The automatically-adjusted large-coil wire coiler according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of lifting hydraulic cylinders are further installed on the upper portion of the rotary disc, cylinder rods of the lifting hydraulic cylinders are connected with a wire tray together, the lifting hydraulic cylinders control lifting of the wire tray in a coordinated manner, and the wire tray supports wire coils.

The automatic regulating large-coil wire coiler according to claim 5, wherein the wire tray is provided with a through hole matched with the inner supporting rod, the inner supporting rod slides through the through hole, the wire tray is provided with a limiting guide groove matched with the outer limiting rod, the outer limiting rod slides through the limiting guide groove, and the outer limiting rod moves in the limiting guide groove when the outer limiting rod is driven by the limiting rod hydraulic cylinder to move.

The automatically adjustable large coil wire coiler of claim 5, wherein four gripper grooves are uniformly provided on the outer periphery of the wire pallet, the gripper grooves allow four fingers of the large coil gripper to extend into the wire seat for gripping and moving the wire coil onto the coil conveyor.

The automatically regulated large coil wire coiler according to claim 1, wherein the spiral track is spirally fixed on the outer wall of the discharge cylinder, the upper portion of the spiral track is provided with a wire inlet, the wire inlet is connected with the wire conveyor, the lower portion of the spiral track is provided with a wire outlet, the wire outlet enters the discharge cylinder, and the wire outlet is provided with a shearing machine.

The automatically-adjusted large-coil wire coiler according to claim 1, wherein a hoisting support is arranged on the upper portion of the discharging barrel, the hoisting support is connected with a hoisting machine on the upper portion of the hoisting support, the hoisting machine controls lifting of the discharging barrel, and the diameter of the discharging barrel is smaller than that of the protection barrel.
10. Method of operating a self-adjusting large coil wire coiler according to any of claims 1-9, characterized in that it comprises the steps of:
s1, checking that all equipment is normal, and the linkage operation of a conveyor, a coil conveyor, a rotating motor, a lifting hydraulic cylinder, a limiting rod hydraulic cylinder and a shearing machine is normal;
s2, controlling the outer limiting rod to be close to the inner supporting rod by the limiting rod hydraulic cylinder according to the diameter of the wire rod, controlling the discharging cylinder to descend into the protection cylinder by the hoisting machine, conveying the wire rod by the conveyor, pre-bending the wire rod through the spiral track, and enabling the wire rod to enter the inner side of the outer limiting rod through the wire rod outlet;
s3, the rotating motor drives the rotating disc, the inner support rod and the outer limit rod to rotate at a high speed, meanwhile, the lifting machine drives the discharging barrel to continuously descend, the discharging barrel starts to ascend when descending to the bottom limit, meanwhile, the outer limit rod is controlled by the limit rod hydraulic cylinder to move outwards, and when the lifting machine drives the discharging barrel to ascend to the upper limit, the lifting machine drives the discharging barrel to descend again, and the outer limit rod continues to move outwards;
s4, setting the round trip times of the discharging cylinder according to the diameter of the wire and the weight requirement of the wire to be coiled, cutting the wire by the shearing machine after finishing one-time coiling, stopping the rotating motor, and hanging the discharging cylinder by the hanging machine;
s5, the lifting hydraulic cylinder pushes the wire tray to lift, the claw of the large coil grabbing machine drags the wire coil to the wire tray, the wire tray is placed on the wire seat of the coil conveyer, coiling of the wire coil is completed once, and the steps S2-S4 are repeated to carry out continuous coiling production of the wire coil.
