Abstract
本发明公开了一种含二氯异噁草酮除草组合物,其有效成分包括二氯异噁草酮、二甲戊灵和苯嘧磺草胺,所述二氯异噁草酮、二甲戊灵和苯嘧磺草胺的质量比为5‑40:2‑15:2‑15。该组合物制成可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、悬乳剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、微胶囊悬浮剂。本发明组合物可防除多种小麦田单、双子叶杂草,并具有明显的增效作用,扩大了杀草谱,对小麦田抗性杂草有较高活性;并且具有封杀双效,减少了农药用药量,对人畜安全,无药害,环境友好,制剂扩散性好,可以迅速在土壤表面形成药膜,不易被水淋溶,持效期长等优点。

背景技术
在农业生产的实际过程中,除草剂最容易产生的问题是杂草抗药性的产生。不同杂草的出芽时期不同,药剂的交替使用是减少抗性常见的方法,但不同产品进行复配,根据实际应用效果,来判断某种复配是增效、加和还是拮抗作用。绝大多数情况下,农药的复配效果都是加和效应,真正有增效作用的复配很少,尤其是增效作用非常明显、共毒系数很高的复配就更少了。
二氯异噁草酮,有效成分名称:二氯异噁草酮化学名称:2-[(2,4-二氯苯基)甲基]-4,4-二甲基-3-异噁唑啉酮。二氯异噁草酮被植物的根、幼芽吸收后,随蒸腾作用向上传导至植物的各个部位,抑制1-脱氧-D-木酮糖5-磷酸合酶的作用,从而破坏质体类异戊二烯的生物合成,即类胡萝卜素的合成。而类胡萝卜素保护植物细胞中的叶绿素,并有助于植物的光合作用过程。当类胡萝卜素丧失保护功能,植物的叶子则会变白。从而使易感的杂草无法代谢二氯异噁草酮并最终无法进行光合作用而死亡,而耐性农作物会对二氯异噁草酮进行代谢从而继续生长。其为选择性苗前处理剂,可广泛用于果树、蔬菜、棉花、水稻、高粱、大麦、小麦、黑麦、玉米和油菜等作物,防除禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草。
二甲戊灵为选择性芽前芽后旱田除草剂,杂草通过幼芽、茎和根吸收药剂。其对大多数旱田一年生禾本科和阔叶杂草有效,对多年生杂草效果差。适用于玉米、大豆、小麦、花生、棉花等多种旱地作物防除马唐、稗草、狗尾草、金狗尾草、马齿苋、藜等一年生禾本科和阔叶杂草。
苯嘧磺草胺属嘧啶类,是原卟啉原氧化酶(PPO)抑制剂。可作为灭生性除草剂用,可有效防除多种阔叶杂草,包括对草甘膦、ALS和三嗪类产生抗性的杂草。具有很快的灭生作用且土壤残留降解迅速。
但上述除草剂在作为单剂使用时存在对杂草防治效果不佳、使用量大等问题。
经申请人大量试验发现,二氯异噁草酮、二甲戊灵和/或苯嘧磺草胺复配后,除草增效作用显著,环境友好,极大地减少了农药用药量和使用次数。

本发明的具体技术方案如下:
一种含二氯异噁草酮除草组合物,其有效成分包括二氯异噁草酮、二甲戊灵和苯嘧磺草胺,所述二氯异噁草酮、二甲戊灵和苯嘧磺草胺的质量比为5-40:2-15:2-15。
进一步方案,所述二氯异噁草酮、二甲戊灵和苯嘧磺草胺的质量比为5:5:5或40:2:2,其增效的效果较佳。
进一步方案,所述组合物的剂型为可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、悬乳剂、水乳剂、微乳剂或微囊悬浮剂。
优选的,所述可湿性粉剂的质量百分比组成为:二氯异噁草酮5-40%、二甲戊灵2-15%、苯嘧磺草胺2-15%、分散剂5-10%、湿润剂2-10%、填料补足100%。
其制备工艺是:按用量,将二氯异噁草酮、二甲戊灵、苯嘧磺草胺、分散剂、湿润剂、填料混合,在混合缸中混合均匀,经气流粉碎机粉碎后再混合均匀,即可制成本发明所述的可湿性粉剂产品。
优选的,所述水分散粒剂的质量百分比组成为:二氯异噁草酮5-40%、二甲戊灵2-15%、苯嘧磺草胺2-15%、分散剂3-12%、湿润剂1-8%、崩解剂1-10%、填料补足100%。
其制备工艺是:按用量,将二氯异噁草酮、二甲戊灵、苯嘧磺草胺、分散剂、润湿剂、崩解剂、填料等一起经气流粉碎得到需要的粒径,得到制粒用料。将料品定量送进流化床制粒干燥机内经过制粒及干燥后,制得本发明所述的水分散粒剂产品。
优选的,所述悬浮剂的质量百分比组成为:二氯异噁草酮5-40%、二甲戊灵2-15%、苯嘧磺草胺2-15%、分散剂2-10%、湿润剂2-10%、消泡剂0.1-1%、增稠剂0.1-2%、抗冻剂0.1-8%、去离子水加至100%;
其制备工艺是:按用量,将上述配方料中分散剂、湿润剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、抗冻剂、去离子水经过高速剪切混合均匀;然后再加入二氯异噁草酮、二甲戊灵、苯嘧磺草胺在球磨机中球磨2—3小时,使其粒径全部在5μm以下,制得本发明所述的悬浮剂产品。
悬乳剂的质量百分比组成为:二氯异噁草酮5-40%、二甲戊灵2-15%、苯嘧磺草胺2-15%、乳化剂2-12%,分散剂2-10%、消泡剂0.1-2%、增稠剂0.1-2%、抗冻剂0.1-8%、稳定剂0.05-3%、去离子水加至100%;
其制备工艺是:按用量,将上述配方料中分散剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、抗冻剂、稳定剂、去离子水经过高速剪切混合均匀,加入二氯异噁草酮、二甲戊灵、苯嘧磺草胺原药,在球磨机中球磨2-3小时,使微粒粒径全部在5μm以下,制得悬浮剂,乳化剂及各种助剂用高速搅拌器直接乳化到悬浮剂中,制得本发明所述的悬乳剂产品。
水乳剂的质量百分比组成为:二氯异噁草酮5-40%、二甲戊灵2-15%、苯嘧磺草胺2-15%、溶剂0.1-30%、乳化剂1-15%、共乳化剂0.1-8%、抗冻剂0.1-10%、增稠剂0.1-2%、消泡剂0.01-2%、去离子水补足余量。
其制备工艺是:按用量,将上述配方混合,将有效成分、溶剂、乳化剂、共乳化剂加在一起,使溶解成均匀油相;将水、抗冻剂、增稠剂、消泡剂混合在一起,成均一水相。在高速搅拌下,将水相加入油相,制得本发明所述的水乳剂产品。
微乳剂的质量百分比组成为:二氯异噁草酮1-50%、二甲戊灵5-40%、苯嘧磺草胺2-15%、溶剂0.1-30%、乳化剂3-20%、共乳化剂0.1-12%、抗冻剂0.1-10%、增稠剂0.1-2%、消泡剂0.01-2%、稳定剂0.1-4%、去离子水补足余量。
其制备工艺是:按用量,将二氯异噁草酮、二甲戊灵、苯嘧磺草胺溶解在装有溶剂和助溶剂的均化器中;将乳化剂、稳定剂以及抗冻剂、水加入到装有上述溶液的均化器中后予以强烈混合并匀化,最后得到外观清澈透明的本发明所述的微乳剂产品。
进一步方案,微胶囊悬浮剂的质量百分比组成为:二氯异噁草酮5-40%、二甲戊灵2-15%、苯嘧磺草胺2-15%、高分子囊壁材料1-12%、表面活性剂2-10%、有机溶剂1-15%、乳化剂1-8%、pH调节剂0.1-5%、去离子水加至100%。
其制备工艺是:按用量,将高分子囊壁材料加入PH调节剂中加热到一定温度,得到粘稠液体,然后加水稀释,形成稳定的预聚体溶液;将有效成分溶解到有机溶剂中,然后将其加到预聚体溶液中,最后再加入乳化剂、表面活性剂,并充分剪切搅拌分散成极细的微粒状,再加入PH调节剂,并升温,催化缩聚形成坚固不易渗透的微胶囊,制得本发明所述的微胶囊悬浮剂。
或采用界面聚合法,将上述配方中二甲戊灵、苯嘧磺草胺、高分子囊壁材料、有机溶剂混合成均匀油相;将油相在剪切条件下加入到含有乳化剂、pH调节剂的水相溶液中,两种材料在油水界面发生反应,围绕含有化学物质的液滴形成高分子囊壁,制成微胶囊悬浮剂;
将表面活性剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、抗冻剂经过高速剪切混合均匀,加入二氯异噁草酮原药,在球磨机中球磨2-3小时,使微粒粒径全部在5μm以下,制得二氯异噁草酮悬浮剂,然后将溶解在水中稳定的二氯异噁草酮悬浮剂加入到前述微胶囊悬浮剂中,制成本发明组合物分散良好的微囊悬浮剂产品。
上述所用的分散剂选自双(烷基)萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、烷基萘磺酸盐、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、芳基酚聚氧乙烯丁二酸酯磺酸盐、聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯嘧甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯嘧、辛基酚聚氧乙烯基醚硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸钙盐、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯嘧、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、酯聚氧乙烯嘧中的一种或多种。
所述的湿润剂选自:十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、皂角粉、茶枯、蚕沙、拉开粉BX、洗衣粉、农乳2000#系列、月桂醇硫酸钠、润湿渗透剂F、湿润剂T、无患子粉中的一种或多种。
所述的崩解剂选自:硫酸铵、氯化铝、膨润土、尿素、葡萄糖中的一种或多种。

高分子囊壁材料选自尿素、多官能团酰基卤多胺、甲醛、聚异氰酸酯、多官能团酰基卤二元醇、阿拉伯胶、蔗糖、变性淀粉、褐藻酸钠、聚乙烯醇、明胶、麦芽糖、变形乳蛋白、甘油、氯化钙、羧甲基纤维素、β-环糊精中的一种或多种。
所述的填料选自:硅藻土、膨润土、凹凸棒土、高岭土、白炭黑、淀粉、轻质碳酸钙、植物油中的一种或多种。
本发明的第二个发明目的是提供上述一种含二氯异噁草酮除草组合物的应用,其用于防除小麦田抗性杂草。
进一步方案,所述小麦田抗性杂草包括节节麦、多花黑麦草、野燕麦、雀麦、看麦娘、菵草、婆婆纳、猪殃殃、播娘蒿、荠菜、宝盖草、麦家公、繁缕。
本发明的本发明的优点在于:
1、本发明将二氯异噁草酮、二甲戊灵和苯嘧磺草胺复配除草,具有明显增效和持效作用;且封闭时间长达120天,真正做到了一次用药一季无忧;
2、本发明的除草组合物扩大了杀草谱,其对小麦田的节节麦、多花黑麦草、野燕麦、雀麦、看麦娘、菵草、婆婆纳、猪殃殃、播娘蒿、荠菜、宝盖草、麦家公、繁缕等均有较好的封闭效果;
3、本发明的除草组合物使用能减少农药的用药量和用药次数,从而能降低了农药在作物苗后用药药害风险,减轻了环境污染;
4、本发明的除草组合物对人畜安全,环境友好,杂草不易产生抗性。

二氯异噁草酮40%、二甲戊灵2%、苯嘧磺草胺2%、聚羧酸盐6%、月桂醇硫酸钠5%、凹凸棒土加至100%进行混合,然后将混合物进行气流粉碎后再混合均匀,制得44%二氯异噁草酮·二甲戊灵·苯嘧磺草胺可湿性粉剂。

本发明实施例是采用室内毒力测定和田间试验相结合的方法。先通过室内毒力测定,明确两种药剂按一定比例复配后的共毒系数(ED50),ED50<80为拮抗作用,80≤ED50≤120为相加作用,ED50>120为增效作用,在此基础上,再进行田间试验。
试验方法:试验目的:温室条件下,采用盆栽试验方法,研究二氯异噁草酮、二甲戊灵、苯嘧磺草胺三元复配的除草效果,并采用孙云沛的共毒系数法评价两者不同比例混用的联系作用类型,为试验提供试验依据。
试验条件:供试杂草,节节麦、多花黑麦草、野燕麦、雀麦、看麦娘、菵草、婆婆纳、猪殃殃、播娘蒿、荠菜、宝盖草、麦家公、繁缕等,(上一年田间采收种子,发芽率在85%以上)。
在光照培养室中进行,温度10-22℃。
施药方法:于杂草播后封闭处理。
供试药剂:97%二氯异噁草酮原药(安徽丰乐农化有限责任公司研发中心提供);96%二甲戊灵原药(安徽丰乐农化有限责任公司研发中心提供);95%苯嘧磺草胺原药(安徽丰乐农化有限责任公司研发中心)。
采用天平秤取定量原药,稀释所需浓度。
试验设计:二氯异噁草酮、二甲戊灵和苯嘧磺草胺的联合作用
联合作用测定方法
试验结果用孙云沛的共毒系数法评价混用后的联合作用类型,依据SUN,Y-P(孙云沛)法计算其实际毒力指数、混剂理论毒力指数、共毒系数。以浓度对数为X,草害防治几率值为Y,求回归方程。
实际毒力指数=标准药剂ED50/混剂的ED50×100,
理论毒力指数=∑(供试药剂的毒力指数×在混剂中该药剂有效成分的百分率),

试验设计:经过预备试验确定二氯异噁草酮、二甲戊灵、苯嘧磺草胺原药及三者不同配比混剂的有效除死浓度范围。

将上表中序号为3-8、12、10中二氯异噁草酮·二甲戊灵分别与苯嘧磺草胺按不同配比对单子叶、双子叶杂草的毒力测定:
由上两表可知,二氯异噁草酮:二甲戊灵:苯嘧磺草胺复配防除单子叶、双子叶的配在5-40:2-15:2-10时,共毒系数均大于120,说明三药剂混配均表现出增效作用,尤其是5:5:5配比在5:5:5至40:2:2时,增效作用更为明显突出,其中当二氯异噁草酮:二甲戊灵:苯嘧磺草胺重量比为5:5:5时共毒系数最大,增效作用最为明显,对防除节节麦、多花黑麦草、野燕麦、雀麦、看麦娘、菵草、婆婆纳、猪殃殃、播娘蒿、荠菜、宝盖草、麦家公、繁缕等杂草也具有较好的增效作用,共毒系数均大于120。
应用实施例:
二氯异噁草酮、二甲戊灵、苯嘧磺草胺单剂及其二氯异噁草酮·二甲戊灵·苯嘧磺草胺复配剂防除小麦田单、双子叶杂草封闭药效试验。
本试验安排在施药地点:河南省驻马店上蔡县段楼村小麦田,前茬为玉米。试验地肥力均匀一致,地势平坦。土壤黏土,肥力中等,湿度适中。播种冠麦1号,小麦田主要同时播种上年采收的一年生单、双子叶杂草有节节麦、多花黑麦草、野燕麦、雀麦、看麦娘、菵草、婆婆纳、猪殃殃、播娘蒿、荠菜、宝盖草、麦家公、繁缕等分布均匀。
施药时间:于小麦播后苗前施药,具体时间为2021年10月7日下午施药。
施药条件:施药当天晴天,温度10℃~23℃。
试验药剂由安徽丰乐农化有限责任公司提供,对照药剂36%二氯异噁草酮悬浮剂(市购),33%二甲戊灵(乳油)(市购)、10%苯嘧磺草胺乳油(自配)。
试验采用土壤喷雾法,按下表用量分别进行喷雾,并同时设置清水喷雾作为对照,药前每小区随机定4点,每点0.25㎡,施药后20天、40天分别调查单、双子叶杂草的平均出苗数与清水对照中杂草平均苗数来计算防效,40天计算杂草的鲜重防效。试验结果如下所示:
二氯异噁草酮、二甲戊灵、苯嘧磺草胺单剂及上述实施例1-21中的二氯异噁草酮·二甲戊灵·苯嘧磺草胺复配剂对小麦田单、双子叶杂草封闭药效试验。

由上表可以看出,二氯异噁草酮·二甲戊灵·苯嘧磺草胺复配剂对小麦田单、双子叶杂草封闭效果均优于单剂的封闭效果,且封闭时间长达120天,真正做到了一次用药一季无忧。在试验用药范围内对小麦出苗及后期生长无不良影响。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,上述优选实施方式不应视为对本发明的限制,本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种含二氯异噁草酮除草组合物,其特征在于:其有效成分包括二氯异噁草酮、二甲戊灵和苯嘧磺草胺,所述二氯异噁草酮、二甲戊灵和苯嘧磺草胺的质量比为5-40:2-15:2-15。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含二氯异噁草酮除草组合物,其特征在于:所述二氯异噁草酮、二甲戊灵和苯嘧磺草胺的质量比为5:5:5或40:2:2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含二氯异噁草酮除草组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物的剂型为可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、悬乳剂、水乳剂、微乳剂或微囊悬浮剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种含二氯异噁草酮除草组合物,其特征在于:所述可湿性粉剂的质量百分比组成为:二氯异噁草酮5-40%、二甲戊灵2-15%、苯嘧磺草胺2-15%分散剂5-10%、湿润剂2-10%、填料补足100%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种含二氯异噁草酮除草组合物,其特征在于:所述水分散粒剂的质量百分比组成为:二氯异噁草酮5-40%、二甲戊灵2-15%、苯嘧磺草胺2-15%、分散剂3-12%、湿润剂1-8%、崩解剂1-10%、填料补足100%。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种含二氯异噁草酮除草组合物,其特征在于:所述悬浮剂的质量百分比组成为:二氯异噁草酮5-40%、二甲戊灵2-15%、苯嘧磺草胺2-15%、分散剂2-10%、湿润剂2-10%、消泡剂0.1-1%、增稠剂0.1-2%、抗冻剂0.1-8%、去离子水加至100%;
悬乳剂的质量百分比组成为:二氯异噁草酮5-40%、二甲戊灵2-15%、苯嘧磺草胺2-15%、乳化剂2-12%,分散剂2-10%、消泡剂0.1-2%、增稠剂0.1-2%、抗冻剂0.1-8%、稳定剂0.05-3%、去离子水加至100%;
水乳剂的质量百分比组成为:二氯异噁草酮5-40%、二甲戊灵2-15%、苯嘧磺草胺2-15%、溶剂0.1-30%、乳化剂1-15%、共乳化剂0.1-8%、抗冻剂0.1-10%、增稠剂0.1-2%、消泡剂0.01-2%、去离子水补足余量;
微乳剂的质量百分比组成为:二氯异噁草酮1-50%、二甲戊灵5-40%、苯嘧磺草胺2-15%、溶剂0.1-30%、乳化剂3-20%、共乳化剂0.1-12%、抗冻剂0.1-10%、增稠剂0.1-2%、消泡剂0.01-2%、稳定剂0.1-4%、去离子水补足余量。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种含二氯异噁草酮除草组合物,其特征在于:微胶囊悬浮剂的质量百分比组成为:二氯异噁草酮5-40%、二甲戊灵2-15%、苯嘧磺草胺2-15%、高分子囊壁材料1-12%、表面活性剂2-10%、有机溶剂1-15%、乳化剂1-8%、pH调节剂0.1-5%、去离子水加至100%。
8.如权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种含二氯异噁草酮除草组合物的应用,其特征在于:其用于防除小麦田抗性杂草。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,所述小麦田抗性杂草包括节节麦、多花黑麦草、野燕麦、雀麦、看麦娘、菵草、婆婆纳、猪殃殃、播娘蒿、荠菜、宝盖草、麦家公、繁缕。
