The primary goal of a respirator is to provide clean and safe breathing air to protect the user's respirator crew from harmful chemicals, gases, vapors, dust, bacteria and other harmful substances. Gas masks are therefore commonly used in work environments where air pollution or potentially dangerous substances, such as toxic gases, chemical vapors, fumes, etc., are present.
However, the existing gas masks may have a risk of air leakage, so that external toxic air may enter the mask, thereby weakening the protection effect, and the canister itself is disabled, so that toxic air enters the mask, and a user does not know the mask, thereby causing poisoning. And some filter designs may increase resistance during breathing, making breathing difficult or uncomfortable.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a gas mask with a filter module, which can detect whether air entering the gas mask is toxic, thereby ensuring the safety of a user.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the gas mask with the filter tip module comprises a mask body, wherein an exhalation device is arranged at the front part of the mask, filtering devices are arranged at two sides of the mask body, and each filtering device comprises the filter tip module arranged at one side of the mask body and a filtering fan arranged at the other side of the mask body; the filter tip module is used for connecting the canister and the mask body, and an alarm device is arranged on the filter tip module.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention: the alarm device comprises a toxic gas sensor arranged on the inner side of the filter tip module, the toxic gas sensor is electrically connected with the control device, and the control device is electrically connected with the indicator lamp and the buzzer; the control device is electrically coupled to the filter fan.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention: a group of toxic gas sensors are arranged in the filter tip module, and threads are arranged outside the filter tip module.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention: the toxic gas sensor is a CO gas sensor.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention: the filter fan comprises a housing, wherein a fan is arranged in one end of the housing, and a filter layer is arranged at one end, far away from the fan, of the housing.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention: the mask body is made of flexible materials.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention: the exhalation device is an exhalation valve.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the alarm device can detect whether the air entering the mask body has toxicity or not, thereby avoiding the poisoning phenomenon caused by the mask air leakage or canister failure of a user.
2. The provision of the exhalation device may alleviate respiratory resistance within the mask body and allow exhaled air to escape to reduce carbon dioxide build-up within the mask.
3. The filter fan can quickly remove toxic gas entering the mask body, thereby reducing the injury degree of a user.
