Description

Sinus irrigator
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a sinus irrigator.
Background
Sinus tract refers to a latent blind tube which is formed by body tissue infection and necrosis and is opened on the body surface after the body surface is discharged from the body, and is not communicated with viscera in the cavity of the body, and is generally related to surgical infection, foreign body residue, poor bone healing and the like. For the complicated sinus patients with smaller sinus region and conservative treatment or incapability of performing surgical excision, thorough debridement and dressing change are one of keys for successful sinus rehabilitation. During treatment, the sinus interior is generally debrided and changed by Dou Daokou with an open body surface. Theoretically, if debridement or conventional dressing change is performed, the interior of the sinus can be effectively flushed, which can help treat infection and promote sinus closure. For relatively narrow sinus tracts, the current clinical use flushing equipment is lack of flushing tools, mainly comprises an electric flushing gun, needs to be connected with a bag-shaped flushing liquid and an aspirator, is mainly used for large-area flushing in operation, and has the advantages of high price, complex operation, incapability of using a flushing head for narrow sinus tracts (generally only opening about 2-5cm of incision and flushing dozens of milliliters of liquid for a single time, and along with the progress of debridement treatment, the opening and the sinus tracts are contracted more and less); or the syringe is simply used for flushing, but the liquid flushed by the way cannot be timely sucked away, and can flow out through the open incision to pollute the surrounding skin soft tissues and the environment of the dressing room.
The present invention addresses the above-described problems by providing a sinus irrigator.
