a medical record storage unit 71, configured to store medical records of the patient, a previous illness state self-complaint file, and corresponding treatment schemes and dispensing schemes thereof; the medical records comprise, but are not limited to, disease history, medicine allergy history and the like, and the previous disease self-complaint file is a disease self-complaint file obtained by finishing the last re-diagnosis;
a fifth obtaining unit 72, configured to obtain a medical record of the patient, a previous illness self-complaint file, and a corresponding treatment plan and a corresponding dispensing plan in the medical record storing unit 71;
a first comparing unit 73, configured to compare the current sorted illness state self-complaint file with the past illness state self-complaint file;
a sixth acquisition unit 74 for acquiring the disorder change information through the first comparison unit 73; comparing the two adjacent illness state self-complaint files to judge whether the current physical condition and/or illness state of the patient are aggravated or improved;
a first judging unit 75 for judging whether the condition change information accords with standard condition information of various diseases prestored in an abnormal condition database;
a second generating unit 76, configured to generate a disease early warning prompt when the first judging unit 75 judges that the disease variation information meets the standard disease information of various diseases pre-stored in the abnormal disease database;
a first evaluation unit 77 for evaluating the patient's disease level based on the disease change information; in practical applications, the patient's severity of illness can be classified into different illness grades, and in this embodiment, the illness grades are mainly classified into urgent grades and non-urgent grades.

Claims (10)

1. A telemedicine method, the method comprising:
sending a review request to a patient terminal;
acquiring vital sign conditions and medication conditions of a patient according to the review request;
based on the vital sign condition and the medication condition, the illness state self-complaint file of the patient is arranged;
sending a diagnosis request to a medical care terminal;
acquiring a treatment scheme and a dispensing scheme uploaded by the medical care terminal based on the illness state self-complaint file according to the consultation request;
assigning the treatment regimen to the patient terminal;
issuing the dispensing scheme to a pharmacy terminal;
allowing the pharmacy terminal to issue a medication prompt to the patient terminal.
2. The telemedicine method of claim 1, wherein upon acquiring the vital sign and medication of the patient, the method further comprises:
sending an inspection request to the patient terminal;
according to the inspection request, acquiring tongue inspection and facial color inspection conditions of a patient;
analyzing and obtaining inspection information of the patient according to the tongue inspection and facial color inspection conditions;
consulting and collecting a voice description of the physical condition, psychological condition and medication condition of the patient;
carrying out semantic analysis on the voice description, and analyzing and obtaining the disease information and the medication condition of the patient;
sending a physical examination request to the patient terminal;
according to the physical examination request, physical examination information of a patient is acquired, wherein the physical examination information comprises, but is not limited to, blood sugar, blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation and electrocardiogram;
and generating and obtaining the vital sign condition according to the inspection information, the disease information and the physical examination information.
3. The telemedicine method of claim 2, wherein prior to obtaining the treatment and dispensing regimens uploaded by the medical terminal, the method further comprises:
acquiring medical records of the patient, the prior illness state self-complaint files and corresponding treatment schemes and dispensing schemes thereof;
comparing the current arranged illness state self-complaint file with the past illness state self-complaint file to obtain illness state change information;
judging whether the disease change information accords with standard disease information of various diseases prestored in an abnormal disease database;
if yes, generating a disease early warning prompt, and evaluating the disease grade of the patient based on the disease change information.
4. The telemedicine method of claim 3, wherein in assessing the patient's grade of condition, the method further comprises:
judging whether the disease grade of the patient is an emergency grade;
if yes, sending an emergency medical prompt to the patient terminal according to the illness state early warning prompt, and sending an emergency rescue request and the position information of the patient terminal to the medical care terminal;
if not, sending a facial diagnosis request to the patient terminal according to the illness state early warning prompt, and sending an emergency call request to the medical care terminal;
initiating an encrypted facial diagnosis connecting line according to the facial diagnosis request and the first-aid call request;
obtaining a disease diagnosis result uploaded by the medical care terminal, and updating and storing medical records of the patient;
based on the diagnosis result of the disease, a treatment scheme and a dispensing scheme uploaded by the medical care terminal are obtained.
5. A telemedicine system, characterized in that it applies the telemedicine method as claimed in any one of claims 1-4;
the system comprises:
a first request sending unit, configured to send a review request to a patient terminal;
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring vital sign conditions and medication conditions of the patient according to the review request;
the first arrangement unit is used for arranging patient's illness state self-complaint files based on the vital sign conditions and the medication conditions;
a second request sending unit for sending a diagnosis request to the medical care terminal;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring a treatment scheme and a dispensing scheme uploaded by the medical care terminal based on the illness state self-complaint file according to the diagnosis request;
a first issuing unit for issuing the treatment plan to the patient terminal;
the second issuing unit is used for issuing the dispensing scheme to the pharmacy terminal;
and the third issuing unit is used for allowing the pharmacy terminal to issue a medicine taking prompt to the patient terminal.
6. The telemedicine system of claim 5, wherein the first acquisition unit further includes:
a third request sending unit, configured to send an inspection request to the patient terminal;
the third acquisition unit is used for acquiring tongue diagnosis and facial color diagnosis conditions of the patient according to the inspection request;
the first analysis unit is used for analyzing and obtaining the inspection information of the patient according to the tongue inspection and facial color inspection conditions;
the first acquisition unit is used for consulting and acquiring the voice description of the physical condition, psychological condition and medicine taking condition of the patient;
the semantic analysis unit is used for carrying out semantic analysis on the voice description;
the second analysis unit is used for analyzing and obtaining the disease information and the medication condition of the patient through the semantic analysis unit;
a fourth request sending unit, configured to send a physical examination request to the patient terminal;
a fourth acquisition unit for acquiring physical examination information of the patient according to the physical examination request, the physical examination information including, but not limited to, blood glucose, blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, electrocardiogram;

a fifth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a medical record of the patient, a previous illness self-complaint file, and a corresponding treatment plan and a corresponding dispensing plan in the medical record storage unit;
the first comparison unit is used for comparing the current tidying illness state self-complaint file with the past illness state self-complaint file;
a sixth obtaining unit, configured to obtain, through the first comparing unit, information about a change in a disorder;
the first judging unit is used for judging whether the disease change information accords with standard disease information of various diseases prestored in an abnormal disease database;
