each other, the receiving portion is used for receiving a part of the pressure brush, the telescopic mechanism is at least partially arranged through the mounting hole, and the telescopic mechanism can perform telescopic movement along the radial direction of the presser foot cup assembly in the mounting hole so as to limit the pressure brush received in the receiving portion.

The brush changing apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the telescoping mechanism is provided as a spring plunger including an elastic portion and a top bead, the elastic portion being disposed through the mounting hole, the top bead being connected to the elastic portion and located at an end of the elastic portion near a center of the presser foot cup assembly.
8. The brush changing apparatus of claim 7, wherein said presser foot cup assembly is further provided with a locking aperture, said locking aperture being in communication with said mounting aperture;
the brush replacing device further comprises a locking piece, wherein the locking piece penetrates through the locking hole and is used for locking the spring plunger.
9. A brush changing device according to claim 1, wherein the pressure brush is provided with a limiting portion, and the telescopic mechanism is adapted to cooperate with the limiting portion for limiting.

The brush changing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the presser foot cup assembly includes a chip suction hood member movably disposed in the spindle clamp, and a mounting plate detachably mounted to the chip suction hood member, the mounting plate for mounting the pressure brush, and the telescoping mechanism is mounted to the mounting plate.

A brush changing device according to any one of claims 1-10, further comprising a detection assembly comprising a bristle sensor disposed in the spindle clamp and a bristle sensing piece disposed in the presser foot cup assembly or the bristle sensor disposed in the presser foot cup assembly, the bristle sensing piece disposed in the spindle clamp;
the bristle sensing piece can be matched with the bristle sensor to be used for detecting whether the bristle length of the pressure hairbrush is within a preset range.
12. A brush changing apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the brush changing base is further provided with a detecting position for detecting whether the bristle length of the pressure brush is within a preset range in cooperation with the detecting unit.

A brush replacing method, which is applied to the plate processing equipment according to any one of claims 14 to 15, wherein the plate processing equipment comprises a main shaft, a main shaft clamp, a guide rod, a pressure brush, a presser foot cup assembly, a telescopic mechanism, a brush hook, a brush replacing base and a detection assembly, the main shaft is arranged on the main shaft clamp, the guide rod is slidably arranged on the main shaft clamp, the presser foot cup assembly is arranged at the lower end of the guide rod, and the telescopic mechanism is arranged on the presser foot cup assembly; the brush replacing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
controlling the presser foot cup assembly to move to a disassembling position of the brush replacing base, and disassembling a pressure brush arranged on the presser foot cup assembly through the brush hook;
and controlling the presser foot cup assembly to move to the installation position of the brush replacing base, so that the pressure brush which is pre-placed on the installation position is installed on the presser foot cup assembly.
17. The brush replacement method of claim 16, further comprising, prior to controlling the movement of the presser foot cup assembly to the removal position of the brush replacement base:
determining that the pressure hairbrush needs to be replaced;
the determining that the pressure hairbrush needs to be replaced specifically comprises:
controlling the presser foot cup assembly to move to a position right above a detection position of the brush replacing base;
controlling the spindle clamp to move downwards so that the presser foot cup assembly moves downwards along with the spindle clamp;
when the lower end of the pressure brush arranged on the presser foot cup assembly touches the bottom wall of the detection position of the brush replacement base, the presser foot cup assembly stops moving, and the main shaft clamp is controlled to continuously move downwards, so that a brush hair sensor or a brush hair sensing piece in the detection assembly arranged on the main shaft clamp continuously moves downwards for a preset distance;
determining whether the pressure hairbrush needs to be replaced according to the detection signal of the detection assembly;
the detection signal is used for detecting whether the bristle length of the pressure hairbrush is in a preset range.
