Abstract
为净水器提供一种辅助过滤器,以防止预处理过滤器堵塞,延长膜过滤器和后处理过滤器的使用寿命。此装置包括:过滤部件(31);容器(32),用以容纳过滤部件(31);连接件(33);盖件(35),以使连接件(33)与容器(32)的上下两端相连。本发明安装有连接件(33)的辅助过滤器,其应用领域扩大;过滤部件(31)一端压制在板上,使其弹性增大,挤压降低;容器由透明材料制成,因而便于识别浮游物的污染程度。
Description
本发明涉及一种净水器的辅助过滤器,它可防止预处理过滤器堵塞,延长膜过滤器以及后处理过滤器的使用寿命。
如图1所示,传统净水器包括:装在主体1后部的预处理过滤器3,用于消除来自水嘴2的淡水(自来水)中所含氯元素和杂质,以便去除各种有害的有机物,并且保护膜过滤器(下面说明);膜过滤器5,用于去除流经预处理过滤器3的水中所含各种重金属和致癌物;装在膜过滤器5一侧的后处理过滤器7,用于除去流经膜过滤器5的水中所含的异味和有害气体元素;以及置于主体1前侧的贮水箱9,用于贮存后处理过滤器7净化后的水。
图1中,未做说明的标号11表示淡水供水管,用来将来自水嘴2的淡水送到预处理过滤器3,标号13表示净化后的水送水管,在贮水箱9以前把通过后处理过滤器7最终净化的水送到送水管。标号15表示排水管,将未能穿过微孔组成的膜过滤器5的浓缩水排出。
在上述结构的传统净水器中,如果使用人工开关(未显示),来自水嘴2的淡水通过淡水供水管11,并在通过预处理过滤器3时被过滤,由压缩泵(未示出)使水压升高,经压缩泵加压后的水流经膜过滤器5和后处理过滤器7被依次过滤后贮存入贮水箱9中。未通过膜过滤器5的浓缩水经位于膜过滤器5下部的排放管15排出。
但是,传统净水器存在一个问题:来自水嘴的淡水中含有大量沉淀物和浮游物,它们极易堵塞预处理过滤器3,并附着在膜过滤器5的过滤表面,从而防碍其净化功能,进而降低后处理过滤器7的寿命。
因此,为解决上述问题,如图2所示,在依照现有技术的净水器上装配了辅助过滤部件20,它被装在水嘴2处,用来预先去除淡水中所含沉积物和浮游物,以防止预处理过滤器被轻易堵塞,并且延长膜过滤器5和后处理过滤器7的使用寿命。
辅助过滤部件20包括容器23,其内可放滤网21;与容器23上部连接的盖件25。注水孔25a在盖件25的上面,接纳水嘴2所供淡水,在容器23的另一侧形成排水孔23a,通过排水孔23a将由过滤网21过滤的水排放。滤网21呈圆柱形,并被拧入容器23内侧。
连接件23b和25b处于容器23和盖件25的一端,以便与水嘴2和其它连接件(未显示)相连。
尽管如此,传统净水器仍存在另一问题:即除水嘴外它不能适用其它水源,因为辅助过滤部件20要与水嘴2连接,而且因其滤网21被拧在水嘴上,一旦离开水嘴,滤网21将被挤压变形。
不仅如此,还存在另一问题,即由于滤网21被上下穿透,其弹性会因此降低,由于容器23是由非透明材料制成,浮游物质的污染程度难于识别。
鉴于此,本发明的目的在于为净水器提供一个辅助过滤器,它可提高辅助过滤部件的实用性,防止滤网在冲洗时被压坏,并可改善滤网的弹性。
本发明的辅助过滤器已实现了上述及其它目的。该过滤器包括:
其一端模压制在板上的过滤部件,以防挤压并增强弹性;
装在过滤部件外部的容器,用于容纳过滤部件;
装在容器上下两端的连接件,以利于连接连接管;拧在容器上、下两端的盖部件,以使连接件连接到容器的上、下两侧。
为进一步了解本发明的性质和目的,参照附图对本发明进行详细说明。其中:
图1为显示传统净水器的透视图;
图2为显示净水器传统辅助过滤部件的分解透视图;
图3是依照本发明实施例的辅助过滤器垂直剖面图。
下面将参照图3对本发明的优选实施例做详细说明。
如图3所示,根据本发明,容纳过滤部件31的容器32安装在辅助过滤器内,连接件33被插装在容器32的上下两端,以便于与连接管的连接。盖件35被拧入在容器32上、下两端连接件33外侧形成的螺纹部分32a,以便将连接件插入固定。
过滤部件31的一端设置有塑料模制板37,为了增强其弹性,同时降低清洗时被压的可能性,其另一端被插装在置于容器32下方的连接件33上。
连接件33有一突缘法兰33a,用于压紧密封件39以防泄漏;设置于内部中央的穿透孔33b构成水道;突起33c从其一端突出,使连接管易于连接。其上拧有螺母的连接部33d位于突起的一端,因此与突起相连的连接管不会脱落。
盖件35具有大致处在盖35中央的开口35a,突起33c和偶合部33d从此处伸出,在盖件35的内圆周有螺纹35b,它可拧入容器32的螺纹部32a。
容器32由透明的柔性材料制成,便于识别浮游物的沉积量。
在如上组装的辅助过滤器中,连接件33与和水嘴连通的连接管相接。过滤部件31不在此处插装。
现将本发明的净水器辅助过滤器工作效果陈述如下:
通过与水嘴连通的连接管供应的水穿过连接件33的通孔33b,从过滤部件31外表面流入过滤部件31内部。这时,大于过滤部件31网目的物质被积留在容器32中,而流经过滤部件31的水从连接件33的通孔33b流出。此时密封件39受到连接件33的法兰33a的挤压而防止水泄漏。
当通过用透明材料制成的容器32看出沉积的浮游物的污染程度时,可松开拧在容器32一端的盖件35,取出容器32内插接的连接件33,脱离安装在连接件33上的过滤部件31并进行清洗,然后清除沉积在容器32内的浮游物。
此时,由于过滤部件31的一端模制在板37上,它避免了受挤压,从而在清洗时增强了弹性。
上述结构的本发明的辅助过滤器具有优点,即它通过安装连接件增加了该辅助过滤器的实用性,过滤部件的弹性增大,受挤压量减小,由于容器由透明材料制成,识别浮游物的污染程度极为容易。
Claims (3)
1.一种辅助过滤器,它包括:
其一端由板件模制的过滤部件,以防受挤压并增强弹性;
安装在过滤部件外部的容器,以容纳过滤部件,置于容器的上、下两端的连接件,以便于连接管的连接;以及
拧在容器的上、下两端的盖件,以便将连接件连接到容器的上下两端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辅助过滤器,其中所述连接件包括:
位于其内部中央的通孔,以构成水流通道;
从其一端伸出的突起,以使连接管容易连接;以及
形成在突起一端的偶合部,用以固定与突起连通的连接管。
3.根据权利要求1所述辅助过滤器,其中所述容器由透明的柔性材料制成,以便于识别由过滤部件所过滤的浮游物。
