the data analysis module is used for generating a report, statistical information and a visual chart according to the data of the medicine recording module and analyzing the medicine taking condition of a user;
the physical condition tracking module is used for helping a user to track physical indexes of weight, blood pressure, heart rate and blood sugar and recording relevant data;
the medicine information module is used for providing medicine related information for a user;
the intelligent recognition module is used for recognizing the medicine which is being taken by the user and informing the user when to take the medicine so as to simplify the flow of medicine recording;
the social network module is used for providing a social network communication platform for users so as to communicate health related information, experience and advice.
2. The medical record timing medication intake reminder system of claim 1, wherein the medication record module comprises:
a medicine name recording unit for recording the name of the medicine to ensure accuracy and identify the medicine;
a medicine dose recording unit for recording the medicine dose of each administration to ensure the correct dosage;
a frequency of administration recording unit for recording the frequency of administration of the drug to ensure that the drug is administered at the correct time intervals;
the taking time recording unit is used for recording the starting time and the ending time of taking the medicine so as to ensure the accuracy of the using time of the medicine;
the medicine picture prompting unit is used for providing pictures or descriptions of medicines and helping a user to identify and mark the medicines;
and the medication suggestion remarking unit is used for providing a region for adding remarking by a user.

4. The medical record timing medication intake reminder system of claim 1, wherein the communication module comprises:
an information transmitting unit for a user to transmit a message to a doctor, a family member, or a medical person so as to share health information with them or to acquire advice on medication;
the information receiving unit is used for displaying the information received by the user;
the contact management unit is used for recording detailed information of the user contact;
the communication recording unit is used for recording all the communication sent and received by the user, so that the user can conveniently review and manage the contact between the user and the doctor and the family member;
and the monitoring and automation unit is used for user definition and monitoring of communication conditions.
5. The medical record timing medication reminder system according to claim 1, wherein the data analysis module comprises:
